Complaint no. [protected]...

I have logged a complaint for patchy effect.

Without any solution these complaint was closed.

Than story starts after following call centre.

As i complained about the patchy effect, after 3-4 days executive from ahmedabad visited the site and found it true. On that day they repaired wall again to check. But after painting with the color i have purchased, again there was a patchy effect shown. My color contractor shown him non dissoluble parts of white color in it. He explained about these insoluble parts are not dissolving in the color that why patchy effects is generating. He & dealer from where i purchased paint also found the thing is right, at the site.
Executive visited twice at site. But no solution was given.

After frequent calling to customer care, on 13th august executive said that your problem will be discussed with my upper level and will know by 16th august. While again i call call center for the same on 18 or 19th executive than says our r & d team will visit at site than and than only we can decide how to solve the problem. Than how can white insoluble parts cant soluble in color.

Again no surety about compensation from company side. Even company doesn't bother about complaint.

Last 10-12 days before r&d executive visited with local executive at the site. He also experimented by applying fresh color and my balance color using various base coats. According to him painter had not stirred bucket (Mixed color) well. I said painter had done his business very well. He also talked with my color contractor. One more thing, paint was stirred at dealer place after mixing color agent on automatic machine. He also found the color which i had purchased is faulty not to quality extend. I had phone discussion with him for what action from company side will be taken? I suggested him i had purchased 7 buckets, all are having same problem, so company should reimbursed my cost of paint, what i had paid to dealer including painting cost. He said as per company policy this is not possible. Till date no communication from company.

So again request to resolve my case immediately, otherwise i will go ahead.

There are insoluble particles still today in color present. They are not dissolving in color.

Demanding only refund of mrp paid to dealer and painting cost of rs.25000.

    I have hired the painter named as sam (Numbers +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected]) to carry out the stencils work over the two-painted wall on my new flat, the recommended painter by the authorized asian paint dealer sabarivasan hardware at padi, chennai.
    The workmanship was very bad and the walls looks ugly after the work completed and he had done the patch-up work all over the two walls, now i’m in the position to rethink why i was opted with dealer and recommended painter. When i ask him, he reveals that he has done his job only for how much money he has received and he refuses to correct and speaking arrogantly over by phone.
    Is this the right way that the asian paint dealer and painter deals with?

      After repeated follow up with Asian Paints regarding the poor quality of color work undertaken ... i had complaint in June 2018.
      after which I received a call promising immediate sorting of my issues. The team did visit my home in June and I requested them to take action. I also mentioned that I am happy to pay to sort out poor quality color undertaken. The company representative was also present. However after that visit ...nothing has happened. Is the company really working on solving clients problem through customer care. It does not seem so.

        I have painted my house by using royal aasta asian paint's 1 year ago... Quality is very bad because wall bouncing delar is not responsible so paint quality is very poor company is fraud in these session. So what to do in this situation i am earleier waiting for reply so reply as per as possible tomorrow morning

          Asian paints has provided a quotation of 36000 for wall putty. Wall painting & doors painting for my 2 bhk flat at shapoorji kolkata. I was promised that the painters are trained painters from asian paints. But was cheated as the job was handed over to the contractor. Moreover i did not like the work by the contractor & requested the project manger (Tanmoy) to change the contractor. But he did not bother to do that. He promised that the he will assure a quality finish. But to my surprise visit to the site. I found that the painters had started painting the doors without using wood primer which was mentioned in the contract. On asking that why are they not using the primer, they replied that they have been instructed the same by the contractor. They did not use adequate wall putty. They also did not use weather ultima for the balcony ceilings, which was mentioned in the quotation. As a result the work turned out to be a disaster. The contractor was busy saving his material. The work had started in unprofessional manner. My belongings were not packed properly. It was just covered by few white sheets. Everything was lying here and there. I want a refund on this or else a compensation amount, as the finish was of poor quality, lack of materials used, & mental harrasment during the process..

            I would like to highlight the poor customer care and post sales issues wrt asian paints. I have attached a picture of the wall which has started peeling off within 60 days of the paint job. I have tried to get in touch with the relationship associate mr ram kumar rathod as well as mr sumit pandey who flatly refuse to accept calls or reply to text messages and even pics sent on whatsapp. As a result i called up the customer care no and spoke to ms jallita on august 12th 2018, who assured me that the problem will be addressed in 24 working hours.. It's been 04 days i haven't received any call let alone the resolving of the issue.. I called up the customer care helpline again on 16/08/18, this time i spoke to mr manish dennis seems like a fake name, this gentelman was absurd vague in his reply and was asking me 1hr time to revert back. When contested with the issue he just was saying a plain std line appology, which i have refused to buy, it's already past that hour but nothing is in sight.
            When u call them for sales they behave like cheetahs with solutions to all ur problems and ready to gulp the business when it comes to post sales it a sham.
            I strongly advise others facing similar troubles to file a consumer action against the company, i want my money back.. Or the entire warranty to reset from the time action wasn't complied with.. Hope the ceo and md is listening.

              The work was extremely delayed. My wall had cement sheets. When i took an appointment with asian paints, the representatives came to my residence and inspected my wall. I was told that they would drill the nails on the cement sheets further inside and cover it with a "putti". However when the workers came to our site to start the work, they told us to make arrangements for a carpenter to put the nails inside. Hence the work couldnt be started. This was not told to us before starting the project and before taking "full payment" from us.
              They were supposed to deliver sample before starting the work. However it was not delivered to us. They asked us to be home on sunday saying the workers will come to work and at the same time sample will be shown. The contractor only called us at 1630 saying the workers wont be coming. They do not value customers time.
              On the 2nd day of work, 3rd day being the day of completion, i was told that the selected pattern as per the catalogue cannot be made as the workers have already put primer in the wall.
              As a customer i pay for what i see in the catalogue and not bear the consequences of the workers mistake.
              Asian paints rely on fake advertising suggesting that if they delay, they will refund. This i only got to know after looking for customer care number on their website.. But their claims are false!!. When i was furious due to the delay and the quality of execution, i told the customer service guy that my work has be delayed alot! He said the company s clause of "if we delay we pay" is only applicable if you sign a contract. And a customer is not informed about this. Even when the signatures are taken from the customer before initiating the work, the customer service guy does not inform you about this, nor is the contract offered.

              This is false advertisement and asian paints should not be allowed to publize about the same when a customer is not informed it by way of a contract!

              My complaint number is [protected]. The only thing that happens after you complain, is that different people call you asking about the nature of your complaint and you have to keep repeating the same thing with no resolution offered. Even after you complain, the workers still donot come as per their appointed time or show an urgency to finish the work!

              My home was painted by your contractor Dilip Ghosh in the month of March. Customer code 15525416, warranty no kln1708227.
              But work quality was very low and my exterior colour, specially backward side was very poor. Paint was very thin. However your rate is very high but poor serviced. Very disappointed.

                I got my house repainted (Gone with full painting option) by asian paint, radiant enterprises and my customer bp no is: 14175151 in december 2017. After 2 to 3 months, the paint started peeling off from the walls. We were in touch with the radiant people who did the painting work and after a regular follow up for 2 months, a technical inspector came for inspection and said that he will get the approvals for the re-work. He however did not comeback with any response in spite of following up many times.

                So, i registered a complaint with complaint number:[protected]. I have called the customer care till now 6 times regarding this complaint (17th may 2018, 12th june 2018, 16th june 2018, 19th july 2018, 26th july 2018, 28th july 2018). On 26th july 2018 i was told that the rework as part of the warranty is approved and will be executed by end of july 2018. However nothing has been started nor a call from them. Every time i call them they say that they will call back but no call has come till now from 26th july.

                I went with asian paints services assuming it to do a quality and responsible job and paid a premium price and have gone with royal aspira. The execution of the painting job got delayed by a month and that too with too many follow ups.

                Overall i am very disappointed by the initial work done and also on the rework status which has not commenced till now. The team is very un professional and also the customer care who gave only one answer that they will come back to us in a day but no one came back to us.

                Request asian paints team to look into this immediately and give us a response and also fix up the rework issues.

                    I bought Asia Paint Lethal Proof Exterior Emulsion (APEX ULTIMA) from Bharat Paints & Hardware, Dhobighat X Road, Saidabad, Hyderabad on 09/06/2018. They supplied me the paint with wrong base paint (photos enclosed). After complaining since last 3 weeks no action has been taken, no reply and no return. As the product was mixed with wrong base, the color shade got totally changed.
                    Please let the supplier take action so that I would get better response.

                        As I am writing this email I really hope someone in Asian paints show some kind of customer service and resolve my issue. I have raised atleast 6 complains through customer care but no one has responded so far.
                        I really find it hard to digest that company as big as yours just don't care about the customer service. Every time I call customer care the only response I get is "this time someone will surely call". I am still waiting for that call. The only reason I can foresee for not getting enough attention to my complain is that the work done at my place was not of high value.
                        But I guess as a customer, no matter how small the work was I expect value for my money and hence I am writing this email.
                        I got some portion of may interior wall painted from ezycolours in chennai. I am from a area called sholiganallur and my customer Id is 15876440. The painting is done so poorly that the paint is fading and I can see the base of wood and ply which was painted. I have raised the issue with Mr Prabhakaran but he is of no help. He only called me till the payment was pending and once I paid the whole amount he didn't even care about the issue raised.
                        After I send the pictures of work done, Mr Prabhakaran is telling me that it was informed to me that water based paint will not cover wood properly and even knowing that fact I asked him to goahead with water paint. I find that hard to digest

                        I then called the head office and got number of my Jayakumar. It was told to me that he is the area in charge. I spoke to him and he told me that he will speak to mr Prabhakaran and will get back. I am still waiting for the call.
                        I am sure being such a reputed company I will surely get one person who can help to get my issue sorted.

                          We did an internal colour of my house using Asian paints Royale brand, before applying the colour we applied putty and Primer also from Asian paint before applying Royale colour on the wall at around 5 months back. Now white patches are appearing on every wall, A white dust layer covers the whole wall, if we rub the wall with hand it disappear temporarily but it appears again after some time. It looks really bad and truly we are really disappointed after using premium quality Asian paint colour. If I need to re-paint my wall then it is removing the colour, applying Primer and applying colour again and every step requires labour cost. We have applied this on a newly build construction, so there is no point of damp wall or water leakage.
                          I would request if your representative can visit my place to have a look and sort out the issue. We have taken the colour from "MA TARA Paints" (Dealer of Asian Paints). My address is as below

                            This is to hilight the cheating done by Asian Paint and their contractor ACCM Services.
                            I opted for my home painting and veneer polish through them. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work until today when I found I was being cheated.
                            I have paid entire money advance for veneer polish PU Aquador which is a premium finish product. Today post application I asked the guy who was polishing and saw that product being used was Melamyne Gold which is much cheaper and inferior to PU aquador. On catching this theft and raising a question with my relationship manager Dominic he started lying saying we will apply PU aquador as top coat, whereas I had confirmed earlier that the polish has been done and this is the final finish. Didn’t expect such cheats in Asian Paint

                                  I had given order for putty and Internal paiting works for my home.

                                  I have been facing hell with Asian paints in terms of quality/Timelines of the work, which is not as par of commitments with the marketing people. I clearly set my expecations on the work quality to the marketing person before commiting itself. The kind of services/professionalism/timelines they had provided was worst and i strongly feel we will get good quality work with the local vendors with lesser price (30% less).

                                  Quality

                                  Putty Finishing - Worst, i can give negative rating if permits
                                  Paiting - Average, I am giving this ratomg after taking corective actions.

                                  Timelines
                                  - I think the work started on Apr-2018 3rd week and stil they didn't complete fully
                                  - My kids had to stay at home with out schooling for 3 weeks due to the delays

                                  Money
                                  - Premium charges (30%) extra compared to local vendors stating the reasons as Quality, Timelines, Hasslefree. Almost i visited the site once in 3 days.
                                  - Paid initial amount on 18-Feb. Enjoyed the interest till the work started
                                  - Work started on 3rd week of Apr. This is as per my wish. They took almost 2 months. Still there are patches to be reworked.

                                  Finally, they cheated me with false commitments and the outcome of the work is not par with the expectation and ruined my dreams.

                                    On various occassions, I had requested for measurement sheet, but the same were nor shared to us. Only Lumpsum rooms wise area of wall & ceiling were provided. Charges of POP were taken for very high quantities whereas our flay was not having any repair job and entire earlier paining were in perfect conditions.

                                    Even after making the payment in advance, the discount as per company policy were not passed on us, particularly for wall paper and Texure. It was given only @ 15 % flat on paint, wall paper & Texure paint. Total amount of billing is more than 2 Lakhs. We understand that there is policy for additional discount after certain amount of billing.

                                    Generally, after completion of job, we understand that asian paint provides deep cleaning facilities. This was not provided to us.

                                    Response from executive is also not upto the mark even after making any request.

                                        Hello all, I have been a loyal customer of Asian Paints for the past 7 years, I have time and again received great service from other paint dealers, which is one of the main reasons I buy Asian Paints. But to my surprise, I am receiving very poor service, fake quotes, bills and poor quality paint from your dealer ( Maithri Hardware, Shahs Complex, Bendoorwell, Kankanady, Mangalore Karnataka 575002 Phone :[protected] Mobile :[protected]. I have made purchases in lakhs from this dealers. The Proprietor ( Mr. Alva) of this dealer is very rude, and arrogant in his service. Initially he gives very low quote and while he prepares the bill he hikes the prices. Also he never gives the taxed bill. Also there is lot of tax devious in his billing system. Also there is counterfeit base paint to manipulate the prices. This unethical issues was raised by the local painters and contractors many a times in his shop. I hope you would look into this matter and conduct a proper investigation on the fake, quotes, bills, tax devious and on counterfeit paints. Your faithful customer, Anil .
