We have painted asain premium emulsion paint on wall paint code (Pegion blue) we have painted 4 coats. But we see some lines in wall. Paint is not covered on wall.

We found too many batches in walls. We really unsatisfied with asian paints. It's loss for us. What the hell is wrong with this paint. Totally 4coating of paint is wasted. If this complaint is not resolved, i will file a case in consumer court.

I have purchased ap royal emulsion rb3 7977 2l & ap royal play 7622 1l from your authorise deal on 07.02.2019. This colour shade i have selected from your royale play ragging for my new home. But after painting the colour is entirely different from your chart. What is the reason for this? All exterior and interior paints for my new home is painted with asian paints. Now i really disappointed....

I have chosen cotton wool - l104 as exterior base colour, based on a photo available in asian paint web-site as attached.

But practically the colour of my home with the same grade (L104) become different (Attached).

Should i consider that there is misapplication of mixing formula for your product?
Supplier: cheya hardware, benachity, durgapur.

Sir my dream home completely messed by asian paints delhi color avenues, on request 15th sep 2 person visited in my home and inspected each and every corner with 80sq ft seepage area. They have taken 100% payment rs. 55055/- after given quotation. Committed by30 sep paint will be complete thereafter they ruined my life we shrink in to 1room with 5 members but they never realized till today they visited 6 days out 23days paint in single room...

We got aphs done in our house in faridabad in february 2016. All exterior work, interior work for done including wood frames and two stucco walls. The paint quality delivered was appalling and was raised with the onsite visit supervisor and team members (Dilip and sunil chand) in october 2016. I have asked for three variant of texture painting out of which two have been completed but surprisingly I see lot of differences between what asian paint have shown to me and the final results came out in my house. As per the sales person commitment it is expected to be 5 to10% difference. But now I see more than 50% variations which is not acceptable. Please help me to resolve this issue....

I had bought apex ultima grey and apex rose for painting my house wall two years ago. We had bought this product after your assurance in the advertisement that there would be no fungal infection or any other defects in the painted wall for at least seven years as you are offering warrant for that specific time period. My wall is now in a bad state with prominent fungal infection and on some parts pieces were falling off...

I got painted my house from asian paints. Quality of work is useless. Nobody bothers to supervise. Complaints are ignored. Stains on roayl aspira are not washable. It gets peel of if tried hard. Oil paints on doors etc is just like painted by kids. Previous old coats of paints can be seen from new paint such thin coat. Cracks are resurfaced in one month but nobody is taking responsibility. If this happens in 30 days, am i to paint my house...

Asian paint Royal High Shine have problem we have buy the paint and after applying on wall our wall become ruff then we have complaint with Asian paint (No[protected] then their guy Uday Chauhan has come to our place and he told we need to re-apply the wall puti and need to repaint it. we have done the same we require more paint for two walls then we buy same code but it is giving different shade and our old problem was also not resolved....

I had painted my wall with Royale Play on 08 May-2016 with ragging texture along with base coat of Royale. The work was completed finely and the texture was looking beautiful. Suddenly after 2 days of painting on date 10 May-2016, when my sofa touched the wall, some patch of Royal Play was pealed off. Sir I purchased Apcolite asian paint with colour code of 7774 after applying the colour, what I selected is not come, When I contacted to the Dealer which located near Venakatapuram, Alwal, Secunderabad, AP, they said that after finishing the second coat colour will come and I done the second & third coating but the desired colour what I selected in your shade card is not come. i am the dealer of asian paints since 1980, and we are selling out there complete product range. In the year 1999, asian paints gave us the offer of installing the tinting machine at our shop costing Rs. 9, 12, 000. for which we agreed and they promised to give complete service for the complaints made.
but for the last 15 months they are not at all taking our complaints seriously.

I worked with Asian Paints India Limited from 1st Dec 1997 to 7th Jul 2007. After my resignation I had submitted the required forms to HR department of Asian Paints to get the settlement of my PF & Pension accounts.

I received the settlement of my PF account in Nov 2004, but never received settlement of Pension account. I contacted Asian Paints –Mr Huzefa Retiwala hundreds of times over phone / mails and every time...

I have just one regret from 2023 – choosing Asian Paints for waterproofing services. It created a complete mess in my home, draining me both mentally and financially.

Let me quickly explain the modus operandi of Asian Paints regarding their waterproofing service. It is a real scam. If you show interest in their waterproofing service, one of their representatives will visit the location for a recce. During the recce, they will give a positive go-ahead so that you, as a customer, don't seek a second opinion. Once you agree to the shared quote, their dealer will start the work, and here comes the real picture - The dealer will break the surface in such a way that civil work will be required, even though it was unnecessary; this is how they make money.

We chose Asian Paints because both my husband and I are working, and we had no time to minutely manage the local vendor. We thought hiring a professional would ease our work, but this proved to be entirely wrong.

My biggest nightmare was when they removed the terrace surface and asked us to get it fixed since it fell under civil work, not their responsibility. In the middle of this mess, we had no other option but to ask the same vendor for a quote to get the civil work done. Please note this is all part of their strategy to make money; the customer is trapped with no other options!

They did shoddy work, which I highlighted multiple times over email. After following up multiple times, Asian Paints refunded the advance amount paid to them, but the amount paid to the vendor was not refunded. The issue is the entire incident not only damaged my terrace but also caused severe floor damage due to water leakage. I want to remind the team that we opted for waterproofing service but ended up damaging our entire home.

The price is unreasonable, and the quotation does not provide details on labour and material costs—there is no way to find the price difference between the products. Feel like Asian paints encourage bad service practise as a service.
