      Happy anniversary guys.
      It's been complet one year since i have submitted my phone it was total loss so i was suppose to get refund but one year completed and no reply no money i can't even call you guys as according to u my intimation id is wrong...!! If this goes on i'll have to take some strict actions and lodge a fraud case against you

        CIN[protected] sent my iPhone 2 months ago for repairing and they have taken 2400 as repairing charges..a person from there company has taken my phone and i have received email about it..i have al the necessary documents with myself..please track down my phone as it was brand new..they have made fraud to us...if they don't do anything about it i will file a complaint about them in police station as theft and in consumer forum also.. And there website and facebook page are also not working Nd consumer care no. Is also not reaching

          I had bought insurance for my mobile handset from apps daily.But when my phone got damaged I went to the nearest centre and submitted documents, phone and Rs.500/-as per company policy.If phone not get repaired they give deposite back.But neither phone repaired nor deposite refunded.its been 9 months.I have already sent email with scanned copy of cancelled cheque.

            I bought appsdaily insurance for my phone Samsung s7edge from reliance digital, CBD. I had been trying for my insurance since 4months but no response from this team. They give lame reasons for no being available. Reliance digital store manager tried hard to sale this insurance while buying phone but now they are simply ignoring. Appsdaily insurance helpline number is also invalid on internet. Please help me with this matter.

                My claim intimation number is ADN_C_270517_[protected] .
                My phone is a samsung S7 edge, I have paid an upfront payment of 3000+ RS for a claim on my damaged screen. They received my phone on 14th of june 2017 and sent a confirmation email regarding the same. However, after this their customer care number is switched off from past 10 days. I have received no further communication. I am afraid they have kept my phone illegally with no intent to return the phone. Please look into the matter. Also please advice if i should take legal action against the company and under which sections of the IPC.

                This is the last email i received from them on 14th june 2017

                  There was insurance on mobile phone. I putted the request through appdaily coustomer . I recieved a message from the company. They asked me to pay Rs. 1000 to get moblie repair. I paid through bank . Then they sent a post with details and asked me to send my mobile phone to the given address through post. I sent my mobile phone with required documents. After 45 days i received the package through post. My mobile phone is not repaired, even i paid Rs.1000 to them. I did not get my money back . Please contact me on my number [protected]. I want my money back.

                      Apps daily is fraud comapny as they only take insaurance and least bother abt claim... This co is cheater co. I hv purchsed moto z play with ins of 3500 nw i lost it and inspite of many mails and registring claim nobody is bithred from apps daily its fraud co irda and police hv to take action and arrest them for fraud with general publuc and thier intrest.

                      Dear comsumer forum i m sunil kisan talsaniya.
                      My brother purchased moto z play with apps daily insurance worth 3500. It was promised that if it is lost theft or damage.co will accept the claim process and will give other mobile and now inspite of many mails from me and my brother nobody is responding. No reply and action taken from the comapny.. Plz raise a voice against apps daily insurance company. As i feel its a fraud company.
                      I've sent my phone about 3 months ago, I've not recieved any update and now the provided customer care number ( [protected]) is also not working saying its swithced off. What should i do. ?

                        I have lost my apps daily insured phone on 25th feb, 2017. I have submitted all the documents and paid an amount of 8000 for the receipt of new phone. But today, after 3 months too, i have not received my phone. Unable to contact apps daily on their phone number. There is not even a single mail or message regarding my phone. How long is it gonna take? Kindly confirm.

                        Still no update from Apps daily. The claim has been validated long back, but no update from them. They have also taken a compensation of 8000 Rs to process the claim. But still no reply. Kindly show some courtesy to reach back to your customers.
                        This is regarding my s7 edge, i have submitted my insurance claim online on 6h June and haven't received any call, response till date. I am making repeated calls and emails, Call back request but none of my request is being answered. Sent emails but returned undelivered, even the customer care number is switched off.

                          I had purchased a mobile (Samsung galaxy on8) and purchased an insurance policy to cover the risk of mobile. After some time my mobile damaged and same was informed by me to the insurance company on 27.12.2016 and also deposited my mobile on the same day. At the time of submission of my phone, the company asked me to deposit 30% cost of present mobile value. I deposited rs. 4470.00 with at the collecting center of the company with my bank account details. And now they are telling me that they will refund/reimburse my amount but they will deduct another 30% amount.
                          But at the time purchasing, they told me that they will charge only 25% price of the handset. But i have already paid more than the contracted amount at the time of submitting the handset.
                          Please interfere in the matter so that the can give me either my new mobile or refund the full amount of the mobile so that i can purchase a new mobile from the market.

                                  Company had sent back mobile without repair, then i have to approach iphone authorised centre and entire mobile set was changed, new imei no allotted
                                  Attaching the claim bill

                                  2) invoice no mac/sale/ser/17-18/00380 dated 21june’17 from macintel solutions of rs. 999
                                  Total claim of rs. 24499 to be reimbursed

                                    I have submitted my handset and all documents required by your team like cancelled check, and all, for claim my insurance policy after that, my claim was approved against total loss @ rupees 7000 but i didn't get any response from apps daily team regarding my claim and all. I am trying to follow on e - mails and calls but all yours care numbers are switched off or not reachable and no response via mail also.
                                    So, respond me immediately and transfer my claimed money into my account otherwise i will go with consumer case on apps daily.

                                      Sir i send you my fone since 25 days before but you guys are didnt send me amy information after reached my phone and i have not your calling number. its request to you that plz call me and tell me when you send my phone.

                                        My handset samsung galxy s7 edge. Under cin - adn_c_280117_[protected]. I have not received my insurance money this is my second complaint that i have written to apps daily i am totally discussed with the bad and cheap service of apps daily they are fraud. Appsdaily asked me to give 3000 inr to register a complaint and and earlier my was of 5000 inr this insurance did not help me in any service. They wasted my time, wasted my money totally 8000 rupees and they have not done anything till now, it's been 7 months i will register fir against appsdaily.
