Dear archies,

I am kuldeep bairwa. My registered email - id is [protected]@gmail.com
I had ordered 3 items on[protected] at 07:10 pm with the
Order no. : al[protected]
It contains
One choose to be happy floral mini book
One boofle simply the best mug
One archies original gals pocket perfume

I paid the entire amount. However, i received the wrong product. Instead of choose to be happy floral mini book, i received a fare well book.
It was a very special ocassion and because of your negligence, it was completely ruined. Your customer care number does not work. My money is wasted and you are not even replacing the product. Because of archies, my image is completely ruined.
I am attaching the photo of my order, the item description on the package and the product i received.
Either refund my money or atleast replace the product.
Hoping to hear from you soon. Failing to replace the product, i will be compelled to take legal action.

After a long battle with Archies, I have finally received the correct product. I have mailed them several times on [email protected] and called them on their new customer care number +919717324004. After about two weeks, I received the correct product. It was a harassment for me to keep pursuing Archies to send the correct product.

      I'm really upset with the service. I placed order exactly a week back and I'm not receiving any update. There is no option to even track the order. Apart from this, I've tried reaching over the customer care number and even sent a mail but haven't received any response.

      I want the package to be delivered at the earliest or my money should be refunded.

        I placed an order on 11th feb. The person who received the order told me that some products were missing from the order. Order number is al[protected].
        The perfumes (Park avenue) - for the package were missing, only the card was delivered. Please make sure to deliver the missing package. I tried calling customer care many times but no one answer.
        This is the description of the product i ordered.
        'stunning valentine's day gift hamper for husband/boyfriend'

          I placed order in 11 february 2018 in archiesonline.com and money was deducted too from my account. After that i didn't get any confirmation mail or message from archies regarding confirmation of order.
          I tried to call many times to customer care of archies but i didnt connect to them.
          I request archies if order is not placed then please refund my money..

            I had placed an order with Archies online on 7th Feb.

            Order No: AL[protected]. Three items were included in the order:

            1) Park Avenue Gift Set For Men

            2) Mug For Valentine's Day With A Romantic Quote

            3) A Greeting card.

            However, the package I received today had only Mug (item 2) and the card (item 3). Item 1 is missing?

              They say the most special way to say you #care#. My advice is to reframe it as untrustworthy.

              They really don't care for feelings. Least bothered to call back to find the root cause of problem. Unprofessional staff. Everytime you call them they would drop you a mail simply copying and pasting on the mail. They don't even understand what client is trying to say.

                I purchased a peanut cartoon wall calender, and paid for the shipping as well. However, archies sent me a emoji calender, and upon contacting their online customer support desk, i am now being asked to do the following:
                1. Ship back the wrong product back to them at my expense
                2. Pay additional shipping charge of rs. 80 (Not sure for what??)
                3. They will issue a gift card with a reduced value of 5% (Not sure for what??)
                4. They say the product i ordered was not in stock, and therefore, they sent me a different one of their choice; however, as of writing this compliant, the product i ordered is still available online for purchase.

                The only response i got from archie's is attached below. It is noted that they are still unable to provide any detail relating to their attempt to contact me. Besides, it is a laughable reason to send me the wrong product.

                Archie's cannot sell me a product that i did not buy, just because they took the money in advance. Now i am being made to run around and bear all expenses associated with their ineptness.

                  I ordered a greetings card on 21st january and already paid the amount but they are not delivering the product. I called and mailed them repeatedly but not getting satisfactory results. These type of websites cheating many people now a days kindly take some step and help me to refund my money or to get my product. Thank you. Order no. : al[protected]

                    I purchased a clock and a birthday card for my friend,
                    The seleceted delivery date is on 19-1-19, but unfortunately while hecking tracking id the product has not yet shipped 😑

                    The assurance given by archies is just a peice of..! I will never recommend archiesonline shoppingb to anyone

                      I booked a flower bunch and a big teddybear for my wife but did not receive the gift, flowers my wife received, but instead of teddy bear they again sent flowers after 3 days, with same message. I have pics of order number and the bank statement for amount deduction, did not receive any email from them confirming order. Order no. Al[protected] of rupees 6499.                         Dear Sir, We had Ordered 50 New Year Greeting Cards and made the payment of Rs. 810/- through the credit card of Shri B Mondal on 24.12.2018. It was promised by Archies to make the delivery of the Cards at our premises C-2A/1003, Golf Link Residency, Sector 18-B, Dwarka by 28.1.2018.
                        Customer Care was reminded on 2/1/19 and 8/1/19. No appropriate response from your Customer Care except advising us for forwarding our request to the delivery section. If Archies are unable to deliver the order in time, it should not have accepted the order and not given false assurances of its early delivery by the Customer Care.
                        In the circumstances, you are requested to refund of Rs. 810/- in our Credit Card Account, details of which are already with you.

                          These orders were placed on 07-12-18 which they told will be delivered on 02-01-19 we have selected 4 items in that 1 item was deliverd on 03-01-19 other 3 items were pending and we made frequent complaints and on[protected] item was delivered again we have 2 items pending now
                          Is this the customer care of archies which is a branded company we need refund for all the thigs coz we did not receive prompt delivery and your customer care team was not properly responding

                            Dear team,

                            This is to inform that i had placed an order on nov 5, 2018, however we had returned that parel to archies back on nov 23, 2018 but till date they had not processed the amount, i spoke to customer care many times, only they are requesting everytime please provide some time. They are not answering what app messages, email and disconnecting our calls mr mr lokesh, sonali and etc,.

                            Just for rs 699, they are doing so. Whoever is reading the message please be cautious by ordering anytime from archies online as i believe they are doing fraud unnecessary for small amount and making customer experience unsatisfactory.

                              My husband sent me gifts from us for my anniversary and wanted them to be delivered on 4th jan, 2019.
                              I received the package on 25th december, 2018. Although the delivery date requested was clearly 4th january, 2019.
                              Not only this, there were five items as per my husband and as per the enclosed list of items mentioned on the receipt inside the box says expected items to be 5.
                              Expected items list -
                              1. Ferrero rocher pack of 5 chocolates
                              2. Photo frame with our photo.
                              3. Sugar free fruit cake
                              4. Special red love
                              5. Silver star dust glitter love globe.

                              Now the list of items i received
                              1. Unassembled with missing accessories to assemble photo frame. Newspaper quality paper used for photos.
                              2. Pack of 4 ferrero rocher chocolate instead of 5.
                              Rest all items are missing.

                              My husband has been trying to get in touch with archie's but none is available even in their mention available hours.
                              Such a poor experience we had. Thankfully, i didn't use this service to send gifts out to my colleagues overseas. This would really be embarrassing!!
                              When I have payment the order the transaction is successful but the order is not placed and show the payment incompleted.And the amount will deducted from my account . Refund my money.

                                I ordered a cake and flowers from archies online. I must say you people have a very poor service. No one has called me to confirm anything. If it's a birthday cake you must hv written at least a happy birthday on it nothing has been written on it. Inspite i mentioned it that it should be written. Also the cake wch i booked online and shown in the picture was not delivered it's totally a different looking cake. And wen it was delivered to my home still none has called me as i was not at home.

                                  I ordered a a combo pack of same day delivery product for my fiancee on his birthday. So on that day due to a sudden emergency he was not available to collect the product when the delivery was attempted at 11am. As soon as i knew abt it.. I did contact the customer care helpline and asked for help. I am really sorry to say, they denied me to deliver the product for a second time and neither they said they will refund me the money as they said it was not mentioned in the terms and conditions. It really went wrong with my emotions as your company do provide gifts for our special ones. Then in vain i requested the delivery boy to provide me the local shop contact number and at last the owner of the local shop really helped me and made sure that the product was delivered again. Even if the product was delivered, it was not packed in a proper way in a box or a pack.

I called bluedart about 30 times calling daily and thy are telling to me today will be deliverd tommor will be dilvered... But yet not my package is deliverd. What they are doing rubish archies
                                    To gift somthing i will always use archies .but alway the product no delivered at time 1st time was my mistek is done i have mention the incorrect number .but after that also any time its not deliverd at time .but now i realized it is a wrost app .one thing more i want toh tell if we ordee something or the addres or contact no was wrong ...archies never mail us or countact us that your addres or contract no was no proper...when we call then the tell to us the no was wrong thats y package is not delivered ...it rubbish app its disappoint me .
                                    My order no. AL[protected] I have got my personalised photo frame, but there is spelling error on frame, forever spelling on frame is forover, it was my first anniversary gift, kindly replace my frame with the correct one.

                                      I ordered a personalised white love mug code: pr-lov-010 on 04/11/2018 with order no. Al[protected] and had paid 299 rupees via paytm.
                                      I got an order confirmation email on 5/11/2018.
                                      Today, on 11/11/2018, i wished to track my order on the archies online official website (https://www.archiesonline.com/user/order-status) and i was told there is no order with the given order number (Al[protected].

                                      I have been cheated of my 299 rupees and my gift plan has been ruined.

                                      I have all the exact transaction details. Please help.

                                        I ordered bhaidooj gift 4 my brother to gurgaon... I had received the confirmation message too. Even i received the dispatched message also but till now my order did not get delivered.. I have the tracking number. When i put that tracking number for checking my order status. It shows no order found... My payment have also deducted from my account...
