Myself Amardeep Bhalotia, about the damage of my handset I had uploaded my claim documents on 24/11/2016, my CIN number is D[protected]. On 1/12/2016 Mr. Sourav Saha has picked up my handset from your side and after collecting my handset it was not updated on website also. So 29 days has passed but I did not get my handset yet it is a long period may be you can understand my problem. Confirm me when I will get my phone back...

I have claim insurance money for my lost phone 4 months prior. I have submitted all the required documents to the company and the claim was approved within 15 days but still I am waiting for the claim money. Firstly they were saying that the amount will be credited within 60 to 90 days but now more than 120 days have passed but still not recieved any response from them.
Have written many mails to them but they have stop responding...

Claim for the repair of my apple iphone6s has been approved by appsyouneed.. And from last 20 days we are just waiting that some one will come and pick the phone for repair.
Now we have doubt whether company even exists or not.
Its like ORDEAL for us. From last more than one month we are just being suffered due to this unprofessional Behavior and attitude.

And according to the NIA policy I should have got a cheque and my broken phone. But I didn't. I registered a claim on 10 Nov 2016 on their application form where i got approval on 21 Nov 2016 and my pickup secheduled was set on 23 Nov 2016 but after that nobody came to pick up my phone .
