मी दिनांक २३ नोव्‍हेंबर, २०१६ रोजी माझा मोबाईल आपल्‍या ठाणे येथील कार्यालयात दुरुस्‍तीकरिता जमा केेेेलेला होता. त्‍याांचा intimation id ADN_211116_[protected] असा आहे. जेव्‍हा मी पुन्‍हा आपल्‍या ठाण्‍याच्‍या कार्यालयास भेट दिली असता ते कार्यालय बंद झालेले होते असे कळाले. त्‍यांनतर मला आपल्‍या मिरा रोड येथील कार्यालयाचा पत्‍ता ि‍मिळाला मी तेथे देखील जाऊन आले. पंरतू ते कार्यालय देखील मागील ३ महिन्‍यापासुन बंद होते. वारंवार आपणांस ईमेल देखील केले फोन केले परंतू त्‍यावरुन कोणत्‍याही प्रकारची माहिती मिळु शकलेली नाही. तरी सद्यस्थितीत माझा मोबाईल हा कुठे आहे. हे देखील माहित नाही तो मला ि‍मिळणार आहे किंवा नाही. तरी याबाबत आपलेकडून कळावे. माझाा मोबाईल जवळपास १ वर्ष झाले आपलेकडे आहे.

This is my reference number i submitted a sum of rs 1000 as a procissing fee then it took overall 2-3 months to get confermation that the claim will be passed and pick up of the device but when i recieved the device back after it was claimed to be repaired it was in the same condition as it was subbmitted and also a invoice saying that it was repaired

Sir my self rekha and i gad taken the apps daily insurance for my mobile vivo v5 on 29/12/2016. Now my phone have stolen and my phone is under your company apps daily insurance. Problem is that i have been trying to register my claim online since yesterday but my claim is not registered yet. There is some problem occurs on your company registration portal. Also for 3 days i m trying to call on your customer care or helpline nos. But numbers doesn't exist even i send u msg on email but i didn't get any response plzzzzz help me to get my claim

I have got duplicate dislpay on my mobile phone (iphone 5s) after repair by apps daily. I have claimed for it but retailer says that apps daily have given duplicate display.
*Retailer has not given me the invoice of repair work by apps daily
*The mobile bag was not opened in my presence.

Apps daily is a fraud company.in 2015 they send me claim report against my phone sony z4 every week they told company will give you hole money in your bank account but still i am waiting for my claim.

But i already give a complaint to consumer form. Hope fully this company will learn a lesson

I am paid user of this appsdaily application from last one year. I am accessing news and other features provided by this application on paid basis.
From last few days i can't access any of the services provided by the application like news, astrology, etc. Even the updation process which is showing every time while opening this application is not even happening. Its always showing some error message throughout its running process. Scaning of phone is unable to finish from this application. Its always loading while working.

My phone was damaged and i have given all required documents, which was forwarded to new india insurance. After rigourous followups, i received a response from new india that

"the payment has already been sent to m/s appsdaily solutions pvt ltd on

Valued customer and hope that you can appreciate our position in this
Matter."

I have been writing to apps daily and trying to call them to get my refund, however, not getting any response via phone nor emails.

I find this very unethical, as the payment was already approved by new india insurance and sent to apps daily however, apps daily dont bother to pay back to their clients. Now their website is also inactive.
