Myself santoshi yadav and i am from nagpur.
My mobile is damaged due to rain water on 27/08/17 and now it is not starting. I tried to contact appsdaily (Cin number is alloted for the claim is within 4 days from the damage) but no one is responding. The site is not opening and phone number is switched off.

Please let me know how to claim the damage otherwise i will lodge a complaint against you in consumer forum.

    Had sent my handset for repair to appsdaily, a phone insurance/repair company in june. Fedex confirmed that the package was delivered to your office on 14th june.
    But i haven't received any updates about the handset and all customer care service numbers are out of order. I want to report the product as lost/stolen by the company. Their website is also out of order. The company was functional at the time i bought their insurance from a local retailer, but they also have no information on the company as it may have shut down out of the blue.

          I have filed a mobile damage claim on 26th august and my claim is also accepted and claim intimation number also allotted as adn_c_270817_[protected] and email recieved by me on 27th august 2017. But after that there is no communication till date. All the contact numbers of company are not working and all emails are bouncing back.
          Also on social media like facebook and just dial its clearly reviewed as they are big fraud company then now how can i settle my claim and get my phone repaired.

          I also got a email from your side on 27th August to revert back at earliest from your side but still not recieved any communication after that.
          I tried to call from all the numbers available at your site and online but all are not working.
          So I am myself not able to contact you to know the status of my mobile claim.
          By how much time will my claim be settled and I will be intimated.
          Please provide me with a working contact number so that I can contact you.
          Also I contacted Samsung South port from.where I purchased phone they are saying AppsDaily is closed then how will you settle my phone damage claim
          I have taken up your services for 1 year how can suddenly I can hear this that company is not working ??

            On dated 29/8/2017 at about 5:30 am my mobile handset costing 31500/- make htc one a9 fell on the ground suddenly and got damaged, which was duly insured with appsdailly solutions pvt ltd company insurance policy purchased in rs 3499/-through m/s mohindra telecom, moga, punjab, on dated 2/9/2017. Today when i went to lodge the claim at local office of said insurer i found that the said office has been permanently closed. Thus i am intimating and lodging the claim on line at this portal so please apprise me about further course of action and i am ready to fulfill all the formalities as per terms and conditions of the insurance policy. If it is apprehended that the said appsdaily company has committed any fraud etc then i will proceed under criminal law also and under consumer protection act for any other deficiency in rendering services to me as a consumer by the company and the said company and its owner shall be held responsible for all the costs/expenses/damages incurred thereon.               It has been 175 days (More than 5 months) from the registration day till today.
              I had paid the deductible 30% amount of my handset invoice amount as per their policy. The company is not responding now. Not calls are connecting and no replies are been getting from them. Their mira road office is shut down with all its staf[censored]npaid. I want my phone back along with my money which i paid in the claim process.

                Apps daily received my phone on dt. 11.01.2017 with IMEI no.[protected] from Bhadrak with intimation id-ADN_060117_[protected] and was committed to deliver within 21 working days. Also an amount of Rs.2280 was paid for processing the same. But till now i have not received my phone neither received any information regarding the phone.                   It has been one year i have claimed for my mobile damage. I have provided all the documents related to the claim, but till now i have not received any amount. When i am trying to contact appsdaily all means of contact are removed. Now i am not even able to contact them. No mail ids, no contact numbers are working. This is very unfair from there side.

                    I waited for your response for 10 day, then i visited your store but your store was closed permanently. I have tried to reach you but your customer care no is unavailable/switched off.

                      Hi,
                      I filed a claim for insurance for my mobile handset on 11 aug 201, claim id ad_d_290716_[protected].

                      At first, they told that the handset will be repaired and delivered within a month, however i never heard from then since that day.

                      In feb 2017 i sent an email regarding the claim process and i got a call from mr amit jadhav stating that the handset is a total loss and i will get a claim amount of rs 7500 and i need to send a cancelled cheque to his email, which i did. Even after several reminders i only got fake assurances that i will receive the claim amount shortly.

                      Now after 1 year and despite several reminder this fellow amol ghadge and amit jadhav's email has been suspended or not in use and i have no way to communicate with this fraudulent company as i have lost my handset and the claim amount to these fraudsters.

                      Kindly advise me what should be the course of action to get the claim amount and teach a thorough lesson to apps daily for unfair business practices

                        This company is totally mixed company of bad things they seek money and doesn't reply at all my phone vivo v5 reached service center on 29/05/2017 but not came back yet in bad condition or in good condition. so appsdaily do return my phone in good result or in any other result. other wise you will be in custody of indian police department. Only 15 days supply to you do return before 30/08/2017. Otherwise police will take on charge and you all people get arrested soon. Thats all

And that time provider ani retailor told me that the compony insure mobile within 10 working days but when my mobile crashed i was go for insurance retailor and that time they tell me ur phone will insure in 6 months. Its very big fraud with me.

                              As per the instructions of company appsdaily, i sent my mobile to them for repair and i had also paid rs.1500/- to the company as was demanded by them.

                              After 2 months the company sent me a letter (Without date) stating that they are not having parts of mobile and they asked me to get the repair of my mobile from outside.
                              It was written in the said letter that i have to send invoice and my cancelled cheque to [protected]@appsdaily.in

                              I got repair my mobile from samsung service centre, sector 22-d, chandigarh and paid rs.7700/-.

                              I sent the scanned copy of invoice of repair and my cancelled cheque at [protected]@appsdaily.in but to my utter surprise i received the said email back with remarks that there is no such email address.

                              Please advice me further.

                              It is also pertinent to mention here that the company appsdaily has no where mentioned their address in any of the correspondence, only they had provided email address.
                              I have registered an online claim on apps Daily on 23rd july and got the ADN_230717_[protected] but sicne then no revert from Apps daily. none of their website is working nor any call center numbers.

                              I have tried many number and multiple mails on the various emails id but no response
                              Panasonic P88, EMEI NO. [protected]/ [protected], mobile number [protected]
                              Yesterday i was riding my bike[protected].On the way, At ajunction my bike got sliped and fell on road.At that time my mobile was on my shirt pocket and its display got broken.
                              The glass of my mobile phone has been broken VIVO V3
                              I am trying to renew my insurance which is due shortly but i am unable to contact the help line.i am unable to post any mail also.i fear what will happen when the insurance tenure ends

                                I'm having Samsung galaxy s7 edge... abiut 7 months before i had purchased this phn and that time i also made it registered on apps daily under platinum plan.. According to that plan the company assured that they will repair my phone in 15 days gurantee or else they will pay the amount of phone. And now my phone has​ been broken.. And now i wanted to claim insurance of my phone but I'm not even able to contact that company... Even if I'm able to contact the company one of the major issue is they once said that they had changed their company's policy and now they will take 6 % of the phone's MRP as processing charge and they will now take time for 1 to 2 months...so i want to ask how is it fair.? The day on which i registered my phone there was no such policies. These policies have been created afterwards.. So how will my phone come under these new policies..? I want the company to provide me those facilities which they had said me before..so plz sir help me out.. I'm sick of this problem.. plz help..,

                                    I submitted my phone to appsdaily care center @ mangluru on 14 july 2016 for physical damage repair. Screen was broken other wise phone was working properly. I was told that i will get my phone back in 21 working days. But it's more than 1 year now and i can't even contact any costumer care no or any related person.

                                        I purchased a new phone in march, 2016 samsung galaxy s7 edge rs.56, 900 and that time only i purchased appsdaily platinum insurance of rs.6999 after 6 months display got damaged slitely got cracked but phone is working in gud condition, i thought i have a platinum insurance, i shall cover my phone damage in insurance that time also i paid rs.4000 and they kept my phone they said maximum 21 days your phone will get you in repaired condition. Every day i use call them on their helpline number and they answer rudely no update and i contacted the apps daily team leader mr. Ashish jaiswal and mr. Gulam they say me sir wait and if the repair not done we will buy a new phone for you and after few months both the tl raise hands and said talk to our head mr. Kazim but no one responded 7 months completed and they sent my phone it to me without doing any repair and i check my phone its not working all the scratches on display and backpanel, my opened my phone it damaged by them and with the help of fevistick they stuck the phone front panel, i call the tl mr. Ashis jaiswal i told him the scenario he said go to the authorised service centre of samsung repair it and we will reimburse the amount you only you need to mail blank cheque copy of your name and and authorised centre invoice and i visited to samsung authorised service centre they said sir you handset is out of warranty, if you brought it before warrantry period we will try to cover maximum parts in warranty, they changed display touchpad, side rim and battery it cost me rs 17, 595 and provied me bill and handset in 4 working days and im try to mail cheque copy and service centre invoice it showing invalid email address [protected]@appsdaily.in and even mr. Gulam and mr. Kazim both of mobile number changed and mr. Ashish jaiswal is saying sir i left the job because not giving me salary for 6 months its on hold, tell me im fool without salary you worked for 6
                                        Months. Appsdaily is fraud, they do only thug with customers.
