Hi,

My phone was handed over to Apps daily agent on 21.12.16 (after email confirmation from the company) and till now the same has not been repaired and handed back to me.

I received a SMS from the company on 29.3.16 that repaired handset will be delivered within 48, hours but not done.

I have written multiple emails to the customer support but no solution and on calling no one picks the line after entering the claim id.
It appears to be a fraud company who had taken the insurance money, handset and Rs 500/-.

When i called the agent who took the phone, he says that the office is closed and he do not know where is the phone is now.

Whom to contact and where is my handset and my money ??

In month of april 17th 2015 we buy samsung e7 from the dealer "vishesh mob stationery & toys" from kalyan (W), by default due to the consequence of water damage we apologies for insurance claim to your company in the month of january - 2016. So the company promise us to get back money till april end but still result is not yet proceed. So we are requesting you to please process your claim as early as possible.

I have send claim documents on 10th january'2016, but so far i have not received any reply from your side, since four months has gone. Whenever i contact your office at mumbai simply they are replying that now only the documents sent for processing, so far i spent so much of money making calls to your office. Please check ad_at_[protected] and reply immediately whether i can get the claim or not. For my last call your people informed that i will get the details thro' sms within 48 hours but so far no response from your side.

They didn't claim my phone. I have given my phone till last 2 months but they even didn't give my phone back to me. First they didn't claim my insurance because of some date issue then they took my phone but not give it back and then we try to claim it. At the end they agree but now they say that we can't give your phone. They said they will give 50% money but in this case i habe grate loss of 8000 rupees. My broken screen was of rupees 3000 only and my price of phone is 11000. Please help me in this situation.

Its been seven months i am struggling to get claim so many mails has been sent all the required documents has been submit along with original mobile box with accessories but things doesn't work as it should be.

In the claim approval mail which i received from your side has stated some another name (Harsh mehta) which is not mine the claimant name is arjun bahadur nayyar which is clearly mentioned in the all original bills some of your team member has done the mistake and i am suffering from past seven months. I had submitted the documents 3 times but every time when i called up to customer care they told me that your approval has been done but there are two names showing in the claim form. Now today i decided to write you a mail hope you will act.

Request you to please look into this matter and i hope you will help me to resolve this issue.

My brand new handset samsung note 5 was unfortunately fell on the road and the display was not working. I had submitted my handset on 5/4/2016 under intimation no. Ad_d_010416_3019690 with appsdaily connect center.

The company's call center always found to be sleeping as i had to hold the line for more that 30 minutes every time i called up. No status used to be posted on their website as well till a month passed.

After followup for more than a month, now the insurance company has approved for repair and only god knows how many more days this unprofessional company will take to repair my handset.

I suggest all not to opt this company for any insurance of electronics products as one has to suffer a lot by waiting and waiting without any proper response rather spend bit more and get the repairs done at product's company's authorized dealer.

I have submitted my mobile for repair 3 months before in vizag. Claim no. 2895613. Still i havent got my mobile. Service head in vizag (Vamsi) is giving false information. Even the customer care executive is not able to give the correct information about the mobile. I want my mobile in working condition as soon as possible. Revert me as soon as possible.

I had claimed for the insurance of my damaged htc desire 820 mobile phone in october 2015. The claim id is "appsdaily damage insurance : ad_d_081015_2791595". All the documents, damages handset and required mobile accessories were also handed over to the appsdaily personel in their office in chandivali. Since then i have not heard from them for the claim money. It's been 6 months since i claimed. This is ridiculous. Could you please look into issue.

Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your information that i had applied for claiming my phone lenovo vibe k4 note (16 gb black) on 3rd of may, 2016, i got a claim intimation number atn_040516_[protected]. I downloaded the form 2a and got stamped and signed by inspector of concerned police station. I had called at your customer service number yesterday i.E., 5th may, 2016 and i was told that your verification is under process from lenovo and will be processed within 1 - 2 hours, only then proceed for submission of documents at contact centre. From yesterday i have been waiting for your confirmation but till date i have not received any confirmation from your side. I am facing problem due to unavailability to buy a new phone so kindly look into the matter and get it processed soon so that i could claim my phone after getting all the required documents ready.

The company has been provided with all requisite documents for the subject claim. There has been no reply from the company. It's been 5 months that the claim is pending. I have been regularly asking for any reason for delay. Now the mail is getting undelivered as they have put a block or something on my mail id. This is atrocious for any company to do such a heinous act. The same behavior should have been expected when they were selling their insurance.
Further delay, I will be compelled to walk up to consumer Forum.

I have made a complaint regarding my damaged Samsung tab.As i received message from app daily office tat my TAB got totally damage and i have to send this on their mumbai office.I had send my TAB on 17 .03 .2016 trough courier.But no amount is credit in my account till date and no message recived readin tis issue

I am applying the Clem on December 2015, my mobile date of purchase is 3rd September 2015, problem is in this time Dec to Fed appasdaily don't have any hub. In Bhubaneswar. And not othorise service station also not here.. I am around more than 10 times visit the office. Always 1 ledis staf told me, after starting our services point then prosed your Clem, around 2nd week of Feb. They are open. As per company rolls purchase date to 6 month any problems they are insured 70%/. But they are not given to me.
Friends please don't buy this insurance.

Hello, i am mahesh wakde, i purchased samsung galaxy j100 [imei number [protected] ] mobile phone from m/s twinkle mobile, yavatmal. Price of mobile is 6900 rs. I also insured this mobile phone with appsdaily with rs.599 for one year [ registration number dap (N) 4326706].
Unfortunately my mobile phone was stolen on dated[protected]. So i report to police station. As well as i submitted police report copy with a signature & seal of police officer in a given format as required to apps daily from mobile retailer. I have submitted all necessary documents but now apps daily avoiding insurance claim.
They are not taking my phone calls. Also they demanding more documents which is not possible to provide. In a simple words they dont want to pay me insurance claim. The company and retailers making fake promises at the time of mobile purchase. But it is not paying any refund when anything happens. So friends i am also complaining this to consumer court if they not accept my claim.

I have claimed regarding the theft of my mobile phone the very next day, that is on 4th august 2015. And i had also done all the formalities of appsdaily and sent all the documents through courier to the Bangalore office, but everytime they tell me that my process is incomplete. I did it according to the way as your agent Ratul from Guwahati suggested me. I have not received any response yet from appsdaily. Is it a fraud?? I have paid 2500.00 for the insurance of my mobile phone in Appsdaily, but now they are escaping when I needed my phone or the amount. I want Appsdaily to look after the matter or else I will case a file in the court against the fraud.
