Asian paints representative visited on[protected] with regards to home painting. He said the house also needs to be seen by his waterproofing counterpart as my house is having some leakage problem too. He said he will pass the message and the waterproofing person would visit my house. One week has passed and i have not got any call from him or his colleague. Calls made to call center also is not getting responded. Recorded message says all the executives are busy and they have noted my number and would call me back, however no one calls back.

It was surprising to know asian paints with so huge reputation and standing in the market also known for professionalism is accepting such such standard call center for handling their customers.

Biggest frauds!! Never take their services!!
Had hired them to fix seepage in my house. After charging enormous amount the quality was so poor within 3 months seepage started coming again. Have been calling them since 20th feb 2018 to get it fixed as it is still under warranty. Today it's been 2 months and all i have got is my complaint being transferred from 1 guy to another with no solution. Every week i am told it will be fixed this week but that week is yet to come. Horrible fraudsters! Should be booked for fraud!

With reference to my customer bp no. 14624334, kindly note that:
• work is not being done properly.
• they started the work 3 months ago.
• till date, peoples not completed the work and windup their setups.
• technical person of asian ezy colour was called a month ago, he inspected and said the pending work will be done within a day or two.
• your person quoted for extra work and received cheque. Before starting the work, denied to do work and instructed me to stop payment the issued cheque.
• no response since then and neither work being done.
• concerned officials not receiving my call.
• complaint lodged vide complaint no.[protected] dt. 17.02.2018.
Kindly advise.

I had got my house painted through asian paints. They provided the complete solution for home painting, water proofing and color consultancy. This was done in last april 2017. Now within a year when there are bubbles on the wall painted by them they are not rectifying the problem but saying that its due to external water seepage. Its an extremely unprofessional behaviour from asian paints and inspite of my numerous calls to the service personnel they do not pick up the calls or call you back. If i had asked for a complete package of painting and waterproofing then it was the responsibility of asian paints to identify the issue and rectify it. They are the experts. Now they are shirking away their responsibility that the said area was not waterproofed by them. But i didn't tell them not to do waterproofing in that area, they did check and did waterproofing in the area which according to them was required. Now this needs to be accepted by them that its a problem due to their negligence and rectify the problem immediately

I have been purchasing certain asian paint - colours from a couple of different vendors. The vendors are refusing to give the tax invoice with gst nos. However, they agree after threatening them. Moreover, they are issuing tax invoice as follows:

Cost - inr 100/-
Discount - 20%
Sale price - inr 80/-
Gst @28% - inr 22.40
Total sale price - inr 102.40

Whereas, the mrp is inr 100/-

This is absolute cheating. Please advise / comment.

I am not happy with the painting did by asian paints, the finishing is pathetic and i was not informed about the completion of the job. Also i did not get any warranty in form of paper or e-mail.

I have lost money with asian paints. If i would have taken a local painter he would have finished it well.

I never thought i would write these things after availing the one of best paints for my house..

I have no words to explain how pathetic n poor your services are even after several tweets n reminders to asian paints people are on the same track... It’s my worst-est experience ever.. Asian paints people have even no value of commitments.. I m mentally harassed by asian paints people.. Answer my one question that why would people chooses asian paints??

*for ruining their mental peace

*for again n again changing their timelines in short asian paints guys are pathetic again n again changing there commitments, firstly asian paints were supposed to handover me home on 20th march then asian paints guys stretched it to 25th march n again date change on 01st april 2018 but still job not completed. I am pissed up from asian paints even after expending this huge amount of rs.1.60 lacs what m i getting in return, damage of my assets n pain on this bad experience...

In short no customer eccentricity, no value of customer assets, no value of timeline/commitment date, no value of customer. No dust cover used.

Return of whole amount with interest back which i paid to asian paints.

The recently got my wall painted and the walls have become extra delicate. The mere touch of any object is leaving a mark. Painting with royale shyne was a costly affair and at the end i am left with scratches on the walls.

This has a bad effect on the brand image of asian paints. I liked the look and feel when the walls were freshly painted but within a week i was so disappointed to see scratch marks on walls which were perfectly fine when painted with emulsion. Considering the cost of royale shyne, it is very disheartening to see that the paint isn't durable.

Do not want to ire out my frustration, however I am very unhappy about the unprofessionalism shown by your servicing company Sai services who painted our house. Post the paints within 3-4 months itself the paints started coming out. We raised it to the concerned team who only made time to visit our place post too many calls.

Post the visit it seems they identified the issue as water on the walls that's getting the paints out. What about the checks that were done on the walls before you went for the painting???? The wiered answers that I get are we only check limited space and diagonize the water treatment. I can clearly call out that water treatment was done as well as we were assured that the walls will have no issues.

What kind o[censored]nprofessionalism as in I have written so many mails to this team and I still do not see even an acknlowledgement coming over. Has Asian Paints selected the correct service vendors????

I need an update coming back asap, if not happy to raise this on ROI...

Asian paints has charged me 70k and did the worst paint job. There are multiple places where the paint is peeling off, paint is getting light in colour, a feather touch is leaving a mark on the paint. This is my first and worst experience with asian paints. Folks, please beware of this company. They pretend to be classy but are actually duping people of loads of money

Colour consult department he has gave us unappropriate colours when we asked to change that instead of changing they are not responding us. They gave me appointment on19th march 2018, 1:00pm appointment but anyone doesnt responseded to it, even customer department is not responding you are cheating us or what? First only you they have took the amount

I have selected 8299 ultima protect but they have delivered 20 litres white base colour.
The painting labour not aware of colour and applied completely.
As am not at site couldn't find the mismatch initially.

We are from thane. Recently, we got our home painted with asian paints from your dealer in vartak nagar, thane and the output was extremely good. Painted glow paints on the ceiling of bedroom having pictures of moon and stars which turned out to be waste of money. The painting done on the ceiling doesnt glow at night except for a few stars.

We are aware that asian paints is a reputed brand but this irresponsible act of the painter has ditched our good opinion on your reputation. We request your immediate attention and action please

Sir i have given contract to asian paints to paint our house last april. 2017 job was accepted by radiant enterprises 230/15 sri rangadhama 9th main road 5th cross jaya nagar bangalore 560011. Tel[protected] /26565252. They still remain unfinished to bath rooms in our house located at g2 maple hara vija apartments ittimadu banashankari 3rd stage bangalore 560085. Inspite of calling several times they promised to do the work but no body came and did the work.2 bath rooms work remain unfinished. They have have collected full amount vide cheque nos 024457 dated 28.04.2017 drawn on bank of india and fors 62500/- another cheque rs 77000/- drawn on boi vide cheque no 024456 dated 20.04.2017. They asked to pay us rs 11500/- directly to subcontractor by cash. On good faith we have paid money. Till date (As on 10.03.2018) two bath rooms not painted

I have booked for asian paint ezycolour consutancy @home on 21 feb2018 and appointment date 02.03.2018 @ 10.00 am as on schedule date i received sms on my mobile on 01.03.2018 and i dept to pune from ratnagiri which is 300 km but non of your representative reached to my address this is very bad experience from your staff please take serious action regard i waste my time and thousands of money due to your staff negligence

Recently, we got our home painted with asian paints and the output was extremely good but for one of the wall which turned out to be a disaster.

I am attaching the picture of the output and the actual image found in your website which will better explain what we are trying to say.

We are aware that asian paints is a reputed brand but this irresponsible act of the painter has ditched our good opinion on your reputation.

Please check the pictures attached and let us know if the output is what it will be like or it was a mistake done by the painter.

On 5th april 2017 i got a waterproofing and paint work done through asian paints for which i paid 5000. I was promised and told that our products can manage any kind of water seepage and in case it fails than the entire money will be refunded back. I got it done through asian paints because i have heard that this company is strong on customer promises. On in dec the water seepage came back and per warranty i reached out to asian paints for the same. It took them 1 month to assign an officer and that too after registering complaints on linkedin and various emails/calls. Then it took them 1 month for the testing and assigning a labour for re-work. Since their product failed they are telling me that the refund will not be given since this was because of the seepage and not because of their product. The seepage has always been on the wall and just for minting money they sold me their product and services and now when their product failed the blame is being put back on me. This is a case of fraud & cheating. I am going through mental torture because of this company. I have to take so many leaves from office, continuously chase the company for my money despite warranty. I need your help in getting my refund of 5000 and additional 20000 for all the mental torture and harrassment. I have to take leaves from office which impacted my productivity and increment. Action need from asian : to be clarified why asian not mentioning the product shelf life in can. It mentioning shelf life as 3 years in web site data sheet only.
How the customer know that product what he purchasing is good or not.

Details of complaint and loss caused by the asian paint dealer that too in presence of manufacturer representative present that time at shop representative name : mr mohan.
I purchased 1030 rs paints on above dealer in that 2 lts of royal luxury enamel wood and metal base coat (Product code 0027) is one. The manufacture date 07/20114 / a14.
Morning i purchased paint and handover to my painter to start the grill painting. When after noon i came painter showed the paint more than 20 % bottom was become solid. Then the second can we opened that also same condition. Then i checked manufaturer date and your data sheet and it was known that paint shelf life is only three years. Then i gone shop and asked him to return of money or good paint. Then dealer explained that asian will not pay money so i cant either i can exchange or return money. On questioning the dealer why you are selling the expire products then he said paint self life four years. Then on challenging this he introduced the asian representative present at that time at shop mr mohan. He advised that sir nothing will happen just add some water ad mix it apply. When i showed him mix instruction that this primer not supposed to mix with water when used on metal surfaces. He replied that instruction will print like that but i am representative of asian and nothing will happen. Whether it is true or not asian people will know better. Ultimately i did not get new product or refund my money by the dealer. This was happen infront of mr mohan aisan manufacturer representative and in authoirzed dealer. I want to know one more thing now i appied to my ms grills the expired paint may be it will not stay more months can i apply next year oil based enamel on this surface or not

Resolve with asian paints why they are not printing expiry date on paints. Shelf life they are mentioning in data sheet. At least they have to write shelf life on paint can.in this nothing is mentioned about shelf life product name and code : 0027. Please take necessary corrective actions to avoid loss of any other customer with asian dealers like me.
