Apps daily i haven't received any email or any information about my claim.
My mobile phone got theft and after all the process done, i didn't get any answer to my claim status till date.
I have paid all the dues that is rs.5697, what is the status of my claim am i going to receive that either give me the mobile phone or return me my money so that i can buy it by myself and this thing has taken so long that it is not comfortable for a person to be without phone.
Please work as fast as possible.

    I vijay kadam, registered a mobile damage on 25 march 2017 and also paid 1500 charges, then i recieved following email from appsdaily.
    We have received a deductible of inr 1500.0 against your cin adn_250317_[protected].
    To process your claim ahead we have sent a packing kit to your address.
    Please keep the following documents ready:
    Once you have packed your phone visit us at claims. Apssdaily.in to arrange a pick up/know the nearest drop location/next steps
    But not able to find out how to submit pickup request via mention site also options are not available in customer care no.

    I Lekha Joseph have the same qurey like Mr.Vijay kadam. Plz tell your customer care people to call and clarify the email.. Plz make it soon... And plz pay heed to my msg

        I Deenamma Thomas have bought my phone, Lenovo k4 note and insured it under the apps daily insurance. I had a water damage in my phone and claimed the insurance which took a lot of time and other complications. The claim was successful and they asked me to pay Rs.1000 and send my phone and some required documents to their office at Mumbai. I did everything they wanted and sent my phone. They assured to return any sorts of phone damage or replacement within 15 days. Now its been more than two months since I sent my phone to their office. No updates are informed except that my phone and documents have reached their office. They haven't responded to my mails and they have not provided any means for contacting anyone concerned. I have all the details and proofs for the above mentioned with me.
        I sincerely hope this complaint is taken with prior notice and concern. The first four months is expected to be the best performing period of a smartphone and I haven't been able to use my phone ever because of the apps daily insurance. I don't even know where my phone is now. I don't know anything about my phone repair and I also fear the safe return of my phone. Its been very hard for me without this phone and I plead for justice.

            My phone's display was damaged and i had insured with appsdaily.
            I had sent my phone (Samsung galaxy j7) and document on 10th march'17. I haven't received it till today (20th april'17). It's almost 42 days and i haven't received any message or mail from appsdaily after 21st march'17.
            This type of fraud is not accepted from such a reputed company. Please provide my phone as soon as possible before 27th april'17 as i have to go out of india otherwise i will have to file a case in consumer court.

              I have paid rs.2500/- to buy insurance and rs.1500/- for claim. 1 months back i claimed for my damage phone samsung a8. I had follow all process of appsdaily for claim also mentioned that phone is working only display got cracked. Till the phone reach to appsdaily service center i got all update on mail/sms. After that there were on updates from appsdaily even i tried to call customer care operator but never able to connect them. I post complaint on their facebook page. So within 2 days i got my phone back but not with letter & it says unrepaired due to non - availability of part. But my phone's display is changed with worst one which in 100% not my one. My phone's cracks we can feel with our hands but current display we can see cracks inside the glass & not even we can feel. Even now my phone is at dead condition. Whenever i trying to charged it phone got very like fire within 5 min. It is very clear that appsdaily done wrong and unethical practice with me.

                Please note that my mobile phone being IMEI No. [protected], Samsung E-7 was damaged and as the same was under insurance of your AppsDaily, on 16 June 2016 i deposit my phone at your good office in Kolkata i.e. 46/31/1 Gariahat Road Room No.2014, 2nd Floor, and one Puja Panda received the same and issue me an acknowledge/ receipt being Intimation Id: AD_D_140616_[protected] and sum of Rs. 500/- with an assurance that same will return after 45 days.Further they provide me a phone numbers of your office bearer being [protected](Puja Panda) and [protected] (Suman Das), but as and when I visit to their office for collecting the same they ask me to come after more 45 days assigning reason that claim is under process.
                kindly note that till date neither they return my phone nor responding to my msg and call. moreover your office also shifted from said address.

                kindly do the needful and take immediate action in the matter to return my handset forthwith.

                    Its been more then a month since my phone Samsung Galaxy Edge was taken for a damaged screen repair on 7th april i got the confirmation mail that they have recieved the phone and its being repaired since then i have no information on the case there call centers doesnt work as soon as you try to talk to there representative the call disconnects on its own. they do not have any customer care email id i dont know what to do now

Your brand keeps good reputation in the market then why you are not take any action in past 4 months. If you are not take any action in 04 months it means you make fool or fraud with your client.

                              Want to bring to ur notice that i received my mobile (Samsung s7 edge) set 40 days after i send it across to apps daily office.. Unrepaired... When i had sent it, it's screen was damaged, now when it is returned/unrepaired... Its condition is.. The screen is broken as well as it is not turning on even on charging. I strongly suspect... That the mobile has been tampered with and some part has been stolen for sure... As according to what they (Apps daily) say.. That the part was not available to be repaired so we are sending it unrepaired.. Then the mobile should have been returned within a maximum time frame of 21 days as promised by them and their employee (Mr. Sukhwant. [protected]) whose mobile no. Is intractable now... I have paid total rs 5400/- to apps daily (Rs2000/- insurance amount + 3400/- as additional charges demanded by them). I got the message...
                              I feel totally helpless and demand an explanation... They (Appsdaily) are responsible and should get my phone repaired through their local dealer.. Or person.. Why should i be harassed. It is their duty... I need an explanation or would be going to consumer court...
                              (Earlier i got this message 40 days back when i had sent my mobile for repair..

                              Kindly note that I am Doctor(Consultant Plastic Surgeon -Dr Harpreet Bakshi, In a Reputed Hospital (Alchemist hospital, sector-21, Panchkula)
                              Want to bring to ur notice that I hurt my Samsung S7 Edge mobile insured by paying Rs.2200/- to Appsdaily . Later it's screen got damaged and an additional Rs 3400/- was demanded ( by Appsdaily) which I paid and sent my phone for repair. Later after 40 days I received my mobile UNREPAIRED. ... When I had sent it, it's screen was damaged, now when it is RETURNED/UNREPAIRED...Its Condition is even worse .. The screen is broken As well as it is NOT TURNING on even on charging. I strongly suspect... That the mobile has been tampered with and some part has been stolen for sure...
                              Claim Intimation Number ADN_C_ 100217_[protected].
                              As According to what they(apps daily) say.. That the part was not available to be repaired so we are sending it UNREPAIRED .. Then the mobile should have been returned within a maximum time frame of 21 days as promised by them and their employee(Mr. Sukhwant. [protected]) whose mobile no. is intractable now. ..                               On enquiring the part (screen of Mobile) is not available at Samsung service station, butveuth the local retailer, but why are they not allowing the repair through the local retailer and Harassing..
                              I NEED AN EXPLANATION OR WOULD BE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT...

                              Need ANSWER/EXPLANATION for all these issues... Which strongly raise suspicion for gross wrong doing..
                              1) After charging Rs.2200/- for insurance of mobile.. Why was then an additional amount Rs.3400/- charged, when mobile was to be sent for repair. (not told earlier).
                              2) After receiving the mobile, One messes was sent (on 4/3/17) but after that no intimation was sent forth 40 odd days (it was told that mobile would be sent within 21 days repaired or otherwise)
                              3) When mobile was later sent after 40days (after repeated mails/demands), it was NOT EVEN STARTING UP (While the main issue was of the BROKEN screen ).This clearly points out that it was TAMPERED with and some parts were stolen?/damaged.
                              4) There is no ACCOUNTABILITY and the clients kept IN DARK, with no clue as to what is happening.
                              5) If the mobile part(screen) was not available, then why not... The mobile was sent across early, but UNEXPLAINED HASSESSMENT was caused and Client had to suffer.
                              6) Even after sending back the mobile NO EFFORT was made to ask and help the client, which clearly points to WRING DOING AND TAMPERING being done.
                              7) Earlier the concerned person from Appsdaily (who did the insurance) Mr. Sukhwant (mob. No. [protected] from Panchkula ) was answering the call.But all of a sudden his no. is NOT REACHABLE and the client is helpless and clueless. This also points to his being party to GROSS WRONG DOING/NEGLIGENCE.
                              8) Kindly note that I am Doctor(Consultant Plastic Surgeon -Dr Harpreet Bakshi, In a Reputed Hospital (Alchemist hospital), with a very busy Work schedule, which has suffered a lot since last 40-45 days and the Main purpose behind this insurance(Spending extra money) was to avoid that. For this span, I had to purchase another phone (vivo phone) for my daily routine (as carrying a phone/receiving emergency calls from hospital is an essential professional requirement.)
                              9)The damaged part is not available at the Samsung service centre, but with the retailer, but why they are not allowing it to be repaired there and causing further HASSESSMENT.

                              Totally a group of crooks.
                              I paid excess amount of 3200 but to no avail.
                              Handset instead of repairing has been more damaged by these crooks.

                              Mera phone jo ki appsdailly se inssurance tha damage ho gaya jiski complennt no. ADN_080217_[protected] he 8 feb se abhi tk solve nahi hui he .agar 3days me solve nahi kiya to legal karywahi karne ko majbur hona padega.

                                I processed my claim for the theft insurance against my Samsung Mobile, i have paid an amount of rs 4200 and have also sent all my documents. My claim status no. is ATN_160317_[protected]. However i am not getting any response from the call center about the delivery of the new phone and also if i check the status online i am not getting any results. It only says that the payment has been made. This is highly frustrating as I have completed all the required submissions on time and still I haven't received the phone.

I send my phone to care and they dont return my phone and giving me stupid reason that u already change ur screen.. Agar maine insecurance kraya hn mai khud ke paise ku lgau gi... How can a company take my phone... Insecurance company has no wrights to take my phone and not return. Unprofessial behaviour of company.

I submitted my set along with all documents and paid Rs 4320.00 on 19/12/2016 to the CC Id 100, 32/B6 Opp LIC Building, Sanjay Place, Agra ( Mr Anuj). He assured that repaired set will be delivered within 21 days. Now the CC is closed and Mr Anuj not attending phones. I dialled so many times to the Appsdaily on[protected] now[protected], but getting no response. It appears that the Apps daily co is fraud and collecting the sets and insurance amount in the name of repairing sets and cheating the innocent customers.                                     I have sended my SAMSUNG GALAXY A-8 to b repaired in your repair center. U return it back unrepaired to me. Your data center person called me and said repair it by own and send us the bill but don't tell the process. Please guide me
