My phone was damaged and i have given all required documents, which was forwarded to new india insurance. After rigourous followups, i received a response from new india that
"the payment has already been sent to m/s appsdaily solutions pvt ltd on
*[protected]* for further processing at their end. You are requested to
Contact appsdaily for any further information. We consider you a most
Valued customer and hope that you can appreciate our position in this
Matter."
I have been writing to apps daily and trying to call them to get my refund, however, not getting any response via phone nor emails.
I find this very unethical, as the payment was already approved by new india insurance and sent to apps daily however, apps daily dont bother to pay back to their clients. Now their website is also inactive.
AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
