Claim Intimation Number ADN_010317_[protected]

According to their policy they return the phone after debugging all the faults with in one months. I paid Rs 4000 at the time of insurance and Rs 2700 at time of claiming. On March 25, 2017 my phone and documents under CIN ADN_010317_[protected] have been received by them in their centre. Till now they have not returned my phone & even fault is very minor.

I had lodged a complaint of damage on March 1, 2017 and paid INR 2700 on March 4, 2017.
At the time of lodging complaint my hhone cost is approx INR 45k but today it reduces by INR10k.

I would like to sue this company and want that they will pay my all the loses along with my phone.

    On 17-jan-17 i purchased new mobile with insurance from apps daily & on 07-apr-17 i registered a complain of screen damaged to apps daily they initail charged 1500 inr for claim registering which i paid. Then courier person took my phone and i received message from apps daily of receiving my handset, after 40 days i received message from apps daily that your phone is dispatched & not repaired.
    When i recived my phone back i saw they fully broken my screen & not giving any answer why my phone not repaired.

    They are making people fool. I am going to register legal case against them.

      One of biggest mistake i did that i trust appdaily peoples. I have claimed damage repair with claim no. - adn_050317_[protected] for which i have paid charges for claim and send the phone with proper packing to their office after that i received one massage that my phone is received at their end but after one week i tried many times but no response from their side and their customer care no is totally making cheating with decided massage and further no response for next one month. After losing all hope i contact the retailer from where i got insurance done then after two days i got massage form their side that they have dispatch my unrepaired mobile handset to my address, for same no information why this is not repaired and still their customer care no is useless. Yesterday i got the courier and i really shocked to see my phone, they even not repaired my phone but damage my phone further initially only front side display is broken but now its side metal body is damage it look like that their people used it like hammer and many scratch on it, further back glass part is broken now it is simply comes in hand and when i send my phone only glass breakage is there on display side but now its display also goes faulty its camera is also not working properly pictures are not clear.
      Even no mail id for communication.
      So can you please suggest how i can handle all?

        Why you have returned my handset unrepaired?
        Why you have not repaired it?
        What is the problem?
        I have removed insurance of my handset to protect it from various damage and you have not repaired it!

        I have send my broken handset to APPSDAILY with id ADN_060417_[protected] and now they have send me as UNREPAIRED handset . WHY they did like this ?
        Fraud company... Even I have sent a mail to company owner Ajay Menon but still no reply from his end as well...it seems they are running a fraud business and making people fool..Let's raise hands and make viral complaint against the company on Facebook, twitter and linkedin.
        We should not keep quiet again't such fraud companies...

        Let's start with making a apps daily complaint page on Facebook and LinkedIn. .

          The product has been sent for the claim on 28th march and there is still no progress on the state of my mobile phone. The time period has exceeded all the limits and i am really pissed about it. I want my phone back within one or two days or else i am going ahead and complaining against appsdaily on every platform possible. Do take this compaint very seriously

            Appsdaily — phone returned unrepaired and damaged

            I own a iphone which was sent to apps daily on 2nd may 2017 as its dammage.
            I have just received one email form this company as the phone was received and is under process.
            On 19th may 2017 i received my phone.
            When i opened the package i found my phone but the sim card tray was missing and one of the steel part came out in between screen and body with pro forma invoice mentioned "repaired mobile handset" total value 4, 999.00.in the package.
            Also the email id and contact no. Mentioned in pro forma invoice not worked.
            I do not see any instructions on the refund/replacement, no way to contact this company, no live representatives, the online status only shows phone dispatched and date.

            Please fix this asap!

              It's been 5 months since I my phone was stolen and I registered my claim.
              My phone was stolen on 21/01/2017. And I have completed all the formalities regarding my claim yet no action has been taken and no word of reply is coming from you. Which is unfortunately sad and disappointing. Sir/ madam I have paid a sum of ₹ 16050 on 4th February 2017 and have posted you all the documents required as given in that email.

              Sir/ Madam, it is very disappointing to tell you that I am very upset, unhappy and extremely unsatisfied by this and seems to me that I have been cheated.

                    I am an ecommerce employ, i own a samsung galaxy a5 (2016) which was sent to apps daily 2 months ago as its display had a crack.
                    I have just received one notification text message form this company as the phone was received and is under process.
                    After two months i received my phone without any intimation.
                    When i opened the package i found my phone but the display was ripped off the body and there was just a broken body in the package left with a note that "the part was damaged during service and we will refund rs.6031."
                    I do not see any instructions on the refund, no way to contact this company, no live representatives, the online status only shows phone dispatched and date.
                    Are you guys serious??
                    Why do they ever have to rip the display off a working phone when there are no parts available?
                    Why it took 2 months for this company to realize they do not have parts available?
                    When can i expect my refund? Its already been 2 weeks now!
                    Who can answer me?

                      F#ck all services... Dont EVER buy insurance from this company. Its been almost 6mnths now & I haven't got my insurance money yet.. Dont ever trust this ppl.. If i dont get my money in next 7 days than i am definitely gonna file complaint against this fraud company

                        My handset under cin - adn_280117_[protected]... I am disappointed by the work appsdaily... Its been 5 months that appsadily have still not given my claimed money... Its an insurance company just for name sake... They did not repair my handset-s7 edge.. And took 5000 during insurance and 3000 later... And they have not done any thing... I am very much disturbed by the ill behaviour of appsdaily... And this is my second time i am lodging a complaint.. If my complaint is not resolved within the specific time limit, i will take a very strict action against appsdaily..

                                I am vijay, my Claim Intimation number is ADN_C_160217_[protected].

                                Appsdaily had received my mobile on 16th March '17 and they failed to repair it within the mentioned period.

                                Even after 60 days, they did not repair my mobile and returned my mobile unrepaired.

                                I haven't yet received my cash that I had paid to repair when I sent the mobile.

                                Refund me the cash soon. Also, since they failed to repair my handset, they need to return the insurance money that I had paid initially 1 year ago.

                                If i don't get the money, I will be contacting my lawyer and suing this company.

                                  I had registered a claim for damage of my mobile Phone-Oppo F1s. The phone was collected from my resident on 16th March but and as per the company policy of 21 days I have not yet received my phone yet. Even after a lot of followup with the company there is no response and I am getting a continuous reply that It has reached the service centre. I hope I get my phone at the earliest.                                     I had taken a appsdaily insurance when i purchased the lg k 10 invoice no ktp/16/10913. My phone screen got damged. Upon completion of appsdaily due documentation & with a payment of services charges rs.1000.00. My phone lg k10 was picked up for repairs as claimed for damage insurance on april 13 2017. And return came on 15 may 2017. Unprepared handset delivered to me. Processing fee of inr 1000 also i was paid.

                                      i am nitin jain and i like to share that i buy a insurance policy from apps daily executive in Shah Market, Agra.

                                      In the mid of March, 2017 our mobile screen has damage due to accident so i call to company executive but he did not response in proper so i go to mobile retailer and he talk to them then i have submit claim and pay 1000 rupees after 2 months my phone get back same condition.

                                      i like to share that apps daily company is fraud and his executive don't bother of customer so i have totally spend (670+1000= 1670) but my phone is no repair till date so where should i go tell me because my money and time totally waste.

                                        This is in reference to my Apps Daily claim number ADN_110317_[protected].

                                        I'd filed my claim on 11th March and the last communication from their end, which said my iPhone 6 Plus is currently under repair, was on 4th April. It's been over 2 months and I haven't yet received my phone back.

                                        There has been no further reply from their end and the customer service number does not connect to an executive that I can speak with. All emails to 3 separate listed IDs have been bouncing back. There has been no response on Twitter as well.

                                        Could you please advise on the best course of action?
