    I have gone with Asian Paints for painting service in my New Flat Modern Spaces Soul Tree, The painting started on 23rd...The Painting was not completed till 31st as was discussed with Mr. Siddappa.
    Please note and i hope this mail can convey you all the same pain that i am going through and the harassment that i have been facing till time in relation to my experience, time that i have to spend, expenses that i have to bear and in Top of all the my dream of seeing my 1st Home with beauty.
    I didn't went through a local vendor though there was crunch in Budget as everyone said painting is something that is what make the looks of any home more beautiful and its your 1st home so go with asian paints they handle things professionally. Please note the things that i have got till now from Asian Paints Professionally - And i am ready to debate and have face to face conversation if i am putting any false allegation on anyone.1. My handover date was fixed at 31st, till now painting is not completed, and after all the discussion as i did my Griha Pravesh on 3rd i left all hope and told Mr Siddappa to carry on work as per wish and provide me resolution on the same, here i hope you feel the hope lost.2.Distance of my present address and new flat is 36 KM, and to avoid daily issues i thought of going with Asian Paints, had to pay extra Godown Rent as my furniture was kept in hold in Bangalore Godown which was transferred from North East could not be transferred on time to flat, I had to pay my Deep Cleaning fee as waste because Asian Paints did not completed the project on time and daily i was given one after one wrong information.3.Please note this - I chose Asian Paints because of Professionalism, but what i got in return is a) I took Quote for 2 putty so that i get good texture and smooth surface and good paint, but walls still are rough as earlier and with spots. Open for inspection with anyone other than who is handling my project till now.b) Wherever the walls have been highlighted there are colour drops visible to my naked eye in all the walls of the common wall colours, that has been accepted and verified by Siddapa.(Some Reference images attached)c) There is patch patch paint which is different form the whole wall color, which shows the pain was not done correctly, Visited and accepted by Siddapa.(Some Reference images attached)d)There are roller drops clearly visible in walls with bubbles if I am able to explain correctly, which is also shown and accepted by Siddapa.(Some Reference images attached)c)Texture paint was done where both Top and bottom was left as it is with base paint, shown and accepted by Siddapa.(Some Reference images attached)d)In all common walls and all of the walls there is patches visible as we switch on the lights, accepted and verified by siddapa.(Some Reference images attached)4.My interior wood work was not covered, which was reminded every time i visited site - If any one from your Team can deny i am ready, but was not covered, and this had cleaning issue. Which after a lot of fighting had been corrected on 2nd.5. Also please note a very important point here - I have asked for a Royal Finish Paint so that i get a glossy look and i also mentioned it many time on finalising the quotation and it was agreed also, But i was given the quote for Mat finish on same rate as i was getting from another vendor of same Asian Paints of Rs 35 Sq ft for Royale, as on the good faith i didnot saw the quotation properly and missed to read it properly and the quotation of mat which was accepted by me, I accept this is my mistake and i will not be able to say anything to Asian Paints now but i feel cheated where a customer good faith was taken for advantage, and this has taught me a lesson of life.(Attaching two quotation taken for reference just to show why will i go with mat if i have clear picture in mind, and also wold like to say a point that i didnot got proper response from 1st person so went again to app to try any other option and this rate was good so in happy mood i didnot see the Quote properly(i accept ).6. Now till date i don't have clear picture what will be happening with my whole flat painting and the money till now i have paid, with all the adjustment and heavy heart that i evry time look at mat paint i at least fell if i 1st home can be made ok.7. Today I was in an exam and my phone was switched off, but then I got a message saying that we are not able to connect with you so the complaint is closed. This is what the service is where no resolution as end result only for records the complaint has to be closed quickly.
    I have tried to attach as many pictures as possible within the specified limits. Will be sending pictures in trail mail continuing on the same subject.
    I hope the mail finds the correct person and any one responsible will revert with a conclusion.

        I have been in touch with your call centre and executives in getting my grievance resolved.
        1. 21/11/22 The customer care attended and got your personnel to visit my house on the problem of Algae on the roof.
        2. 22/11/22 visited the house and took samples from roof. Got confirmation that it was indeed the poor quality of paint.
        3. 30/11/22 Got SMS on compensation of 20L and 10L paint along with compensation of ₹4, 500 labor charges.
        4. 23~30/11/2022 misplaced mobile
        5. 01/12/22 sms send to VM-ASIANP declining your proposal of compensation
        6. 1/12/22 Bibin Babu[protected], return call received at 10:30am saying that I should call Asian Paints and re-open ticket
        7. 2/12/22 spoke with your customer care at 1324hrs IST for 23mins and 52secs. Could not talk to[protected] at 1621hrs and[protected] at 1844 hrs.
        8. 3/12/22 spoke with[protected] at 1257hrs for 5mins 31 secs, telling me Mr Bibin Babu is travelling and will speak with me on 4/12/2022.
        9. 10/12/22 spoke with customer care at 1513hrs for 8mins and 18 secs, again the same false promise of a call from Bibin Babu. Tried calling him at 1540hrs to no avail.
        10. Thereafter the communication shut down from your side.
        11. 26/12/22 spoke to customer care for 6sec, but network failed.
        12. 28/12/22 spoke to customer care 1159hrs for 10mins 28secs, again false promises
        13. 30/12/22 spoke to customer care 1501hrs for 5mins 19secs, got a call from[protected] for 1min but again false promise
        14. 4/01/23 called Bibin Babu at[protected] at 1830hrs and 1831hrs but no response
        15. 5/01/23 called Bibin Babu at[protected] at 1116hrs but no response
        16. 5/01/23 called customer care, this time I was adamant I speak to the Supervisor, took me 3 (three) calls at 1117hrs (8mins 44secs) 1126hrs (0 sec) 1127hrs (3mins 51secs), finally got call from Supervisor Ms Farin[protected]. She conferenced Bibin Babu, whose lies were caught. He failed miserably as he was unable to respond to Ms Farin question of not responding to the customer i.e me. She further stated that a higher-up will call me before the end of day. Well I am still waiting for the call.

                I have painted my house on April 2021 with Asian paints. While starting the work itself they have not follow any Asian Paints procedure. Due to this some conversation between me and the supervisor.

                He told 5 years warranty for paint. But now the paint quality looks very poor. I have complained to customer care last week. They arranged the technical person and supervisor to inspect my house. Also they both accepted and this is paint and painters issues. They told me, they will check and get back to you. But now they won't pick my call.

                I have all the details about the supervisor and technical person. Think they both discussed and cheating me.

                Hope you help me in this problem.

                  Dear Sir/madam,
                  I have used Asian paint for painting of my Home and spent around 6 lac+ amount on paint. I have used luster paint. After 3-4 months all walls shed changed to yellowish.
                  Every where in my home. Yellow patches formed.

                  My request to your team that kindly make visit to my home and find what exactly happened because we have used this as the life of paint is huge but if such yellow patches formed what can I do.

                  We trust Asian Paints from childhood as our grandparents are used you Utsav Distemper.

                  I hope you will contact me and resolve my problem and give correct solution.

                  Because of this I haven’t done my outside painting. Which again cost me at least 3+ lac.

                  This problem will not understand in pictures hence not going to attach.

                          DONT GO FOR ASIAN PAINTS PAINTING SERVICE.We opted safe painting &v seriously regret.They gavequote 4 satin bt after coming home& finished scrubbing said will paint emulsion, said quote was done by mistake.We fought a lot but since all scrubbing were done v had to accept.i hv disabled [protected]@home.no safe painting, askedwe have saree 2 cover. Somehow v completed.But in 4 months the paint started chalking.dampness everywhere paint peeling off.in 10yrs in same home nvr faced dis.raised complain again. Don't know if they will fix. Spent 65k for 750 sq ft. For similar house and for a higher quality we paid only 30k. Waste of money and bad quality

                            Since the past one year, we have noticed in our house that ants have been eating up the wall paint of every room and corridor. The entire house was painted in November, 2017 and such a terrible thing happening in just a span of 5 years is simply not acceptable, considering a highly preferred brand as Asian Paints. My request to you is to kindly help get rid of further destruction.
