Dear sir
I had bought sony xperia z3 phone & along with took appsdaily insurance. My touch screen got broke & i applied for insurance claim. My insurance claim no is ad_d_261214_1419086. After sending all documents, 1st i was asked to produce a part wise break up estimate. After explaining them that my set is not repairable & can only be replaced, i was asked for estimate with statement from service center that my mobile sony xperia z3 is not repairable. After sending aforesaid documents & getting reply that it has been sent for final approval, again after 5 days was told that because of system error i have to send the document again. After re sending the documents i am again being asked for part wise break up on estimate. They have not checked the document, where service center has clearly mentioned that this phone is completely damaged & need to be replaced as this set is completely in built & not repairable.
Please look into the matter.

    Hello my self riya golecha
    My sister got insurance from appsdaily of my phone. Now my phone got damaged and i report a complaint in it. . They have policy and even they said they will give my payment in 21 days but its been more than 2 months they are not giving my payment. . Please help me i have sended all documents as per there requirement so please help me to get my payment of 10, 800. My intimation id is 1260189 and my complaint is from the name aditi farabda. .       This is a clear con job. My girlfriend bought an iPhone 6 recently and was offered insurance against theft and loss and also some basic servicing for minor repairs when the fact is that Apple has an official policy that they do not service or repair any products in India at all. When she asked him to send her an email with the list of things that come under service or repairs under their insurance policy the agent of Appsdaily first said that he does not have it and she can ask the people at the Apple store for it but when she insisted that it is not her job to do it, he said he would send an email after getting the list but my girl friend never got that email. A clear case of fraud and misleading innocent people. Anyone considering this please do your research and ask the official company people of the product before going for this.

        Sir i get a apps daily insurance in which if you lost phone they will give insurance within 21 days but more than 3 months gone i still not getting my money and whenever i ask him for money they ignore me. .

        Mobile handset theft

        As i have registered a CTN of the claim process but unforgettably i am not able to do the formalities on proper time. But now i have all those documents which are to be required. My CTN No- ATN[protected]
        I Have visited Appsdaily Office in jammu but there is no status shown on the system so kindly check an do the needful

          I am 18 yrs now. The incident is of 23rd April 2013.I bought my mobile phone from store. The representative of apps daily attracted me by their anti theft insurance product. I bought it. He installed it but after my mobile got lost, I got to know that d apps daily representative entered my wrong D.O.B. due to which I didn't get my claim. Apps Daily and New India Insurance are fraud comanpanies. My claim amont is Rs 15000/-. Plz ppl I request u to not get trapped.

          When I said them that I will complain, then they replied do whatever u can.
          Due to their men mistake I m getting loss.
          This product is useless. If your handset gets damaged then they ask you to get the estimate letter from service centre and no service centre issues such letter to anyone. Also the appsdaily support centre guys told me that no service centre will issue such letter but they want that letter if I want to make a damage claim.
          my new xperia just 2 months old was fall from hand to road in road accident...the display was not working after that..and no other damage done to the mobile...i contacted sony customer care and apps daily for this...and submitted my mobile to service staation...now after 15 days apps dialy person told me there is some mistake from service station guy about filling my form...thats why the mobile is not repaired...service station guy is telling that the mobile repairing is in process but apps daily did not contact him about the cashless transiction.. now i want my mobile to be repaired what should i do??

          pathetic service from apps daily. They try to find loopholes in the documents and close the case. No intimation is sent as well.
          AppsDaily loot people by showing attractive advertisements. Just don't take an insurance!!

          I have lodged a Claim for Theft of my I-6 mobile Phone on 11.06.2015 and sent claim document on 12.06.2015 but Apps Daily has rejected my claim without informing me. I have contacted Customer Care, he tell me that you signature on all the documents provided have not matched.

          I am sufferer from Loss, I had provided all the documents to Company, All the signatures of document is mine. If Company found any mismatch why not ask further verification document from me. I am real sufferer from Loss of Mobile, if Apps Daily not fulfill the losses of actual customer than who will faith on your company.

          Till date I have not received any reply except that once claim rejected no further enquiry available here.

          last night I purchased iPhone 6 plus, heard from lot of people to get appsdaily insurance, finally got the true colours of APPSDAILY after reading all above complaints.

          This company finds out ways for not giving claims

          I had made a claim regarding the theft of my phone from train.

          All document required by them was sent timely .

          Silly reasons are given for not paying claims

          This is just ridiculous and fooling customers.

          No response of mail is given by the company and so the 48 hours customer reply is also a false claim, no body pick up call during night time.

          All false promise made while selling the insurance.

          I never had such a horrible experience before . i advice no body to take insurance from apps daily
          Total fake promises. I lost my s6 edge in pick pocketting...apps daily people troubled me more than the theft. As per their demand i have done everything been the police complaint letter( they asked to change the texts of letter 2 times) or my middle name issue( for which i have submitted d affidavit on stamp paper) after roaming here and there finally they are saying that your intimation was wrong so u r not eligible for the claim.

          Its Just a fake company, Ch...tya banake dhanda hai. They will never pass your claim for any reason. They will show multiple reason to reject the claim... so please, Requesting you all guys that dont you ever insure your handset from Appdaily... MC, BC...
          Apps Daily is a fraud company I do agree. I have experienced the similar consequence while gone for a claim.
          The cash less claim service centers provided by Apps Daily are refused to entertain my case.

          My experience with apps daily was Very Pathetic . I dont how come I believed on their fake promises and Radio Advertisements.I m a kind of person who do proper investigation before buying any product.But despite my younger brother who was forcing me to take insurance from TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE, I denied and took from appsdaily because of daily advertisements on Radio FM and youtube channel.
          Few Months back me and my younger brother ordered 2 iPhone 6plus from flipkart and for future security of our handsets we did insurance, I did from appsdaily and he did from Times global insurance.Actually i thought that we stay in Mumbai, so I thought its better to communicate appsdaily coz Times global insurance is a Delhi Based Company.Three weeks back our Family visited a temple in Madurai where Mobiles were no allowed so we me, my bro and my dad(he was carrying a old mobile of nokia, not insured offcourse) kept in a pollybag and gave it to a counter, but forgot to take coupon against it.When we came back we found that someone else took that pollybag, anyway it was a big drama over there, that's pointless here to narrate.I called appsdaily and believe me the phone officer was behaving like I m a lair and she asked so much of paper work, Even after that they are not accepting it.But my younger brother just did email his FIR copy and a small description, They guys from Times global insurance credited the amount of Rs 45000(Approx) within 7-8 days time.
          Now I consider I m a big fool, I give lots advice to people but now I realize that I don't deserve that.But my Fight with apps daily will continue and will not buy a new phone from my money.

          Apps Daily such a fake insurance company this guys are ridiculous there customer support is really disgusting this guys are really fraud my iPhone 6plus is damaged and i am playing in mail with those pathetic guys from 20 days but no positive response i m gonna file a case against the company very soon for sure!!
          I had purchased Samsung S6 and have been using it for nearly 7 months. As usual I bought the insurance based on their promise that any accidental damages will be covered. Unfortunately today my mobile was broken as it fell from hand.. I spoke to an in the customer care and explained the insurance and he replied that the mobile phone font screen broke due to my negligence and the claim was denied. Then Why the Hell these people sell the insurance for 2000 rupees???

          Guys never buy these insurance going forward... Let it be a warning to you all.
          fraud fraud fraud ... i had purchased rs 7000 lava set and got it insured by apps daily. after 7 months my mobile set was stolen and completed all the formalities as told by apps daily. i send my documents to the Bangalore office and also received phone call from their team regarding clarification of stealing incident. after that i called their toll free no to know the claim status and it was under verification. after few more days i tried online claim status and it didn't picked my complaint id and i tried toll free no and it asked for claim id, as i filled claim id, there was no response. this continued to happen several times and caused lot of harassment. finally i got their reply as claim not sufficient. my all formalities were correct as i had read their claim book thoroughly. so dear friends be aware, they are all frauds . don"t waste money.
          I have a similar experience. My handset was water damaged, but repairable as per them.
          Its been more than 40 days, no response. Same status on their web portal. Customer care never picks up. I have 4 contact numbers of their representatives and team leaders. They never pick up. After I try for few times, they hand over the phone to some other person of their family and they tell me "he is not at home".. Ridiculous.
          I am going for FIR against this fraud company.
          If anybody want to join for group FIR, it will be more impactful. I live in Delhi.
