My iPhone display was gone and via appsdaily insurance I tried to get a claim. But they started asking me money in the last moment. They wanted 7500/- which was not mentioned anywhere in the terms & conditions. How can I give so much and wait for 20 days trusting them? I checked with Apple store and they asked me not to talk chances because if someone opens the handset the warranty also will not be considered later. This is cheating. I guess nobody should opt for such fraud insurances.

My claim no. is 2859184 .The Documention Verification has already been cleared from ur end of our damaged Mobile ..but the refund of Money in our account has yet not been done ...As per customer care information 28 working days have also been completed for refund..

Do the need as soon as possible. and send us our money in our account..

This is in response to my claim id ADI_050116_2918400. Since my handset claim has been assessed as Total Loss/Total Loss-handset replacement, all the required documents ( Forms 1C, 2C and 3C) along with my LAVA handset. has been curried to Apps Daily Solutions, Andheri East, Mumbai on 05/02/2016 by FedEx and was received by front desk on 08/02/2016

One month has passed, but no reply has been forwarded to me. I tried to contact through the customer care many times but did not get any reply.

My phone has been stolen near bus stand I'm taking some grocery product in the shop my mobile was in my bag when I taking some product when I came my bag was not there

I have purchased the insurance in which it is clearly mentioned that if the product got damage or any mishappenings occurs with the product then only 15% of the recovery amount is going to be paid by the client if submitted within 90 days, there were no other charges mentioned, company is liable to pay rest of the amount. But now when i am asking them a claim they are asking me 25% plus other charges . I would i pay more when it is mentioned in the policies of my product 15%. Not only this its being so many days they are not even properly responding to my queries. My iPhone 6 is also with them from January end. Please do something.

samsung services center not work on my cell (samsung edge 6 plus) just bcoz of apps daily not give payment to samsung, so please help me for this.

I have recharged my mobile using your app amount has been detacted from my account but not yet recharged this is happening for a 3rd time i have to launch a complent against this i have lost total amount of 1000 rs pls take some responsibilty about this and take some action

Customer car call mi and told he is told me your mobile display is not available in market so i give you another new mobile but he is give me the second hand Mobile.

Plz give me new htc mobile in becom 2 days otherwise i complaint to police.

I have bought Fone Insurance from apps daily for my samsung s 6 edge
which cover physical damage, now my fone has suffer physical damage
they are nt responding and telling nothing about it, customer care say something else there connect centre are saying diff. overall it is an froud company pls help

I have sent all required document to banglore 2 months back . And after this they have never recieved my calls. I have mailed them so many times and hardly got a reply. My total claim amount was 24500 rs which is divided 50% between the company and me . I am very disappointed as i am not updated anything and my money is not returned back to me . Please look in this matter as its been too long and the company dosnt recieve any calls and no reply to my mails.

My claim ID is ADI_280116_2948348 for which i have already submitted my handset i phone 6s 64 gb rose gold along with all the required documents in your patna branch at exibhition road on the 03.02.2016. We were told that we will get a replacement handset within 15-20.

On the 18.02.2016 we received a call from appsdaily number[protected] asking for Apple ID and Password and told us that we shall get the replacement of the handset in 3-4 days as they are dispatching the same today.

Whenever we try contacting the local office they say we do not have any update please check online or speak to a customer care executive but to our shock when we checked online it says you require to submit documents, recorded message says to contact our local office and customer care executive namely Lokesh / Angelina says we are only here to assist you and cannot update anything at the moment and shall call back which they haven't.

And now the appsdaily number[protected] is not getting through the entire day. Tried getting through the number at least 200 times.

Kindly guide us how should we reach a responsible person in your company who can actually give us an answer on this.

sir mam on 4/2/2016 we deposit our galxy s6 edge for touch scren repair at apps daly (microsoft service ) service center 22 c our complaint no is AD_D_010216_2952381 and first at your service center they didn't accept our mobile due to wrong invoice enter at complaint which is not my fault this is fault of sales person of apps daily then after few days they call us then send urgentally insurance bill and said your mobile will ready in few days after 4 days when i go to service center for my mobile then they cant repair mobile they put my mobile in total loss and for our rs 49490 mobile they give us only 1150 rs and for that i give my damaged to them and after i talk another person from apps daily on 21/2/2016 he said tell me your complaint no and he revert to us tomorrow today(22/02/2016) i call him many time she picks only one and takes my mobile imei no and after that didnt pick the call sir on time of insurance they tell me many things but now they dindnt repair mobile or or pay my mobile repair amount

WAIT TILL I DRAG YOU TO CONSUMER COURT! In 48 working hours if I don't get my handset or insurance claim back, you'll be registered to a legal complaint in consumer court. You can then face the music of your cheat. I have the entire conversations on mails which are approximately 75mails on record with me. I have the receipts and everything on record. I have dealt with enough patience till yet. If i don't get any sort of response now, you are losing your company. Trust me on these words.

This is regarding handset damage on 16 november 2015 Apps daily processed the claim on total loss basis. I have sent all the document along with handset to them and they have recieved it too. But till now I have not received amount. Whenever I call to them for the status it always says ur docs are under verification. Such a poor service.

I had taken insurance of ASUS phone on purchase of my phone in August. In the beginning of January my phone was damaged and we filed the claim for the same vide complaint no 2329837 on 9 Jan, 16. First of all they took more than a week in collecting the damaged set and sent a message that the repaired set will be repaired by 12-13 February and gave us the name of the dealer responsible for repairing the set. Now when I called their service center on 17th February, 16 I was informed that the claim has not been passed till now and the set can only be repaired after that. Their customer care no. Makes you hold on to phone for 10 minutes and then informs us that all representatives are busy and asks us to call them again. Please help us in getting the justice and penalise the culprit with maximum punitive damages for taking the customers for a ride

My sister lost her phone and i complained to apps daily for the claim i mentioned everything and due to miss communication theft date and police complaint date went wrong as i talked to there executives they told me to condenser as as its there mistake but they were treating as mine but they they don't even show the proof by checking the recording not attending the calls so please try to help me its being 8 month am suffering from try to help me its my intimation id AD_AT_090915_2741300 please help me rid out of it. my contact number [protected]
