My intimation number is ADN_010217_[protected]. It has been over 4 months since I sent my Iphone 7 for repair for water damage. They also charged me deductible of Rs.4200. I have no response from them after failing to contact them multiple times. I can't visit their office because I stay in Delhi. I want my phone back (even unrepaired) along with the refund for the deductible amount or I will have no option left but to take legal action....

With Regards to the above subject dated 27/04/2017 as on 9.40 AM where I was heading towards my office by boarding B.M.T.C bus from Kalingarao bus stop. When I boarded the bus, someone pickpocket my Samsung A9 Pro Mobile.

When i Claim the Insurance i got a mail from them that the claim has been registered, 5 days gone still now i didn't got any response from them....

Whats going on, i dont understand the tat or promise from your end. Why was i forced to sign on agreement for tat of 20 days. Pre sale promise was 10 days gaurantee replacement or repair. How come you people come with 20 days, when we register for a claim.

Why do consumer court enncourage people like you making wealthy and doing the same fraud again again with different names?
