Despite of confirming KYC multiple times, they are sending KYC is not completed over and over again. The recipient lives in a hostel, I have given their college ID and fee receipt. They say the Delivery address doesn't match with the KYC document. The college ID has the address, I don't know what else I am supposed to do here. The shipment number is - [protected]. I have even mailed them and I have provided them with the required details, they are still yet to reply to that.
Aramex Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Call +91 22 64803300 and ask for what is the actual issue. I found out my internet bill was older than 6months which is why it was getting rejected. no where have they mentioned this and neither do they give reason while rejecting.
But my KYC was approved after i gave a newer bill a week ago and my package is still in Delhi and hasn't even been picked up. Wonder when I will be getting it. Everyday i get the same ### answer from them.
