I received a damaged product. Emailed quite a few times to helpdesk archies but no response. Have been trying to contact the customer care but can't get through. Neither my product got replaced nor i gor my refund. It was a diwali gift sadly, there is no resolution still.

I have ordered two products on 11/09/2018 and was expecting to get it delivered by 20/09/2018. As it was a surprise gift so i wanted to get it delivered by the said date. But i am too much dissapointed as archies has failed to deliver the product within the mentioned date by them. I request archies not promise what they cant deliver.
