I have ordered shoes from nike
I live at my uncle house
So my identity proof has different address from delivery address
Do i have submitted electricity bill with same address as delivery address
Please help me regarding this

I've submitted a complaint regarding my order but didn't get any replies from aramex in two weeks....

Hi even after providing kyc information on passport and rental agreement aramex is rejecting my verification hence no delivery of order no.[protected]...

After providing the broadband bill with proper name listing as they have mentioned as alternative method as my aadhar address and details are different from my current address still verification failed multiple times ....

I send roughly 700 parcels per year via Aramex dropbox and this past year we are constantly struggling to reach them. The service is usually not to bad with about a 1% complaint rate from our clients, but when there is a complaint which I have had 3 of this past week it is a nightmare. The Aramex website constantly does not want to load our support tickets and since yesterday they have implemented a new security captcha system which now does...

I have ordered nike shoes and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail which I did more than 6 times with valid id and address proof but it's still getting rejected because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents but I’ve submitted the rental agreement along with it. What should be done in this case ?...

Shipment no. [protected] is not being delivered and awaiting KYC clearance. Have submitted the required documents at least 6 times over the last few days. The KYC team keeps rejecting stating name mismatch. Where as all documents have the same name letter by letter. Have followed up with chat support, email and phone. No responses on resolution and everyday calls are sent to upload the documents all over again.

I have ordered an item and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail. I have uploaded my kyc but has always been rejected everytime i submitted. And i have been receiving messages that i have to upload my kyc to clear my order. As i have ordered using my short name and does not match the name on my id cards. What should be done in this case? Hi Your shipment is on its way to India but cannot be cleared from customs due to: Consignee name does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Documents in consignee name and address they are sending me like this sir but i submitted my documents clearly but its getting rejected because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents because I was out of town and has given my friends address....

I ordered Nike shoes to clear the shipment they are asking kyc which I sent three times and it has been rejected 3 times only thing is in the government I'd there is no street number because street numbers are given recently for colony please look into this issue....

I have sent my a voters ID as prove of identification as requested by your company for KYC document. As the address on my voters ID and my shipping address does not match. I got an email from Aramex regarding KYC, I uploaded my Voter ID with address exactly matching with address I had provided while placing the order.

For shipment [protected], Amazon.com chose a detailed address which said Hyder nagar and my rental agreement mentions Nizampet, whereas, on Swiggy, it comes as near Nizampet and Hyder Nagar. These areas were developed after 2014, and hence there are a lot of problems with match addresses. The house number, flat name and pin code are the same.

The address mentioned above the shipment is my father's shop address and I don't have any address proof for my self for that place so I had attached my father's firm registration certificate with the address which is mentioned above the shipment along with my aadhar card and pan card after that also they had rejected my kyc please help me our and make them sure to deliver my shipment (shipment number [protected])

The courier is handled by aramex today i got the message that that your KYC uploaded document has been rejected due to "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address."
My address is different state from my hometown because I live in another state for my job.
Please help me out here...

I have ordered shoes from Nike.com on 24th Feb 2023 but I am unable to receive the shipment, because my KYC is getting rejected. My KYC documents pan, passport and Aadhar have my old address on it. Therefore I have added my brother's ID proof (Aadhar card) which has a new address which matches with the shipping address.
