I have registered a complaint about the defective product over phone on 11th february 2018 and i have received the complaint number as [protected] by sms and was promised that someone will contact me within 48hrs. Since no one contacted me by 13th feb'18, i have again called the costumer care enquired about it. Then i was promised that some one will definitely contact me on the same day. I have waited 6 more days for some one to listen to my issue. Nothing happened unfortunately. To my amazement, today (20th february 2018) i got an sms from you saying that "dear customer, with respect to your complaint no.[protected] is closed"!! Is this the standard of their customer care service?

Now my issue
I have repainted my house using royale atmose about 8 months ago and now the same is getting peeled off from the surface. Details of shop from where the paint was purchased, details of the painter, quantity etc.. Had been provided at the time of registering the complaint.

    We got the services of asian paints on 2016, for full renovation, from water proofing to textured painting. We have been assured that we won't get any trouble for years but within 6 months the paint has started chipping off from the walls. My whole family has been trying to contact the agency for this issue but no one bothered to get back to us. I tried contacting for a new project and within a day i got a call for new project.
    What the hell is this, what do you people consider your customers!!!

      We have communicated the claim of rs.73028/- however you have agreed to pay only rs. 24000+rs. 4000 total rs. 28000/-
      The cost is too small if compared with the actual loss and delay. However still we have trust on the overall quality of paint.
      Considering this as an exception, we are accepting the settlement amount aas rs. 28000/- and we are herby withdrawing the case subject to payment of an amount
      Of rs. 28000/- through m/s porwal paints amravati. Please clear the issue early so as to enable us to settle our accounts with m/s porwal paints.

        damp proof work done and sluggishness observed

        Committed to start the work from 7th january but instead they started it on 9th january. No
        Customer relationship manager ever visits my place for supervision, nor does he call me to stay
        In touch. Only two workers are being sent. They work for 4 hours and leave and sometimes...

        I took home painting service from asian paints. They have committed on time delivery or money back, and so many staffs. The work started on 26th dec 2018 and they have committed to complete by 31st dec 2018. The work has not yet completed.
        Their painter are unprofessional and no expertise. He painted a texture 3 times and all the time it was a mess. Site supervisor never come on time. He told he is going to arrange a different painter but he did not arrange and not evern informed that when they are going come. Its almost more than one month the painting work not completed.
        This is worst experience ever. Even customer care also not cooperative.
        I complaint but the lady who took the complain did not submit it. Just bluffed that she took the complain.
        As it is more than one month, i have lost all faith from asian paints.
        I have given them contract because of a big and renowned company. But they are completely fraud. They tool all 32000 before the painting work started.
        I am going to lodge a complain in consumer court now against them.

        We got our House painted by ezycolour Home Solutions at Hyderabad.through perfect enterprises vide Business Partner No.17926153 and site ID hyd1906636. It was under service warranty for 5 years for one side of wall and 3 years for 3 sides of walls. Though the job was completed in February, 2020, the paint got eroded / come out completely in as much as 10 to 15 places as patches and cemented wall is seen (as the Paint has completely gone). Request service personnel to make it good. Due to file size constraint, all the images are not uploaded.

          We have given a cheque of rs.20, 691 for painting the iron gate and staircase railing with epoxy paint on 5th of january. We were assured that the painting would begin on the 8th. Only the supervisor came that day. On 9 th the painters came at 10.30am. They started to tape some newspapers. We repeatedly questioned them about the prep work. No sanding was done. No removal of old paint. They went for lunch at 1 pm and resumed to stick the newspapers at 2.30 pm. We had an argument and they packed and left. Our cheque was promptly cached on the 9th. We called the asian paints helpline on 12th and registered a complaint for the refund of our money. We waited 10days and were calling everyday since the 22nd. They keep assuring us that the service team will get in touch with us but till today we have not been contacted. It is shocking that such a big company can be so fraudulent. Kindly do the needful and refund our money.

            I had contracted asian paints to paint my house. The work was split into two parts of waterproofing and painting. The agreement was that the waterproofing would be done between 9-nov-2017 and 12-nov-2017, and painting would be done between 12-nov-2017 and 25-nov-2017. The amount was paid in full before commencement of work.

            However, the work was not completed on 25-nov-2017 and after several follow-ups, the work was completed on 30-nov-2017. Follow-up was required because several areas were left unpainted, though painters declared that painting was completed. This is because supervision was not done properly.

            Because of the delay, i was eligible for a rs. 6000/- refund (As per my signed agreement with asian paints), which i notified in writing to asian paints. Other than rude calls from the csr, the matter has not been settled for almost two months.

              Last week i received the call from mr. Bhaumik and he told that our warranty for the same is expires but want to tell you that before our approval for the work carried out we had asked him that what is the time period for this moisture treatment and at that time he told us that for the color the warranty is for five years and for the moisture treatment (For which they charged us separately) the warranty is of three years and now they are refusing for the same.

              1st they told us that the said issue is not covered under warranty but when we took up the matter higher authorities now they are refusing on the ground of that warranty is expired.

              So surprising from such type of cheating from such a big company like asian paints... The employees of the company also changes their color like the company's products.​ (Before taking the orders and after the payment is made)

                I have done my flat painting and damp treatment by asian paint in the month of august'2017. But i am really disappoint because of inspite of spending so much money i have not got any solution from asian paints. Engineer came to my place and as per his advice first damp treatment done in bathroom and in two bed rooms walls. After 4 months again damp is visible in really bad manners, even other wall also effected after this paint.

                I need some the permanent solution of this issue and as per asian paints agreement problem should be resolved totally free of cost.

                  Dear asian paints, i raised the complaint on 26th sep'17 regarding asian paints dealership for shree aandavar traders, jari kondalampatty, salem - 636 010.
                  After registered the complaint, one of the asian paints representative visited our shop and promised that will confirm the dealership very soon and requested us to wait some time. But still there is no update with them and not responding well. As of now, we are dealing other competitor paints which moving well. Eventhough we believe the quality and reputation of asian paints. So we are very enthusiastic to get dealership of asian paints. Please resolve the issue soon.

                  We didn't get any response from the respective representatives of Asian Paint, Salem, India - 636 010. They not even visited our shop and discussed our query. This is really very bad like very big Concern of Asia's No.1 paint company doing like this. Atleast they should discuss us to resolve the issue. Not even contacting us .

                    Please refer the registered complaint from adv chetana kulkarni and hemant kulkarni. We have suffered heavy loss due to change in colour shade. Company senior representative has visited the site and agreed to compensate loss. However no response is received thereafter. Paint has been purchased from m/s porwal paint house amravati maharashtra. Statement of loss on account of repainting due to colour chage has been emailed to m/s porwal paint house. Please settle the complaint.

                    I am not getting a painter to paint my walls with Asian paint in Coimbatore. Earlier mr. Sudhakar used to do it for Coimbatore South. But he is not responding.                       Dear sirs,

                      In july / august we had our flat completely repainted by the above company.

                      There were two representatives, mr dhanasekar and mr. Akash who were

                      Coordinating the work. We settled every thing. The cost was about rs 90, 000.

                      In early october noticed that on one of the walls, the paint has bulged out and

                      A hairline crack line running from the ceiling.

                      Had repeatedly been calling the above two gentlemen, and every time they

                      Promise to come and see the damage, but till date no one has come.

                      This is surely not the kind of service we expected from representative of asian

                      Paints.

                      With this kind of after service how can we recommend asian paints to our

                      Friends and relatives.

                        On 20th nov registered with asian paints office, mumbai to paint my house at chennai and got a reply that that a business associate will meet me on 22nd whose details will be sent to my registered phone no. As well e mail id. But no message was received. A local person contacted me and visited the house. I placed order for painting royal atmos in 2870 sq ft and tractor emulsion 1587 sq ft. While handing over an advance cheque for rs. 30, 000/- to the person i contacted their customer care stating that no information has come from asian paints that he is their representative. I got a reply that i would get the information soon. Nothing has happened. When i tried colour tones (A part of asian paints), i learnt the number given in wth website belonged to a private person and not colour tones. I tried to contact their (Asian paints) regional office, nungambakkam and found all the numbers given in their website are not in service. Finally i called again their customer care no., mumbai whose response was as bad as government office. They asked me to contact in the morning without even heeding my complaint and concern of having given a cheque for rs.30, 000/-. Even after making an advance payment, i am made to run from pillar to post to verify whether asian paint has acknowledged my order and receipt of advance.

                          Latest i file my complaint on 13th october number [protected] and after one month one person contact me and said that we will rectify your complaint but after 10 days he also missing

                          Dear all,

                          I book three orders for my house from your side on 29th september 2016, 21st october 2016 and 15 december 2016 but all three works still incomplete

                          There is one major drawback to give order to you is you take 100% advance money either works complete or not

                          After so many so many follow up with your staff our all works still not complete

                          Just because of your inner politics between staff and contractors

                          My all ref so no are del161/1572, del161/1926 and del161/2364

                          Responsible persons are mr. Amit ([protected], [protected]), mr. Ansari and mr chandan ([protected]), rohan sir ([protected]) and hasmuddin

                          Please resolve my case and complete my job if there is any respect with your work in company, if you can or refund my all money

                          One more thing please don't do any advertisement to looting the indian people by taking 100% advance money and not completed the work

                            I had made payment for the work order on 31st october as per the instructions of the employee of asian paints home solution provider. Later i decided to cancel the order as i found that these guys are very unprofessional in their approach. However, till today i have not received any communication regarding the status of my refund. Neither do they confirm the cancellation of my work order nor do they refund my amount. I had placed my complain on their help line number (Complaint number[protected] which assured me that i would receive a call back with the status of the complaint. But again neither does any one call nor is anyone bothered.

                            I thought asian paints is a professionally managed company but my experience teaches that they are behaving just like a local contractor. I called their head office to escalate the matter, but the operator would not transfer the calls to anyone. I was told to contact mr banerjee but neither does he lift his phone nor does he reply back my sms.

                            I would like to inform asian paints that though insignificant, they have lost one customer for life.

                            Dear Patanjali, we apologize for the trouble you have gone through. We request you to please share your contact number with more details. We can get your complaint registered and ensure that all your concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
                            Jain paints at M.P.NAGAR Bhopal always not accepting payment through any card. They always insist customer to pay amount in cash only.
                            This instance is again repeated in last weak while purchasing royal shyne paint.
                            Kindly see the matter otherwise i forward my complaint to concerned authorities.

                              In pursuance to my complaint on the subject matter company representative has visited the site and confirmed the facts. Since the complaint has been verified as genuine, company representative has agreed to consider our claim on the loss of paint, thinner, brush roller and labour etc. We have lost our precious time and the completion schedule is delayed.in the interest right, company is requested to compensate our loss.                                 Dear sir,

                                I have been observed that asian paint product price are huge different by shop to shop/dealer to dealer

                                Regarding this issue i checked with their web page i could not find catalog for products price then i did online chat with their customer care even there are asking the product name and they do want to give complete product catalog
                                Finally i came to know this is not transparent way
                                What i want know whether the price of their mrp included gst or excluded, i have to compare product price to similar other companies which is available

                                I expects whoever runs company and they have web site they can publish product details along price and technical specification

                                MRP is inclusive of GST only.Asian Paints clearly mentions in the tin that MRP is "inclusive of all taxes" which is printed near or below MRP rate of all products.You can verify it.

                                  I gave contract to asian paints to color my apartment. I made the full payment. They started working from 21st october. On 6th november evening, we discovered that they applied wrong color in the hall. I gave them color code 7922 (Light yellow) but instead they used 7992 (Orange). I informed them immediately. On 7th november morning they agreed that they applied wrong color and they will apply the right one. On 8th november evening, i went to the apartment and found that all the color is done. They have finished applying color 7922. I found that they have not applied primer on the previous color and instead they just put the new color on top of the earlier one. The earlier color is deep one whereas the new color is light one. On the 9th november morning i clearly found that orange tinge is appearing below yellow color.
                                  They are so unprofessional and moreover all they way they are telling lies.

                                    We have purchased asian paint white satin from authorised dealer m/s parwal paint house at amravati maharashtra. However surprisingly there is variation in colour shade after 4 to 5 days. The shade is becoming ivory. The site has been inspected by asian paint representative. Even after replacement there is repeatative occurrence of the same problem. Now our painting contractor has refused to deploy the labours for repainting. Not only completion schedule has been delayed, but there is also loss of labour and other material viz brush roller, thinner etc. Only replacing the colour will not resolve the issue. Kindly send senior level representative to inspect and resove the issue.

                                      I had availed the services of asian paints home solutions for painting my 2 bhk flat at kharghar, navi mumbai, the work started in may 16 and ended in october 16, it took too much time to finish the job, painters not available. Home soultion team engaged local contractors for the jobs, painters were not professional and not trained. The behavior of the people engaged by the contractors were not of good taste. Lot of damages done which has not yet been rectified. The finishing were too bad. The repainting work done was not proper, they had put some other shade, the original was royal play, during re painting they applied royal shine, i had lodged complain, no[protected], but sadly no initiative has been taken by asian paints, one does not get value of money for the job done by home solution team, any complains i put up they line it up with one mr. Soheb who is their sro. Is there any body else beside soheb, every time he makes false promises to complete the job. It seems asian paints is not all bothered to look at the issues faced by customers, they are only of getting business and money but leave no stone un turned to harass the customer.

                                      This is in regard to my complain no[protected], the issues has not yet been resolved, asian paints home solution team has put up one mr. Soheb to resolve the issues. The same person has delayed the painting job at my residence, the job which takes maximum 15 days - painting a 2bhk flat took 7 months to paint inspite of making the total payment in advance, why every time soheb is put on the job - who is most un professional, egoistic, arrogant, asian paints so large organization does not have any body else beside this soheb,
                                      Though the organization is highly professional and has good process but in reality or in actual its an high un professional organization, they do the job like a road side contractors, no check list given, no visits by asian paints team members during painting, days after days you have to wait for them to come, the damage done not yet rectified,

                                      I sent the dealership request through the customer care mail id last 15days back but still i didnt receive any mail and call from the dealership department ... whats is the next step i can do for getting the dealership
