Custom fee & service

Custom fee & service

I got a offer gift n I paid 31 usd to the sender to ship from Aramex.
Aramex delayed the kyc procedure firstly now they are charging 2300 inr which is 100% total amount of actual item n shipment valuer for it. I need help it's a gift firstly n they are charging so much fees....

Not clearing the KYC documents despite repeatedly sharing

A shipment from Nike was due to arrive but is not being cleared by the Amarex office despite Employee ID and Bank Statement with the same address as shipping address being uploaded by me.

I have undergone this process 4 times.

Are they not reading or downloading the documents being sent to them....

I had ordered a product from Nike and i was asked to submit kyc documents. i submitted everything immediately and still kept receiving the message where it says kyc rejected. this is absolutely terrible. i have been sitting entire day and submitted all the right kyc documents in the right format almost 3-4 times a day. Currently, there is a shipment with tracking number [protected] stuck in India (invalid identity proof documents). Which was ordered from Nike.com
My Nike account is under my nick name Rohit Singh Kaira, and my shipment is also under my name, but my official name is Umesh Singh Kaira. I ordered this pair of shoes from Nike.com and all KYC documents have already been submitted under my official name, Umesh Singh Kaira....

Fraud & Cheaters.

My shipment no [protected] coming from China has been stuck in customs from past one month.
First I was told that it is stuck for commercial invoice. Which was provided, after that they asked for payment proofs.
I am running a small business from home. Have ordered imitation Jewelry worth $15.
My terms & conditions with seller was I would do payment after receiving the parcel. They contained sample pieces of new designs....

Nike order KYC customs rejected

I have made an order for Nike Shoes and the reference number is [protected]. Aramex couriers have rejected my KYC 3 times in just under 24 hours, which is ridiculous. There is no way you can contact them, no helpline numbers and if you submit a complaint request they will say it is processing.

Secondly, I have submitted my voter card and Aadhar Card for my KYC, though I'm living in a temporary address for which I do not have...

Not delivering my Nike order

I have repeatedly completed my KYC. shared office ID card (delivery address proof) along with passport and PAN Card but they keep rejecting it saying that the delivery address does not match....

I am a student currently studying and based in Bangalore, however all my National ID cards bears the address of my permanent home address from another state.
However even after multiple attempts to clear the KYC for customs of my order from Nike.com, it keeps getting rejected “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC.”
I have submitted my rent agreement and electricity bills and have attached legit documents...

Continuous rejection of KYC form due to mismatch of delivery address

Address:A-248 Mahipalpur Extension, NH-8 Gurgaon-Delhi Road, NH-8 Gurgaon-Delhi Road

I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from Nike which is presently stucked in custom clearance since i am not been able to provide the delivery address proof.
I have ordered at my office address and has put a sub name (Häcker Kitchens) for my company instead of the exact name (Kanu Kitchen Kulture) while ordering howevere the rest of the address is correct and matches with my order details.

My Nike parcel stuck with customs

Hi, my Nike order has gotten stuck in customs. Aramex asked to provide KYC info for identity & delivery address proof. I did both but they're rejecting it cause address in my Identity proof (my aadhar card one) doesn't match with the one I provided for address proof ( my flat rent agreement where I live currently).
