We have entrusted a job " temple painting" to your agent Mr Chandra seker, colour associate Mobile No:[protected] at Pekeru Village, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh-534211 order no:[protected]apex ultima).The work was completed and paid in full amount in the month of April 2022.As per terms and conditions you are supposed to provide a warranty certificate for 7 years as per quote.The undersigned had requested quite a number of times over phone to all concerned i.e Mr chandrasekhar- colour agent, Mr Pusslala Hanumantu- TL, and your Customer care executives number of times say more than 20 times.But, every time they used to say they will discuss the matter with the concerned person and will ensure a call back from our warranty team. till date i have not received any call from warranty department

    Our Society got exterior painted with Asian Paints Apex with Exterior Primer for 1000000 sq.ft area, & the warranty number is [protected] that holds warranty for 10 years, which includes both material and labour cost. After a few months the colour on the walls is peeling off for which we made lots of complaint with the supervisor & the manager they did not attend my calls or not called back.
    The peeling off has happened in the entire exterior and this is unacceptable. Now the patches look so ugly and what is the point of spending such huge amounts on such a brand . We have sent them lots of mails as well as called them may times but still no progress and the situation is same. We hereby request you to look into the matter and provide for a solution at the earliest .

      Gave contract to a contractor for repainting of flat with asian paint royale luxury emulsion. After appling two coats the wall surface was bubbly and gave a wall a rough and grainy look. The earlier paint was also the same as above and it had a smooth soft and shiny look.

          I had entered into an agreement with Asian Paints Dealer in Chikkamagaluru for painting service for my newly constructed house. I have made full payment of Rs.3, 00, 600/- by the completion of 70% of work as per the agreement. But till now the work is not completed fully. It's been more than a month. Asian Paints representative is telling that since I have raised a complaint, he had been called for a training and he cannot complete the work now.

          I have also tried contacting the Asian Paints through different modes and complaint number is generated. However there is no solution till date.

            Greetings for the day!

            Myself Dinesh Purushe (M) [protected], acquired asian painting services with premium rates, however the quality of painting work is below average. There are several issues like;

            1. Use of material not as agreed. Quote provided to me for Royale Matt paint for ceiling however site painter team (2 no) are using apcolite premium interior emulsion.
            2. Asian paint Executive not visiting the site, always sick excuses.
            3. Proper sanding, putty work was not carried out. Most of the wall and ceiling surfaces are rough.
            4. There is no supervisor, we are only supervising the work, then what is the need of your services.
            5. This local contractor of Asian paint is trying to save on material cost by using less quantity. Hence poor look / finishing of walls and ceiling.

            Any senior officials from Asian Paint can visit and recheck my above observations.

            We do not expect such quality of work from Asian paint, we are paying premium rates for the work and getting pain from you people. Seniors to look into this matter and help us out.

              My complaint is that your service provider Rajendra paint agencies, Tripolia bazar Jaipur have provided paint service and damp roof in my house at Jaipur.
              On roof they done damp roo[censored]ltra but they didn’t done according to norms nd not satisfactory. And royal paint they done at my home is also not satisfactory. My request to you that pls check it, visit it and resolve issue accordingly.

                Asian paints Beautiful homes had taken End to End interior work of my flat including painting/wall paper /stencil work.
                1. In painting work they didn't deliver the finalised wall paper and stencils work which was agreed in the quotation. They didn't perform the base preparation work as well before the furniture work of the flat.
                Am still following up for the refund of those line items including gst. They promised me the refund but no refund done in last 2 months.
                They are pushing it to each other in the internal team for the refund.

                Please help to get the refund.

                  We did an internal colour of my house using Asian paints Royale brand, before applying the colour we applied putty and Primer also from Asian paint before applying Royale colour on the wall at around 2 months back. Now white patches are appearing on every wall, A white dust layer covers the whole wall, if we rub the wall with hand it disappear temporarily but it appears again after some time. It looks really bad and truly we are really disappointed after using premium quality Asian paint colour. If I need to re-paint my wall then it is removing the colour, applying Primer and applying colour again and every step requires labour cost. We have applied this on a newly build construction, so there is no point of damp wall or water leakage.
                  I would request if your representative can visit my place to have a look and sort out the issue. We have taken the colour from "Apna Traders" (Dealer of Asian Paints). My address is as below.

                    Highlighting this is the worst after sales service response from a listed company like Asian Paint. / DAMP PROOF

                    Asian paint is cheating people with fake promises. I have opted for ASIAN PAINT DAMP PROOF ROOF SOLUTION. they Assured me 8 year of warranty on leaking or Damp proof against the service. thinking that let professionals do it but i was wrong Local people Work more prompt and give after sale service as well. Leave these 8 Year you are not valuing customers after one month on work completion.

                    Since August I have been Facing the issue and repeaditly reported the same issue again and again on Asian paint helpline. The problem after the solution is still not fixed, your executive tends to make commitments and excuses only no service. Mental disturbance and physical efforts both disturb.Whole family is disturb.

                    4th time the complaint has been made. on Asian paint Customer care.

                    1st complaint No (Not taken) - Response and closed the companint.on
                    2nd Complaint no.[protected] Mr.Ravinder was assisend he visited He visited But not able to see the visible Crak on the roof and Given the assurance for proper service but again case closed without information.
                    3rd companint no.[protected] logged They came and checked the same.
                    4th Again the same problem came to us[protected] site inspection Happened, but NO resolution till now.

                    Hiring such a named company and Following up for services like this is Very annoying. In such for peace of Mind We hired Asian Paints and Now it is pain in Mind. Very bad experiance.

                    Problems below:-

                    1. You people Close calls without executive visit response.
                    2. The Estimate provided on the Amount of paint applied was fake at the time of deal.
                    3. After sales service is the Worst Part i have ever experienced. you people Do not response and close call
                    4. While i am reporting the issue 4th time now your Service people are saying this is a construction Fault.

                    I want a repair to be done on At most priority and we are having sleepless nights . we just hope it should not rain .. till we get rapair done. we do love rain. it has been a fourth time same issue i am reporting. I hope you pleople understand the situation. We have toddler in house. a family of 7 people is struggling every day and Hoping rain should not come. Requesting you to rectify the issue ASAP.

                    This is the fourth time I am reporting the same issue . After the work has been completed but till date no concrete solution has been provided to us . Yesterday afternoon I received the call from someone from Asian paint assuring that by today that is Monday we will resolve the issue but no body turned up very feed up from slow service every time it rains we have to run. Whole family is disturbed. Complaint no.[protected] / 181021C17246 . The service and product have 8 year warranty and it’s not even 8 months now same issue we are facing again and again . Warranty no. - 7091571 in the name of Ayush jain . Your executive are worthless and just not deliver the commitments

                        It has been over 20 days. The company has been not responding with an appropriate answer to any of my emails. They've been absent since the moment I made the payment.

                        This is what they've been replying,
                        "Hello,
                        Thank you for writing to Asian Paints Ltd.
                        Sorry about the unpleasant experience that you faced with our services.
                        We have escalated your concerns to the relevant team, and we will get back to you with assistance in this regard."

                        And then they just go silent until I send them another email. This has been going on in a loop.

                              My sister house got painted last August with Asian paint and Exterior Ultima was chosen to paint the exterior wall. Soon after painting we observed traces of white patches on exterior wall. It was found that ant started to eat it. We were trying to prevent it by drawing a circle around the damaged place with ant repellent chalk. As days went on extent of damage increases and we could not control ant from eating . We want Asian paint to look into this and resolve this by paying monetary compensation or with repainting with free of cost. We have the original purchase bill from dealer for the paint purchased.

                              I have informed the sales officer who visited site that I am not convinced with his statement.
                              He said he would escalate it to the next level to deal with it further. Surprised to see this ticket is closed.
                              I would need a proper explanation for my claim that it is a problem with specific Asian paint products.

                              Expecting compensation as ant is damaging exterior wall painted with Ultima and it is not damaging walls painted with other variant of Asian paints. Expecting honest answer and compensation from Asian paints on this matter.

                                Dear sir i had painted my flat with asian paint 2 days back, i had painted 3 bedroom with one color and other two room with another color.
                                usually i had color code 0315 of ace ivory before so without changing the color is brought 4 litre of 0315 ivory color so that i could finish it with one coat. my painter painted the room but after some time we found that the code shade was different and it looks like off white, so the color is looking different, and at the same time i had painted the room with code 7928 with 4 litre, this code is also having slight difference, This has made me mentally difficult and i complaint with the shop where i had purchsed the paint from COLOR STUDIO, CHEVARAMBALAM, they came to see my room and told to complaint to asian paints., Actually because of this problem i had to spend more money for my labour charges for painting

                                      I had painting of my house done under a Fixed Fee Contract with Asian paints between Oct 2020 and Jan 2021. Asian paints In Dec 2021, I started seeing defects and deficiencies in the painting (both external and internal). I have been complaining since Dec 2021 and there has been NO response from Asian Paints despite repeated consolation that someone will connect with me. I'm helpless and at the mercy of them. Interestingly there is NO way for me to escalate also. I remember speaking to Ravichandran, Mustafa and Vidhya within a span of 1 month (Feb 2022 and Mar 2022) and all of them repeatedly told that their supervisors are too busy and my matter cannot be escalated. I need a resolution, pls.

                                      Pls support. I relied on Asian Paints since I want to buy ONLY Indian and help support "Make In India"

                                      I got a response from AP on 05-Apr giving me the reason as Ground Water level rising. My complaint was that the paint was peeling in my hall, verandah, and bed room. But, their assessment was ONLY for the dampness. It did NOT mention peeling at all.

                                      One of the AP representative, Sharath disconnected my call, when I was trying to explain. He was OK for me to raise any compliant in any forum - kinda hinting that as a customer, my rights are none, wrt. their warranty clauses..

                                      AP did a good job painting and the process was excellent that my house was chosen for their AD campaign. But, now, I regret choosing AP, an Indian Vendor.
