Hi, i'm vijay from satara, (Maharashtra) my cell send to repairing as per appsdaily process on 1st april 2017 by feedex courier, as per feedex parsel alredy received by company on 5th april 2017. Now still date 1 month and 5 days completed to receive the cell, but still no any information received from appsdaily or no any tracking number of cell. I'm tried to contact with customer care, but all online numbers getting disconnected. My cin is - adn_130317_[protected]. I can't track my cell status now, and when i will received with repair my cell?. If any one knows how to tracking process please share me.

    I had given a complaint earlier the no is id: 1532988, they have sent back the phone with this details your unrepaired handset (Cin: adn_c_130217_[protected] has been dispatched for delivery to your address through fedex. You may track your handset using the ref. No.[protected].
    They have completely dismantled the phone and i am not able to get it repaired even in authorised service center nor they are refunding the money i want them to refund the full amount of the phone along with the insurance amount i had paid and the amount which i had paid for repair, this is very unfair of this company kindly help me out

      My complaint id is ADN_030417_[protected].
      I registered my handset damage on 3rd April 2017. After paying 1500/- service fee on same day, they send the package on 17th April for handset collection.
      After collecting the handset, they are replying that handset repair is in progress.
      Suddenly after 2 weeks they send the handset unrepaired without giving any reason.

        My phone was damaged i. E. Screen was broken in an accident and i have claimed the same as the mobile was insured by appsdaily... I was told while claiming that the phone would be repaired or exchanged and will be delivered within 21days... I had made a claim and claim intimation number was generated on 25th feb 2017 but yet i have not received any updates on that. I am again and again trying to contact them by mail and calls but there is no reply.
        The phone was iphone6s 128gb costs about inr 62000.00 and i have already paid the insurance premium approx. 7000.00 and repairing claim amount 4000.00...
        The total paid amount is inr 73000.00
        I request you to please return the mobile phone or refund the amount.

              This is my complaint no. 4 months my phone was in apps daily office in ichalkaranji. they didn't repaired my phone, after that i have been told by apps daily company to repair my handset in service center and apps daily will pay the amount. my case is pending from DEC 2016. yet amount is not credited to my account. my total repair amount receipt is 9380 RS. i have sent mail to [protected]@appsdaily.in

                    This is fake company. I had sent very minor screen damaged phone Samsung 6S Edge phone in Oct 2016. after lot of persuation, I have received my phone without any repair. and the screen was completely damaged. My sincere suggestion to all policy holders is to not send any of your phone to their service center for repair. Please catch hold of retailers who have sold this product.

                          The claim which was registered on 16/11/2016. The phone was submitted to the apps daily connect center at ernakulam and i was charged rs. 750 as processing charges.

                          The phone was returned on 8/12/2016 without repairs and was i was told to get it repaired from the authorised samsung service center and the claim will be settled by apps daily.

                          I got the phone repaired from samsung. I have sent the payment invoice to apps daily on 08/12/2016 and i received an automatic confirmation message.

                          From december 2016 till this date i have contacted the apps daily customer care team numerous times and i was promised with a date every time and till now the claim is not settled. Presently the customer care number gets disconnected immediately after i select the 9 option to speak to a customer service executive.

                          I am seriously concerned about the kind of service this brand is delivering. I think it is time to take up this matter to media and let the world know what apps daily is up to.

                          I received a call immediately after i posted this complaint and I was told that the amount that i Paid at the AppsDaily connect center will be refunded. When i asked about the claim, The call was disconnected.

                          Why would i settle for the refund of the processing fees alone? I need the claim amount to be settled or else i need a refunds of the cost of Apps Daily product I purchased along with the processing fees charged to me.

                          I will also ensure that the brand pays a reasonable compensation for the mental agony I was put through in the past 6 months to get this sorted out.

                                      I am writing to you regarding the insurance claim of my Apple 6S- Rose Gold (64 GB ) phone. My Claim Intimation Number is ADN_050117_[protected]. The whole procedure starts from January 2017 and now it has been over 4 months since I sent my phone for repair for water damage. They also charged me deductible of around 3800. The worst part is that there is no point of contact from insurance people, they are totally unreachable. I can't visit their office because I stay in Delhi. I want my phone back (even unrepaired) along with the refund for the deductible amount or I will have no option left but to take legal action.

                                      If this is the kind of services you provide to your customers then its a big shame on your part.. It better to shut down your companies if you can't handle your customers. Kindly revert me back.

                                        I has submitted my mobile (Oppo f1s phone) on 21/03/2017 with all the required documents for the repair of screen. Its been more than 2 months and till now there is no response.. Customer care number does not connect. Can you update me regarding the status of my phone.. Or atleast a working telephone number to speak with the customer care executive. Kindly deliver my phone. Or i need to complaint about it.
