I send my damge screen phone to apps daily they told me that you will get the repaired phone with in 21 days but after 4 month they send the unrepaired phone to my address and they send mail that you will repair your phone to samsung service center and we will paid the service amount. Sir, i have taken an insurance for my samsung Mobile. my mobile was stolen i registered a claim regarding that and paid around 2100 rupees to the apps daily. my documents were recieved at thier end on 02/11/2016 with my intimation i.d. ATN_220916_[protected].
now there is no customer care call. when i call them there is no option available to talk to representative. i am in deep tenstion because of them....

I have paid about 5000 rupees my phone insurance. And today my phone has been damaged and i'm not able to reach the company. Both its numbers don't connect. Online claim portal asks ridiculously long details and at the end keeps showing errors. And according to their policy, the complaint has to be reported within 4 days of the accident. My samsung galaxy a8 was insured by apps daily.in february display has been damaged and phone was picked up by apps daily on 27th february 2017 for repair after paying of rs. 1500/- towards handling charges with assurance to return back repaired set by 21 days. But 2 months is over but there is no sign of returning back of the phone.

After this too many escalations to the ceo arun menon & others in the appsdaily. But nothing worked!

Including today it is almost 47 days after receiving handset in appsdaily service center.

It has been over 01month passed and there is no communication from your end about the status.
