I ordered 3 products a hamper, Ring, Mug. Out of that one product that is a mug is missing
In the letter given in the box it is written that it contains the 3 products but its not there in the box
And also a ring which was ordered is defective
The diamond has come out
Also the customer care number doesn't work
No reply

    I have placed the order for Charming-Adorable Gift CODE: PRE27 (Order No. AL[protected] on Feb 13, 2017 at 2.50 pm. The website claimed that package would be delivered on the same day if placed before 4 pm. However, I asked them to deliver the package on February 14, 2017 by selecting the date in their website. The order status from February 13 shows "Printed and ready for packing" and till now its the same. Tried calling their customer care number almost 19 times (only once it rang but no one picked and all other times it was not getting connected), sent mail (no reply), initiated a chat (no reply). Have no idea about my order. the order value is Rs. 1699. If they are not able to deliver by tomorrow I would need a REFUND for the same.

    This was my biggest mistake in my life by ordered from archies online for the first time.

      Delivery Date Promised: 14-Feb-2017
      Had placed an order for flower delivery for valentines day but it was not delivered even until the next day. The commitment was made by them but not adhered to even for an occasion like valentines day where on time delivery is utmost important.

      Also, the number they have provide as customer service does not get connected ever. I tried even the corporate number but no one picks on that too.

      I need my money refunded and a compensation for the my loss.

        The order was placed on 5 feb 2017and it should be delivered by 14 feb 2017. what a pathetic service. now the celebration day was gone and there is no point in delivering now. if the person dont recieve the product by today i.e 15 feb than just cancel my order and refund the amount back to my account. my order number is- AL[protected].
        Worst service i have ever seen.
        never will use archies not even in your stores and also recommend it to others.

          I had booked 5 items for my wife as a surprise on occasion of valentines day.
          But parcel reached partial only two item is reached and noone is picking call at customer care and also no reply from email support. Completely ruined my surprise.

              I ordered for 5 gifts on delivery feb14...but those products not yet delivered...And I tried to contact customer service..but they aren't responding...And very poor service Archies...I mainly ordered these with a boquet rose...last time they are telling that non serviceable area...And the products not yet delivered...I lost my money...very irresponsible service

Also they are not responding to emails and phone calls. i have already sent 10 mails but they have not responded to any mail. i have made about 20 phone calls. i want my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

                  I am very disappointed with archies services. archies customer care number is not working and other contact number which is shows on website is also not giving appropriate response. It is your destroyed the brand name of archies. I was placed the order on 10 feb 2017 and delivery date is 14 feb 2017 but they unable to delivered. I am already pay for this in advance but most important thing is that you have not care for person feelings. This is my biggest fault which i have placed ordered with archies. kindly tell me who is the responsible for this, you are totally destroy my valentine surprise.

                    I have ordered rose in site on 13 feb 2017. and the order number is AL[protected]. But it is not delivered on time. i tried to call customer care and there is no response. they have mentioned the delivery date as Feb 2017.

                    But it is not delivered ontime. we don't have option to cancel the order.

                    more over i didn't get any call for the delay. i tried to call multiple times and no response. atleast they have to confirm before delivering, if the expected delivery date is over.

                      I have ordered a personalized calendar in archies online on 3rd feb with expected delivery date as 9th feb. After my follow-up with archies, they delivered on 10th feb.

                      When i open the personalized calendar delivered, the calendar was having someone else's photo rather than the photos i shared them through email.

                      I called customer care right away but no one picked my call and next week also when i call them, it is connecting to another customer instead of archies customer care personnel. I dropped email also. But there is no response.

                      Finally now
                      1. I don't get the product which i ordered
                      2. Unable to contact customer care
                      3. Not sure about my money whether it will be refunded or not

                        I have purchased 1 archies card from daimond plaza mall kolkata, jessore road .it was a big card worthRs200 so it was very difficult for me to acrry this card in a activa scooty so i requested the owner the owner to provide me a carry bag which i was giving to other customers also but he refused, i explained him the situation but he was very rude and adamant, finally he murmured and removed the envelope and put the card in a carry bag, i asked him not tp remove the envelope i will pay extra for the envelope as i was looking for the protection of my card, but he denied and said though u pay me money i will not going to give the envelope, as a result my card got crushed in the scooty and when i went to show him the condition of the card he said he is not responsible for this and started altercation(used the word tum niklo yaha se ), he is such a illiterate and rude guy sitting at the cashier.i would kindly request you to take the prompt action against this person who is a threat to your reputed brand.if no action would be taken then i will surely damage the image of this outlet of archies in all the reviw forums.this is ravi-[protected]

                          This is regards complaints against people work at alaknanda archies shop (Address: shop no. H2/g-1, suneja chamber, alaknanda shopping complex, near tara apartment, kalkaji, new delhi, delhi 110019). Today (13 feb 2017) i went to the archies gallery to buy some greetings but i did not like any of them so i decided to leave but one worker followed me and asked me to pay for colored sheets which i was carrying at the time entrance and i bought them from the stationery. I clarified that to him that i did not buy anything from them but still that person gave weird look as i have stolen something, this is humiliating and unaccepted. When i called on the contact no. (Phone:[protected]) of the shop, a guy answered my call but suddenly after saying one sentence, he disconnected my call in my face.
                          I called the same number once again but no one answered that call.

                          Is this how archies treat their customer!!!

                          This behaviour is totally not acceptable.

                              I made 2 orders on 09th feb'17 which should be delivered on 14th feb'17 but still on 13th feb'17 the status is showing as "printed and ready to pack" in both the orders. I tried to reach the customer care number i.e. [protected] but that they are not picking the call also and if by mistake they will pick...they are immidiately disconnecting it. I have dropped a mail on [protected]@archiesonline.com but nobody is responding.

                              This is the worst online service I have ever seen.

                              Please help me. I want the product to be delivered tomorrow. Its really urgent.

                                I ordered a personalized gift for my sister's wedding anniversary and followed every instructions they asked for and it was promised to be delivered before the anniversary(on 6th February) and it wasn't received so after repeated calls(on 8th February) they promised to deliver it one day after the anniversary (on 10th). It wasn't delivery even then and again after calling they said it isn't ready. Today it's 11th and yet it isn't shipped. I even mailed at their customer care and there wasn't any revert. During this whole process no contact was made from their side about any problems and after repeated Complaints yet they don't care to contact or even refund the money. This was pure harassment from them, being a gift company they ruined someone's anniversary and yet not even a single contact was made.

                                  Placed order on 5 Feb, to be delivered on 8 Feb. Till now, no information on dispatch. Status showing printed & ready for packing since 5 Feb. Trying to call customer care, but no body is responding.

                                  Not being able to understand, what's the issue.

                                  Please resolve the issue ASAP and deliver the product before 14 Feb.

                                  It's a valentine gift so please get this delivered at the earliest.

                                    I am really disappointed with the service and henceforth will stop people from using ur online services. I had sent a cake, mug and card hamper, whereas the card never got delivered even after the full payment. Moreover it was a surprise, which was to be received on the birthday date, but it got delivered two days before even after specifying the date time and again.
                                    Please do the needful so that the card is received and donot disappoint your customers more.

                                      Hi, I have place the Order to Archies through their online web portal dated on 7th Feb via Order No AL[protected] and choose the delivery date which is 8th Feb at the time of making payment, but to my surprise as on today even the goods are not yes dispatched and I have written several emails to them & in reply getting same answer that your mail has been forwarded to concern dept and shall get back to me soonest but till now there is no confirmation.
                                      This is really frustrating as those gift I have purchased due to the some special occasion and date have been already passed but there is no information about the gift.

                                        I ordered products online to be delivered on specific dates.
                                        Archie's makes false claims and promises that specific day/date delivery will be there and also provide options for selecting date and even instructions for delivery but that is all to fool us.
                                        They deliver on their desired day and if it reaches on desired day it's only by chance of luck .
                                        Rest it is all marketing false strategy to fool customers.
                                        I thought Archie's is reliable brand but it turned out to be worst online shopping site.
                                        It feels really sooo bad when our hard worked out plan for our beloved gets all whamped.
                                        Don't order on Archie's online...
