I received a damaged product. Emailed quite a few times to helpdesk archies but no response. Have been trying to contact the customer care but can't get through. Neither my product got replaced nor i gor my refund. It was a diwali gift sadly, there is no resolution still.
Archiesonline page seems to be unresponsive. Pathetic service! Fooling customers. Archies should be banned from selling online if they cannot maintain product and service standard.
Lost my money!

    I ordered a rakhi package online from here sydney, australia after their confirmation of delivery but later they said out of coverage area..
    When i am asking for refund, no response s at all.
    They said they will send the gift card to my known, when i gave the address for it, which is is delhi only, they said they were not reachable.
    What a pathetic company and service!!!
    I have lost my approx 850 bucks to it, it hardly matters me.

    But message is for all nris planning to use the service, please don't use it!!!

      I have purchased a product for karva chauth festival on 21 oct 2018 and i was expecting it to be delivered before karva chauth which was on 27 oct 2018. The delivery date showing on their website while ordering the product was 24 oct 2018. The karva chauth festival has been ended and it's 28 oct 2018 as i'm writing this complaint but i haven't still got the product yet. Their customer care service is so bad that whenever i try to call their customer care services, it never responds.
      I have tried reaching Archie's online through mail ..through call and other sources..however there has been no response as such .

      Moreover seems Archie's site is down and I am unable to check the status of my order.
      Could you guys plz help

        I have order the gift for me dad.. Pen with gift wrap but online payment occured well but the order was not confirmed and now money is gone,
        Such a low standard. I hate this.. Taking money but no response.
        And customer care not available.
        Customer care service is too bad when called not even attending, and payment also made but no order is confirmed its like cheating to customer while taking payment.

          I have placed an ordered but today i got email that recipient is not available on that particular address. Now i want reattempt of my order... But coustmer care representative is saying that it is not possible.. Why it is not
          Possible? Improve your services as every online shopping site provides 2- 3 times delivery attempt. My money could be wasted. Kindly look into this matter.

            I have ordered two products on 11/09/2018 and was expecting to get it delivered by 20/09/2018. As it was a surprise gift so i wanted to get it delivered by the said date. But i am too much dissapointed as archies has failed to deliver the product within the mentioned date by them. I request archies not promise what they cant deliver. I am never going to purchase anything from archies ever.
            Archies online is a cheating website where they commit same day delivery for the cakes but they dont do it and none of their customer care number works. Pls do not but on this website and the buyer will get cheated.

              I ordered a rakhi along with a card and chocolate which cost 1699 inr. The delivery date was 26th august, they delivered it on 3rd september after following up with them multiple times.
              And at the end they delivered just the rakhi whih was not the one i chose and card which said it was for sister though i had ordered it for my brother and no chocolate.
              Now i am following up with them everyday and no action is being taken by them.

                I ordered rakhi through their website, but i received different product which i ordered. Then i have raised complaint about it they told me to send it back and they will not give reimbursement of courier charges.

                I have sent back to them into provided address, but i received a call we cant make refund. They are really making fool to customer. Dont buy a single product from there. Please take action against them and give my money back.

                  I have ordered rakhi n gift through archies online for dispatch to china. A week the festival and to delivered by 25th aug`18.

                  But archies have screwed every thing by updating a wrong pin code.

                  I have several times wrote to archies and aramex support on adress correction but till date there is no reply from them. There is no minimum curtosy to respond to our concern on time.

                  Henceforth, i will never recommend anyone for archies its waste of your time and no value for money.

                    I have got different product than ordered.
                    I have written email to help desk with images but they are not accepting the mistake.

                    Also they are saying if i did not like product then i should courier it to them and they will provide some gift card and not refund. And no courier charges will be reimbursed.

                    First thing, its archies mistake so why should i go through such process, they should pick the product from home and should refund to original payment method.

                    I have order triple comboo and a hamper in rakhi occasion but they have given me order of only 899 but the worth was 2198 this is not done highly disappointed. This is the first time and if company like archise is doing than what else
                    Yesterday i order one bouquet to get deliver by today morning in between 9-12AM. Trying to connect with your customer care, nobody is giving response the only message it is giving Printing and Packing.

                      I placed an ordered on 21st of aug and i put expected delivery date on 25th of aug today is 26th and untill now my rakhi has not been delivered i put expected date one day prior so that my brother can have my love and regards but because of your poor level of service my brother and myself so upset if you cant provide a good customer service than you should stop your business
                      My tracking details show that its already in my city on 23rd but its been 3 days you don’t care about your customers
                      I will never recommend anyone to use your online service and myself as well i will never
                      I don’t want you to delivered my order and keep the moneg with you as well

                        I tried ordering rakhi to my brother in australia through www.archiesonline.com on 20th august. The rakhi is worth of rs.1849/- and after payment the website was down and received an error as transaction failure. Thinking that in that case the money will be refunded for unsuccessful transaction, i tried ordering again on their website for the same product to the same address and again after deduction of amount the transaction is failed with some error. So i called my bank customer care and they informed that if there was error the amount will be refunded in 7-21 days. Meanwhile i contacted archies customer care and the lady has suggested me to write an email to [protected]@archiesonline.com which i did immediately. I received an email on 21st august from customercare that they informed concern team for the same. On 22nd august which is a holiday for eid i received an email from archies saying both my orders are already dispactched. From that day i am trying to customer care and my calls are not answered and helpdesk has responded saying as its already dispatched they can't cancel. So far from past 4 days i am trying to talk to some one and not able to connect any one in customer care except on the first day. I had written mails saying to atleast call me as i am not able to contact the customer care and no one even attempted to speak.

                        Atleast i am expecting that this complaint would reach the customer care head and proper action is taken. I got the complete mail transactions with the customercare which i am not able to upload here. So uploading only snap of the recent discussion.

                          I ordered a rakhi combo from the archies website. They delivered a different product without any confirmation from me. Now they are telling me all the stories that you were not reachable and we do not want to spoil your festival so we delivered something else. I did not the like the delivered rakhi and they are saying you need to deliver it back and we will cut 5% charges before issuing a gift certificate. This kind of behavior is not expected from a retail website like archies. They have permanently lost a customer and i hope this complaint will open their eyes. I am so annoyed with their service. Its a fraud company, please do something about it.

                            I have ordered 14 sets of party invites through archiesonline.com. Yesterday the parcel arrived. The packet was intact. After opening the packet i found one set of invites is not delivered. That means i ordered 14 sets of invites, but i received 13 sets of invites. The missing set name is "time for party invitation pack" priced inr 99.

                            Now, either send the missing item to my given address, or refund the amount of inr 99 to my account.

                              I ordered a crunchy butterscotch cake on 16/08/2018 for my friend's birthday, which is on 18/08/2018. Order number was al[protected]. On 18/08/2018, i tried to track the order through their website. But it showed, printed and it was ready for packaging. I also contacted them over whatsapp number they provided on their website +91 [protected]. They also conformed they it will deliver today.in evening i again messaged them about my order. But they says it was not serviceable area, so they can't deliver the order. They spoiled my day. They had to inform this either at the time of placing the order or atleast today morning.
                              I need compensation for this. They should update their website before doing such online shopping. It makes people unhappy.

                                  I placed an order yesterday under the category of same day delivery for someone's birthday. The concerned person was asked by me to remain at home to receive the order. The order was not delivered yesterday and i got no message for any change in plans on my registered mobile or email id. This is highly unprofessional. This was the first time that i had placed an order on archies and now i am very sure this will be the last time that the order will be placed. I preferred to place such same day delivery orders on other websites who served splendidly in the past but this time due to the brand name of archies i got fooled. I still have no idea when i will be receiving the order as the same message is pasted on the status board. Look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered a wall clock and a pair of shot glasses.
                                    Both the products are in broken state. Please take them back and refund my money.
                                    Also, provide your correct helpline number online.
                                    I am not able to call on the helpline number as well. Also, I am not getting any option to return my order.
                                    I am really disappointed with the service archies has given. Will not recommend shopping online from now onwards.

                                        I ordered three product from archies on 3rd may but i haven't got my products. My order number is al[protected]. It was a prepaid order. Whenever i contact archies about my product they always say i will get my product on next day but i haven't got my products. Now they don't even answer my call or ans any of my email. I just want my money back but they didn't response. I ordered it for a occassion and now the occassion is over. I just want my money back. Please help
