Hi,
I Placed the order for the personalised birthday card on 6th jan 2017 with the order number AL[protected]
It has not been delivered to the recepient till now.Pls let mw know when you are going to deliver it. I placed the order for the birthday.Whats the point if rhe parson does not receive it on his birthday.
Please resolve the issue
I Have been contacting customer care from so many days and i am getting the reply that the concerned person is not available.
What a pathetic service
If you are not able to do it please refund my money back.
This was my first and worst experience

    Ordered two items on 21st of December (Order Reference no: AL[protected] but both the items are still not delivered to the mentioned destination.

    Moreover "Archies Customer Care" is absolutely clueless about the whereabouts of the product. After repeated phone calls and emails, I am yet to get a convincing explanation for delayed delivery.

    Very much dissatisfied with their service. Thinking of lodging a complaint in consumer court.

      Dear Team,

      I ordered Mug from Archies on 24th Dec 2016.Order Number: AL[protected].
      It was suppose to deliver on 30th Dec 2016 and but till now I have not received it.

      Deeply disappointed with the poor service of 'Archies'. After several followups and mails, no response has been received.

      So I have decided to take necessary steps get the justice.

      "Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract".

      I am now making time of the essence and request the item be delivered within 14 days of receipt of this letter.

      I will also make sure to share this incident in all the social media platforms with the proof.

      Hope at least now the concerned team will ask for apologies and resolve the issues ASAP.

        I was ordered on dt. 13th Dec. 2016 a wallet and Anniversary card with gift wrapped against above order. Same time payment was deducted with gift warp charges Rs. 50/-. After one day I received call from archies that the wallet is out of stock please choose another product for same price. I choose another product (photo frame). Order was delivered on 16th Dec. 2016 but without gift wrap for which I was paid. Now I calling customer care but still the amount was not returned.
        I have ordered for flowers under order no AL[protected], which in not delivered and the status is shown as order completed, please refund the amount due to non delivery of product

          I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on 31st. I have been calling their customer care and querying about the same. they say they will give me a call back they are facing network issues etc etc. but never got a call back. I have sent 5-6 emails to their customer helpdesk. no response there as well. My order is still not delivered and dunno whom can I contact to get the details from them.

            I placed an online order on 23rd dec. Money got deducted from my bank account but order was not placed. I have been writing mails since but no one is responding.

            I placed another order & that got delivered, now process my refund.

            Customer service number is horrible, no one is answering.

            Seriously, very bad experience and highly irritated.

              The order had to be delivered on 21st but it was delivered on 17th itself. Before ordering i called up customer care and they said it will be delivered on the date specified. Such carelessness is not at all expected out f a brand like archies! Disappointing!!

                I had ordered anniversary gift card from archies but product didnt got delivered saying wrong address.. after updating address several times still there was no update about product delivery.. there customer care people keep saying they will update status but they dont bother .. they dont even bother to call customer after gvng fake promises.. after requesting for money they was no action taken. Its biggest chor company.. pathetic co and service ever have cm across.. i request you all please take any local company for online deals but not archies..
                I placed an order for 3 items but only 2 items were delivered!

                No action yet taken. Please refund the amount or send the product I ordered.

                  I ordered a gift for a friednd. First week not deliverd first they said address is wrong so it returned to warehouse when i confirmed to redeliver, they confirmed will deliver with in 5 days after five days again they said order returned to warehouse as courier facility is not available to your address (Gurgaon). After a month when i again confirm to redeliver they changed the order without informing me replace antique piece to choclate box....

                  I have placed an order for Rakhi gift set on 16th Aug through express delivery and today is 20th Aug and it hasn't delivered yet. When I called the customer care, they say it will take minimum of 2 to 3 days again from today. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money for which they have refused to do so.
                  My order ( waybill no.-[protected]) expected date of delivery was 19th september .Inspite of regular complains the delivery is incomplete till date.The site has no proper contact number, no option for cancelling the order. I have been contacting from 3 days yet nothing is happened

                    Have placed and order for 3 rakhi set along with 250 gm of kaju katli and 1 kg of rasmali.

                    The order which was delivered wass only 250gm og kaju katli and 2 rakhis.

                    Pease clarify the reason for the same. The order number is al[protected].

                    Please clarify me if i have made a payment of all the items why only partial delivery.

                    Is archies trying to commit fraud with me. Highly unprofessional attitude. Am attaching you the photos of the order which was delivered.

                    I brought a game that was an automatic coin collector a few days back.Gifted it to my niece but the second day itself it stopped working.Inspite of being so costly ...its actually no worth.And when I went to that shop in Sadar Nagpur again they refused to rectify the issue!Please do the needful ...

                      I have ordered rakhi and chocolates on 7th of august 2016 of value 1100rs through archies online. The delivery time i gave was 12 th august 2016. Today rhe date was 17th they didnt diapatch my order till now. Please go through this issue and dont encourage these kind of frauds, if they cant deluver by tomorrow i need my money back.                         I ordered rakhi for my brother to be dispatched at bangalore location. The order was booked on 30jul'16 with all payments done and it has not reached till 16 aug'16. Nobody from customer care is giving satisfactory response. Every time they just say this is your courier number use it to track your order. They think their responsibility is limited only to dispatching the product.in fact now they have started to disconnect my calls. Archies is worst at providing service and keeping their promises.

                            I would like to share a very bad experience with Archies online website. I have ordered a Rakhi hamper of Rs.399 with order #AL[protected] after discount on 1st aug, 2016 and the expected delivery date was 6th aug, 2016. I have called customer care around 15-16 times and whenever I call them, they ask for whole story and put me on hold and everyday same status as "your shipment has been delivered bangalore hub" but not delivered to the residential address yet.

                            So, finally I asked for the refund but still they are asking me to wait for their product to return back then only they can refund the money as per their procedure. But, when I paid online successfully while placing an order then why should I wait for their procedure to get the refund.

                            Also, I have not received any confirmation message/mail regarding refund.

                                my order expected to be delivered on 30th July till now it is not delivered and when i called to customer care i did not get the proper response.

                                It is a Birthday gift and if it is not delivered on time, i don't understand the use of the company.

                                In the website there is an option "Expected Delivery Date" which is not met by the company.

                                  I have booked a gift on the occosion of father's day and during booking i have clearly mention the required delivery date is 19th June'16 and they have accepted the date but they are not delivered the shipment on date.
                                  Because of their slow responce i have missed my gift.
                                  This is very serious issue and very bad impression of Archies.
                                  Please take this issue seriously and resolve it ASAP.
                                  I used a voucher code on archiesonline.com just to check it is working or not.
                                  But it got redeemed even when a purchase was not made.Ideally, voucher should be redeemed only when a final purchase is made.

                                      Order a gift (Archiesonline.com) on 16th may which has to be deliverd on 18th of may for friends birthday.

                                      I ordered a gift to be delivered to kerala for 18 th of may but is still not delivered. They have a helping customer care support team, but they don't have any view about the product once it is dispatched from their warehouse from delhi.

                                      So if someone is planning to gift anything, please keep a timeline of minimum one week to be delivered.
