I ordered Nike shoes . Every time kyc is rejected. I my identity proof’s address is not same as the address provided but I have submitted the electricity bill of the delivery address that too of last month. Any kind of assistance is provided is not provided by the Aramex. They just sent the link and reject my assistance but they don’t say reason or contact me.

    I am Aindrila Datta. I have placed two orders through Amazon in dec'22 which has been shipped to India and will be delivered by Aramex . The shipment number for the two orders are - [protected] & [protected]. The KYC documents provided have been rejected by
    Aramex

    I have attached the following documents now :

    1. Copy of my Aadhar which highlights my father's name and
    2. A copy of house rent agreement with stamp which mentions my father's name as the tenant.
    The address mentioned in the rent agreement is same as the delivery address.

    Aramex is repeatedly rejecting the documents without providing reasons and I have also mailed repeatedly to [protected]@aramex.com but not received any reply.
    Today I got a notification that package destruction letter is out for delivery?!
    Please upload the KYC documents so that my order can be delivered without further delay.

      My KYC has been pending for the last 15 days because the address on my aadhar card/passport/voter id is not the same as the shipping address, I have been trying to explain to Aramex that they need to consider my driver's license where the address matches the shipping address.

        I have ordered from Nike for which aramex couriers is the shipping company. I have submitted the necessary documents including my license and rent agreement along with pan card twice. But i still keep getting messages of rejected kyc stating delivery address does not match with submitted documents. I have submitted the correct documents with matching addresses still it is giving this issue. please look into this asap.

          I ordered a nike shoe few days ago and the ordered is stuck in custom cleanrance due my KYC issue. My aadhar address and delivery address is not same so the KYC is being rejected. And their is no other option to do. So please help me with it ASAP.

            I ordered a pair of shoes from Nike and the courier is stuck in customs and my kyc keeps rejecting as the name on the electricity bill is of my parent and currently my passport is expired, I also submitted my birth certificate as the customer care told me too but it rejected again.

              Sir/mam, I ordered shoes from Nike a few days back. I didn't know about this custom clearance so I put my name for the order. I have shifted to a new city with my family so there are no kyc documents having my name and the address same as shipping address. Also, I am a minor so there are no address proof documents having my name on it. Although, I do have my domicile (government verified) which supports this address but aramex is not considering it. My parcel is stuck since last 15 days. The payment has been made of 6k. The tracking number is[protected]. Please have my order delivered.

                Multiple times i have submitted my Kyc to them . my address is 100% correct .
                my identiy is correct
                On my parcel the name mention is my nick name . Due to this they Are rejecting my KYC is that even fair.
                we have paid huge tax and shipping for the product we order. And They r just creating fuss For no Reason and threatning people that u wont get your parcel.
                i mean waooo Whn u r sending us emails and whatsaap msg on our own number from whr the order is placed and we r sending u confidentional id proofs so u think we r fool and fake people that this is not our parcel. I think address proof is enough to deliver our hard money parcel.

                    I got a offer gift n I paid 31 usd to the sender to ship from Aramex.
                    Aramex delayed the kyc procedure firstly now they are charging 2300 inr which is 100% total amount of actual item n shipment valuer for it. I need help it's a gift firstly n they are charging so much fees.

                      A shipment from Nike was due to arrive but is not being cleared by the Amarex office despite Employee ID and Bank Statement with the same address as shipping address being uploaded by me.

                      I have undergone this process 4 times.

                      Are they not reading or downloading the documents being sent to them.

                        I have uploaded all the necessary KYC documents. My shipping address is different from my KYC address so I added electricity bill and rent agreement as address proof. It’s a valid government bill. Still it’s getting rejected. It’s been stuck since 28th, December, 2022.

                            I had ordered a product from Nike and i was asked to submit kyc documents. i submitted everything immediately and still kept receiving the message where it says kyc rejected. this is absolutely terrible. i have been sitting entire day and submitted all the right kyc documents in the right format almost 3-4 times a day. My package is getting delayed every single day and this is not done. There’s nobody to contact and the mails are also not being responded properly. this is must be a joke. i can’t do this all day everyday. please have my product delivered

                              Currently, there is a shipment with tracking number [protected] stuck in India (invalid identity proof documents). Which was ordered from Nike.com
                              My Nike account is under my nick name Rohit Singh Kaira, and my shipment is also under my name, but my official name is Umesh Singh Kaira. I ordered this pair of shoes from Nike.com and all KYC documents have already been submitted under my official name, Umesh Singh Kaira.

                                One of my shipments from Nike is stuck with customs. Aramex asked me to get a KYC done. I have submitted KYC multiple times. Everytime it gets rejected with same reason. It says deliver address is not the same as in KYC Document provided. The address in my Aadhaar Card is my permanent address. Right now I am at a different place. I live on rent. I have also attached valid rental agreement papers. Still it is getting rejected. Everyday I receive that my KYC failed. There's no help from Aramex. No one picks the customer care phone number neither I get any reply on emails.

                                  My shipment no [protected] coming from China has been stuck in customs from past one month.
                                  First I was told that it is stuck for commercial invoice. Which was provided, after that they asked for payment proofs.
                                  I am running a small business from home. Have ordered imitation Jewelry worth $15.
                                  My terms & conditions with seller was I would do payment after receiving the parcel. They contained sample pieces of new designs. The seller too agreed as it was like a support to each other.
                                  I told Mr. Virendra about payment terms to which he told me to do the payment and send the bank statement as proof. Along with that I even send then the ss of the order placed on website.
                                  After 6 days I’m told that the value is not accepted?? I would like to know what exactly does that mean? The seller has submitted invoice from his side. I have sent the bank statement as well as the order placed on website. Is that not enough proof?
                                  I just gave thought to contact the Delhi customs officials explaining the whole scenario and requesting them to release the parcel. I called Aramex again and spoke to Ms Jyoti, who is handling customs at airport, she got irritated & furious. She spoke to me so rudely as if I’m stealing something. And when I told her to calm down n talk politely she threatened me to stop my parcel completely. She told me that if I try to contact Delhi Customs directly they they stop my parcel and then I will have to come to Delhi and complete the process on my own.
                                  The seller has provided Mumbai address, yet the company gets parcels in Delhi first. They threatened not to clear customs.
                                  Kindly help me to get my parcel. I have told them that I’m aware of customs charges and I am ready to pay whatever it is as per my transaction value, but since the amount is less they are trying to cheat me
