Your attention is invited towards gionee s6 pro (Imei no. [protected]) mobile no. [protected] purchase from manoj telcome, l-1, mahipalpur extn, new delhi 110037 on 26/10/2017 with invoice no. 4661, and insured by appsdaily with plan mpp 30k on 26/10/2017 with cash rs.2499/-.
However, unfortunately my phone was accidently damaged, i have lodge a provisional claim intimation against no. And_151017_[protected] on 15/10/2017. It is 2and half months passed, no. Of time i approach your representative telephonically get the answer from there that they left the job. But till now i cannot understand your intention behind this. I want to clear you that my phone was insured by your company for protection the damages. The style of working of insurance is to find out the solution not to create any conflicts and nuisance.
I again request you to please solve the matter at the earliest to keeping in view the reputation of your company and customer’s benefits.

After taking insurance from Apps daily and lodge A complaint on 15.10.2017, I am still waiting...waiting...waiting...A positive response from apps daily. Its A 2 & half months past nobody is serious to resolve the issue...

      This is regarding damage claim which registered through online. The initial process has been done however, haven't received any mail for further process. The below mail has been sent to me on aug 8

      We have registered your claim & are processing it at the earliest.

      Your claim intimation number is adn_280817_[protected].

      Once your claim has been submitted we shall be validating your claim. Once validated we will send you a payment link via sms and email - for paying your applicable deductible. Pay the deductible online by clicking on the link mentioned in sms or email

      Once you have made the payment online, we will send you a payment confirmation email and a kit to pack your phone and documents in. With this email we will send a terms and conditions form which you must fill and sign.
      Other than this terms and conditions, you will also have to submit the following documents:
      •a self attested photocopy of your government id proof
      •photocopy of your invoice
      •photocopy of your cancelled cheque

      Once you have packed your phone as instructed in the packing manual and your documents with it click on the link sent to you in your email and sms. We will send a courier person to your address to pick up your fully packed phone and bring it to us free of charge for you
      If your address does not support a pick-up your sms and email will have the nearest drop locations. These are the locations where you can leave your properly packed phone so that it can be delivered to us free of charge for you

      After processing all your documents appsdaily will repair/replace your phone. Once the handset is ready we will send it to you. This handset will be delivered to your shipping address.

          We were distributors for apps daily in kota appointed in dec 2015. As there was no market response and the stock was not liquidating in the market, mr. Krishnan soni who was asm for the zone advised that we will take the stock returned and your amount will be settled soon. We returned the stock to the zd. After that he left the job, mr. Om vyas was appointed, he assured he will get our amount back soon. The same was raised to mr. Sunil trishal, mr. Arun menon, mr. Shrikanth and a lot of other officials.

          We haven't received an amount of rs. 1.06 lacs since one and a half years after returning the stock.

            अपनास या तक्रारी अर्जाद्वारे कळीवण्यात येते कि मी दिनांक या तारखेला samsung galaxy j२ हा मोबाईल घेतला नवीन मोबाईलचा इन्सुरन्स काढायचा ठरवल्याअसल्याने मी आपल्या बारामतीमधील या शॉप मध्ये गेलो असता तेथे असणारे आपल्या इन्सुरन्स कंपनीचे सोऐब शेख आपल्या इन्सुरन्स कंपनीविषयी विचारले असता त्यांनी सांगितले तुमचा मोबाईल १ वर्षाच्या आत कोणत्याही प्रकारे म्हणजे फुटला पाण्यात पडला जळाला किवा इतर प्रकारे नुकसान झाले तर तुम्हाला दुसरा नवीन मोबाईल १५ दिवसाच्या आत मिळेल त्यासाठी तुम्हाला २३७५=०० + इतर चार्जेश रुपये भरावे लागतील त्याच्या या बोलण्यावर मी विश्वास ठेऊन मी आपल्या कंपनीचा इन्शुरन्स रु 2700 देऊन काढुन घेतला मोबाईल वापराय सुरवात केल्यानंतर 4 दिवासामध्येच हातातून खाली पडून फुटला व वापरण्याजोगा राहिला नाही.
            नुकसान झालेला मोबाईल मी आपल्या बारामती येथील शॉप मध्ये घेऊन आलो व तिथे असणारे शोएब शेख यांना दाखवला व त्यांनी दिनांक 15/09/2016 रोजी जमा करून घेतला व सांगितले 20 दिवसामध्ये मुंबईवरून तुम्हाला नवीन मोबाईल मिळेल त्यांच्या या बोलण्यावर विस्वास ठेवून मी मोबाईल जमा करून त्याची रिसीट घेऊन आलो.

              Respected sir/madam,

              I installed "apps daily complete security" antivirus in my samsung galaxy tab a on 30/12/2015. Since then i am using it without any problem. But for the past few months i am unable to login in "apps daily complete security".

              Whenever i try to login a message shows demanding verified mobile/email or user id and password. But i cannot recall the password and user id. So i tried to retrieve the password via "forgot password" option, but in vain. Because i am not getting the otp in my "registered email address or in registered mobile number" in spite of repeated attempts time and again.

              I am very tensed. Please help me. An expeditious reply from your end stating inter alia what to do now to overcome this situation will be of immense solace for me.

              I installed "apps daily complete security" antivirus in my samsung galaxy tab 4 on 15/10/2014. Since then i am using it without any problem.

              I last updated it on 8th may 2015. After that i didn't update it and now i am unable to update "apps daily complete security". 

              Whenever i try to update a message shows saying "downloading the virus info from server failed." i am very tensed. Please help me. An expeditious reply from your end stating inter alia what to do now to overcome this situation will be of immense solace for me.

                I had registered a claim with apps daily in january 2017 and till date their is no response from their side initially they asked me to do an electric transfer of 25% within 10 days to process the claim and i did so i transferred 12750 rupees to their apps daily acct and since then they have been saying next month and now since last few months their is no response from their side and it seems all employees have left and offices closed. Kindly help me to get my money back.

                      This is a voice of 100s of employees whose salary were not given by appsdaily mobile protection company pvt ltd - arun and ajay menon
                      They have just absconded without paying the dues and also after july 2016 they have not paid any pf amount to the government. Below is the address that i found when i logged into my epfo account and the mobile number they have provided in their website belongs to some poor customer who is being harrased by 100 people on daily basis asking for appsdaily information - mob no is [protected]. Like me many people have registered complaint but so far i dont think there are any positiveness. Request to look into this and hold these theives.

                      As per epfo acount the below details are registered. They had office in chandivali farms, oberoi gardens, c wing. After that some where they shifted to mira road.

                              I, manisha pachar given my samsung s6 edge phone to apps daily office, jaipur on 22 oct, 2016 to mr. Bhushan but they have not returned it yet. And in between that office is closed and their mumbai head office is also closed. They have done a fraud to lot of people like us.
                              Because they closed their offices i think employees working there without salary type situation had taken all the phones and sold to the markets.
                              Appsdaily is a fraudlent company.

                                This is to bring in your notice that an apple i phone 6s 64 gb gold (Imei nu [protected]) was purchased from saluja electronics with add:- g-50, sec-18, noida on 9 june 2016, at the very same time the insurance of the same was done by the store only with company apps daily under platinum plan for which a premium of rs 4999/- was paid. At that time the store manager assured us of the prompt service of the claim settlement of the insurance company.
                                Due to a minor accident this phone got damaged and as per the terms of insurance policy i applied for the claim of the same through their online portal with claim nu adn_280517_[protected]. To get the claim process initiated they asked to make a payment of rs 3240/- which was done to them on 2 june 2017. After the confirmation from their end regarding the payment recd they informed us regarding the dispatch of packing kit from their end on 7 jun in which they asked to send the phone and required documents back to them for further processing.
                                Acc to the instructions we booked the pickup of the same on 16 jun and they again confirmed the same through mail and got the same picked up from my address on 17 jun through fedex courier service for which we have the receiving as well of the person who collected the same.                                 On 21 june i again received a confirmation mail from them stating that the phone has been received at their service centre for further processing, after that i am continuously chasing those people for the revert but none is received. The number mentioned on mails and on their website is either switched off or always gives the message of lines busy.
                                When contacted with the dealer in noida in the month of june itself he stated that the company has got shut down three months back but then how come they are taking the claim request from customers. I have been forwarding mails on ids claims. [protected]@appsdaily.in, [protected]@appsdailyworld.com, [protected]@appsdailyworld.com but the mails are getting bounced from all the ids and the surprising thing is that till 21st june i was getting the revert from claims. [protected]@appsdaily.in only and after that everything is in dark.
                                I would request you to kindly take a strict and strong action against them

                                      Very very bad company...
                                      I bought samsung s7 edge in september 2016 its cost was 49000 rs. Nd i paid 5000 rs. For its insurance... Its screen cracked after 4 months... I paid the fee of 2940 rs. By online payment after that kit came from mumbai head office by courier and i packed the cencil checque and mobile in kit... After few days apps daily receive my phone and sent the message and mail also, your phone is going under cin we will update you but after that no mobile came and no update... Every phone number is going switch off or not reachable
