I purchased a peanut cartoon wall calender, and paid for the shipping as well. However, archies sent me a emoji calender, and upon contacting their online customer support desk, i am now being asked to do the following:
1. Ship back the wrong product back to them at my expense
2. Pay additional shipping charge of rs. 80 (Not sure for what??)
3. They will issue a gift card with a reduced value of 5% (Not sure for what??)
4. They say the product i ordered was not in stock, and therefore, they sent me a different one of their choice; however, as of writing this compliant, the product i ordered is still available online for purchase.
The only response i got from archie's is attached below. It is noted that they are still unable to provide any detail relating to their attempt to contact me. Besides, it is a laughable reason to send me the wrong product.
Archie's cannot sell me a product that i did not buy, just because they took the money in advance. Now i am being made to run around and bear all expenses associated with their ineptness.
