      It was on 25/8/16 when my samsung galaxy s3 neo was picked from my place by apps you need personnel. Now its 19/10/16, almost 2 months and yet i have not received my repaired set. The claim was approved mid of last month and still now there is no sign of any repair and delivery. The service is pathetic. Its like you all are forcing to buy us a new phone because it is taking so much time. I need a fixed date for the following. My cin no is d[protected].

        I claim four months before .but you not send my phone yet. you send a message before last week that you deliver my phone next week but you don't.when i called to customer care they said that complaint on site i complaint. but your only send the messages that your query has been sent to concern department. you never sent a fix date. you agent say that its your fault because you do not pay .

            I had bought insurance from apps you need and new india assurance when i bought my phone. My phone broke and i had claimed an insurance on my iphone 6s... Cin no d[protected]... My phone was collected on 26 august 2016 by the company s representatives and i received a message saying that i will receive notification about the approval status of my claim in 5 days.. I did not receive any notification after that. Upon calling customer care i was informed that at times the message is not sent and that the phone should be repaired within 20 days.. I waited for 20 days and checked the status it still showed as approval pending.. I called customer care and was told to fill a complaint and that someone will contact me within 24 hours.. I filed a compalint and i received no notification or call from them.. It has been over 50 days now and it still shows as pending. On calling their customer service they say that they can only take requests fpr new claims and cannot track existing claims and to email their support team. I have emailed their support team over 20 times and they keep sending the same reply that its pending without telling me why or when my phone will be returned. I even told them that they dont have to repair the phone to just return it but they are not doing that too.. This feels more like a scam than a insurance company... I started posting on their facebook page first they just blocked me and deletd my comments. Its been over 50 days and they dont seem to be having any intention of returning my phone back. Please help!!!

                This is to inform you that my phone was liquid damage on 9th sep and my damage phone is picked up by mr. Sanjay wankhade on 19 sep 16 at 9 pm. I am very confused regarding company mail said my claim was reject and mr. Sanjay told that my phone was in process, it will take more 10 days to repair mobile phone because internal parts of mobile is not available in service center.
                I am requesting you if your company not able to repair my damage phone than give it back before 8 oct 16 and also give my money back which was gave on the time of purchese of your scheme @ rs.1000 + panalty. (Because you fraud with me)
                If you not able to do this than i will be file a case under the consumer protection act 1986. I think company is used our mobile and after a long time they will be return.
                When i call your call center they only told one line "sir pl wait for 48 working hr." no one is updating me an actual status of my phone.
                I fight against your fraud insurance company and on monday 10 oct i will file case in consumer court now i meet directly in court, and for my case to be strong therefore i will coordinate with old client which claim still in process.

                    I had a HTC Desire-626 LTE Dual sim Mobile Insured with Apps You Need.
                    I was purchased it on 23/02/2016.
                    In a Six month my phone's screen was Broken. So i Filled Claim On 22/08/2016.
                    On 1/09/2016 i got i message from company that my Claim is "Approved" and forwarded to "Authorized Service Station" and it will be in my hand in maximum 20-21 days.
                    Today it is 2/10/2016 But still they not given my mobile Back. And i'm continuously complaining about it and mailed them but they just not respond it now.

                    The third class service I ever seen... I was claimed my insurance 1.5 month ago still they are not given any reply.

After a month again he contacted me and tell me to do all this process again. Due to system upgradation, my claim gets denied. But no one from apps you need team informs me about same. Even when i call on your call sent they also not aware about this.

                          I seriously now confuse and don't know what is going on.

                          My phone is under claim seen last more than 2 month and still, process is on first stage only.

                          The person from apps you need only give a date on a date but no result for same. When i call your call center they only told one line "sir pl wait for 48 working hr." no one is updating me an actual status of my phone. Not your call center... Not your mail reply or even not your online portal.
                          Now pl tells me what should i do??

                          Now i am really frustrated and don't know what to do. Pl look into this and do resolve my issue asap,

                              I had my Samsung A7 insured with AppsyouNeed and I guess that was my biggest Mistake. My phone got damaged on 15th august, 2016 and i applied for the claim. One of the representatives picked up my phone on 17th August, 2016.
                              Now its more than a month and I still dont have my phone. Whenever I call them, I get a new answer about the phone. Sometimes they say its in the head office(Noida), sometimes they say it wasn't submitted as the person who took the phone was sick and the phone was with him. However the person himself says that i did submit the phone to the head office on time. I dont know whom to believe.
                              This is the worst service i have ever seen. I regret my decision of choosing Apps you need and would ask everyone not to use their service. I think I would have spent money fixing the phone rather than taking an insurance service provider like this.

                                I purchased a mobile (Sony Z5) on 20 Feb, 2016 with insurance of 2 years by AppsYouNeed.
                                The mobile fell on 7Aug, 2016 and front screen and back cover got broke. On reaching out the "Apps You Need" company, they took it from home at 9 Aug, 2016. I was told that it'll be repaired in a week or 2. It's been 2 months since then I have been tracking it on the net.

                                  My name is vidit agarwal and i am a resident of dibrugarh, assam. I had purchased an insurance cover with apps you need for my new purchased iphone se. I was assured at the time of purchase that the claim settlement for repair will be a maximum of 20-25 days. Do to some unavoidable circumstances my phone was damaged and i gave the phone at the shop counter of appsyouneed 05/08/16. The lady filed the complain and gave me a claim identification no. (D[protected]) and my insurance registration no is irn472017. The phone was picked up from the shop counter on 10/08/16 by mr. Shankar and i received a message from the company on 16/08/16 that the claim has been approved.
                                  I have been regularly pursuing my claim with the company representative in dibrugarh, mr. Pratik das and mr. Biswajit, guwahati. They finally assured me that they are sorry for the delay and i will receive the handset by 14/09/16.
                                  Now it's 24/09/16 today and the company representative had no idea about the whereabouts of the handset. After the shop owner scolded the representative and asked for a definitive answer he called me up and told me to wait for another 15 days. What is the benefit of opting for the insurance service if i have to go under this hassle and problems.
                                  The company is playing the blame game and i am left with no solution.

                                      A complaint of my phone was registered, however it was not been repaired in service center by them as there is not detail of any repair and implanted part has been registered under my phone IMEI. I got to know about the same when I visited to Gionee (company name) Service Center thereafter. I was been communicated that all phone get repair in their respective company's service center at the time of filing the complaint to them and at the time of insurance too.

                                      As there is no record found therefore service center denied to consider the same in warranty due to no record entered under IMEI for any implanted part replacement and repaired done.

                                      Mr. Anuj (who has now left the company) and Mr. Rahul Bajaj (also named as Chandan) designated as Area Sales Manager and Mr. Vipin Shukla were involved in this case.

                                      Kindly take some corrective action in this case to get the needful done ASAP.

And i was notified that my phone will be delivered back to me on 17th january 2017. None of your exceutive is replying to me properly. They only have one aswer "SIR COMPLAINT ON OUR WEBSITE". I have been complaining since so long no reply from your side has been given to me. The only reply from your side is that we are working on it we will let you know in 15 working days. Now it has been more than 3 months. I am very fed up with your company and your employees. Contact me as soon as possible and tell me the status of my phone otherwise i'll raise a complaint against my phone that my phone has been lost. And will go consumer court too. I am seriously saying this. I am very fed up now.
