This is such a useless website I have ever come across. I called them on[protected] to know about products and delivery date and they said I will get delivery by[protected]if I order on same date. They told me that they can place order on behalf of me and they will send the payment link to my email for which I accepted. They placed order and sent me the payment link. I paid the amount and asked the confirmation and they confirmed. Once I paid the amount they asked me to send my address so that they can confirm my booking. I sent the address and after 2 calls they said order is confirmed. After that they asked me to send the images for wodden planque and personalised greeting card which I ordered. I sent 2 differnt mails as 3 images in one mail bounced back. In one email I sent 1 image which needs to be engraved on wodden plank and written in the body of the mail that this image is for wodden planque and another email with 2 images and text which needs to be printed on personalised card. Today that is on[protected], I received an email stating that I didnot send image for wodden planque and then I called them to check. They said they didnt receive image for wodden planque but I told them that I sent two emails with 3 images however they didnt accept.


On[protected], once I sent emails to them, I called them to check whether they received it and they accepted that they received but today when I called them they said they didn't receive 1 email which is for wodden planque.


I ordered this to gift my hubby on wedding anniversay day and it's going to be ruined.


Today again I forwarded the same email with one image for wodden planque which I sent on[protected]. And asked them again whether they recieved and they confirmed the same. So later I asked whether they can see the date of[protected] in the email which I sent today. They said they cannot see that as email team is different and I asked them to forward the call to email team so that I can check with them but they said its not possible. I asked them when can I expect the delivery for which it will take 3-5 days from today.

I wont be able to get it before my wedding anniversay and there is no point in ordering that wodden planque today so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount. They said I will get refund in 5-7 days. But why the refund the so late? They are very much keen in only getting the amount from customer but not in refunding back? Are they enjoying the money in their account for those many days?


After seeing many negative reviews, I lost the hope on getting the delivery of personalised greeing card on[protected] .


I accepted one order because I want to give it to my hubby on our anniversay. Archies is such a fraud company because they are very much interested in getting orders only and not in solving our queries and refunding.


My plan is ruined for no mistake on mine.


There is no negative or zero rating below to rate less as much as I can. Hence rated poor. Zero rating is all I will give.

    Dear Sir,
    I am writing this complaint against archies just because of the very very unprofessional attitude of the delivery service of archies .This is to bring to your attention that I have made my online order on 21st of april and was promised to get my order delivered by 25th april. I would like to mention that I have placed my order for my first marriage anniversary which was on 28th april but got my order delivered on 29th. I think now this is of my No use as my all plan of giving the surprise to my husband is gone. Hence i request you to kindly refund my paid price or I will have to file up a complaint in court.

      I recently bought a finger ring on 14th april 2016 for ₹299. Just after 2 days the stones of the ring started falling. The quality of the ring is very poor because the stones fell only after two days. I am attaching a copy of the bill for your reference.
      Kindly get it exchanged or get my ring repaired or give my money back.

        Dear sir,
        I visited Archie's gallery wave multiplex gomti nagar Lucknow.When I searching for gift I just put hand on musical gift box its cap is opened automatically. I call the worker to see it, staff member forcly told me to pay for it, when I saw the price tag of box its price 899 prints & manufacturing 2014 yr. But when I checked other same box for price its 499 & manufacturing date 2015. Price tag is changed by staff & broken piece is placed for blaming the customers. This is unfare I pay 499. When I ask for compliance register & CCTV footage they refused.
        Please ensure the respect & safety of customer. Kindly take necessary action so that we can trust the brand ahead.
        Did not like Frame given . I was expecting the pencil sketch, they have just change the given picture image to black and white. This can be done by every one. Please cancel my order . Even i had selected for discount while purchasing, even the discount did not process.

        i can create my own photo in this way even with the lesser price.
        Ordered for PENCIL SKETCH PERSONALISED TILE FRAME FOR COUPLE, but the one i received is just a photo in a black and white copy. This is not the way to cheat people and felt very costly for that . I could hv done by it myself.

        I would like to return the Frame

          I brought a product and it was not delivered in time they didnt delivered it afetre 15 days of delivery date also then i cancelled the product and asked for refund now it has been 1 month and they didnt refuned me the amount and they are always having excuses . I m adding the product details(order id ) below. Kindly take action against them and the literal wasted 100 rs more in calling them and harrassed me mentally by calling them again and again.

            Hi guys,

            This is the first time I m raising a complaint and you would understand how frustrated I am right now.

            Archies, I thought is great brand and opted it for online delivery of few flowers and chocolates on Valentine's Day. But it turned out to be my biggest mistake in online shopping.

            The product was not delivered on the requested date and more over the they have not yet given me the refund. I have made around 9 or 10 calls to the customer care and each time they give the same reply, "your cancelation request is under process and you will shortly receive the confirmation mail".
            Till date I have not received the so called confirmation mail.

            Now that I have lost hope that I will get the refund, I thought I should atleast Warn those who are planning to do an online purchase at archies.

            To guys who are reading this, please never ever purchase anything online from Archies. By the way I won't even buy anything from their shops here after.

              Dear All,

              Any how the product was delivered, but lost the faith on your organisation. Booked on order on 28th Feb 2016 and gave the expected the delivery date 1st March 2016. I had ordered 2 products one is Personalized Crystal Glass painting(nothing was mentioned) and an Laser engraved Pen (mentioned as required 3 working days for production). My concerns are :

              1. For pen Case: If you are mentioning 3 working days required for production, then why the hell you give the option to select the delivery date as 1st March 2016 (order booked on 28th Feb 2016).

              2. I had called up your customer care executive on 1st March 2016 at around 1pm or 2 pm and inquired about the order, i had requested them to at-least dispatch one item so that i can present that as a gift to my friend. The respective customer executive had very confidently confirmed me that both the product will be dispatched on 1st March and will be delivered on 2nd march but the promised failed, didn't keep up.

              3. Again on 2nd March 2016 called your executive twice, this time it was a weird they requested for 30 mins to confirm the status of order but never turned back both the time.

              On 1st March itself if your customer care executive, should have provided the correct information so that i could have made necessary arrangements for presenting the gift on 3rd March 2016.

              This hurts a lots and customers like me loose faith on your organization.

              Any ways, i lost the chance to gift my friend on the occasion.

                I ordered my order on 12 feb, till now I didn't get my order nor they willing to give my money. I called many times in customer care but they biggest scum I ever come across. Somebody say, we will provide your money and some say we give your order. Order No. - AL[protected]. Don't buy any product from scums.

                  I placed online order on the date of[protected] and the delivery is to be done on 7-feb-2016 but the product is not delivered on that day .on the date of 12 the courier boy said them we could not deliever your product . i called your customer care so many times they always gave me wrong fake promises and words .at last i called your customer care and ask for my refund on the date of[protected] but yet not get my money. my order num is AL[protected].i want my money back

                    For the gift I had purchased, there was Paytm cashback offer which I had used but still I didn't get my Paytm cashback as per the offer.

                    When I contacted with Customer service, first it took 20 minutes to answer my question. Then they told due to technical issues cashback was not processed and they will process it. But still I didn't get any cashback.

                    I emailed them as well regarding the same but still no reply.

                      I had placed an order to be delivered on Feb14, but as on 29Feb it has not been delivered. And when I contacted Customer Service, they say they couldn't find the address, whereas Flipkart delivered a gift on the same address a day before without any issues. But if they couldn't find address why not contact me back? Ridiculous service by Archies.

                      unfair price charged

                      I buyed a gift set of park avenue from archies, they charged me 2500, next day I searched for the same set in park avenue, its price was 1900... Archies is charging too much

                          Also my last orderedwhich was supposed to deliver on 10th feb but was not delivered till 12th feb. On 12th feb i went to their office and collected my gifts.

                            I had ordered gift for my Valentine on 5th Feb via website archiesonline.com.
                            I ordered early since I wanted it to be delivered on time (in my case i wanted delivery date to be 12th Feb).
                            I had ordered two items via Order number AL[protected].
                            1) Couple figurine
                            2) Personalised wooden plank

                            I had given clear instructions on how to personalise wooden plank also.
                            On 8th Feb I called again to check the status and it was confirmed that everything is OK and product will be delivered on time.
                            Later on 12th Feb Product was not delivered and I had to wait till 17th to get delivery of my Product which ruined the Valentine surprise.
                            Also on receiving the product, it was seen that I had received a different Couple figurine and that too in damaged condition(Image attached).
                            Also the wooden plank was not Customised according to the instructions given by me.
                            To avoid confusion, I had also asked for preview of the wooden plank before it goes for printing. But in spite of repeated call and mail requests the preview was not provided and they did personalisation of the product wrongly.

                            Hence I want action to be taken against the company and get complete monetary refund for the product.

                              I had ordered a gift online from Archies (archiesonline.com). The expected delivery date was 15.02.2016. Toady is 18th Feb and till now my gift is not delivered. When ever i call archies the make a false promise and say that it will be delivered in 2-3 hours but never happens. Tired of calling them. Would suggest consumer to never by anything from archies. Money will be wasted and gifts will be never delivered on time.

                                I had ordered a gift for my friend on archiesonline and it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of February 2016 and the payment was done online and they had given me a confirmation code too. But not only the gift was not delivered, I kept calling the customer care number the following two days after waiting for nearly half an hour each and also after a query message that was sent to them, the customer care executive always promises me that the delivery will be made as soon as possible but still there is no action been taken to deliver the gift. It's actually very disappointing that a company like archies is showing a cold face to their customers and I really need to take my complaint heard that infuture such disappointments can be avoided and there will be a certain assured trust on online shopping

                                  Stylish Lamp Perfume Wax Candle was ordered on 9th Feb. Order Number AL[protected].
                                  The Lamp was delivered on 16th Feb rather than 14th Feb.I got a confirmation from Archies that the product will be delivered on 14th Feb.Still late delivery and after the late delivery the product was defected. Its paint has come off in all 3 pieces. It is so pathetic when i have already made payment in full online and still the product delivered in defective.I am uploading pics of the product delivered.Even the colour of the lamp has been changed from orange to aqua.

                                    I have placed an order on 13th Feb, having a delivery date of 13th February, 2016.


                                    1 product has been delivered on Saturday (13th Feb) 2nd Product is delivered on Sunday (14th Feb). 3rd Product has not been delivered yet


                                    While placing an order it was claimed by website that it will be delivered by 13th Feb, 2016 7:00 PM. The same has been confirmed by a customer care executive (Vaishali).

                                    I have tried to call today(14th Feb) also but no success because archies customer care work only from Monday to Saturday.

                                    I have again called on 15th February (Monday), Customer care executive (Chavi) was not able to resolve this issue. No refund policy in case of late delivery on Archies.


                                    It is very pathetic that such a big brand provide false promises to customers. I am also a Software Engineer and we also make promises to client and never make any false commitments to our customer.

                                      I Ordered Archies Love you my love hamper its includes greeting Card, Statue and love cup.and addmon as chocklates .

                                      Product received through bluedart on 13 feb but that hamper only contain Love cup and chocklates, why you not packed the greeting card and statue its very disgusting and irriatate service of archies.

                                      Find the attched details with image what i received.

                                      Tell are doing reimbursement of this or resending remaining hamper contents, reply mi as soon as possible.?? Other wise i will pettion against archies.

                                        I ordered a flower bouquet on 10th of feb 2016 to be delivered on 14th feb, the gift was delivered on time but the product didnot bear any resemblance to the actual product displayed on the website.

                                        The provided some cheap bouquet along with a cheap vase and a cheap card.
                                        it was described in the website like this 10 red roses with a glass vase arrangement with rafia knot. but the boquet delivered was tied with a thread and the vase was a very cheap one as of a local vendor. i am posting the pictures as described in the website and actual one.
                                        please go through it and provide me with appropriate solution. i want my money back or else the same gift as described in the website to be send again.

                                        These guys ruined my day. taking so much money and delivering scrap.
                                        please help me in this regard.
