I ordered rakhi to be delivered by 7th august 2017 and still it's not delivered. They charged me 0.75 $ shipping charge but shipping was free.
I added discount coupon which applied on the site but when processed payment using paypal it charged me actual amount without discount.

Even after charging more amount they failed to deliver at my place ontime where they claimed to deliver by 2 days after order placed.
We have ordered for Teddy bear and the delivery date was Aug 14th 2017. but the order was not yet delivered. when we tried to reach customer care, no one is responding. we tried reaching customer care since 3 days, there is no one to answer the calls. very poor service.

    Hi,

    I had placed 4 orders for rakhi to be sent out to my brothers.

    Two of the orders were sent out on time but the rakhi that was ordered is different from what was delivered. We are paying them based on the prod displayed and they deliver any rakhi of your choice for my brother? And no notification on that?

    I had ordered photoframe to be sent along with rakhi for my bro, and the photo was sent to them via email. But when it was delivered, its a black and white photo. I mean everything they will decide on what will be delivered but want the consumer to pay for their wish?

    Is that even right? And especially for raksha bandhan occasion, ppl staying in abroad/far from each other select each and every item with emotions in it and you play with them?

    I really need a reply from your end who is the decisionmaker and why the right prod are not delivered? If the prod is not available, please do not advertise wrong info on ur site just to attract people.

      With preffered delivery service the order status is never updated online order status page even after 4-5 days. While the delivery date was same day and next day for 2 of my orders, the on call support is not answering any calls and looping "we value your call" for more than 15-20 minutes and finally disconnecting automatically. Incase of specfic eventfull day like raksha bandhan if my orders are not delivered on or before the day of event why archies is taking orders and not delivering on time.
      Very bad service of Archie's
      Not received my parcel and no information has been given by Archie's people.

        I ordered a product, product code-rbcho17-32 from archies online webiste on 31st july, 2017. And today on 6th august, 2017 the delivered product is different. This is complete fradulence done to a customer. I have attched the invoice and the product which got delivered. My order number - al[protected]. I want my right product to be delivered or refund.

          Hi,

          I placed an order for one rakhi (With chocolates) on 1st august, 2017 order no.- al[protected], expected delivery date was 3rd august, 2017, today is 4th and almost end of day, the gift has not yet been delivered. Tried contacting customer care but no one responded.
          Do i believe that my order will be delivered before rakhi whichn is on 7th, 2017

          Response is awaited.

            I ordered online rakhi to de delivered vide order no al[protected]. It was an order of 4 rakhis and u was charged for 4 rakhis. But only 3 rakhis were delivered. The rakhi code ssr -0350 were ordered 2 in number but only 1 was delivered. Please send the second rakhi on the same shipping address at the earliest. I paid online for 4 rakhis and was delivered only 3. This is hideous and cheating.

              My order no. Al[protected]. Was a designer ganesh rakhi worth 299/-, but we have received a krishna rakhi which is of not the same price rather of lesser price
              I. E. 199/-. This completely annoying and not expect from such reputed sight.
              It's like playing with customers sentiment and money.

              Do the refund immediately.

              It has been 2days and there is no response from Archies portal. Highly digustting.
              They will not respond also.

              Same happened with me.

              I had 4 orders and all the orders had different rakhi.

                My name is frank williams, i reside in ontario canada. I placed my order on june 17th 2017. When trying to track my order thru fedex, i get a response occasionally that it is on route, but when i try to track it thru archie's tracking, there is no such order. Today the 23rd of june i attempted to call your head office in india, only to be yelled at and then was hung up on.
                I am now wanting a full refund of my 90.00 as your company has no problem taking money but not sending the products purchased. Here is my info given by your company when i placed my order;

                  Hi my name is marc brinton i had a job interview in archies by central street liverpool has i passed the first interview i had a trial with company. When i came to start my trial the head chef rash was very rude told me i had to go and were a top and trainers he didnt shake my hand or ask whats my name. I feel very stressed has i was expected the job after the trial. The whole company from top to bottom is a disgrace

                    I have placed an online Order on 27th April, 2017 . On that day only I got call from Archies and said they are cancelling my order as they cant dispatch the order to my desired place. The person also said I would get my money within 10 days .

                    How ever I am yet to receive the amount . I called to their customer care number but any how it doesn't work .

                    Please refund my as soon as possible . This kind of delay from your brand is unexpected .

                      All the staffs in city centre outlet behave red very ill mannered which was not expected from Archie's outlet take strict to strict action against them asap so that the outlet does not lose its customers they further said me to make payment in cash nd they will not charge in bill which is wrong practise they behaved ill mannered nd told me they won't give any bag though i purchase items from the store they even told me if I use cello tape they will charge extra in cash I have not faced such behaviour in any Archie's outlet like this ever I m very offended with such rudeness

                        i have ordered three gift(cake, chocolate, mug) for my sister for her birthday which on 23/2/17 but she received only one gift(cake)on 23/2/2017.When i call to customer care they told me that gift is despatch from delhi so it reached on 27/2/2017 but it didn't reached.When i call on 28/2 again thenthey told me they didn't received my sister photo.
                        Then i again send my sister photo .So from that day to till now whenever i call to customer care sometimes they told me that my product was depatched or sometime they told me they haven't received my sister photo.
                        After around 15 days past my sister didn't received the gift.

Neither your phone number works nor you give reply of our mail . Should we think that you are a big fraud and cheater company and should never place any order again.                             I have placed an order for personalised photo MUG but i have received with wrong printing. Also your team has not entered the message which i have told them to put on that mug which was very imp also they have printed same picture twice on MUG.

                            I don't expect such mistakes from archies.

                            Below is the screenshot of my order placement where I have clearly mentioned my message.

                            So please look into the same & refund my money & tell me the procedure to return this MUG.

                            I have not even received any preview for that MUG.

                              I had ordered a wallet for Rs.800 and its been 20 days and i cant contact anyone from the site or even cancel the order.There is no reply or change of status of my order. I am getting the same computer generated mail. I googled and saw that many people had been subjected to the same fraud.But still the website is in function. Archie's shops are even present in major cities but they keep on saying you will receive it soon.

                                An order was placed on www.archiesonline.com. The order status says that it has been delivered.I ordered two items but the delivery has been made only for 1 item.
                                The items included:
                                1- I Love You Trophy
                                2-Wine Bottle & glass Photo Frame

                                Item No-1(I Love You trophy) has been delivered.But the second item was not in the package(Wine Bottle With & glass Photo Frame).I have been trying to reach customer Care also, But did not receive any response.

                                  It is strange that flowers were not presented on delivery date[protected]. It was more astonishing that your representative delivered the flowers (Photos attached) on 18th around 1 p.m.

                                  The worst part is that the flowers i.e. 12 ROSES RED AND WHITE (SOFT AND FIERCE) WAS BOOKED AND FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID INSTEAD LOW QUALITY FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED.(PHOTOS ATTACED OF DELIVERED FLOWERS AND THE FLOWERS I HAVE ORDERED.

                                  I request you to please refund the amount along with damages for deficiency in service to the credit of my account number with in two days.

                                      They call doesn't connect to the above number which has been given as customer care number.

                                      They have failed their commitment and doesn't respond back with email nor through phone. Either the govt has to put penalty on them or they need to close on-line sales. You can view all the others complaints given on them, where almost all of them have went cheated by them.
                                      I have placed a order on 8th feb and my expected delivery date was 14th feb...but still the order was not received by the receipnt. I have send mail to the helpdesk but got no response.. So please either process my order or refund my money as u have spoiled my valentine day...still the status is showing printed and ready for packing...
                                      I ordered a wallet in archies nd the delievery date was on 17th .I haven't got the product yet nd it says printed nd ready for packing.Payment has been made too.
                                      They don't respond to calls nd mails too.
                                      Worst customer service one could ever provide.I either need the product or money back.

                                        Valentine's day charges are always surged (double the usual prices). I paid the charges for delivery on 14th and the flowers were delivered on 16th. I sent a mail to cancel the order since it was not delivered on the promised day. There has been no response for the mail sent, instead they delivered on 16th. Why surged prices for delivery on normal days? I cannot reach them on the number on their website either.
                                        I have ordered a product on 11th fev..Its been 9 days and the product is not yet delivered..Nobody is answering the calls or sending the status ..and ur service is too slow...so refund the amount
