Initial paint, ULTIMA in the year 2006 was perfect but same paint procured from Agarwall Paints, Dhenkanal, Odisha in the month of October 2011 is of poor quality due to the fact that it was faded to white within 2 to 3 years of application.It is said that this happens due to mixing f fake, substandard dye/strainer in to Asian paint base.Please look in to the matter seriously & compesate me as the paint is guaranted by your company for seven years.My Address is-DR BALABHADRA RAM, SRINIKETAN, LIC OFFICE ROAD, NEAR DEBAKANYA HOTEL, DHENKANAL-759001, ODISHA, MOBILE-[protected], [protected]@gmail.com.This may be treated as urgent.

Dear Balabhadra, our team visited your site on 15th May but you were not available and neither was the contractor. Our team has again taken an appointment with you for the 28th May and will be visiting on the said day.

    I am suresh from Tamilnadu, India. Only three month compleated that painted in my home with the amount of around 30, 000 INR. Right now lot of big dots occured whole of house, I am not expected your product would be like that within a short period. I kindly send the service person and measure the affected area and arrange the repainting as soon as possible.       I had recently painted my house using your product Asian Paint Royale Travertine Trail (8459). I regret to inform you that the quality of the product has been extremely disappointed. We happen to see spots that resemble oil stains or fungus stains almost on each and every wall that was painted. This was a pretty costly affair for me and the end results are disheartening. We tried calling your agent( Pallath Paints, Kandiyoor, Thatarambalam P O, Mavelikara, Kerala - 690103) who sold us the product and he has so far turned a deaf ear towards us and hardly bothered to listen to my concern. Could you please have a look into this. My number is [protected]. Hope you hear a positive response atleast from you or else we would left with no other option other than escalating it to the next level.

      We thank you for raising your complaint on consumercomplaints.in. At the outset, we understand the pain it would have caused you to find that Asian Paints Royale was not performing as per your expectation. We regret that you had to go through such an experience. We regret the inconvenience it would have caused to you and your family. After all one’s home is one’s castle and it is the pride of any individual.

      Our representative visited your site on April 28, 2015 and observed some kind of white powder deposits on some of the walls painted with Royale. The application process followed at your home, as indicated by you, seems to be the proper procedure. We have in rare instances seen such an issue possibly caused by excess moisture escaping from the surface at the time of painting. Or this can also happen if there was high humidity in the atmosphere at the time of painting. In such cases a fine film of powder is formed on the paint film thus affecting the look of the film.

      In such situations, Asian Paints has taken a call to offer a complete re-painting, for all the affected areas, as a solution.

      We also regret the way the dealer has ignored your concerns. We will take up the matter with Pallath Paints, since the process of reaching Asian Paints, through our helpline is quite well established in the trade. In the future, in case you need to get in touch with us, please do call us on[protected].

      We trust the solution offered meets your requirement. We shall treat this complaint as closed at our end once the re-painting work is completed. Our local representative in Kerala will get in touch with you to take this discussion forward. Thank you for your trust in Asian Paints and we will be happy to assist you in any way in the future.

        I am writing this, concerning to the proposal of giving order to paint my new home. My name is Mr. Pallab Chatterjee bearing the BP Number is 12145220. The new home where I have given the responsibility to Asian Paints to paint my new home bears the address -Neer Apartment, Flat No-3E, Halderpara, Howrah, Pin-711103, West Bengal. I have done the communication with Mr. Abhijeet Kumar (Mob-[protected])(Sales Executive-Asian Paints). During the final conversation, he has stated that 1 coat of paint will be done to my house within 20th of this month and have also added that failing to do the same within the stipulated time, he will also pay the penalty. Today is 24th of this month but till now, a single coat of paint hasn't been done yet to the house. Secondly, he was told to level each of the areas where the AC(s) have been installed and to specially take care of the areas where the AC(s) have to be installed. But, astonishingly, the areas told to be taken special care has neither been leveled nor been painted properly. In this scenario, my AC(s) will start to be installed from tomorrow onwards.I have personally visited the site today and to dismay, it is found that the condition of the areas where they need to be installed is not taken any care of. Finding no other option, I have approached Mr. Abhijeet Kumar (Mob-[protected])(Sales Executive-Asian Paints), when he told that this falls into the responsibility of the site supervisor, sk.md.shahraz ([protected]) and not him. When I approached sk.md.shahraz ([protected]), he said in turn that no such instruction or anything has been given to him from the side of the company. Hence, in this regard, I want to know if this falls into the responsibility of myself to judge all these things and inform the people who are in the project for the smooth co-ordination. Added, who will take the responsibility/ bear the penalty for delaying my work which was once promised to have been done on time. Thirdly, at the time of my booking for online paining by Asian Paints, they have offered me that in case the booking amount is greater than Rs. 50, 000/-, then the colour consulting charge(Rs-1500/-) will be deducted from the total amount. But in the final bill, it was found that the same has not been deducted in any way. Hence, it needs to be understood, why the company keeps such employees in the organization who fails to maintain the company reputation along with the customer satisfaction.Who will bear the penalty of my situation?I want strict responses from the organization end. Else, I shall be forced to report the event to the Consumer Forum. If the problem is not solved within 12 hours time and finding no other stoned unturned, I shall have to take legal actions against the same.           I am prasanth from mavelikara, kerala.i have done painting in my house before 2 mnths, Recently it has been noticed that dotted deposits appeared on the wall and water penetration problem also occured.we have given complaint and we got our claim like our wall repainted in some areas.But now again the same problem happened.Dotted marks on the wall.This is hectic.Please take this matter seriously.Asian paints apex ultima is the material which we used.Hoping favourable reply from your side mob.[protected]

            Hi We have recently requested for home painting service from Asian Paints in our Gurgaon Sector-52 house. Your sales executive approached us and measured the whole house yesterday night. During our initial discussions, he had proposed verbally an amount of Rs 90, 000 for which we had requested for discount, then he proposed us to get the work done through private contractor arranged by him and without informing the company, which we refused as we were not sure of the authenticity and the quality of the work. This whole incident happened yesterday and now today morning he has given us an exhorbitant rate quote of Rs 140000 approx. The total area of our house is 1500 sq feet approx. Furthermore he has given the quotation from a personal mail id @ yahoo.com instead of a mail id of Asian Paints. I had also requested for the mail id of his supervisor which he refused to share with me. To check the authenticity of his claims, I have requested for a quote for similar services from Berger Paints and they gave us a rate quote of Rs 85000 approx (after all measurements etc.) How can there be so much of difference? If you want I can share full details of his quote and other related things. I didn't expect this from a company like you! I can understand how these sales executives play with customers as I too handle a similar kind of profile in US MNC and take care of Ethics and Compliance.                   I had given a contract to Asian Paints as 15/05/2014 as proposed starting date and 30/05/2014 as proposed closure date but still the work is incomplete.No one has even contacted or visited the site . I have complained to them earlier also on their customer care mail ID, [protected]@asianpaints.com and they have given me my Complaint No:[protected]. They are not being serious even after my complaint and its enough time that I have been tolerating them . Now I am fed up of their services and want my work completed as soon as possible and all the remaining money back with the interest as if I invest in a bank I will get some interest . Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I have had a very bad experience with Asian Paints and will be very careful of not giving a contract to Asian Paints in the future . Physical Damage : There are bubbles on the wall and they have covered the wall with 3 to 4 layers of paint in order to remove them but still no progress .

                    MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CAME ACROSS WITH ASIAN PAINTS I recently availed the service from Asian Paints for both Consultancy at home and Home solutions but I ended up with only regret of paying around INR 50, 000/- For Consultancy at home, one executive by name Sharath visited my flat and I asked him to send some options for my POP and walls. He promised to send it through mail reply so I sent him an mail keeping the another executive Nagesh (who demanded to be my point of contact for the service but now no trace) in cc. During the last moment when I didn't receive any response from him through mail I called Sharath but he replied saying that can't help as he left the organization. In the other side my Applicator was waiting to put the paint. Finally I had to paint without receiving any update for colour combination after even paying INR 1500 for the consultation. In between called customer care several times to get a quick solution but they lied to solve it which never got solved till the painting was over. This was just the begining, later once I visited on promised day when painting should be over I found lots of cracks and patches on almost every wall though I paid money for crack seals etc. Most surprisingly, I found, I paid the service charge for Royal Shine but they are using cheaper paint i.e Royal Emulsion to paint my walls. Once I caught the applicator on spot they tried to fool me saying it is similar. Immediately I complained to Project Manager Mr. Abhishek through call and he denied to accept my complain. When I said I have the proof of image then the spoke to applicator and asked apology. Then again the painting work started using Royal Shine. HOW BIG CHEATER IS THIS COMPANY??? IF I WOULDN"T HAVE NOICED THEN I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY BEING CHEATED. WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING SO HIGH PRICE IF I NEED TO GET CHEATED. SO SO SO SO SO AND SO POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. WHAT IS THE USE OF PROJET MANAGER IF CUSTOMER ONLY HAS TO VISIST THE SITE AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH TOO MUCH OF TENSION AND HASSEL!!! Initially I thought of excusing them but a customer I definitely put it across to others so they can be careful and think twice before availing the service from ASIAN PAINTS. OTHERS PLEAS BE CAREFUL FROM THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE POSSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET CHEATED I[censored] ARE NOT LUCKY ENOUGH LIKE ME TO CATCH THEM WITH EVIDENCES. After all these nonsense again the site manager came to get my feedback. I showed him the disgusting work is being done at my site where in all the light walls previous colour was popping up from background and lots of bubbles on the walls. To solve this again they sent the same applicators for one more cote of painting which finally didn't resolve my problem, rather one more day's hassle to stand with them. More on that I had to hear words from the aplicators that because of my complain they were punished etc. etc. Do I really deserve to hear all these??? IS IT CALLED HASSEL FREE SERVICE??? FOR THIS STUPID SERVICE SHOULD I PAY around INR 50, 000/- IS IT A JOKE??? Finally after all these, I clearly communicated to ASIAN PAINTS EXECUTIVES not to contact me further as they already messed up everything from last 7 days. I have lost the peace of mind for a simple painting servise and that to after handling it over to so called big brand like ASIAN PAINTS. My over all rating will be in minus if possible to this service of ASIAN PAINTS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE. MY SUGGESTION: PLEASE REFER ANY OTHER BRAND OR APPLICATOR BUT NOT ASIAN PAINTS> THEY WILL SIMPLY EAT UP UR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND NOTE: ASAIN PAINTS FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND ME INR 1500/- AS A REFUND OF INCONVENIENVCE IN COLUR CONSULTANCY AT HOME. REAL TIME JOKE, CHARGING 50, 000/- FOR THIS MUCH OF TROUBLE AND INSULTING RETURNING OF 1500/-.

More on that I had to hear words from the aplicators that because of my complain they were punished etc. etc. Do I really deserve to hear all these??? IS IT CALLED HASSEL FREE SERVICE??? FOR THIS STUPID SERVICE SHOULD I PAY around INR 50, 000/- IS IT A JOKE??? Finally after all these, I clearly communicated to ASIAN PAINTS EXECUTIVES not to contact me further as they already messed up everything from last 7 days. I have lost the peace of mind for a simple painting servise and that to after handling it over to so called big brand like ASIAN PAINTS. My over all rating will be in minus if possible to this service of ASIAN PAINTS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE. MY SUGGESTION: PLEASE REFER ANY OTHER BRAND OR APPLICATOR BUT NOT ASIAN PAINTS> THEY WILL SIMPLY EAT UP UR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND NOTE: ASAIN PAINTS FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND ME INR 1500/- AS A REFUND OF INCONVENIENVCE IN COLUR CONSULTANCY AT HOME. REAL TIME JOKE, CHARGING 50, 000/- FOR THIS MUCH OF TROUBLE AND INSULTING RETURNING OF 1500/-.

                      I purchased Asian paints ( for exterior application for my home ) from COLOR HOUSE, the asian paints dealer in kottayam kerala in 2013 january. With few months itself, one type of paint(which was applied on compund wall) was peeling off. I reported this to the dealer and they gave 1 litre paint to touch up the area. after about 1 year, another type (which was applied on wall of the house) started peeling off from various locations. Now there are lot of patches all around the wall and it spolit the look of the building. I reported the matter again to the dealer and they sent one executive to check . The executive after inspecting told me that he will contact u later. Now its almost one month over and no response from him. He is not responding to my phone calls also.                             We purchased Asian Appex Ultima Exterior paint for exterior for the house No. 111, RBD Layout, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore from Mahalakshmi Traders, No.779, Kaikundrahalli, Near Wipro, Sarjapura Main Road, Bangalore vide their Bill No. 4875 dated 16 Oct 2013(20 Ltrs), Bill No. 16019dated 19 Oct 2013(20 Ltrs), Bill No. 16086 dated 24 Oct 2013 and Bill No.16145 dated 30 Oct 2013 . The painting work has been completed in Nov 2013. Now the paint which we applied on exterior wall is peeling out in some places. The owner of the house is complaining it seriously as we have carried out the work. Since Asian paint is the best product and it gives a guarantee how such things can happen as we purchased the best item available in the market. Please make a serious note of it and send your representative to the site immediately for your inspection . Please inform me so that i can sent my man to the site.

I have 4 floors. The top two has to be rented so i applied a low quality of asian paints. Bt the lower two are d 1 where i n my family has to live, so i applied asian royal. Bt Dere wer marks on ol d walls. Till now i have applied 70 litre asian royal, bt still d marks appear. Finally i complained through satija paint house, fateh nagar, d 1 from whom we took ol d things. A volunteer o[censored]r company came nd he saw it. He said dese r called brush marks. He said upar hath shi nhi phunchta islie marks aae h bt d marks were dwn olso. He gave us 2 litre as goodwill n said ki do things as i say on a wall. We did lik dat n wat happens? D marks increases n d wall looks more shabby now. After another complaint 2 o[censored]r men came.day saw d wall n den dey said ki yes d marks have increased. N now wat dey say is ki hum apko patch krke dikhate h apni labour se. N we want d full wall to be painted, coz marks r coming on walls nd not on patch. Might be ki patch doesnt show d marks bt d wall will. So we want our wall tp be painted. If marks disappear den ya labour is at fault n we ll make for it. Bt wat ut volunteer says hmare maal main kami nhi h, shyd hmare main kami nhi h. Agr nhi h to krke dikhao na. Bolne se kya hota h? 70 litre is not small amount.                                   Sir.. before three days i bought Apex Exterior Emulsion and some other goods from RANGOLI PAINTS EMPORIUM, 169 - DHARAMSHALA BAZAR GORAKHPUR. The shopkeeper give me Duplicate Apex Exterior Emulsion in two bucket 20 liter and 4 liter. When my painter told me about duplicate paint i call to shopkeeper but he not give any response, after then i call to Asian Paints Helpline '[protected]' and registered my complaint and my complaint No is [protected]. On Tuesday (4/11/2014) i call to shopkeeper and told about complain in Asian Paints. After this he returned my two bucket paint (20 liter and 4 liter) which cost was (4410 Rs and 1090 Rs) total 5500 Rs. But shopkeeper returned me only total 4500 Rs and not returned me original bill. Right now i have a photo copy of bill. from the above i lost my 1000 Rs in paint and my two days labour cost which i give to my three painter of 2100 Rs. So total i lost 3100 Rs and mentally i was trobuled last two days. So sir i will kindly request you take action to RANGOLI PAINTS EMPORIUM, 169 - DHARAMSHALA BAZAR GORAKHPUR.

                                        The Home solutions sales guy mentioned that the Aqaudor PU will be looking much better than manual polish on the teak wood door. The charged me 5200 /Door ( 87 Rs/sqft for 60 Sqft). The polish looks pathetic and the door is looking bad now. The applicator used a local Sheenlac wood polish to clean the door and applied the Aquador ( not able to verify the same as the tin was in opened state) 2 coats with 1.5 hrs of gap in between . The whole process completed in 1/2 day for 2 doors. ( Actual cost is 750 Rs/Liter of Aquador 2 Liter + 1/2 day of labour ! ...while they charged me Rs 10400 for this. The quality is not matching a local polish even 10% and they claim this is the best polish that can be made. The CSO / Manger when contacted visited the house on 30th Septmeber and accepted to fix the issue. They never turned up till 6th October. In this whole process the contact person provided does not even lift the call/responds by SMS. Please do not go for these premium stuff and a local guy can do a better job with less cost. They mentioned some amount in quotations and now asking more money saying that they missed some areas while checking.
