Their is no any facility to take call by them registered complined but still no any updates on them plzbhelp the insurance company does not respond any request i have lost my mobile but their is no update from their end for resolution after the insurance if mobile phone plz help ad i am help less

Now we are facing issues. Apps daily is continously sending messages at times several, numerous times a day :
1. "apps daily has lost their phone & it's current
Location is...
2. Imei no, [protected] imis...
3. Appsdaily antitheft...

Please register our complaint as already in last 4 - 5 we have lost more than hundreds of rupees.

Secondly it is impossible to contact you, as the numbers given do not have customer exec so how do we contact you?

Since last 15 months I am waiting to get my claim settled by you organization. Every time I have got a assurance that the issue would be resolved shortly, but all fake commitment. No one in your organization can help me. I have spent money to take your insurance on top of that I spend money on service center to get phone ok on your commitment. Advice me, by which route I should get my claim. Should I seek help of consumer forum.

Myself mohit gera, customer of apps daily... I have nt faced such a poor servise by any other company... They r nt ready to rly nt even they r teying to solvr my problem... I request each and every person... Plsss dont ever book an insurance from appsdaily... I have submitted my phone at ur center on27th of oct 2016 for physical damage.. The phone was in running condition, only the display and back pannel has been broken... It has been more den 7 months and i have nt received any communiation from your firm end.. My samsung j2 6 phone had been theft on saturday[protected] and i have gone to the shop from which i have purchase it and show him the fir copy and bill with insurance details but he is denying me saying that insurance is given only for wear and tear not for stealing. But i have searched on the net it shows me that insurance is given for theft. Now please help me for this and provide me the justice.

It;s been around one and a half month, appsdaily is not returning my phone.
Also there ain't any chances to talk to their customer representative.
Not only me, a large number of claims have been registered, they had also took processing fess according to the claim package and still not returning customers mobile phones.
I kindly request consumer court to take strict action against this fraud company.

I had read your terms and conditions. It is totally wrong you have done to me.

My mobile has been damaged the model no is samsung a 5 2016, apps daily protaction 2499 platinum cover registration no. 6905226. The premium i paid for d insuranse cover at 4 of september 2016 is 2499 rs but the insurance co. Is not responding for that so plz sort out my problem as early as possible. We need to file police complaint against apps daily fraud company. As of now there is no physical evidence of appsdaily office or their Mir road office. All employees has left company. Customer care no has only auto reply option.
I filed my theft claim with apps daily id ATN_130217_[protected] nd paid 4000 processing fee in Jan 2017.
After months of follow up I didn't received any update from appsdaily. So I decided to go and visit their head office. To my surprise they are no longer present and I received the update that company went bankrupt. I have even visited their Mira road office address and that site is also closed permanently.
New users plz do not make any payment to appsdaily.
Police complaint is the final option for us.

First mistake is the insurance, never buy any third party insurance.
I am owning S7 Edge, sent it for repair of crack display and back panel, before sending to appsdaily the display if working perfect, first i paid Rs.3700 for claim process fee, after paying appsdaily recieved the payment after 15 days(after my dozens of mails), kit arrives and finally appsdaily receives my phone, but after several mail i have no clue about my phone,
And one day i received a SMS saying that your UNREPAIRED handset has been sent to you.
i received the phone in very horrible condition, whole display is broken, glass pieces is coming out of the box, and a letter is also attached for refund.
In repair estimate they mentioned only display of Rs.12500, not the back panel which is also broken.
I immediately send an email to [protected]@appsdaily.in, with repair estimate and my cancelled cheque but 20 days spent, no mail, no sms, nothing.
After all, i repaired my phone in local samsung care, they charged me for Rs.17500 for display and back panel and repaired my phone in just 2 hours.
Today i sent a mail to appsdaily with my Invoice of Rs.17500, cancelled cheque, and their repair estimate.
now i have to wait when they will refund my money.

Totally its a loss to insure a phone. Never buy any insurance, specially not from appsdaily.
Their 7 day replacement guarantee is a bakwass.
sale chor company, 3 month me phone wapas kiya wo bhi unrepaired, now my phone is out of warranty only because of appsdaily.

Final, I paid 6000 for buying insurance, for claim process 3700 total = Rs.9700. appsdaily ne ye paise kha liye. or 12500 refund karenge pata nahi kab.

These is to aware all that appsdaily insurance company is fraud. I had very bad experience. One day i buy new samsung j7 phone along with extended insurance warranty one year of appsdaily. Now my phone got display cracked.
My phone is in working condition. So i claim with appsdaily to replaced my phone with new display. They took around days and meanwhile repairing my device they damaged more to display and new spares were not available. And they submitted my device without display not in working condition and they have mentioned to pay me back rs 3200/- as display price in market is worth of rs 7000/-. How thwy are working i don't know. Is they are not working proffessionally. As they are promissing they are not able to fulfill promisses make to public customer. Force to close these fraud company.

I paid insurance amt when i buy this phone. It is too late. Give me my phon imediatly. I[censored] cant send my my phone within 7 days i will complaint to police and then i go to consumer protection act. I know all the rules about it. Because i am working in that section. I have done my I Phone's insurance from apps daily. My phone display is not working. After that I intimate to apps daily team that my phone is damaged. My claim intimation number is ADN_250417_[protected]. They asked me to submit 1500 rupee in the form of processing fees. I have paid 1500 rupees to them. After that they have dispatched the packing kit to my address. When i packed my phone in there kit and go for schedule pickup and drop off both the options are hidden. I tried to call apps daily team 1000 times but there is no contact with them. I am doing mails to them but there is no reply from apps daily. After that I contact with FedEx Courier (their vendor) they received my phone. After 7 days FedEx guy call me and return my phone to me and told me that our head office declined to send courier until they have received any notification from apps daily. Now damaged phone is with me and I have no contact with apps daily. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court against apps daily

After approx two months now you are telling us that our handset can't be repaired, if you are not able to arrange the parts of that mobile then how can we arrange, and what about that charges Rs 1500 we have given to you before sending our phone, you have sent unrepaired mobile phone but I have not received it my unrepaired mobile. As a working women it is not possible for me to go for repairing and then send bills to you and then u will credit amount in my account.I request you to please resolved my issue as soon as possible.

Daily security, serial no. 7681467 installed in my phone on[protected] for the period of one year. It was working upto 23rd of Mar-2017.Then up to day it was not working. I have approached merchant shop where it was installed. They told to contact customer care of AppsDaily.I am trying to approach you, but I did not succeed.

I have registered my damage claim on 3rd january 2017 and after nearly 2months they called up and said that my phone is under irreparable condition and if i pay 15% of my invoice amount which is around 14, 000 i would receive a replacement amount and i have even paid the amount on march 8th and i was supposed to receive my handset in 7-8 working days. But, even till today there's no clarity on when i would receive my replacement handset. Now my phone is struck with them and my money as well. I have even requested them to return my damaged handset and refund the amount i have paid which is 3600+ 13700 which is 17, 300 so that i will get it repaired with my money. Now, they're not even accepting for that and saying that my case is approved for replacement and they'll dispatch it shortly. I have been hearing same story since 2 months and i have lost my patience completely and proceed legally without any delay.

I have purchased insurance of the said company for the mobile handset. Then i have claimed the theft of the mobile before 5 months. The company has asked me the certain documents which i have submitted on one go as per the guidlines of the local branch manager. The company has then started demanding the different documents which were not possible to submit. The same has been conveyed them by mail number of time but after few months company has asked for one document which i have submited through courier and mail. The company has asked to deposit the margin money of 5040/- to process the claim which i have paid before 3 months. Now since last 2 months, the company is not responding the mail and nor on telephone.

Sir app daily company ne mera phone claim ke bhane se liya hai aur return ni kar raha hai aur koi contact no. V ni hai apps daily ka app koi advise do jissemain iska complain court main kar sakun. Mera phone jo kee samsung a7 2016 tha. Phone khridte waqt unlogon ye bol ke becha kee 10 day claim guranty hai bur ajj feb se may ho gya there is no any response. Aur es company koi contact no. Ni app kewal ibr pe hin unki recorded voice sun sakte hai aur koi option hin ni hai itti bari fraud company pe koi legal karwayi kyun ni ho ri hai.
