I have ordered a personalized mug and cake gift in Archies online one week back, as per description of the order, I have sent my high resolution picture immediately on the quoted email address and confirmed the receipt by calling their customer care.

After one day I received an email failure notification for that sent address, And I called customer care, they said they have not received my pic, when I queried about the confirmation which I got from their representative on customer call, no reply for that, again they gave one more email id and asked me to send the pic, next day I got a reply that the attached pic was not received, then I replied to that same email id but my message got failed, like this they have taken 3 days, which clearly indicated that they won't deliver my product on expected date, same happened, still they have not delivered the product, at least they could have deliver the cake but nothing happened.

Simply I can say about their service- If you order anything on here for any special day, definitely you can expect the delivery after 2 days of that special day, so for Pongal, you have to order the product on Diwali so that it will get deliver on Pongal.

You can enjoy such a fabulous service!!!

    I have placed an order (order number AL[protected] on 6th feb as a valentines gift so as to ensure that it will get delivered on or before 14th feb...and am totally frustrated and annoyed to say that it has not yet reached its delivery address...and sunday 14th feb you folks are saying that you people dont have delivery on sundays...it is not my death anniversary gift...feeling annoyed with this delay...valentines day gift should get delivered on or before valentines day and not on my funeral or any day after...lost the trust on this portal...never seen such irresponsible and casual delivery procedures...literally spoiled my valentines day...thanks for that...

      My order number is al[protected], and expected delivery date was 10/02/2016. I ordered this for my husband birthday which is today, but not yet received the products .Called customer care and requested to deliver it today but not yet received any dispatched mail.I called 7 times in a day and they always say the same thing mam it will deliver to you soon, we are trying.

      They are actually spoiling my husband birthday plan.

        Current Status : Printed and ready for packing.
        Status being the same from past 3-4 days.
        They are not answering on their customer care call and neither responding to query form.

          called your customer care number, they connected to Mr.M Naveen kumar. He is telling, I'll call you after 5mins.

          This is called Customer care... this is ISO certification...

          Nearly I called 12 times to your customer care number, after connecting to support, they are disconnecting call.

          I don't want your service, Please returned back my hard earned money...

          Useless support from your company...

          I paid Rs.999 and Rs.6000...

          Pay my money back, don't call me back nad try to return my money...

            My order no is AL[protected].i placed order on 1st andmade payment online for it and the estimated delivery date was 6th but the product is still not delivered.so i told them to cancel the order and refund my money.but they r not ready to do that

              The product was not delivered for the order number AL[protected].
              The customer care says that the order was delivered.
              The concerned recipient did not even receive a phone call.
              The company is not accepting their fault.

              The money should be refunded and they should stop lying about the pathetic service.

                This is about order no. AL[protected]. Order is recieved on 9th of february. But there was no vase of glass and the teddy bear was also different as it was expected to be white.

                This is happening to me second time in a row. I placed order no. AL[protected] and recepeint get only one small pack of ferroro rocher and greeting card. Ganesha T-light, candles and second pack of ferroro rocher were missing. I got to know about your fraud now. That's why i placed second order. From now on i'll never use your product and service.

                Either refund my money of both orders or correct your mistakes as soon as possible.
                Please do something responsible to both the complaints.

                  I have not yet received my product and the tentative date is passed. I had ordered a gift to more sent to my mother on her birthday. Shall I give the gift after her day is over??? Very poor service. I want my money back!

                    I am highly disappointed with experience regarding this order & Archies customer care executives (CHANCHAL, NAINA & SURBHI) and most disappointed with GAURAV (Floor supervisor)'s interactions. First, wrong product was delivered to me. Then I have to call many times to ask for reverse pickup. Commitment was given for Saturday, nobody came. No commitment has been fulfilled & no sense of responsibility is there in Archies customer care department. I have been struggling with Archies team since Saturday & getting nowhere. Now after my personal followups(six-seven times), reverse pickup has been done today 4:30 PM. And now Gaurav is saying that the product which I ordered is OUT OF STOCK. WHY THE PRODUCT WAS DISPLAYED ON WEBSITE IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK in first place. This is sheer customer cheating & FRAUD. Archies team have hired inefficient staff with no customer regard & lack of responsibility.

                    I got a call from Archies team. They refunded entire amount & gave coin album (other variant) complimentary as well. Atleast, they finally respected the customer. Hope they will not do in future.

                        I placed an order of Rakhi and a Gift hamper on 24th august for Rakhi (on 30/8/2015) The order number was -AL[protected] . This order never got delivered and I got to to know this from my brother after Rakhi festival was over. This order was never delivered and I did not get any intimation from the website about the failure of the same. They just took the money and sat peacefully spoiling my festival. Today (7/10/2015) when I wrote to them they just cancelled the order and offered a refund. This is complete cheating, If I would have not written to them they would have just comfortably eaten the money which now they offer to refund as they are caught.

                            I ordered a Rakhi gift for my brother from Archies online a Rasgulla hamper, celebrations and a coffee mug. First the website is so weird despite updating the quantities online while I did the payment it was showing two hampers and two celebrations. Apart from that I called them twice to correct the order and they said they have corrected and I will get an e-mail soon. But nor they sent me an email nor they edited the order and they delivered it the incorrect way only. I was upset because too much money was also charged and unnecessary I paid so much. I really wanna tell them if they are unable to do online services they should stop it rather than fooling innocent people and troubling them. I want them to refund my money for extra product they delievered and I paid for their mistake. Other details - Order no - AL[protected] Date of order - 20/08/2015

                            I called up yesterday to edit my order (AL[protected] and I was told I will be getting an email along with the edited order will be visible on my account within 45 minutes but none of these happened. I would like to know whether my order was updated or not.

                            If it is updated kindly send me an email and refund back my extra amount on my card and if not and you have sent the same order then I might have to take a strict action against Archies.

                            I hope you will cooperate with me and send me the status of my order soon.

                              I ordered from archies order no.AL[protected] on my mother's birthday and there is a column of expected delivery and i mentioned date as 13th september and my mothers birthday is today 14th september.Unfortunately order was not delivrered and the reason as per tracking ID [protected](Blue Dart)Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. But on 15th August i placed a order from archies itself AL[protected] and it was delivered on time and we were very satisfied then howcome my second order unable to deliver on same address. I am repeatedly calling Archies Customer Care[protected] but they are not taking my concern seriously and buying time. one of the excetives Alisha promised me callback which was never done..then i spoke to kanchan or chancalk cant remember the name and a superviser as well and he assured today it will be delivered still now not delivered. I am really dissappointed as they are least bother for their customers satisfaction. Pls help as i already paid.

                                  With reference to Order no AL[protected]. I ordered a rakhi hamper on 22nd August. That hamper never reached my brother. When my brother went to the courier office and got it home he was surprised to find that two mugs out of three were missing. Even after repeated complaints nothing has been done. No body picks calls at customer service. 5 days back I got a call from archies that they would sent two mugs again to that same address. She even confirmed the address again on the phone. But mugs have not reached till now. I have been duped of my money.

                                    I had ordered 3 Rakhis and A gift for my Brother on 21st August. To be delivered to Shashwat Gupta S/o Piyush Gupta, Piyush Batteries, Verma Chauraha, Banda Sagar Road, Fatehpur, UTTAR PRADESH: 212601 Its been 14 days and it has still not been delivered. They are not answering their customer care lines and neither are they responding on their official facebook page. I am not the only one conned by them. There facebook page is flooded with complaints. I want them to return my money. They have already ruined my Rakhi surprise for my Brother. Attached is a copy of the online confirmation of the payment I made.

                                      I have ordered Rakhi and a photo frame for my brother for the eve of Rakhi pournami from archiesonline.com.
                                      My order number is AL[protected].
                                      I have ordered it on 22nd of August 2015, I clearly mentioned in the order that it should be delivered by 28th of August 2015 and system authorized the delivery date and location which then prompted me to proceed with my payment. I payed the amount and got an confirmation email of the submitted order to my email.
                                      Today it's 3rd of September, 2015 past a week from my requested delivery date from archiesonline.com
                                      I have been emailing the customer care through the mail addresses mentioned in their website. For which I haven't got even a single reply until past the requested delivery date(very poor customer service)
                                      Since I stay in United states, timing doesn't match for me to give a call to their customer service.
                                      Finally I gave a call to the Archiesonline.com customer service and waited for almost 10minutes to connect to a agent, for which I payed the call cost.
                                      The women who answered said she would put a refunded request to their service teams from my side( because I requested the same).
                                      My problem here is,
                                      1) why do they take orders when they are not sure that they could deliver on time.
                                      2) they totally spoiled the most important day for my brother and me(rakshabandhan)
                                      3) as a valued customer I demand reply for my requests for which I was not answered by the customer service of archiesonline.com
                                      4) I my point of view archiesonline.com just stole my money by luring me into buying a undeliverable product. I would like to sue the company with the help of indian government.

                                      As I discussed my problem with archies, I have a problem with 'dtdc'- the delivery company through which archiesonline.com mailed my package orderAL[protected].
                                      DTDC national tracking number for my package for as per the email which archies sent me on 29th August 2015 is "X14269177". Which means, basically archies dispatched my package from their warehouse a day after my requested delivery date.
                                      So after I called archiesonline.com customer care on 4th of April, 2015( United states time). I tracked my package in dtdc website, it showed me that the package went to "dtdc warangal franchise" and they are returning it back because there is no service in that franchise. To exactly know the meaning of "no service" means, I immediately called the franchise ( was able to connect to the right person after 6 attempts), and questioned the guy who answered the phone about my package(saying the tracking number). He carelessly answered me that " this package is returned because, we don't deliver to this delivery location" and recklessly tried to hang up on my call.
                                      My question is:
                                      Why did the dtdc send to that warangal franchise of theirs, when the franchise don't deliver to that particular location?
                                      Don't dtdc management know which locations their franchise delivers?
                                      When they can't deliver why did they accept package from archies?

                                      Here is my one final/ main question:
                                      Why does government still giving these companies their authorization to provide service. They are just bluffing/ tricking/ stealing people by luring them with promising advertisement?

                                      Note: I request the person who ever reading this to take immediate action on these companies and help me in getting my order money back.
                                      "Please don't take bribes"- in regards with this case.
                                      I expect sooner reply and i would like to inform that I will take it any further to sue the companies archiesonline.com and dtdc.com.
                                      Please send me fast response, with proper solution

                                        My sister order a rakhi with greeting card order no
                                        AL[protected]
                                        Courier from DTDC Track Id is : X14263080
                                        on 10th Aug and deliver date is after 15 days its 24th Aug.

                                        But till 26th Aug order in not dispatched.
                                        Why its 15 days to place a simple order.

                                        and order placed is Swastik Silver Rakhi.
                                        But suddenly without any info its changed to Khanda rakhi.

                                        How can u give someone Khanda Rakhi instead of Swastik without information.
                                        Khanda is a Sikh symbol and Swastik is Hindu symbol.

                                        How u change the symbol of religion.

                                        and after that whenever i am trying to complain then call is on hold or no replying.

                                        One more shocking thing is that Archies will not say to accept the return of product.
                                        and Swastik rakhi which ordered is about more mrp and which rakhi is deliver by archies is mrp 395.

                                        IS IT WORTH ??
                                        Give me Justice.
