Getting not proper response from apps daily .after settlement of my claim of rs 32600. why the money of my claim i m not getting .i have send my bank details three time .

I am Mayur Shah, my intimation id is AD_D_090216_2963346.I had given my mobile for repaire on 11/2/2016, it is HTC ONE E8, my screen was damaged.i submited this mobile to your borivali branch in moksh plaza.
on 10/2/16 i went to your borivali branch in morning at 10.30 but your system was not working n plenty of people were waited for hours n disappointly left.next day i went again in morning to submit my mobile a lady working there took almost 2 hours to take my phone because she was much more bussy taking on phone with her family n friends.that time 5 people came n ask for there mobiles which they gave for repaire n didnt got back in 2 months time, your executive easliy replaied she dont know anything about where n what is been done regarding their gageds.people were shouting but she was much more busy in ph n was least intrested in answering them.she gave approximate time of 10-12days for the repairing, and i hope it should not take more then 3 days to replace only screen.after 15 days till date 21/3/16 i m continusely calling her she is not picking my phone as she has given her num on CCtht is [protected].today she picked up the phone n when i asked her about my phone she was telling me to go and ask the person from whom i have purchased the mobile.she didnt even bother to guide me where is my moblie n wht happen to it.she deny giving me her secniors number.i have plenty of times called to your customer care number but no one comes on ph to talk, its always on the hold for hours to transfer the line.i dont know where to go n wht to do?from so many days i m without phone i have lost my business and many more impotant things because of this phone, n i am been mentally harresed by buying this product.if i am not getting any response from your side, n if you are unable to solve my problame very soon then you leave me with no choice to go n complaine in consumer forum.

I was taken insurance from appsdaily for my new mobile and in accident my mobile was broken so I made claim to company.

But from company I didn't get proper response its almost 2 month for registration. But no one taking this seriously.

Please let me know how I can make this matter to get settled.

I have submit my mobile phone to appsdaily for damage claim on 14 january and my intimation id is adi_090116_2923621. And there is no respone for mobile phone non cashless policy by appsdaily, .

My Samsung A500 screen is broken when I m walking into the street somebody suddenly pushed me from backside phone has sleepid from my hand and screen has broken tell me the address of Patiala Punjab centre

I have submitted my claim with the full required documents to the insurance associates(Apps claim dn.) bangalore office on 29/02/2016 and the intimation no. Is ad_t_190216_2975036. But there is no proper response from anybody. They said the customer will get within 21days of submitting the papers the insurance amount. The mobile (Samsung smart phone) was purchased from vijay electronics, t nagar chenai. Pl arrange to send the insured amount immediately.

I was using htc desire 820s, and purchased the mobile insurance from the appdaily insurance company. Someone has stolen my handset on the 8th of march 2016 from malad west, mumbai.

I had registered the fir at the nearest police station (Fir number - 122/16, police station - malvani, malad, mumbai), blocked and issued my sim card from the telecom operator and logged the complaint with mobile insurance "appdaily" company. I had called appdaily multiple times, i did not get any proper response from them and they had closed my "ad_at_080316_2994528" ticket without informing it to me.

I am following up with them, now they are not giving me response and saying you need to check with the htc company as you had bought the handset from them. Every day they give me a new reason "your htc handset is not activated".

If my handset was not activated how i am using and they are saying those statements after the handset has been stolen. I had already replaced the motherboard of my handset and updated the imei number with appdaily. At that time, none of the person from their team has updated me the same thing.

Even in the appdaily policy they had not mentioned anywhere, that we need to register the insurance within the mobile data-plan itself. Might be i had registered the appdaily insurance within the wifi and inserted my sim card.

I am using htc from last 10 months, even no one has updated me for the same. Please help me on this, as i am struggling from them.

My claim ID is 2777768.
It is past 8 months and I didn't got my claim till now. And getting any message that when the claim will be given.

The representative of apps daily attracted me by their anti theft insurance product. I bought it. He installed it but after my mobile got lost, I got to know that d apps daily representative entered my wrong D. O. B. due to which I didn't get my claim. Apps Daily and New India Insurance are fraud companies...

I Don't again purchase insaurance from apps daily insaurance, because apps daily insaurance is fraud company, and I have also telling to my relatives, friends, colleagues, etc this company is fraud, and the company colleague is misbehavior, and i have also submit negative reviews and negative feedback in apps daily

I have submitted all the documents for the processing but they are frauds and not processing it. Also they are not responding the calls, putting calls on hold for an hour.

I have given my phone on 23rd january 2016 to get the screen fix. It's 12th march and i haven't recieved my phone yet. The company's been fooling me since a month, they promised to give me my phone within 10 days after confirming my documents. Kindly, check on to the matter as soon as possible! Ph: [protected]

I had submitted insurance claim for my htc e9s mobile (With broken screen) (Int id : adi_220116_2939520) along with all document on 28.01.2016 to appsdaily insurance office at hubblli.

My phone has mobile insurance cover by appsdaily solutions pvt.Ltd.

1) i have called up their manager mr. Anil (M.No:[protected]) & area manager mr. Arvind (M.No:[protected]) innumerable times and have followed up but have received not a single answer as to whether my mobile is ready or not.

2) on top of it, every time i call, i am informed that my case has been forwarded to htc company from past 15 days i am lessening.
They tell me that they will send an email to the concerned department and i will hear from them soon. But not a single time have they reverted my call with a status update.

I find it ridiculous that after close to a 45 days i am yet to hearfrom them on a status of my case/eta on resolving . I do not even know what the issue from their end is.

I think their company is running a big scam and are a bunch of thieves who are scamming consumers. And i refuse to be taken for a ride by there organization, so i am seeking help from your forum to resolve my complaint.

I submitted my damaged mobile phone on total loss base in Appsdaily for claim process on 24 Jan 2016. But the claim is still pending.. If my claim status will be same in next 10 days than i m thinking to go consumer court. Anyone have solution for this pls

My mobile is got damaged. I tried to log complaint through mobile using appsdaily.in site but it never accepted. Then i called few times to[protected] toll free number but did not get proper response. Finally i could able to login complaint on 6th March 2016. The complaint number is AD_D_060316_2992116.. I have not received any response from Apps Daily team. After several attempts i was told that my claim was rejected due to delay. I am unable to understand if the handset is insured for one year then how there could be any delay as it lapses on 2nd May 2016. I feel like cheated by the name of Insurance to handset without proper support.

I have registered the complaint with Appdaily over the phone for my Sony Z3 with policy # [protected]/15 which got damaged in an accident and due to hospitalization we could not register the complaint in 48hrs frm the time of call complaint now the call center guy says that we could not provide any of the help, simply it's a fraud company at-least motor or bike insurer pays off in any case of damage and they people have their own policy of getting the money in the name of insurance -BIG TIME FRAUD COMPANY. and yes my insurance is still valid till May2016

I purchased micromax p470 for rs 7000 on[protected]. It was insured by apps daily same day from same showroom for rs.499. Which was damaged on 09 mar 2015 itook it to micromax service center which declaired it total damagedas per instruction of customer care executive tab eith box and other equipments was couriered to their office. They setteled for rs 5100 but coyld not deposit amount in my account.Now there phone is not connected with customer care executive.Itried many times if it is connected their reply is we cannot do anything as our server is down call after 1 or 2 days. Please help me in getting me money back

M trying appsdaily no from yestrday they are not taking intrest of picking the call. My handset is submitted there but they are saying the phone cannot b repaired nd in case they r offring me the phone which is not in fashiin also kindly make my issue valuable nd tell them to contact me..
