I would like to inform your goodself that, on 4st of October'15 I applied for the insurance claim for my samsung galaxy j7 handset which was damaged on same day. Whatever required documents mentioned from the insurance customer service, I fulfilled and got the emails too that all the documents are already verified and have given the approval for sum of 13182 on 12th of octomber. After that as suggested by APPSDAILY customer care exicutive, i have sent all hardcopy documents and my damaged handset to UB Insurance Associates, Mumbai by First Flight courior and they have confirmed the same once received the documents. As per the APPSDAILY customer care people informationand terms & conditions, I will be get the money into my specified account within 21 working days and these 21 working days were crossed on 23rd november December'15 But, still i have not get money and then i did call to customer care many times and they have not giving me any timelines and also saying that from June month onwards they have not settle the amount to the customers. Now, I am worring about my money and hence, I am writing this comlaint.     I got my Sony xperia z ultra phone insured back in Jan 2015 when I'd purchased it and it was liquid damaged later in June and Sony refused to repair it and suggested to have replacement with 80% of the cost..so I raised the claim online in crap appsdaily what I was recommended by my friend as a best option but it proved to be worthless.. my phone was picked by the executive on 22 June and that was it .. it never came back to me till now.. contacted people in customer services.. it was supposed to be done in one month time.. .. I chased the my phone over the last 6 months like a dog but every I every time I was advised to wait more 24-48 hrs.. In September, anyhow I was told that there was a lack of info given by me about the damage .. and asked me to send the clear picture .. however it was supposed to be done by the pick up deptt. so I had no clue what they were talking about.. but It was corrected later by the pick up deptt and all the documents were sent to sony service center to claim replacement .. what happened was, sony rejected the claim as their tie-up was expired with appsdaily and I was being grinded between them as a customer with no clue what was happening... which was informed to me 3-4 months later back in Oct.. so finally I was given a no. of a contact person Sunil by CS and was advised to contact him for further updates.. but all in vain the person hardly responded me after thousands of attempts of call back .. and he said that "oh it was too late it should have been done of the claim request" and now he doesn't even bother to respond over the phone. ... they have made my life hell with no info whatsoever .. I had been told once that the claim was approved however they told me that My phone (xperia z ultra) was not in stock so they will arrange similar phone like xperia z1 but after 1 month of wait nobody is picking up the phone .. the person can't contact on the phone as there is huge wait which took 30 min and still ongoing so disconnected the call desperately ... I have been treated like a beggar begging for my phone.. complaint no is: 2605470 Mohit

      Dear Support, Referring to the above subject my mobile got damaged(vivo v1) and based on their confirmaton i done repair, and the claim is on repairable basis, but as of now nobody is turning so far, and i spend money from my own pocket. But still not yet resolved, the issue is more than one month.

        The company apps daily is the company i'v ever seen.. its been 2 months i registered my complain in apps daily and no one is answering me what happened to my cell. i met with bike accident where my phone got damaged. whenever i call to customer care the CSE always says that there is a shortfall of document and all.. i did whatever they told me to do but after waiting till 2 month i didn't got such kind of response from them.. this is very serious issue.. don't buy a mobile insurance from this company because this company only know how to make fool people.. worst worst worst worst worst..

        About My Handset Sim Tray

        Hello i am Shikhar. i claimed my insurance for Htc E9s Dual sim in refernce of display damage. Yesterday, i.e : 20/06/2016, i recieved my damage handset repaired But apps daily company didn't send sim trau of that handset. Worst Feedback i ever seen and as well s worst service.

          I was hit by motorcycle from back and my mobile was damaged, I have submitted the mobile at F1 solutions on 14 and stil i have not got any feedback from them . when i ask Fi solutions the say apps daily are rejecting documents and when i ask apps daily they say F1 solutions has not uploaded documents.I am really dissatisfied wth the service of the apps daily. i think the company is farud. My phone is iphone 6plus.Please help me in getting the insurance .

              Intimation number-2783644.I Rajesh agrawal purchased a iphone 6 64 gb on 17/10/2014 and got it insured from appsdaily.On 4/10/2015 the screen of the phone got damaged.They approved my documents and i submitted all the necessary documents after repair.i myself went to the insurance office to submit the documents and got the documents checked the lady sitting there said that the documents are alright all i need to do is courier all the documents as they stopped taking documents manual basis.After sending all the documents there was a shortfall of a document and i already sent the document containing the new and the old imei number of the handset the service center f1 info in bangalore the guy told me that the document he gave me stating the old imei and new imei is only required by the company so i sent it again by courier.Again i got the message that the documents are incomplete.And the service center stopped picking up the call extremely unproffesional behaviour by both the parties.total approval amount is rs 12983 and i have provided my bank details.The call center are not responding further into the matter and not forwarding my call to higher authorities.They usually take 7 days to verify the documents and 21 days for the refund.I have been putting up with it for 2 months.Appsdaily is a fraud company.I would never recommend it to anybody.Every time they ask for a document which is not been provided by the service center.I am not financially and mentally strong to travel to get a single document every now and then.Both are partner in crime the company as well as service center

                Apps Daily Mumbai its been four months that i have submitted my phone for repair, and two months since submitted total loss documents at APPS DAILY MUMBAI ( CHANDIVALI ). trying to take a follow up but they simply dont pick up any of their phone no., also called up head office, so they said sorry sir we do not have customer care here please call at service centre. blah blah blah. So went to the service centre yesterday all the way to chandivali, just because no one in apps daily actually picks up the call. i dont think employees have those guts to do that. has to be a direction from the management to do that, because they want to avoid paying monies & spending monies on repairs as much as possible. Anyways so yesterday i went there, only to hear that " sorry sir, take this no. i will personally pick up the phone and inform you the status of your total loss claim." and still no one is picking up again.                   First of all I request you, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PHONE INSURANCE FROM APPS DAILY, i don;t think they will give any insurance claim to anyone. My Lumia phone got damage and i went to Nokia care and get the repair estimated bill from service centre.And i also went mobile retailer from where i purchased the phone and insurance they suggested me to get in touch with AppsDaily correspondence, then i contacted to Apps Daily customer care, now story began.
                  I have sent email with all docs bills insurance number etcetera now i am having more than 30 threads of that email chain, everytime they ask new docs, first they ask ID proof, i sent them then they asked address proof then i sent, then they asked photo is not visible send another address proof then i sent my scan copy aadhar card, then they asked mobile damabage photo i sent then they asked front rear camera damage photo, i sent.
                  Then they asked Sub board damage photo, i even do not know what is the SUB board in mobile i went to mobile vendor he clicked a photo of damage phone for me, then i sent them.
                  Now they are asking "Separate Front Camera and Main Camera damage photo with marking on damage area as mentioned in repair estimate."
                  Even i have already sent main camera and front camera photo of damage phone, now they are asking send the photo marking on damage area.
                  I am quite sure if i send these too, they will ask another thing, apps daily people are making me fool around it. i am pissed off with these email chain and i feel like i was cheated.

                    I purchased a samsung s6 worth rs 50000 pre ordered from a valid samsung store in bhiwandi and purchased an insurance from apps daily from the same store. Before 2 months i was working on my site (job) my cellphone fell from my hand and a huge water tanker (full of water) went over my cell which damaged my cellphone completely. In a week after a person from the insurance company came and took my cellphone and was assured that either refund of 75% (under 6 months) will be given or a repaired handset will be provides in next 25 days. After a month i started calling in the customer care and other numbers from internet but there was no response as they were not letting me know the status of my handset. Now after 2 months they are sending my cellphone back in d same condition by giving a reason that its been purposely broken as the company is not accepting the case by watching the condition of handset. I am doing a job from last 2 years and purchased this cellphone by saving my money frm last few months how can they say like this that its been done purposely. Its been very simple for them to get out of the house by simply saying this and returning my handset back to me and its all over. Kindly help Anuj vyas [protected]

                      My Sony Xperia Z1 was water damaged and so registered complaint on 29th August and I was told that their representative will collect the phone from My Bhayander Office in 07 working days which was not done and after a tedious follow up I was told that their person had visited my office on 6th September at 11.00am and as I was not present he did not pick my cell, this is totally bull crap as I was present the whole week in the office and when asked why did their executive did not called me before pick up they told me that their executive forgot to call(can you all believe it) and so the pick up was declined and they will arrange a another pick up .
                      so waited for their pick up for 20 Days still no news from them so on 25th of September went to their service centre in Chandivali and submitted the phone.
                      the case intimation Id I got is 2710936 and I was told that they will repair the phone and if the phone does not get repaired they will give me a brand new set, and als0 the receptionist gave me his number ([protected]) and told me to stay in contact for further updates.

                      so After their so called 20 working days tried to contact the above said whats app number for the updates he told me to contact on [protected] &[protected] and told me to contact them for the updates.
                      which I did and on 03.11.2015 they told me that they will be replacing my handset and the new handset will be delivered to me by Thursday 08.11.2015 I also insisted that they put the same in writing on which he told me not to worry and trust them.
                      So as Thursday was Diwali I waited till 12th of November both the numbers are till now switched off so I also visited their service centre in Chandivali on 17th of Novemberand again I was told the same thing that The sony people have dispatched my phone and they will be receiving it by 18th November and will be delivering it to me by 19th and also gave me contact no of their service fellow Mr.Bhuwin and told me to remind the same on 18th Morning.
                      so since 18th I am trying Mr.bhuvin but he is not picking any calls and also today i.e on 23.11.2015 tried calling their Customer care but they also don't know status of the phone and their representative Mr, , Karan shah told me to wait for 20 working days from 25th September as per him 20 working days are not still over and so he also told me that he has registered my coplaint in fast track service of theirs and when I asked the complaint number he kept disconnected the call.

                          I have get insured my HTC mobile from Appsdaily but on 23 aug 2015 my mobile is stolen from ludhiana railway station i have locked my complant to appsdaily with all data so they have sent me some forms to send after signed from police complant and service provider after 45 days of document submit they said me ur documents are incomplete so i again send them documents but now after 10 days from 28 oct 2015 they are saying in courier they have received form 3a but not original form but i have sent both to them in one courier

                            I have raised my insurance claim as I lost(which was theft) my phone on 3rd June 2015. I happen to register my claim in the last week of June. The procedure that i was informed was it takes 21 days to process the claim with the insurance. Once they received it, some documents were missing, so i re-sent the documents with them in the first week of July. I have been following up since so many days, but till today I always got a misleading replies (like the status is processed. it will take 21 more days even in the month of October to be processed, the claim is with insurance company it will take more 2 weeks.) The helpline people just answers that the status is processed and that is all i have been hearing from July. After 2 weeks also the status is the same. They do not have any method of escalation matrix or any seniors that the customers can talk to.. I always got irresponsible replies from the company and they have been very rude to the customers as well. My claim id is : AD_AT_040615_2581043 Resolution : I want the insurance claim money for my lost phone asap.                               I had bought a new mobile and got it insured through apps daily by paying a sum of rs 1500, 3 months later while i was sleeping in my house in the morning, someone entered into my room and stole my mobile phone, i lodged a Fir, and called the customer care executive of apps daily, they asked me send all documents as per their requirements, it was told by the sales executive of shop while puchasing that claim will be done within 7 days, but when i called the apps daily customer care executive they are saying that need 14 working days for documents verification and did not specify the date when these 14 days will end and after few days again when i called they said that the claim has been rejected as per their insurance policy, since there was no forcibe entry to the house.These companies are really fraud, they fool people by giving lot of advertisement but when it comes for settlement their really picture comes

                                  Insurance co. Name - apps daily insurance owner - mr. Arun menon i bought my i phone 6 on 1st january 2015 from orange tele mart 166, mcd market karol bagh and got the insurance done from him only of apps daily insurance on the same date insurance policy no.[protected]. My imei no. Is [protected]. I my handset got damaged on 7th. I registered my complaint online with the insurance co. And later on i got to know that the retailer registered my imei no. [protected] which is 14 digits. By mistake he missed the last digit (4). My mother went to there ashok vihar office providing all the bills and handset with the box and accessories and they assured that it wont take time to verify it as she provided the original proofs and id and its just last digit missing. The phone was picked up from my residence on 9th september 2015 intimation id ad-d[protected] and today we are on 30th september. Its been 22 days and my case is on hold. They still saying they are verifying the details. When they collected the handset from my place they assured it will take maximum 10-12 days. Though as per there procedure they have taken the advance money of rs. 5000 invoice no.153 dated 09.09.2015 am little confused that if i have provided all my required original bills/documents so why is the case still on hold?? i mean how are they verifying it that its been already 20 days and the verification is still in process. I have written a mail to the insurance company and mr. Arun menon dated 28/0/2015. Its a request kindly look into the matter please. I hope i will get a revert from you on the same. Let me know if you need any scan copy of the required documents

Arun menon i bought my i phone 6 on 1st january 2015 from orange tele mart 166, mcd market karol bagh and got the insurance done from him only of apps daily insurance on the same date insurance policy no.[protected]. My imei no. Is [protected]. I my handset got damaged on 7th. I registered my complaint online with the insurance co. And later on i got to know that the retailer registered my imei no. [protected] which is 14 digits. By mistake he missed the last digit (4). My mother went to there ashok vihar office providing all the bills and handset with the box and accessories and they assured that it wont take time to verify it as she provided the original proofs and id and its just last digit missing. The phone was picked up from my residence 735 double storey 2nd floor new rajinder nagar, new delhi on 9th september 2015 intimation id ad-d[protected] and today we are on 30th september. Its been 22 days and my case is on hold. They still saying they are verifying the details. When they collected the handset from my place they assured it will take maximum 10-12 days. Though as per there procedure they have taken the advance money of rs. 5000 invoice no.153 dated 09.09.2015 am little confused that if i have provided all my required original bills/documents so why is the case still on hold?? i mean how are they verifying it that its been already 20 days and the verification is still in process. I have written a mail to the insurance company and mr. Arun menon dated 28/0/2015. Its a request kindly look into the matter please. I hope i will get a revert from you on the same. Let me know if you need any scan copy of the required documents

                                      My experience with apps daily was Very Pathetic . I dont know how come I believed on their fake promises on the basis of Radio Advertisements.I m a kind of person who do proper investigation before buying any product.But despite my younger brother who was forcing me to take insurance from TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE, I denied and unfortunately took mobile insurance from apps-daily because of daily advertisements on Radio FM and youtube channel. Few Months back me and my younger brother ordered 2 iPhone 6plus from flip-kart and for future security of our handsets we did insurance, I did from apps daily and he did from Times global insurance.Actually i thought that we stay in Mumbai, so I thought its better to communicate appsdaily coz Times global insurance is a Delhi Based Company.Three weeks back our Family visited a temple in Madurai where Mobiles were no allowed so we me, my bro and my dad(he was carrying a old mobile of nokia, not insured offcourse) kept in a pollybag and gave it to a counter, but forgot to take coupon against it.When we came back we found that someone else took that pollybag, anyway it was a big drama over there, that's pointless here to narrate.I called appsdaily and believe me the phone officer was behaving like I m a lair and she asked so much of paper work, Even after that they are not accepting it.But my younger brother just did email his FIR copy and a small description, They guys from Times global insurance credited the amount of Rs 45000(Approx) within 7-8 days time. Now I consider I m a big fool, I give lots of advices to people but now I realize that I don't deserve that.But my Fight with apps daily will continue and will not buy a new phone from my money
