no they will not return they have done the same thng with me as well i gave my phone samsung j7 in august till nw i havent got any reply and nor they are replying to my emails they are complete fraud i have filed a complaint against them in consumer court.

    Also we got the Claim approval on 22nd Dec 16, after approval insurance company person have to pick mobile on already given address in my complaint.

    But want to inform you that, still any of representative not picked the mobile.
    Already 01 week have been passed.

    So we are requesting to send your person to pick the mobile maximum by today only, Otherwise we have to take some Serious action on this .

    On the voice support, there is no option to speak to anyone to know the status of the claim.

IRN which is IRN325444 i complained for damage on 5th of nov my CIN is D[protected] ...my case was approved on 24th of nov but 34 days has been passed, but yet not picked. on every complaint there is an auto generated message that it will be picked in next 72 hr. WHEN I COMPLAINED ON THIS SITE APPS YOU NEED TEAM CALLED ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE IN 2 DAYS, THEY SCHEDULED THE PICKUP ON 24 DECEMBER, THEN 26 DECEMBER, THEN 28 DECEMBER..every day they postponed and given fake hope and promise. NOW I HAVEN'T ANY FAITH IN THIS TEAM, i am going for CONSUMER COURT, because i do complained on 5th of nov, and its going to be 2months

              I have claim insurance money for my lost phone 4 months prior.                 I had bought a mobile phone Samsung J7 dated 6/5/2016. At the time of purchase i have also insured the phone for accidental damage with apps you need company. My phone display got damaged and i applied for claim dated 23/11/2016. Initially they have taken the phone . On enquiring with this company multiple time i came to know phone is getting repaired later.
                On checking the status online. It shows that I was supposed to get back my handset back on 19/12/2016.

                However I have not received my phone as yet. I am facing great difficulty.

                    Very poor service provided by your side. my claim number is [protected]. i bought my mobile before three months and now i get claim only 8400. and from ur side over all process time is three month that is not good way to deal with customer. i bought my samsung mobile phone in 15000. i insured from ur side.

                    Really very poor service offered.Its been almost 3 weeks but my handset not picked up.NO reply against complaint registered through website.I feel robbed after buying insurance from appsyouneed.

                      I had bought a mobile phone samsung j7 dated 7/9/2016. At the time of purchase i have also insured the phone for accidental damage with apps you need company. My phone got damaged and i applied for claim dated 15/09/2016. Initially they have taken the phone . On enquiring with this company multiple time i came to know phone is getting repaired later they have replied as the phone can not be repaired so they want to refund money for that they want all accessories which have been given with the phone and a cross cheque for money refund. I have given all that. Now it is almost 3 month i am not getting any update. I did not get my phone neither money.

                              My screen got broken i deposited the phone after chasing N number of times i got phone number of Apporv NUwal whose number was mentioned in the website .

                              He provided my details that i will get cheque because my phone in under total loss and 45% of the amount will be deducted i am not even getting the complete current.

                                Sir, it's been more than a month that my phone is there with you and no action is taken. 15 days back I've been informed that my phone's part isn't available but no action are taken. And according to the NIA policy I should have got a cheque and my broken phone. But I didn't. And your customer service is hope less when I call they just say write a mail or register a complaint but when I do that there will be a same reply everytime. As If they don't even read my complaint and just copy paste a single message. Then they don't reply back the mails. Thecompany asked for two days time but when the time limit was complete no mails were sent and they didn't cared to mail back or anything I regret doing my phone claim with your company. Please it's a request that serious action should be taken.

I registered a claim on 10 Nov 2016 on their application form where i got approval on 21 Nov 2016 and my pickup secheduled was set on 23 Nov 2016 but after that nobody came to pick up my phone . When i call on customer care number they always said your phone would be pick up in next 24 hours. But till now nobody came to pickup my phone. now its been a month i have not got any response from their end.

                                    The Third Class service i have ever seen. whats system is that..

                                      Hi,

                                      This is regarding claim number is D[protected]. My iPhone 6 was water damaged and I had applied for a claim on 22/10/2106. It was a very slow process to get the initial approval and once the case was approved and the handset was been picked up it has gone into an indefinite loop. I am not getting any response from the company about the repair status of the phone. The only place to complain is an online portal where they are repeatedly providing same updates (copy-paste). I am really frustrated at the behavior and would want my phone back.
