I bought New Mobile Cell Samsung Galaxy AS 2016 Model cost Rs:28, 500/- from New Cellular Mobile Shop in Nashik Road on date 31st March 2016. As cell was costlier, seller suggested me Apps daily Platinum insurance of cost Rs:2, 500/- which I bought to protect my cell from theft, damage or software failure. As in said policy claim within 10 days, either (1) Invoice amount if cell not available in market. or (2) New cell of same model.
Unfortunately, on 14th Jan 2017 cell was theft at Railway Station, Nashik Road. As I insured mobile I claimed it to Apps daily Company. According to company policy they abide to give me claim within 10 days. But as per Customer Executive of company said they changed their rules from 2017 and asked to wait till one month and pay 30% of Invoice bill i.e. Rs:8, 550/- (1) I paid this amount - Receipt - job sheet see attached xerox & (2) Original FIR to Apps daily (3) Original Invoice & (4) My ID proof xerox.
I completed these all required process of documents & formalities.
On 24th Feb 2017 Apps daily call me and said we will give you Rs:15, 330/- I asked how you calculated amount if your claim says to get invoice amount or seal pack new cell. After 24th Feb 2017 Apps daily didn't contact me and even call centre blocked my No.There is no update or contact from company from that day.
I request you to ask Apps daily to settled my claim within time. Either seal pack handset or invoice amount of cell i.e. Rs:28, 500/-
