I have a mobile HTC desire and its lcd display got damaged. As the phone was insured I lodged the claim ( Intimation ID AD_D_250615_2610916). I have been sending documents again and again as per their requirement and they are making excuses on one pretext or the another. Please help me out. They have already wasted my time for a few thousand rs..

      My insurance claim amount has not yet deposited in my account since 1 month. The document i have personally handed to a guy called DILIP and today after a month he is saying he has lost the documents. When i am calling in customer service they are just saying dat we have forwarded ur case on urgent basis since 1 week.. I am completrly not satsified woth dis type of serivce and a girl named NAUSHEEN in appsdaily customer service store she hang up the call on my face after arguing with her for 20 minutes because she didnt not have answers to my questions.. This is a very dissapointing fir me as a customer.. They have commited alot of things but none have been fulfilled.. Your eager replyy will be highly obliged..

        I have bought my phone on June 2 and made the insurance on same day too by purchasing apps daily insurance . They said that it is valid for 1 year. on 17/08/2015 due to defective piece provided by Sony they have swapped my phone and replaced it with a new one . I therefore called apps daily and asked them to switch my insurance from that phone to this newly swapped one. They said it''s not possible. within just 2 months span how can i loose my insurance. Even i contacted them on the same reason but they were not responding me on phone neither mail. So please kindly provide me justice. I am enclosing the document of my purchase of AppsDaily from Bajaj electronics and the swap letter of Sony for new phone documents Sir/Madam Thank you

          I has insured my mobile with apps daily and before 8 months I has lost my mobile and I has completed my all process and I has all the documents what ever they need my claim I'd is AD_T_030115_1431988 I HAS got a message before 5 months my payment has sent to nia but the insurance company Doe's not process my payment I think this is waste of my money and time and the company has not being interested in serving and not responding

            My CIN number is AD_D_160715_2647326 Device insured is Iphone 6 -64Gb I bought this phone on 12th November and bought insurance for my phone the same day. While purchasing phone i asked the distributor that how much will i have to pay if my phone gets damaged. They said " whatever be the cost you will just have to pay 5% or 500 which ever is higher " he also added " you can check the policy and read the conditions and all written in that".i read it and it was the same thing written in the document hence i made a decision to purchase the same. Now on 15th of July when my phone got water damaged i took that phone to the insurance company and now they are saying that apple has a policy to replace and one has to pay depreciation on the replacement cost plus that 5% to claim. Apple's replacement cost for this phone is 24000. so on that i will have to pay 45%. firstly, As per the whole accounting standards depreciation is charged on the cost of an asset purchased and not on the replacement cost. And secondly, in their policy document nothing is written " in case where company has a policy to replace the customer will have to pay depreciation" http://www.appsdaily.in/damageonly.pdf (This was the document given to me while purchasing ) i Have contacted customer care and asked that which point of your policy suits my condition they said "For Damage – TOTAL LOSS BASIS If the repair cost exceeds ‘maximum liability limit’ OR if the handset is ‘Beyond Economical Repair (BER)’ Insurance Company at their discretion settle such claim(s) on ‘TOTAL LOSS / CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS (BER) BASIS’ as follows:" Depreciation: for 0-90 days - 15% 91-180 days - 25% 181 Days and above - 45 % here the repair cost doesn't count as this is replacement .even if we let go that word my handset doesn't exceed Maximum liability limit as maximum limit is 34375( Depreciated value of 62500). and also the word written here is depreciation ( which means on the cost of asset purchased ) and also there is nothing written for replacement cost. I had submitted my phone 15 days back and still there is no status on my phone with them .

              sir, my name is vinay patel.i from now in modpur, dist jamnagar, gujarat.i have mo.ins.from apps daily.14 th july when my bike slip than my mo damage.so i was reg on appsdaily.sits.but i was tense and by mistake i was entered my name insted of father name.i was request to name change.i said claim bill of my name.and i give u proof.but he said now name is not change.i[censored] want claim u send ur father doc.so i send all doc.but 25th july i check mail.mail is all doc ok but right claiment name on ins biil.now sir how can i name change in my name on claim invoice.because i informed company by mistake i ent.my father name, but he was not change name and he said u send ur father doc.now what can ido?plz help me

                  Hi I’m AshishGulrandhe, I purchase Blackberry Q5 in the month of November i used the handset for 2 weeks and it was fallen in water and got water damage. I have contact shop were i have purchase my handset and insurance.
                  They arrange person from Apps Daily he arrange a call to pick my mobile through the channel partner Repair Easy( located in Pune). Due water damage the service didnt accept it under warranty. So repair easy has given some estimate of Rs.4200.00 initially. The phone was repair send to me but some key were not working so i didnt accepted send it back to repair easy then they said i was told me due to water damage motherboard had problem. So they said it come under total damage (repairing cost is more than purchase cost). Apps daily send me a mail of total damage (Below)

                  Remarks : Damages mismatched with actual damaged handset, which we have received.

                  Who can help me out from case, i request not buy this insurance for your mobile this are fraud people( Ek no Natvarlal type people).

                    I am shubham Moonat. I have a complaint about Apps Daily. I insured my mobile of sony by Apps Daily and now when my mobile is damaged i contact Apps Daily by call and they says please claim ur claim online and wait for approval by their side and after submitting all documents by email to Apps Daily they approved my claim and sanded me approval email and after that i getting repaired my mobile by authorised service center of sony and as per Apps Daily instructions i was sand them my documents hard copy by Reliance courier, Ratlam (m.p.). And the Apps Daily is received those on 30th june 2015. But now after all that they say they can not approve my claim.
                    Please help to get my hardcore money back from them.
                    Note -  i have all conversation call recording and emails of Apps Daily.

                        I have taken a mobile insurance from AppsDaily, and was not able to register thorugh the mobile app within 15 days of purchase of mobile. As per company policy, if it is not done within 15 days, insurance is not valid . And money should be refunded back . But neither of the company support staff is replying to my mails nor no one picking their call center. Company is not trustworthy.If they doing this while booking claim, what will they do if you have to file a claim.

                          FRAUD!!! ...Apps daily insurance is the biggest FRAUD in insurance sector i had ever seen and experienced. I made a claim to repair my mobile since it sustained a crack in the display. They asked me to get a quote from the authorised service center for changing the display. The service center gave me a quote of Rs.3, 500/- which i have mailed them along with all the necessary details. Now they had sent me a mail stating that my claim has been approved for "Total Loss" for an amount of Rs.3790/- for which i have to sent them my entire mobile along with all its accessories, and I cannot repair!!! When i called up the customer care, for what ever queries i make, there is a guy who will simply reply "..sir your claim is approved for total loss for which you will have to sent your mobile and accessories, and you cannot repair..." . I have mailed them, but i got the same response being copy pasted. I never had such a horrible experience before !! i advice no body should fall prey for their insurance TRAP
                          my cellphone got broken now i have to go through a long process as if i have no other work in d world nd its been three days and i have not received the conformation to repair it this is the first time i claimed
                          no more insurance from this company its a waste of money and time

                            I have purchased a Samsung Core2 mobile handset for ₹ 8000 on 09/11/2014. The shop owner asked to get my mobile insured so that it is safe guarded in all aspects. Though this was a birthday gift to my mom I got the insurance with premium of ₹ 500. Till then I had no issue unless accidentally the mobile got dropped on the floor when she was on call with her friend and the screen/display got broken. I made a request to Appsdaily (An acting TPA for New India Insurance Co.) and they collected my handset to estimate the damage. For my damaged handset of 8000 they passed claim for 3900 accounting depreciation of 45% whereas the mobile is just 192 days old (just over 6 months). My damage cost was worked out to 4600, this i came to know from Appsdaily, whereas New India Insurance Co. is not bothered to give me the details. I have got a mail to submit my handset and accessories at their service office of Appsdaily as the repair amount exceeds my claimable amount. I told them if the expense is 4600 and u can give me 3900 out of it...it is ok...I will bear the balance 700...still dey do agree and say no once the insurance company gives their conclusion it cannot be changed...Even they say if you go out of the way and repair your handset yourself against the claim status decided by the company ...the company will deduct 40% from your claimable amount i.e. further from 3900 dey will only give you the balance... so much of confusion...my mobile of 8000, after depreciation 45% & 500 their charges = 3900...after penalty 40%= 2340...is this a joke they are doing with us...Insurer is New India Insurance company...they too should be held responsible...Please help me get those cheaters know their responsibility and get my mobiles or monies from them. Please

                                My phone spice mi-524 is damaged and I handover to inc coy under cashless inc after handover the handset to apps daily they are always give excuses that case is not approved and also I handover on 23/04/2015. As per their policy approval take 48 hours but they shows on system on 29/04/2015 submitted handset and also said within 15 days handset is repaired.

Although i personally signed and did the all needed procedure for the claim.This is an inappropriate answer for claim request.It is my humble request to recheck my documents.It is my only hope to recover money of my theft mobile. please sir help me with it.

                                    Appsdaily is a very big fraud company. Imagine the heights of dishonesty. I lost my brand new xperia phone in 3 days after taking this moblie insurance. After my phone got theft in the train, i submit them with everything with all the possible documents along including fir copy, sim block letter. . Blah blah blah. . But this is wat they sell a story in the end saying there was some signature mismatch and also fraud detected cause it was within 1 - 2 days of taking insurance, i lost my phone it seems. . . Wtf even if i loose my phone after 1 hour from taking the insurance, i should get my claim. . . And also if there is signature mismatch, these dishonest ppl could ask me to send another copy and i can send them another copy of how many ever signatures they require. . They just here to take a comman man for a ride. . L. . . And the irony is this fraud company is a purely dishonest and on top of that they claim that it was a fraud detected it seems. . . They say in hindi " ulta chor kotwal ko dante" and its so true here. . . Never ever fall in this trap of taking appsdaily insurance. . . Have practically suffered there con. Money. . !!

                                      I am purchase one mobile (Intex) from mobilewala store & he insist me to purchase the appsdaily insnurance for antitheft damage etc purpose. After 6 month my mbile replace free of cost form intex & secondtime my mobile fall down & screen crack so we submit this mobile to authorise service center for repairing. After 1 month he denied to repair because appsdaily not change the new imea no. So we go to mobilewala store for change the imea no. But from last two months simple imea no. Not change by appsdaily. Then we will call appsdaily but no one proper response from this company.
                                      So my humble request dont purchase such faulty insurance from appdaily insurance company

                                        We are form G..3 Collection, Please take some serious action...because this company is fraud/cheater . when its repaired under their cashless service because we have also faced unauthorised repair with duplicate/faulty & missing parts used by the company for insured devices) so that no one should face it as we are facing it with our customers.this will make other companies aware & make them think several times before making false commitment to the customers.worst of the services have ever faced very annoying.
