Despite of confirming KYC multiple times, they are sending KYC is not completed over and over again. The recipient lives in a hostel, I have given their college ID and fee receipt. They say the Delivery address doesn't match with the KYC document. The college ID has the address, I don't know what else I am supposed to do here. The shipment number is - [protected]. I have even mailed them and I have provided them with the required details, they are still yet to reply to that.

      My KYC is getting rejected the name in my KYC is Gunturi vivek Varma and I just kept my name as Vivek Varma it says KYC and delivery address isn’t matching and i kept getting this message sending the KYC

      Hi Vivek Varma 👋🏽 Your shipment [protected] from eShopWorld is on its way to India but cannot be cleared from customs because previously shared KYC is rejected due to: Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address.. Kindly attach your government issued KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER document (identity, address proof and GSTIN number (if applicable)) to clear the shipment. Hurry up and attach your documents to receive your shipment faster!

        I have repeatedly completed my KYC, shared college Id card and hostel fee receipt( Delivery address proof) along with Aadhar and PAN card but they keep rejecting it saying that the delivery address does not match. My AWB Number / Shipment tracking Number is [protected] .Also mailed the issue at [protected]@aramex.com but got no response. Please look into the matter and resolve this as soon as possible

          Ordered shoes from Nike.com. Aramex is handling their delivery!! Submitted all required files needed for kyc and mailed them the required kyc details to their consigned email id to but it's still showing kyc pending

            Hey hi, have placed an order with nike.com. Aramex is handling their delivery..have uploaded proper kyc documents and even mailed them the kyc documents to their respective email ID..I'm not getting a proper response from them.. and it is still asking me to upload kyc documents this is very bad

              Same problem that everyone else is facing always. KYC rejection even after submitting documents asked by them. This is a ridiculous company and service. There is no customer care number. There is no email id. Folks on twitter say the customer team is looking into it and will revert, but they never have and they never will i suppose.

              What is one supposed to do in this case? How is the company allowed to function after repeated complaints by everyone on this forum?
              I ordered a gift for my wife for our anniversary. The anniversary came and went and I still have not received anything from these people, let alone the package that I have paid for.

              Nope. They're remain useless as ever.
              Call +91 22 64803300 and ask for what is the actual issue. I found out my internet bill was older than 6months which is why it was getting rejected. no where have they mentioned this and neither do they give reason while rejecting.
              But my KYC was approved after i gave a newer bill a week ago and my package is still in Delhi and hasn't even been picked up. Wonder when I will be getting it. Everyday i get the same ### answer from them.

                  I have order a pair of Nike shoes from Nike website as the address I have mention while ordering didn’t match my address mentioned on personal documents.

                  Aramex is not delivering my product. I have order shoes for my younger sister birthday and now it too late to gift her.

                  That is the reason I want initiate return of my Nike product.

                  In these case they are telling me they won’t initiate the return.

                            Customer support and website not responding/working

                            I send roughly 700 parcels per year via Aramex dropbox and this past year we are constantly struggling to reach them. The service is usually not to bad with about a 1% complaint rate from our clients, but when there is a complaint which I have had 3 of this past week it is a nightmare. The Aramex website constantly does not want to load our support tickets and since yesterday they have implemented a new security captcha system which now does...

                            I send roughly 700 parcels per year via Aramex dropbox and this past year we are constantly struggling to reach them. The service is usually not to bad with about a 1% complaint rate from our clients, but when there is a complaint which I have had 3 of this past week it is a nightmare. The Aramex website constantly does not want to load our support tickets and since yesterday they have implemented a new security captcha system which now does not submit ANY queries, support requests etc. We can also not reach them via their customer support email and the phone lines are constantly so busy that it takes hours to reach them.

                            My clients can not reach Aramex and the Aramex website does not load any support tickets. We are getting daily complaints now regarding this.

                                  Shipment no. [protected] is not being delivered and awaiting KYC clearance. Have submitted the required documents at least 6 times over the last few days. The KYC team keeps rejecting stating name mismatch. Where as all documents have the same name letter by letter. Have followed up with chat support, email and phone. No responses on resolution and everyday calls are sent to upload the documents all over again.

                                  Who is looking into the KYC process at Aramex? Such sub par services and delay in their work coupled with no information.

                                  The tracking page shows customer KYC dcument required which is submitted so many times and is still not cleared.

                                  What is the timeline and how do we connect with the KYC team to understand where is the issue in matching the name of condignee and proofs provided? When it is exactly SAME?

                                      I have ordered an item and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail. I have uploaded my kyc but has always been rejected everytime i submitted. And i have been receiving messages that i have to upload my kyc to clear my order.
