This order was placed one week before 14th feb 2017 and till date the same has still not been delivered. Please look into it. It's very disappointing that ven after ordering one week in advance the order is not delivered on the requested date. I had placed the order expecting archies to give a quality service. However i am really disappointed. If the product is not delivered i i need reversal of my payment immediately.

    I had placed an order on Archies online.com on 13th Febraury 2017 to be delivered on 14th Febraury 2017. My order no. is AL[protected]. But till date I have not received the ordered product not the refund.the tracking option shows it will be hand delivered which they failed to do. Sent a mail but they haven't responded yet.

    Request you to take necessary action. I want the money back from them.

      Online gift was order online on archies online website on dated 9/2/2017 with order number al[protected]. Mode of payment was online and it was showing their courier available through verifying pin code. It was shown online that product will be dispatched on same day i. E. 9/2/2017 but even after 10 days not a single response /call was made. Their order cant be tracked since website is not working.
      Incoming call facility on their customer care number[protected] is barred hence order is not getting cancelled as well. On website no such option is available. Several mails were sent on [protected]@archiesonline.com but no response received.
      If such big brand have such service then cancel my order and refund my payment immediately.

        I booked order no AL[protected] on dated 15/02/2017with www.archiesonline.com and the order package got delivered on 18/02/2017 by BlueDart Courier Way Bill o Waybill No : [protected]. To my surprise out of 3 item i booked one item (Golden Embellished Hoop Earrings) was missing from the package I received. I tried to escalate the matter to ArchiesOnline cust care no[protected] but no one picks up the call. Simiarly I replied to them on mail [protected]@archiesonline.com and twit too on their twitter handle ArchisOnline but no reply till date received.

            Order is not delivered to the person yet but I received a mail saying the product has been hand delivered. I have made a number of calls to given Delhi numbers and customer care numbers, but no one is responding to the calls.In the website they have provided customer help chat, but no response there also. Have sent mail request to the [protected]@archiesonline.com. Not received any reply...I am very much disappointed with your such worst service. Its not at all expected from archies. You have done such a fraud. Its sure that I am not going to buy anything from archies in future. Kindly refund the amount which I paid for the ordered item.               I had booked a Item Online, while booking it I checked by pin no which was showing that they don't have service there but still i can book the item it will be send any how by and other way. It was suppose to be delivered by 16th but still its pending.Only card and chocolate is delivered rest flower and cake is still pending. I tried calling on numbers given but no one is picking phone and not even replying on chat and mails.Now total amount for Cake and Flower Rs 1200 is Stuck with them. Please find the details below.

                Tracking # shared by archies is incorrect, I have checked with Blue Dart, they don't have any record of such tracking #.
                I sent several mails to archies, called them several times, but didn't get any response.
                I purchased/gifted things lots of time online, but never got cheated.

                Delivery date: 14/02/2017 is the date which I chose for my order to get deliver, but it didn't get deliver yet.
                I Ordered a customised card n calendar for my husband on 10 Feb it is not yet delivered.

                I mailed and even called customer care, call not connecting. Poor customer service

                Kindly deliver the order immediately else will have to file a complaint for online cheating against Archiesonline.com
                None of my orders are delivered in spite of online payments done.
                None of the customer service contact responds. The corporate office doesn't respond too to the customer. And once you are answered, the second time when you call they don't pick your calls.

                They are looting customers openly

                    Helo sir, i send a mail yesterday, but i didnt receive any call from your side. I paid for three jewellery items on archies.com and only received one of the item(pendent) in thr gift box. While i was ordering all the products were in stock and i received the pendent set in a tight enclosed box so there is no doubt tht someone opend the box. Mistake was from your side. It was for my girlfriend and i need the product before 14 th of this month. It was my first time ordering something from archies via online and it makes me sad. I called so many times on the customer care number and no body is answering the call.i only received the gift worth 699 (pendent set)
                    Gift worth 399 and gift worth 575 didnot received. am attaching a screenshot of the order with this mail. If am not receiving any reply from ur side, i wll share my bad experince with archies on social media.i dont want any refund from archies .i only need the product .

                      Issue: I ordered a product on 9th Feb, 2017 which was promised to be delivered by 13th Feb.
                      But there is no response from the Archies and they don't even pick up the phone call which is mentioned on their website for customer queries.

                      Once in a while they did pick up the phone and then disconnected.
                      Either I want my refund or I want to get the product.

                          I made payment Rs.1435 to deliver some stuffs(chocolates & bouquet) to Betul Madhya pradesh on 9-feb-2017.The delivery to betul-460001 was displayed as available.so I made payment and the delivery date was 14-feb-2017.
                          On 14-feb-2017 i got a mail from archies manager that the mentioned area is not serviceable so we are initiating a refund.

                          I got half refund of one product(bouquet) and did not get any refund for the total amount.I continuously mailed the manager but he doesn't respond.
                          He once replied and said that the chocolates are already dispatched but via tracking through DTDC the destination is wrongly mentioned and there is no update on anything.

                          I need all my money back and request you to take strict action for such irresponsibility and lack of communication to customer,

                            I had ordered a personalizes calendar and for that 12 images were required.
                            The email id that u provided to send the images is bouncing the mails.
                            Even I sent one mail with complaint but didnt get any response.
                            I have never seen this much irresponsible online company.

                            Please either process my order or refund my money because u have already spoiled my Valentines day.

                            I will never again visit this site for sure, neither will I recommend this to anyone.

                            One side tracking status of my order is printed and ready to pack, other side after 6 days i got mail saying we havent got any images please send the images.

                            In response when i resend the mail it is getting bounce. I even wrote one mail regarding this, but got no response

                                I had a very bad experience with online gift purchase on www.archiesonline.com for Valentine day 2017. The gift was supposed to get delivered by 10-Feb-2017 which has not yet delivered (writing on 16-Feb-17) irrespective of several emails sent to Archies. The email thread has been provided below with replies from both Archies and mine. Can anyone help how top take this issue up with regulators or maybe filing a criminal complaint for breach. The order status still says "Printed and ready for packing after 9 days of order being placed on 08-Feb-17":

                                Hi,

                                I received reply from Archies ([protected]@archiesonline.com email ID) on 13-Feb-2017 for sharing the photograph that has to be printed on greeting cards after 5 days from booking the items which where supposed to get delivered by 10-Feb-2017 and order status was showing "Printed and ready for packing" since Feb-9-2017. Since this was supposed to be a time-bound delivery and items were entirely meant for Valentine week which ends today, if the booked items with this order are not going to get delivered by today, I am going to file a criminal defamation case again Archies for breach of contract and misleading information to customer. It should also be noted that no one picks up phone on Archies customer care number[protected] given on their website as well as no reply from their online chat help option.

                                This is final notice and failing to deliver the product by today, all type of expenses including but not limited to the ones mentioned in mail written on 13-Feb-2017 to [protected]@archiesonline.com as well as [protected]@archiesonline.com would be considered for final settlement amount. Attached is the bill copy which also shows promised date of delivery as well as item status as "Printes and ready for packing" since 9-Feb.

                                Really disappointed and must say pathetic experience!

                                  Now i know i shouldn't be using archiesonline for any purchases. if you cant handle request shut your system down.

                                  I have made 100's of calls (no one answers) and waited more than 8 hr to get reply from online support agents but no luck, worst services which i never experienced before.

                                    I have placed an order with archies online on Order Date : 14/12/2016 today is 16/02/2016 still my order has not been delivered completely out of 3 items onle 1 sent out.
                                    I have tried contacting through e mail and i made several phone calls and a girl who is on reception she simply asked to call back later because they have heavy call volume. When I have asked their information like name or employee id they simply denied stating that i don't owe you anything archies owe you the money so i can't help you.
                                    I am sure they don't have anyone who barged their calls for quality assurance because the way they talk that is so unprofessional specially lady on the front desk.

But the item was not delivered and not only that if the product couldnt be delivered, i should have received a notification or a refund, which i dint recieve either.
