Sir,
I have purchased asian paints at sri durga paints and hardware store in ponnur, guntur district, a. P. On[protected]. Thus particular vendor/dealer selling already mixed (Duplicate) asian paints at higher prices i. E. More than mrp.
So, kindly arrange to provide necessary remedial measure for me to get original asian paints at reasonable rates. Also, take necessary action on the above dealer who has been cheating the customers in the name of asian paints dealer.

This is to bring to your attention that i had recently entered a
Contract with asian paints with the hopes of redecorating my home. A
Gentleman by the name of nishant gudhekar (Bharat paints) and his
Colleague sujit jaiswar were my main points of contact. I decided to
Take the option o[censored]sing a contractor as it was more budget friendly.
The asian paint contractor i worked with was bharat trading company from santa cruz. I, upfront told nishant that i am on a limited schedule and
Have to return home by a certain date. Nishant assured me that the
Work could be completed with time to spare. Nishant instructed the
Contractor to begin work on my flat. My first few experiences with him
Were that he did not care at all about me or my home. He was aloof,
Disinterested and rude. We got into many arguments until he decided to
Bring his supervisor aniket singh (Vikhroli team leader) to the
Meeting. We finalized colors, patterns, and textures. On that meeting,
He insisted i give him 44, 000 rs cash, and i obliged, for which i
Asked for the receipt. May 13th, 2019 as the work was approaching
Completion, he asked for another rs 30, 000 and no receipt or bill of
Sale. On may 14th, i came to inspect the flat and nishant gudhekar
Requested i give him another 10, 000. Once again, no receipt, nishant
Quickly pocketed the money and left with the painters because he saw i
Was preoccupied with workers that i had hired for other projects in my
Home and not looked at the ceilings or walls. He said he was in a
Hurry and a complete walkthrough was not done.

As i inspected the job the painters had done, i was horrified at the
Shabby job they had done. All the walls are uneven, with waviness and
Bubbles, dents on all sides in all rooms including the ceilings. The
Ceiling of the bathroom is caved in with severe dents on walls. Mr.
Nishant refused to speak to me, answer my calls or respond to me and
Blocked my numbers. A complaint number was registered and given to mr.
Aniket singh. The complaint number is [protected]. He then said a member of his technical team would reach out and schedule a time to come visit
The site. I begged for the process to be expedited because i leave for
The us in 10 days and needed this matter resolved as quickly as
Possible. Nobody has contacted me as yet. This evening, mr. Aniket
Singh rudely hung up the phone saying that a complaint takes 48 hours
To go through the system. Mr. Aniket singh was sympathetic at our
Ordeal initially and said someone would contact us in an hour. Today
After trying to reach him several times, he too blocked my telephone
Numbers and has not informed me when the technical team would show up.
This is purposely being done as the thought process is that i have to
Leave on my scheduled ticket and will not cancel my ticket and this
Gang would get away with this horrendous act.

Mr. Rajendra, the asian paints/ bharat paint contractor, explained to
Me that a wrong pop was used in my home. The contractor used patra
Pop, but he explained my walls needed bottom pop. According to the
Contractor, nishant and sujit asked him to continue the work in spite
Of visiting my site several times and saw due to the patra pop was
Used, the walls were uneven and bumpy. Nishant & surjit knowingly and
Maliciously gave a go ahead with the project. Mr. Nishant gudhekar
Purposely continued the work, ruined my home to get revenge on me for
Calling him out on his horrible service and attitude. If i had been
Informed by any of them, i would have been happy to get someone to do
The bottom pop work and quickly installed ceiling plasterboard for the
Bathroom and continued the work with asian paints. They were not
Ignorant about the pop problem but needless to say, these two men have
Ripped me off my money but in fact, are thieves representing your
Company. Unfortunately, we are deceived by your fraudulent
Representatives and asian paints are spoiling their name with the nri
Indian community.

It is my belief, that nishant gudhekar made double estimates along
With surjit jaiswar, one for the company and one for me. He has now
Run away to his village after purposely ruining my home. I want to
Inform you i will be filing an fir against mr nishant gudhekar &
Surjit jaiswar, who are a team of crooks defrauding nri's.

I had no choice but to write to you and hope you can come forward with
A help or a refund as this job has to be completely redone. Thank you im

I am not usually one to lodge a formal complaint about anything, but the unprofessional behavior of one of your employee's has impacted me so severely -
We booked total paint service and booked royal paint for interior and apex for exterior and all wooden polish
Last 4-5 days i have called numerous of time reading the work compliant going on at my place and the dealer is least bothered to entertain our compliant and the contractor asked us to go ahead and make the compliant no one will listen to you. From last 5 days its seems that the statement given by contractor “ rajeev “is true “ no one will listen to you”. Below is timeline -

• work start – 5 may 2019
• first complaint to dealer on 7 may 2019, regarding the quality issue and mixing of color (They mixes tractor/ace in royal). Dealer attending the call and till now not reported. I called 4 to 5 times and he not reported back to me
• complaint to customer care team on 8 may and since then i am calling every day and the same line they are responding “someone from complaint team will revert back to you” and i am listening the same every time
• 11 may 2019- we asked for the service that we booked and paying and contractor agreed asked for inr 2000 extra for repaint the room again with royal.
• 12 may 2019 he asked to pay 10000 extra for redo all work as per initial booking. We declined his offer and the contractor and labour and left the work place and have not yet reported. We asked to leave all paint here so when the quality team will come they will check the quality of painting.

No one even calling or least bothered about the compliant to call and check what exactly happened.

As an international brand, we are not expecting this from asian paints. The work they have done i was not really happy with that. This is really disappointing as we always use asian paints for painting our house. Now i feel the company is not bothered about the customer service and the quality of staff does not have a professional or corporate attitude.

I hope some will look into my matter urgently and resolve the issue.

I got the paint work done in nov 2018 for my 3 rooms, bathroom & kitchen. For one of the walls i choose to go with texturepainting bought from asian paints. However within 6 months, in two of the room cracks & damps from paint started showing up.

I was told painting has 3 years warranty but within 6 months if this is the situation what will happen in future i don't know. Quality of workmanship from asian paints has gone down and now i am after their vendor to rectify the problem. This work was executed in netaji nagar kolkata dealer maa durga hardware.

I am very much disturbed and depressed with the service of your team. I fail to understand how they represent a company like asian paints.

I have discussed with one of your staff (Mr. Varghese - ernakulam) for the painting of my house (6500 sqft) and accordingly, he said that somebody will contact me from my locality. Accordingly, mr. Akhil called me from your company and asked for an appointment. He came to my house with one contractor (Mr. Ganesh) and checked the measurement of the area should be painted. But the measurement was given wrong, we rechecked the measurement from our side. We have informed mr. Akhil regarding the mismatch of measurement. Finally, they have agreed with our measurement. Accordingly, he gave me an estimate of rs. 500864/- and have transferred an advance amounting to rs.150259/- in the name of asian paints dealer. Once they have started the work. There was nobody from the asian paints for supervising the work apart from mr. Akhil. He told that he was from asian paints but i did not feel that because he was always with the paint contractor & supporting their work. As a company person, he supposed to be with the customer. He was not at all concerned about customer service.

As an international brand, we are not expecting this from asian paints. The work they have done i was not really happy with that. Both ​akhil and ​ganesh are giving false commitments. My house there was a work of dam proof & dam block. Before doing the work they have not shown the area. So how the customer will understand where have done the extra work. Mr. Akhil is only concern about the payment part to the contractor. Before painting, they need to wash & clean the area but they have done only in the main area.

This is really disappointing as we always use asian paints for painting our house. Now i feel the company is not bothered about the customer service and the quality of staff does not have a professional or corporate attitude.

So ​i​ have to write back to you to make you aware of the quality of people you have in your company and customer service you provide to your customers.

I have registered a complaint against asian paints for the colour mismatching many time but dealer is not doing anything.
I have purchased asian paint ultima ab6 20l (8016), asian paint apex ab6 4l (8016), asian paint ace ab6 20l (8016) from your authorise dealer. This colour shade i have selected from your royale play ragging for my house. But after painting the colour is entirely different from other colours. What is the reason for this? All exterior & interior paints for my house is painted with asian paints. Now i really disappointed. I spent so big amount but i am not satisfied with this.. You shold come and visit our place soo you can see aa big difference..

I purchased asian paint all material with gst but your dealer (Baba paints - kopargaon dist a nagar) not to give us original (Pakka) bill, and i required all paint and other materials only for asian paint but he gives mi some other companies material ex. Shine star and purchased price higher then asian paints rate, same as i request to you he but again he gives mi duplicate material in reflecte name asian paints (Dabba), he sale duplicate company materials with asian paints company tagging.

I have registered a complaint on 13.02.2019 against asian paints for the colour mismatching, now almost 2 months over after my registration. At a time complaint is not resolved. Actually their representative contacted me and agreed for giving the compensation and he told me the compensation can be collected from the dealer. But afterwards no reply. What is the reason for this much delay? Please do the needful.

Dear sir,

I am very much disturbed and depressed with the service of your team. I fail to understand how they represent a company like asian paints.
On 26th march i have discussed with one of your executive for texture painting in the drawing room of mine and accordingly he said that somebody will contact me from my locality.
Accordingly, mr joydeep chakroborty ([protected]) called me from your company and asked for an appointment. He came to my house on 31st march 2019 and checked the wall. Accordingly, he gave me an estimate of rs. 8500/- and have taken a cheque bearing no. 237211 amounting to rs.8250/- and a cheque bearing number 237213 for rs. 250/- with a commitment that his man will come start the work on 3rd april 2019.
Some person named pritam ([protected]) came to my house on 3rs april 2019 when i was in office. The wall where he was supposed to paint the texture was already repaired by my painter by applying surface paint and putti. Without consulting with me he scratched the upper layer of the wall and then called me. According to him there is a possibility of damp from from the ground which may affect the wall in future. So he suggested to have normal painting.
On further discussion he said that he cannot take risk for future and will refund me the money. He took my mail address and said mail will come to me with the refund advice by evening.
I have also asked him who is going to pay for the wall which he has scratched which was already ready for painting. He said that they will repair the same and will refund the amount which i have paid.
I have not received a mail from your end till now for the refund confirmation and repair of the damaged done by your team even after the commitment and repeat follow ups.
Both joydeep chakroborty and pritam are giving false commitments.
This is really disappointing as we always use asian paints for painting our house. Now i feel the company is not bothered about the customer service and the quality of staff doesnot have professional or corporate attitude.
So i have to write back to you to make you aware the quality of people you have in your company and customer service you provide to your customers.
Attaching herewith the two receipts provided by your company people.

Hope that this will be taken care professionally and my refund and repair should be initiated accordingly.

We purchased Asian Paints Bath Fittings a year Back when we purchased it the dealer said that the company is providing a service contract for cleaning the bath fittings. We had contacted several times to the service executive of our area for the same but till date we have not received any thing.

We even told the service executive that we would like to take the service contract for bath fittings so kindly tell us the details...

There are serious issues with ur work both with quality and speed. Contractor named Faizal and his team are harassing us and not working properly. One man came drunk and tried to steal things last week. When my father pointed out some major defects in their work, they started talking very rudely and left the work place and have not yet reported. Earlier also, they went in between for 15 days. The PU polish has already started to wear off. White lines have started to appear in newly polished doors. This team refuses to paint roof with rollers and use only brush instead which is giving a very crude finish on the roofs.
Mr Manish and Ramshankar from Amrit Traders, Delhi don't listen to our complaints.
Mr. Harsimran Bedi, area sales manager was supposed to visit the site, but it has been more than a week and he hasn't shown up.
If you don't want to work, refund the money, we can always hire better well cultured people.
Please tell us where to complaint because when the senior so called managers can't handle their team, what work culture are you trying to establish??

I painted my house in vakkom with asian paints apex and premium emulsion from a shop near our house named kings hardware in vilabagom. Painter was my friend from trivandrum. While applying the paint, painter said the quality is not that good and also the colorado used is of cheaper quality. I tried to complain it to shop but with no luck. I was forced to change the brand. Are asian paints selling duplicate paints or is this the dealer doing...

My 2 bhk flat was painted with asian paints. The sales agent had given a quotation for rs 60, 000 for painting premium emulsion paint, but cheated us with the cost of royale emulsion paint. We repeatedly asked for painting our flat with royale with this price. He disagreed to that and finally we came to know that the computerized bill has royale paint cost and sq. Ft measurements are goofed up to match 60k.

Not able to attach both the quotation and billing invoice as they are in pdf and excel format. I need a refund of the difference amount between royale and premium paint to be given as soon as possible.

I am writing this as a customer of asian paints products, i have purchased products of asian paints - ultima protek, asian paints ultima on 17/2/19 from chandra paints
Kolkata, who have charged me approx ₹ 6200 higher than its other dealers, regarding this i have talked to the customer care of asian paints, they have said me you should have choose those dealers who are offering you lower prices and ever the same dealer chandra paints said this in same tune and not given me a gst bill, when i asked about it he said you have to pay 18% more for it. As a customer i am asking for redressal by attaching docs.

I had given the interior painting contract to asian paints and the same was executed during september 2018.

Now after 4/5 months the paints are peeling in many places and this was informed to the contractor many times. Even some one had called from mumbai and it was informed to them too. Till now no one had visited or enquired on the same.

Pls arrange to inspect on the same and get the rectification on priority.

It has been a year that i got waterproofing done from asian paints but the job was not done properly and the leakage was still the same and we have been calling them continuously for a year and finally after a 11 months the company agreed to rework for the same. But even after the work is done not testing is done for the same and the company is just on bothered on weather the work is done properly or not.

He is agreed for the settlement before 26/02/2019, but no replay from him and asian paints. Neeraj also not picking the phone. Please do the needful at the earliest.
