I had ordered 3 different types of flower bouquets for 3 women in my house.
My mum, sister and wife.
All three orders were priced differently and had 3 different colour flowers.

All 3 of them received the same orange flowers with a cheap orange plastic and ruined the concept of gifting online.
I have ordered many a times from archies online - cakes, gifts, flowers for more than 4 years but this is the first time i am disappointed.
I need a refund or an online credit so i can re-gift them something else, i hope to continue shopping with archies and i hope they respond to me in time.

      I ordered a photo frame from archies worth rs. 2000. First i received it too late and when i opened the packet a totally different frame was delivered which was 600 rs cheaper than the original product...
      This is a fraud from archies because they disconnect the phone lines when i try to contact the customer care and complain about the issue.. please help me out..
      I Placed order Of teddy bear 10 days back. But i havnt get any refernce no. Even i dont know about the status of order. I have contact many time. But i dont get any revert

        Hi,

        I have placed an order of gift items on 7th feb from archies online, i had placed an order of 4 items including flowers, chocolates, greeting card & a usb lighter, & on 12th feb 18, 3 of the items have been delivered but flowers have not been delivered and also i didn't even receive any refund or a call or any email regarding the same, and its going to be a month now i have been following up on the same, i tried reaching archies customer care helpline but its always end up with voicemail i dont know if they had couple of customer care representatives of tonnes of complaints, i also tried reaching them on email but no response!! I even left the message with my mobile number on voice mail but again negative!!

        One thing is for sure i will never ever recommend anyone to use archies online!!!

        Also i want my refund!!!

        And if possible archies if you cannot deal with online orders properly you should discontinue this site of yours.

          I had order a gift of chocolate, flowers and card, on 18th feb 2018, 1.03 pm uae - gulf timings. The order placed was still reflecting in the cart and amount was deducted. Tried contacting helpline number:[protected] but it goes to voicemail and gets disconnected everytime. Sent email to [protected]@archiesonline.com and [protected]@archiesmail.com but there has been no response on this. The amount is rs. 1409.00 which was paid via netbanking has not be returned to the account either. As per the faqs on the net, its mentioned that if the delivery has not happned then the amount is returned to account in 4-5 working days. However this has not happend. So i need to get this amount back.

            Hi all,

            I have ordered an product through archies online on 12th february 2018 and till the product is not received. The delivery date is shown as february 2018.

            After sending email two time there is no response from them and from the customer care number people are not responding.

            Please order online from this company and this is the most embarrassing event that ever i faced through online.

            I have ordered a brown leather textured watch on 8-02-18 . And estimated delivery showing was by 12-02-18. And still the order is undelivered .( order no. AL [protected]. )
            I want delivery by tomorrow neither I want my full money refunded..n customer care no. Is also always busy. . From two days I m trying ..but no response .

              I have placed the order on 13th feb 2017 and the delivery date was 14th feb 2014 but the order has not been deliveredyet. Order reference number - al[protected]. There is no response from the customer care they dont pick up calls and they are not replying to the mails. I posted a comment on their facebook page which they have marked the comment as spam. Its a completely fake website.

I will take strict actions regarding this as there was no information or response from your side regarding this.I want my refund as soon as possible. Order reference number -AL[protected].

                I have ordered for a personalised cake and red roses on 3 feb 2018 and also sent a picture on the same day. The product was to be delivered on 14 feb in gurgaon but already three days have passed and product has not been delivered moreover after regular follow up product was marked as dispatched but still it has not been delivered. Customer care service providers are almost good fo nothing because we get different answers for the same query all of which are completely rubbish. Archies is a brand to be trusted but it is really useless to use this online service.

                  I supposed to make the valentines gift delivery which i have purchased online using archies online website for my wife whom i recently married. I have called and talked to them 100 times and always they assured me that they will deliver it on time. They messed up everything. They have taken my 2000 rupees and did not deliver anything on valentines. The worst online experience i had.

                    I placed an ordered as a gift for my wife which comprises of a chocolate gift hamper and a flower bouquet from their website archiesonline.com. I also paid for them via paytm. The chocolate gift hamper was delivered by BlueDart. But the flower bouquet was not delivered. I had paid Rs. 699/- for the flower bouquet and I need a refund. I sent them a complaint email and also tried calling their customer care. But no response from them so far.

                      Order AL[protected] was a valentine gift which was placed on 10th Feb 2018 with a desired date of delivery 14th Feb 2018. Since the day i placed the order the order status till date is "Printed and ready for packing", I tried calling the customer care n number of times but failed. It takes me to the voice mail but never gets any response. I want your help to either get this order delivered or arrange for an Refund. Email attached for your reference.

                      Order AL[protected] was a birthday gift for my brother was placed on 12th feb 2018 and had requested to deliver on 13th Feb 2018 at any cost. As usual it never happened, They falied to deliver on 13th, however felt good to see that the order was out for delivery on 14th but they delivered only the mug and cake was missing. Please help me to refund the cake amount. Emails attached.

                        I have placed an order (Al[protected] on 9th feb for delivery on 14th february 2018. Till now it has not been delivered and i am not able to talk to customer care regarding its whereabout. I raised email complaints for refund of my amount or delivery of it asap.
                        I dint receive any response from the team. They are pathetic, they must realize it and apologize and refund my amount along with the non-delivery fine.

                            Sir, i had placed an order on 25th december 2017 (Order id-or[protected] which had to be delivered on 1st january 2018, but the order has not yet been received till the writing of this mail.
                            It would be a favour to me if you provide me the courier or post number so that i can track the order status as your helpline number is always busy and keeps me waiting for hours.
                            If you are not in a position to deliver my order before 5th january, can i cancel my order? As it was a new year card which will be irrelevant after 5th of jan.
                            Hope you will understand my pain and help me out.
                            Ordered on 6th jan 2018 a cake and a bouquet of flowers order id is OR[protected], was supposed to be delivered by 7th jan 2018 as an anniversary gift.
                            Archies ruined my anniversary day and it was my 1st anniversary.

                                Archies is cheating and lying to customers. Pathetic customer service. They ruined my occasion.
                                Archies: zero trust brand, bunch of liers

                                I called the cc today.

                                1. I got to know the dispatch was done on 3rd jan, where as it was supposed to be delivered by 1st jan.!
                                2. The agent was lying / fool me stating that it was an issue because the website was going through updation. How can a website updation delay my dispatch.??
                                3. Why no information was given to me that it would be delayed?
                                4. I trusted archies to make the occasion of my daughter special, but you guys ruined it completely.
                                5. Now the agent is lying to me stating it happened because of website updation.
                                6. The gifts were dispatched on 3rd jan, and as he told me through blue dart.

                                I have been cheated & now being fooled by archies team.
                                I will take this up to appropriate authorities & would definite make sure that my friends & families and all known people, never do a transaction with archies, as you guys are lying to customers & cheating, by giving delivery dates that you guys can’t fulfill.

                                  My order with archies of order id[protected] for which i paid rs.1268 through paytm - txn id [protected] to archies yesterday, has not been delivered to ankita chakrabarti... Imsc chennai. I booked the order on 2nd january. It consisted of a birthday card, a bouket of roses, a pair of jhumka and blue coloured bangles. These were booked as birthday gift and it was supposed to be delivered today 3rd january 2018. It was a birthday gift pac to be delivered to imsc, 4th cross road, cit campus, tharamani, chennai. Its almost 7 pm now. If it i not delivered on the date of birthday it is of no use. I am very much upset about it and want immediate action about it.

                                    I ordered a card yesterday from archie's online site and now m not getting tbe tracking details and the site says i have no orders placed. I want confirmation of my order as i have paid the amount. No customer care no. Picks up. Highly unsatisfying and annoying. Either i want my money back or the card delivery confirmation. Was not expecting this kind of services.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have booked one order online through your portal which was about to deliver on 1st jan but i am unable to track the order. Tried calling on ur customer support number a couple of times but unable to connect. The order id is or[protected]. Please give me confimation regarding this order. I have never thought of such pathetic service delivery by archies. Even on their site they have provided the option of tracking the product delivery but it does not take you to anywhere.
                                      I ordered a card and chocolate on 27th dec and requested for the delivery on 30th dec . I did not received the order yet, no customer care or support number is working .
                                      This is the third time I have ordered something from archies but facing this issue very much disappointed.

                                        I have ordered 3 items on 23rd december 17. And the standard delivery was showing 25th december 17 and the order was prepaid. But i did not got any order confirmation or message on my mobile number.

                                        I enquired them through email regarding my order on 26th dec than they told me through email that one of the product is out of stock and please select another option and let us know on email... Same was done from my side. I requested them to call on my mobile no. As i called on the no. Listed on their website but it was unanswerable all the time.

                                        On 29th dec 1 item was delivered out of 3. Still there is no response from them after writing numerous mails too them.
