It is going to complete 3 months but neither i recieved my iphone 5s nor any information about my phone.

I was purchased it on 23/02/2016.
In a Six month my phone's screen was Broken. So i Filled Claim On 22/08/2016.
On 1/09/2016 i got i message from company that my Claim is "Approved" and forwarded to "Authorized Service Station" and it will be in my hand in maximum 20-21 days.
