My token redeem nhi ho rha hai sir meri problem solve karo our BP baare our a rha hai our kyc kese hogi sir

I'm a painter and contractor, I'm have lots of Asian paints tokens with me, so I tried with Master Stroke application to redeem the tokens but it's showing " BP not present" issue inside the application. So could you please help me to solve this issue.

Ours is the Lemon Tree Apartments based in Bangalore - 560024.
We had submittted the paint request to M/S Asian Paints ( representative :: chidananda.[protected]@asianpaints.com ) who took the contract to be completed by 15th Feb 2023 (45 days) from the start date. But now, today 9th June . not only as the monsoon arrived, not even 50% of the building work is completed and 4 month long delay.

The applicator or the contractor is way behind par their work and below standards but also not professional. We see only 3 labours to paint a 60 flat building...Lot of work unfinished amd contractor not traceable... No Monitoring done on the site regularly .
They have removed the grill but not applied back,

Reguest Asian paints to look inot this issue before monsoon floods the building.

As per the

I bought 5 burner sleek hob and it is under warranty. Even though the burner shows flame sim facility but it does not work except the middle big burner. Registered the complaint but service man says, it will not get reduced the flame as design its self does not give that facility. Its really cheating. They are looting the money by showing fake info.

It is not good for a company like Asian paints

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unresolved issues I have been facing regarding the paint job conducted by Asian Paints at my property. Despite multiple attempts to address the concerns, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.

To provide a brief recap, Asian Paints undertook a contract (Quote details:) at my property in September 2022. One of the services I opted for was "AP SMARTCARE, ADVANCE DAMP, PROOF | 5457, ". The Asian Paints representative assured me that this service would provide 100% waterproofing and a 10-year guarantee. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the project.

Regrettably, the results have been far from satisfactory. I have observed numerous bubble formations on the terrace, indicating a potential risk of peeling in the future. Despite my consistent efforts to resolve the issue, including follow-ups with the Asian Paints supervisor and the dealer, Raj Electrics, for the past two months, the problem persists. A patch-up work was attempted, but the surface remains uneven, and several bubbles remain unresolved.

This level of service is not what I expected from Asian Paints, especially after being assured of reliability and a 10-year warranty. It has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

I am attaching photographs clearly showing the bubble formations and the uneven patches that were attempted during the previous visit. These visuals serve as evidence of the issue at hand and the need for urgent action.

I have already contacted your helpline number[protected] and sent a previous email to [protected]@asianpaints.com, but unfortunately, the responses thus far have been unsatisfactory. Hence, I kindly request you to escalate this matter to a higher level within your customer service department for immediate and effective resolution.

In the event that the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request a complete refund for the "AP SMARTCARE, ADVANCE DAMP, PROOF | 5457" service alone. I trust that Asian Paints will honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and take swift action to rectify the situation.

I sincerely hope that this email will result in the necessary attention and a prompt resolution to restore my faith in Asian Paints' services. I look forward to your immediate action and a favorable resolution to this matter.

Dear sir i am here you to say that your master stroke application is creating some problems in money redemption.
So, many of the customers and painters are getting bad impression upon the masterstroke Asianpaints application
So, I hope that you will clear the problem very soon

BP not present

We had carried out repair of water ingress into our house through our Rooftop in the year June 2022. Asian Paints had used their Product Smart Care Waterproof 1048, which as shown in their public document as having 7 years guarantee.

But unfortunately water recently started leaking again as soon as it started raining. This is again damaging our false ceiling made of plywood, which informatively was renewed just after the said application. The total cost for the waterproofing job was Rs.22000. Out of this Rs 19000 was the expense for the said material and labor for that application., Material cost for 20Lts is approx Rs.6500. The job was completed by 3 persons in approx 3hrs time.

Now they conveniently are harassing Senior citizens, stating No guarantee will be provided. Whereas Product Public Document advertises Otherwise.

Kindly look into the matter to ensure complete renewal of product after Removing the used product.

My masterstroke amount not credited yet, they've done kyc. And now they are telling that my bank account is not linked to masterstroke, I've sent my bank details. No response from Asian paints employees. Wt should I do!

Am writing here after several attempts to purchase and get a wallpaper installed in one of my rooms.
I have been frustrated and really shocked at the absolute lack of any action by your teams. This is after several e mails, chat communication and phone calls. Each time I promptly get an automated whatssap with a new complaint number while the old ones stand unresolved. I also get e mails with appropriately apologetic messages saying someone will get in touch. After many days last Thursday I was told I two days I’ll get someone to inspect the premises. It’s been more than a week, no one has turned up or even called.
At first my query was about a wall paper that showed out of stock on the web but I was asked to contact a bandra dealer - who again I couldn’t as the number on your website was incorrect and no one shared the right number !!!
I gave up and chose another wall paper that was in stock on your site and then was promised the site visit, but here I am having to take out so much time to write this mail to you.
One expects a very different experience from a company of the stature of Asian Paints. The reality is really disappointing!
I’m hoping now this is resolved at the earliest.

I have purchased 1 lakh worth of Asian paints Apex Dust Proof 5 Years Performance warranty from RK Color Hub, Malkipuram . Unfortunately paints are faded out within a week then i dropped an email to grievances department someone came and telling on sea side buildings we dont give warranty thats fine then i asked the terms and conditions...

We have painted our house with asian royal shine paint .but Your colour quality is so poor that ant eat it .ANT COMPLETELY damage my wall paint .why you are not providing any repellant with your paint .I am not expecting this type of paint from such a big brand .
