I have a mobile HTC desire and its lcd display got damaged. As the phone was insured I lodged the claim ( Intimation ID AD_D_250615_2610916). I have been sending documents again and again as per their requirement and they are making excuses on one pretext or the another. Please help me out. They have already wasted my time for a few thousand rs.....

My phone spice mi-524 is damaged and I handover to inc coy under cashless inc after handover the handset to apps daily they are always give excuses that case is not approved and also I handover on 23/04/2015. As per their policy approval take 48 hours but they shows on system on 29/04/2015 submitted handset and also said within 15 days handset is repaired.
