Dear sir,
I am insured my handset from appsdaily solution
When my handset is damaged i am processing for claim to company at that time i have deposited 1200 rs to company as a processing fees after then handset was courier for repair around 2 month hold by company handset was return to me un-repaired and enclosed the letter he told to me reason was due to non-availability of parts after that he told to me i had return 3837.00 rs in you account till date i not received that amount
I am also send mail a canceled cheque scan copy for refund process

I am trying to reach to call center so many time but did not connect
