My name is akansha kapoor my claim no is adn_c_241216_1978_39939. They have given given claim to my damage mobile. While claimming they have charged me 10% of repairing amount they have also not refunded that amount to me. I have lots of call and mail for complain to refund my amount they have not call or revert me back. Apps daily company is totally fraud and they make fool to clients. Its have been a five months they net now refunded my amount. Please help me.

My intimation number is ADN_010217_[protected]. It has been over 4 months since I sent my Iphone 7 for repair for water damage. They also charged me deductible of Rs.4200. I have no response from them after failing to contact them multiple times. I can't visit their office because I stay in Delhi. I want my phone back (even unrepaired) along with the refund for the deductible amount or I will have no option left but to take legal action.

With Regards to the above subject dated 27/04/2017 as on 9.40 AM where I was heading towards my office by boarding B.M.T.C bus from Kalingarao bus stop. When I boarded the bus, someone pickpocket my Samsung A9 Pro Mobile.

When i Claim the Insurance i got a mail from them that the claim has been registered, 5 days gone still now i didn't got any response from them.

Whats going on, i dont understand the tat or promise from your end. Why was i forced to sign on agreement for tat of 20 days. Pre sale promise was 10 days gaurantee replacement or repair. How come you people come with 20 days, when we register for a claim.

Why do consumer court enncourage people like you making wealthy and doing the same fraud again again with different names?

My claim was register in the month of march and reached service center on 7th. Till now there was no update, its been more than 30 days and the worst part is that i was not even able to connect with customer care agent to address all the status. When ever i tried to reach you people it is just ivr nothing much.

I request you to expedite the process and also i dont have my backup phone which is again a promise from your end. If you cant do it just pay back my amount (Both claim and presale) i will get this repaired by my self.

Reviews that i have seen not even 3% were satisfied by your services and testimonials looks good only on your website shame on you people.

I has submitted my mobile (Samsung s7 edge) on 22/03/2017 with all the required documents for the repair of screen. Its been more than 2 months and till now there is no response.. Customer care number Does not connect.can you update me regarding the status of my phone.. Or atleast a working telephone number to speak with the customer care executive .kindly deliver my phone. Its been more than 5 months and till now there is no response.. Customer care number given here says my complaint number is wrong.. No one to talk about it. The place where i've submitted is locked since long time... Can you update me regarding the status of my phone.. Or atleast a working telephone number to speak with the customer care executive

I was having a gionee s6. The screen of my phone got damaged so i approached the claim process. They asked rs.1500 as a processing fee which i paid. After that my phone was taken by a fedex representative. After which it has been more than two months and i haven't received my phone. I tried to contact the customer care through[protected]. But i am unable to speak to the representative.
Please take any necessary actions as early as possible.

This is in regards to my samsung a7 cell phone which was stolen at a market place. I need to know the procedure for claim and how do i go about this.

Please let me know the contact number for any of your call centre as none of the numbers mentioned on website is working, which is very dissapointing. I expect a better service from apps daily in this regards. There is no response on this number[protected].

The phone was stolen in delhi and i need the address for any of your offices operating in delhi ncr.

Dear sir,
I am an army officer posted in j&k. I had parcelled my damaged iphone 7 to appsdaily more than a month back. The claim number given by them is adn_080317_[protected]. They had asked me to pay online, which also i have done. But now there is no response from their side. They don't even have given an email address or a customer care number to speak to. The only number provided is [protected], which is automated and nobody is giving real time information.
Kindly ask the desired end that if phone is beyond repair, then they should immediately despatch a new piece. It would be a good insurance service. I am helpless here without my phone.

After they said its display has been dead, now we got our phone but battery not working speaker not working, worst service ever seen of apps daily, never got insured your phone i advice to everyone ... we got too much harrasment from them ... apps daily team pls help us if you can .. the phone was about 31000 and we cant afford now new phone already we are suffed about one year ...

I purchased LG K 10 LTE Mobile on Date. 07/08/2016 from Electric Point Situated in 89-B, Ambedkar Road, Kalka Gadhi Chowk, Ghaziabad. Phone No.[protected],[protected].
On Date 27/11/2016, Day Sunday, I was going to shastri nagar with my family to a relative time 13:20, My mobile was stolen by unknown persons. I have registered the FIR in Kavi Nagar Police Station with FIR No.7016. in dtd.03/12/2016, I have submitted all hard & soft copy. Of necessary supporting Documents.at Raj Nagar Service Centre of Apps Daily And I have deposited Rs. 3375/. Amount of 25 % of Invoice Value. Service Centre Person of apps daily told me that company will provide the new mobile .But after one month I talk with customer care of apps daily they told me that my case is under process please wait for one month. After two month they told me that this mobile is not available in market so please wait for one month. . In next month I try to customer care no. apps daily but customer care no. not pick up the phone. Then I write a mail to apps daily customer support. But they not replay . today Six month also completed . but I did not received claim. I request you please try to resolved my case as soon as possible. 6 month also completed.

Now even after 2 and a half months this fraud company hasn't returned my phone yet. Their customer care number is also not working and there is no source to talk to any of there employees and now this company has shut down.

Application against non-compliance of the order dated 22/march 2017 of the district forum in complaint no. Cc / 547 / 2016
The complaint submits as follows:
1. That the complainant filed complaint no cc/547/2016 against the opposite party, before this hon’ble forum and this hon’ble forum was pleased to provide relief to the complainant, vide it’s order dated 22 nd march 2017. The relevant portion of order is quoted below:
“the complaint is allowed. It is held that there is deficiency in service by the opposite party. The opposite party is directed to pay rs 15, 750/- to the complainant, as refund for the defective product and for compensation and cost. The opposite party is granted 30 days time from today to comply this order. If the opposite party fails, the said sum of rs 15, 750/- shall carry interest at 10% p. A. From the date of default until actual payment.
This order is pronounced on this the th 22 day of march, 2017
A copy of the aforesaid order is enclosed as annexure-“a”.
2. That more than one months have passed since the order, however the opposite party has not complied with above order and have not paid the said sum, or even bothered to contact the complainant.
3. That the respondents have committed an offence under section 27 of the consumer protection act.
4. It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this hon’ble forum may be pleased to grant the following reliefs/pass the following orders :-
(A) complainant be awarded sum of rs 15, 750/- (Rs fifteen thousand seven hundred and fifty only) with interest from date of default until actual payment.
(B) that the opposite party be dealt with and punished in accordance with the law for having willfully, deliberately and intentionally not complied with the orders of this hon’ble forum.
(C) the execution proceedings be initiated for execution of the above orders of this hon’ble forum
(D) grant such other reliefs as this hon’ble forum deems fit to grant/award in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
