I ordered christmas hamper to deliver by 25th dec 2017 and it's not delivered.
The worst part is that their customer care service also not responding.

They have just taken money and disappeared
Now no one knows you. Most third class service.

And they are always spoiling your day never go with archies products.

With much shock and surprise i found that the online version of a much loved brand archies, archiesonline.com, happily took the money that i transferred to their account for purchasing a product, and never bothered to deliver the product to me. I cancelled the order on 15th of december by calling their costumer care number, but i did not recieve a confirmation.
I tried contacting then on 16/12/17 which was a saturday; but i could not reach them.

But when i am tracking the package from blu-dart courier it is showing that the package has been delivered to delhi.

I have ordered a card on 11th october 2017. After placing the order i got confirmation mail and delivery date of 16th october. On 16 october i didnt got any mail from archies and also not from their courier partner dtdc.

I ordered gifts from archiesonline.com worth rs 2071 but only items worth 1398 were delivered but no delivery was done for items worth inr 673 and there customer service team is not resolving the issue after many attempts, now they have stopped taking my phone calls and replying to my emails.
