Dear sir
I had bought sony xperia z3 phone & along with took appsdaily insurance. My touch screen got broke & i applied for insurance claim. My insurance claim no is ad_d_261214_1419086. After sending all documents, 1st i was asked to produce a part wise break up estimate. After explaining them that my set is not repairable & can only be replaced, i was asked for estimate with statement from service center that my mobile sony xperia z3 is not repairable. After sending aforesaid documents & getting reply that it has been sent for final approval, again after 5 days was told that because of system error i have to send the document again. After re sending the documents i am again being asked for part wise break up on estimate. They have not checked the document, where service center has clearly mentioned that this phone is completely damaged & need to be replaced as this set is completely in built & not repairable.
Please look into the matter.

As i have registered a CTN of the claim process but unforgettably i am not able to do the formalities on proper time. But now i have all those documents which are to be required. My CTN No- ATN[protected]I Have visited Appsdaily Office in jammu but there is no status shown on the system so kindly check an do the needful
