It is to inform you that i placed two orders from website www.archiesonline.com which was a wishing you good luck combo and good morning gorgeous mug the orders was booked on dated 23rd december 2017 later one of the orders which was wishing you good luck combo and the cost of the order is rs. 899/- was cancelled from my side by phone on this no.[protected] your customer care representative assured me for cancellation of order but no refund amount which is rs 804/- after necessary deduction as told by customer care representative is not received.
Secondly i want to inform you that the order good morning gorgeous mug was not delivered on given date 25th december 2017.

I have placed an order on 22 nd dec 2017. Order despatch displayed was on 23/12/2017. Till date the status is unbale for tracking. Have called customer care couple of times but no body picked up the call to address the issues. This type of service is never expected from reputed group like archies !!

    Hi,
    I am writing this to know about one of my orders (Or[protected], which i placed on 17th of december 2017 and was supposed to be delivered on 20th december 2017. But it has not been delivered yet. Neither i have received any kind of notification from archies side regarding the order status. I tried to contact your customer support a number of times, but the call was never received. Today after so many attempts when someone picked up the call, i was told that it will be dispatched today and i will get a confirmation email. But nothing has happened till now and even i have received any kind of email.
    Could you please tell me whats the issue and will this order be delivered ever or not.

    I have purchased the product online n have not received the product yet after many call attempts not able to speak customer care .Today it is say the call to the number are barred.IT iOS a fraud company we all should make a legal complain against them.

      I ordered christmas hamper to deliver by 25th dec 2017 and it's not delivered.
      The worst part is that their customer care service also not responding.

      They have just taken money and disappeared
      Now no one knows you. Most third class service.

      And they are always spoiling your day never go with archies products.

      when i am booking personalised cards, there is no option o[censored]ploading pics. how will i be able to upload pics for personalised greeting cards
      Archies Online is not providing any details regarding the delivery of the product.
      Thus the sender is not aware about whether the product is delivered or not.
      My order id OR[protected] is not delivered yet. I placed the order on 13th December and it is not delivered. No response is given for the company. Please look through otherwise i will complain in the cosumer forum.

        Hi. With much shock and surprise i found that the online version of a much loved brand archies, archiesonline.com, happily took the money that i transferred to their account for purchasing a product, and never bothered to deliver the product to me. At first the money got debited from my account on 15th dec, but no response from archies. I kept trying for 5 days and finally got hold of a number. Then they placed my order on 20th dec. Now even after 7 days there was no further news about my item, if it was shipped at all or not. This is the first time i tried this site and what a dismal experience. My calls and mails both are not recahing them, and i have neither received any message nor any mail about my purchased item.
        The order number that they communicated to me was - or[protected]
        I had ordered an Elephant Evil eye key ring on 19th Dec 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 21st Dec 2017. The Order no was OR[protected]. But currently it is not showing in my Order history nor have I received the item till date. I have already paid the amount and would either like to get a refund or my product at earliest.

          I had ordered a cake from archies, to be delivered on 17th december 2017 to chennai.
          I cancelled the order on 15th of december by calling their costumer care number, but i did not recieve a confirmation.
          I tried contacting then on 16/12/17 which was a saturday; but i could not reach them.
          Hence i sent a mail on sunday.
          The cake was not delivered, and is still not delivered (It has been more than a week now.)
          On contacting the costumer care helpline, i was notified that my call was never registered.
          I have tried contacting them again, but after putting me on hold for more than half an hour, i am still unable to contact them.
          My mail inquiries to their help desk have gone unanswered.
          I am unable to track my order on their website either.
          Kindly help me get the refund.

            I have ordered a card and a calendar on 9 of December 2017 from Archie's online.com. As I needed it on time I ordered earlier. It's been two weeks and it haven't dispatched yet. Moreover I am not able to track the order on the website. When enquired was told that it is in printing process, is it getting printed from two weeks.🤔. Cant't even see the order placed.
            My order number is AL[protected]. And I need it on Monday.
            Atleast the website should show it in my orders .
            I need it anyhow on or before 26 Dec or else please refund the money.

              Hi Team,

              Today I had visited Archies store in DLF mall Select City. I have had experienced worst experience with Archies today. I have purchased a diary, 2018 mug, Christmas card. I got mug wrapped into a golden gift paper and i asked salesperson to pack my H&M gift too. He didn’t pack that properly and it got spoiled. I asked store manager that this will not work. They replaced our wrapping with new gift paper.

              At the time of billing, he was charging us for that gift paper that they had replaced with the spoiled one.

              Archies is a big brand and you people have so much popularity then why your store managers behave with customers in such a bad way?? I had purchased gifts for Rs. 1200 and it was not a pain for me to pay Rs. 60 more for new paper. But the thing is you cant make fool out of your customer. This store manager behaved really badly and I must say that customers will not have a good experience in future also.

              I am sorry to say that your staff made our experience with Archies real bad.

              I really love archies that’s why thought to inform you that the place which makes everyone happy made us sad today.

              Will really appreciate if anyone in your team takes this into notice as it is spoiling your brand image.

                  Order no al[protected]. Delivery date was 09.12.2017. But still the products are not delivered which was a birthday gift. No proper response from the customer care. I have called to[protected] many times. Unable to log in to my account as the person over call informed me that the website was under maintenance. Unable to track the status inspite of many attempts to call.

                    I have purchased a gift thru archiesonline on 21/11/2017.

                    They dispatched my product via blue dart courier with waybill no : [protected] (Blue dart courier reference).

                    Today (24/11/2017) i received a message that my product has been delivered successfully but in actual i have not received my product nor even receive a single call from blue dart courier.

                    I want to make a complaint on archiesonline for doing such kind of fraudulence while selling product online.
                    Also i want to make complaint for their transport partner (Blue datr) for giving them accompanying.

                        I ordered a gift hamper from archies, but I got a damaged product . I want it to be replaced asap. Also, there is no way to track orders from this site, NO response from customer care. I called them twice, but they kept me waiting for 20 mins each time then disconnect the call.

                        Worst online shopping experience.
                        It is my last order from Archies online.
                        I have paid for 2 of my orders but I cannot login into my account and also cannot track my order

                          I have ordered a card on 11th october 2017. After placing the order i got confirmation mail and delivery date of 16th october. On 16 october i didnt got any mail from archies and also not from their courier partner dtdc.

                          Then for confirmation i called customer care executive but excecutive kept my call on hold for more than half an hour and disconnect the call without giving me any information and after that they didnt receive my call.

                          This is worst online experience ever.

                          Archies tagline "the most special way to say you care" is not at all suitable and it spoiled surprise gift to loved one on anniversary.

                                  We ordered rakhis for our cousins residing in india: hyderabad & bombay using archies online. 02 order numbers below:

                                  Hyderabad is delivered late. (Promised date was 06. Aug/ delivery on done on 07. Aug)

                                  Money for both orders were deducted from our account.

                                  Bombay is not delivered till date. No money is refunded yet.
                                  No response over the call centre. No response to emails addressed to customer service e mail id. No response on their facebook messenger posts.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had ordered a rakhi gift on 1st aug 2017, and the choose the delivery date to be 4th aug 2017.

                                    The order was delivered 2 days late, which is not at all professional.

                                    In that order there were suppose to be the following items:
                                    2- rakhi
                                    1- celebration chocolate box
                                    Roli, chawal
                                    1 box of cashew
                                    1 box of pista.

                                    First of all the order was delivered late, on top of that 1 box of pista is missing out of it. I tried calling your customer care regarding this matter but none of the numbers were available.

                                    Kindly deliver it asap or return my money back.

Not delivered anything and no response from help desk.Have sent couple of email to helpdesk. status of the order is same from last 4 days.Worst service.please avoid and refund the money
                                    I have ordered rakhi and chocolates with order number AL[protected] on 31st july and selected the delivery date a 6th august but till date the rakhi had not reached to delhi.. have mailed in archies hepldesk twice but no response have mailed ... But I tried to called on customer care more than 10 times but no one pickups the call... Highly disappointed from such a good brand ... Recommend not to do online shopping from Archie's ever ever

                                      Relating to my order # al[protected] for rakhi that had to be delivered in california, usa, i must say i am highly dissatisfied with team archies. I had expectation that the ordered will be delivered on time but sorry to say, the order didn't reach till now (8th aug 2017).
                                      The order was placed on 20th jul 2017 and was asked to be delivered till 4th aug 2017.
                                      However, that didn't happen and the customer care unit is completely clueless about the order status. They are just reading out whatever status i am seeing from my login id for that order. What i need to know basically is the consignment status and they are clueless on the same.

                                      This is an utter dissappointment from a brand like archies. I would like to have an answer from the team asap.
                                      I have ordered a personalised calender. i am sending images for that on email id the mail is getting bounced back. Also i am not able to reach any of archies officer. highly disappointed with service

                                        Order which was placed on 1st august for friendship day it is not delivered till date and no response we r getting from archies. I have mailed to the helpdesk but no response. dont have any other mail id to mail. Its disgusting and horrible, very bad service and not worst to be considered to be a well known shop. I want the money to be refunded with penalty.
                                        I placed an order in 4th august with an exoected delivery if 10th august, still product not delivered. Worsr services ever no customer care support, they just make us fool. Can anyone help here?

                                        Pathetic service. I placed an order for titan skinn perfume. I made payment online the order was cancelled by Archies and the money hasn't been refunded.
