I claimed insurance for my phone Samsung edge 6 as it broke in an accident. I completed all the formalities asked by appsdaily.They approved my claim Id 2779105. i lodged it last year October 2015. I called many times on toll free number always got a same answer that in another 21 working days i will get my claim.later on they hanged my phone for hours even .Its now April 2016 i am still waiting for my claim.

    One of the most useless service provider. No one having guts to give update on phone. No ethics, no customer centric attitude in the Company. Hopefully Company is one of the night by operator working form 10x10 room & giving false claims to customers. All of you should be ashamed to be part of such Company.

    Complaint open for more than 9 weeks. I Phone 6 submitted to Thane branch under insurance made payment under protest for phone replacement still replacement phone not received.

      Whenever i check status online through their website, i got new date with same details as below:

      We have verified your documents. Settlement of your claim is being finalized. You may check for next update after 17-apr-2016.

      When i called appsdaily customer care executive talked very roughly, without any answer. They suggest me your claim will take 1 year or may be unlimited time.

      My claim pending since 2nd feb 2016, my claim pending for release amount.

      Please help me out to get my claim amount.

          मेरा नाम अभिमन्यु है मेरा मोबाइल इन्शुरन्स कंपनी में जमा है और वो कह रहे है की आप मोबाइल ३५६ दिन चला चुके ह तो ६५०० काट करके ७७५५ रुपये लौटाए जायेंगे मैंने कहा की आप मेरा मोबाइल बदल कर दो उसमे भी मन कर दिया और कहा सारे ओरिजनल दस्तावेज भेज दे आपको पैसे रिफंड हो जायेंगे, मैंने ये भी कहा की आप मुझे वही मोबाइल दे दो मैं बाहर सही करवा लूंगा तो उसमे भी मन कर दिया। . जबकि मोबाइल का केवल स्क्रीन में चटक है थोड़ी सी उसके बाद भी मोबाइल प्रोपपर काम कर रहा था अब ये स्क्रीन चेंज नहीं कर रहे है और ऊपर से ६५०० भी कट रहे है। ... क्या करू मैं समझ नहीं आ रहा की इन्शुरन्स किस बात का था। .. मदद करें आप

              Iphone 6 plus screen damaged on 10 th feb ... phone in working condition ...was able to make and recieve calls ..submitted my phone on 11 th at the andheri apps daily centre ... there the lady makes a mistake by writing on the form ...that the phone is not working ... she takes a charge also for collecttion of the phone and still makes a mistake ... i informed her and the collegue .. and in magnet tooo... i tell her to rectify ...s he says it cannot be rectified ... phone is still untraceble ... on the phone mr nadeem calls to pay for replacement of the phone rs 12000 approx ... i pay directly via bank on 2 march ... still im not getting the phone ... i dont understand what is happening ... and on the apps daily site it shows phone has gone for repair ...still...no trace of the phone ...

When i dial your customer support and after a wait of 20 to 25 minutes when i get to speak to your executive, the call is deliberately dropped in absence of any concrete information with them.

                    Registered complaint and submitted all documents on 2nd Jan’16 and since that day I have been calling and following with Apps Daily Customer care but they are saying they don’t have any update on the claim status.

                    Again today, 8th April’16 I call up at 12:30 PM, one customer care executive named SALMAN was very rude and he was using words “like listen boss I cant do anything you will have to wait” and while I was talking to him He just banged the phone.

                    It’s now more than 90 days and there is not a single call / mail / sms from Appsdaily.

                    Do they really have intention to give back money to the customers or its one of the big fraud company.

                        1. I purchased a gionee m5 lite mobile from odisha bhubhaneswer(Bbs)at the cost of 13000 rs on 13 mar 16 and i done insurance of this mobile from apps daily insurance company at the cost of 1249 rs on the same day.
                        2. Sir i am serving in indian navy, and my native place is rewari, haryana. So i came back here for 30 days leave. After two or three days my mobile got damaged by small accident and my mobile got liquid logged. After that i called appsdaily care for getting insurance cover of my mobile. When i talk to customer care representative he told me to go to apps daily care which is situated in gurgaon, sector 5. And also fill the claim form or registration online, when i am registering the complaint, there is mentioned that you have to bring photo copy of your mobile bill and photo copy of identity proof at the time to visit the appsdaily care and the same thing is spoken by apps daily care representative.
                        3. But when i visit the apps daily care, the person who is in-charge or representative there, he told me to bring original bill otherwise you can go.
                        4. Dear sir i am serving in defence and i have no option to bring original bill from bbs odisha .
                        5. And no where it is mentioned form that we have to bring original bill. On claim registering portal it is only condition that for bringing original bill when your mobile got thief or when your mobile get replace by new one by apps daily insurance company.
                        6 so in view of the above i got harassed by appsdaily care and appsdaily solutions pvt. Ltd.
                        7 and about after that i got to repair my mobile from gionee care . So no use of insurance and company saved there money by harrasing me.

                            I had purchased a samsung mobile phone from jammu in August 2015. I had done Apps Daily insurance at the time of purchase. I met with an accident in november 2015 and the handset got damaged. When I contacted Apps Daily for my claim they asked me to contact the authorized service centre and get the estimate along with photographs of the damaged handset. I got all these done by 24/11/2015 and emailed all the necessary documents and couriered the handset and hard copies of all documents in original to the registered postal address. I got an approval of claim mentioning the refund of Rs.9275/- on 02/12/2015. Since then I am Have tried to communicate with them since last four months through email and phone calls but they tell me to wait for the next update it is under process.

                            It is such a long time that they make me a fool to wait for a prolonged time.
                            I humble request you to provide me the possible help in this regard.

                              i had submitted my handset for repairing in apps daily solution india pvt ltd on dated 19th january at bombay,
                              till date i m not getting my phone
                              when i m calling for update status last 3 week the team of appsdaily told me same update that your case is escalate but i no one give a final date when i can get my handset
                              still today i m calling in appsdaily centre till they told me that your claim under process
                              this company makes a fraud with customers so pls take action on this and help to got the handset back as soon as possible

                                Ive submitted my samsung mobile to appsdaily service outlet in kalkaji on 11 of february and they being well said that i will get my headset after 45 days which means it should be in my hand on 26 of march, but it didnt happen and neither they call or respond, their technical support is worthless and dont even attend the call, and even the company not provided the toll free no. Which result in so much spending money on mobile bills, every time i call their outlet they said its under repair even i asked samsung service centre how many days it took to repair a headset of minor damage ( touch broken), they said it took 9 days only, and now its 1 month 20 days,

                                  I received a mail from apps daily on 10/02/2016 confirming that, my claim is processed on total loss basis for rs.9876/- for which i have to submit all original documents and damaged equipment including full box with accessories. Subject to this, i have sent all the original documents & damaged equipment box with accessories to your chandivali office by speed post, before sending the documents accompanied by the damaged handset, the official of your ashok vihar, phase-ii, new delhi agency told me that payment will be made within 20 days.

                                  I was told that i can track my claim status online on www.Claims.Appsdaily.In where it displayed the message “we have received your document. We are verifying them. You may check for next update after 25.02.16” followed by 28.02.16, 03.03.16, 06.03.16, 09.03.16, 11.03.16, 13.03.16, 17.03.16 and 19.03.16”, there was no change in the status every time i checked in to check the current status except the date was further extended by 2-3 days.
                                  Now, i am in receipt of a message from your end on 19.03.2016 stating “ dear customer, your claim documents for intimation id ad_d_080116_2922208 have been received but they are incomplete. We would need you to send the pending documents. Our executive will get in touch with you to clarify about the pending documents. You can also reach us on our number[protected].” as it’s been a week now, i have not received any call from your “so very busy” executives and the number given by you is also not of any use as it is never attended by any executives inspite of holding the line for more than 20 mins.
                                  First of all, i wonder what kind of services is your company providing to its customers as so far observed by me you people do not bother to take any interest in the complaints raised by them or any other problem being faced by them.
                                  Secondly, i wish to understand how much time it takes to verify the documents received from the customer.
                                  Thirdly, when my claim has already been approved from your end after all due verification of documents then why this additional exercise of verifying the documents again and again and that too consuming a much more time than actually required. Is it a real required exercise or just another way of delaying the procedure of processing the claim and mentally torturing your customers.
                                  Fourthly, when it has been clearly stated in the message that you need me to send the sending the pending documents, who is responsible for detailing me the pending documents or would i dream of the same and send you the pending documents or shall i assume that you people are not applying your even a pinch of common sense for the same.
                                  Fifthly, it has been informed to me on my registered number that “our executive will get in touch with you to clarify about the pending documents”. I may please be clarified on how much time your executives take to make a single call to your customer and inform them about the status of the claim along-with if the pendency (If any) has to sorted out from customer end.
                                  Further, if your company and the executives hired by you are among the damn busiest people on the earth, they should atleast bother to take the call of the customer so as to save your time as well money and let your customer know the actual status of their claims. Or you expect them to wait for the rest of their lives for the call of your executive or spend hours on writing such mails to you.
                                  From all the above discussions and further your attitude, it is clear that it is not that there is any pendency in my documents but the pendency in your efforts and responsibility towards your customers that my claim has not been processed by this time.
                                  I humbly request you that either my claim may please be settled at approved or my handset be returned to me along-with the charges incurred by me making rounds at your agency and sending the document to you.
                                  Further, i may clearly be updated with the status of my claim, whether you people are in any mood of settling the claim. If yes, the exact time by what time my money will reach my account and if no, stating the reasons for rejections in written and reason for delaying the matter for so long.

                                  I hope to hear from your executive soon or else i am left with other option to pursue the matter with consumer court.

                                      My Samsung S5 was damaged due to an Accident. It was a Non-Repairable damage. Apps daily agreed for giving me a refund amount of RS 18491 (invoice amount is 35000).

                                      I have send my damaged phone and all other documents by courier.
                                      I am waiting for this more than a 3 month.

                                      If i ask the customer service they was telling a same reply every time that "With reference to your below request, we wish to inform you that your case have been processed by us and is with insurance company for finalization.We will intimate you as soon as we receive further update from insurance company with respect to your case."

                                      I don't know how long i need to wait for this.
