The Texture Paint was quite different of which was shown in quote and what was delivered by Asian Paints Home solution provider - Colour concepts of Kolkata.

-Texture Paints show by Colour consultancy at Home for 5424-RP Infinitex-Pebble.
using the Shade : Base- volcano 0578 Top - GreenLawns 7845.

- Texture Paints delivered by Colour concepts, HBS for Asian Paints. was quite different. it is showing dark patch for GreenLawns colour given and no reflection in lights. attached taken pictures for both colour summary given by colour consultancy and Paints delivered by Colour concepts of Kolkata.

my contact details - [protected]. we also tried to reach HBS - Colour concepts Mr. Ashik Jaman - and told the details of texture paints for the above but nobody bothered to come to see what kind of job they have fulfilled.

Our HBS - Colour Concepts - used applicator called - Jaheer Laskar who also hold our completion certificate as we rated then below 8.

We need immediate change of above texture paint for Infinitex-Pebble. as it is not what showed in and what was delivered.

    I have done paint service from Asian paints easy solution 6 months before, after 2 months, there is a cracks n bubbles on the wall, since last 4 month I am tired to call again and again there customer service they always say we will call you within 48 hours. No one visit my place to check, why they provide warranty?

    Is it really bad service from Asian paints service?

      Regret to inform you that I am having vary bad experience by choosing Asian Paints Home Painting solutions.

      On contacting Asian Paints Home Painting Solutions, I have been referred to Mehta Enterprise and subsequently representative (Nitesh Sharma) from Mehta Ent. came and initiated process for painting my home. during the process of the same I have been advised by your team to have Royale Aspira on each wall in Bedrooms as well as stair case portion and in Drg. Room. accordingly I have finalised the deal and agreement made in between us. further i have also been advised to take colour consultance and paid extra INR 2000.

      Once the works started very surprisingly and shocking I came to know that we are being cheated! Your paint people have painted Plastic Paints on the wall!! (it was supposed to have Aspira). As per your norms you provide supervision and supervisor but none of your supervisor was aware about that!!! pls. note that we choose Asian Paints to have hassle free painting service but its not worth!

      When I asked to your people how this happened then different story came into our sight that this mistake has been done by the contractor to save money as the wall which has been painted by Plastic Paints requires ony 200 ml of color and these much qty. doesn't come into Aspira. while asking the same to Contractor contradictory he replied that we are given material from Asian Paints and no more responsible!! at the end of the day it feels us like a hell!!!

      Since this issue occurred we have asked Asian Paints to give proper justification why this has happened but none of them is replying properly. Work has been stopped as is where is basis and we are in the middle of the Sea without trusted Sailor!!! (I have already paid half of the Contract Amount)

        Hi,
        This is in regarding the ongoing painting works in my home by your Colour Concept Team. My customer ID is 12532885. Still now there are many issues that forced me to complaint many times at your customer care. I am not at all happy with the service of Colour Concept.
        Previously I have informed you about the colour mismatch with the shade code I have provided. Still that correction is pending from your team. Now the painter is irregular in doing the work at my premises. They are giving useless reasons & not coming regularly. How can you stay in a 2 bed room home where 80% of the area is covered by the painter?? It is almost one and half months we are staying in one room only. Even My wife is bit allergic to dust and due to this I am suffering from breathing problem frequently.
        I have fade up with the contractor and the service advisor.
        I know this thing happened to us because we have paid the full contract amount.
        I am also attaching my room's pics of present condition.

        This time we are going to complain in consumer forum also because we have been suffering a lot due to irregular and erroneous work of colour concept painter.

        I forgot to mention another thing here so I am adding. To prove that the Color shade is mismatched with the shade code selected, I have purchased the same color shade from my own expenses.

          I had appointed the asian paints ezycolour home solutions to paint my house.
          The work is not at all done properly, initially they said all the spots will be removed, its their guarantee but now they are saying that the spots cannot be removed, their was no such argument.
          One more thing that the said the work will be completed before[protected] but its not done till now and no one is coming now to inspect, I have call up them almost everyday, they say that they will visit tomorrow, day after tomorrow but its been 1 month and no one has visited to complete the work.
          I'm facing huge problems because of this. my address is 641, veer apartments sector-13, rohini new delhi-110085.

          Mr. Jitendra nad Mr. Vedprakash are the person who took the responsibility to complete the work at my place.

            Myself siva and my friend raghu opted for royal emulsion, old lace 0950 & glorious sunset x111, its been only 10 days and now the paint from the wall started falling. This is very frustrating and very absurd. Being such a big brand and selling such a low quality paint for heavy price is not acceptable.

              Some time back, we applied paints for our residence / flat through dealer vide Asian Paints products. The result was quite poor as the paint started flaking off in matter of months. Also, the wall paint did not stay even through out and various shades started developing. We complained to Andrew Wilson and KBS Anand (CEO Asian Paints). The company disowned its responsibility for its dealer and its products after a purported investigation that found in their favour. They however stated they will offer a goodwill gesture of 35L of Royale paint. I requested them that for the kind of agony our family went through, the offer needs to be improved and it would be best if they convert that into monetary value as I no longer intend to go for Asian Paints. Since then, they are not even bothering to respond to my mails and make better of their word. It appears that they are least bothered about one customer experience and do not want to do anything to mitigate it. I have sent them to numerous reminders but to no avail. I sent one more reminder today to emails of Andrew and Anand marking one maill to andrew's personal email id as well but I doubt there will be any positive change. For other customers, think carefully before you choose from Asian Paints.

              Dear Raja, as you are aware that our representative has already visited at the concerned site and has concluded the complaint. We have clearly communicated to you that the reason for the said issue is due to the presence of high moisture in the wall and the same has been demonstrated to you by our representative, using moisture meter. But since you were not satisfied with the reason provided by us, you have again escalated the complaint to us. To this we have replied to you on phone and email and have reiterated our earlier stand thus closing the complaint from our side.

              Needless to say that in spite of this reply, if you initiate any legal action against us, the same shall be defended solely at your risk, cost and consequences which you may please note.

              This reply is issued without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to us in this regard.

But I am facing one problem from last 9 years that when I am take follow up from companies executive they are not responding to my guery even I have taken follow up from RSM he is not responding

                Hi,

                I got my house painted with Royale Shyne emulsion since its consider to be the best in class and just after 15 days of painting the walls, the paint is cracking up at places and coming out as thin layers of plastic.Where as the dealer who sold the paint told us that the paint can even be wiped with water.The current situation questions the quality and durability of the product.Please repair or refund the amount we spent on the product and labor cost that will be incurred to get it repainted.

                  We have built a new house and got quotes from various vendors for painting.

                  Asian quoted some price whereas local vendor about 10 Rs lower than Asian with all the same materials what Asian use.

                  I was OKEY to pay more for Asian paints though its 10 RS extra, just for the quality.

                  But Asian outsourced their work to some local vendor and they did the same job., First of all the work quality is not upto the mark.

                  The work was not done properly. The worst part is the quality. We asked for some color ( though I gave color codes from asian color consultatn) they did not follow that.

                  They refused to change the product/color. And they did not provide any discounts . Though the discount/offer details are provided in asian website the vendor did not provide us. They quoted very high as well.

                  Totally unsatisfied even after paying more to Asian. Please do not opt for this service ever. They give some fancy discounts / options but its waste and totally of no use

                    We engaged Asian Paints to paint our house The painting work is completed with poor quality(no trained painters) and service. The Royale texture paint started peeling off within 1 week of painting.I have launched a complaint in customer care (Complaint No:[protected].A person from asian paint visited.I am not getting a satisfactory response from your side . Inspite of reminding the customer care no one is bothered .Please provide a proper solution for this issue. there was no finishing in the work and has dark spots and irregular lines all over the texture. its total disappointment and i would never recommend asian paints pathetic work full payment. first train your painters than make promises.

                    i just saw a article at asianpaints.com about denim texture which i have done. it clearly mentioned that the texture has 2 coatings but ive got only 1 coating done.

                    How to Use
                    Base Coat Application:
                    Mix 1 litre of Asian Paint’s Royale Luxury Emulsion (required shade as per the shade combination chosen) with 300 to 350 ml of water. Apply with a brush followed by a roller. Allow drying for 4 to 6 hours and apply another coat.
                    Top Coat Application:
                    First Coat: Mix the paint properly before application. Apply Textile material as a top coat with the help of application roller (material deposition should be less as compare to other effects).Make vertical lines with the help of Yarn Tool. After 2 to 3 mins move Denim brush horizontally to create the effect. Continue the same process till end without taking any gap in between.

                    i was provided only 1 coating of texture instead of 2 at full payment. and hence poor quality of texture.

                    its clearly mentioned apply second coat after 4-6 hours but they did just 1 coating of texture mayb thats why the paint work is so bad !

                      Dear sir, Asian paints is well known brand, its new product ultima is gaining popularity because of companies promises that it has 7 years guarantee, fungus proof & it covers 100 feet wall in 1 ltr.because of its said performance I used 60 ltr. o[censored]ltima on 2000 feet area but till colour is very poor.as per company 40 ltr. should cover 2000 feet area with full finish.But paint coverage on my wall is very poor even after using double paint as promised by dealer.I think performence o[censored]ltima Asian paints is very poor & its price is very high double than other.I had complained about its performance to local dealer but action is not taken or not settled my claim i will go to social networking sites Facebook, twitter, & what's up & will advice people not to use Asian paints ultima as it has very poor performance & high price.                         Hi, i have used your exterior product asian paint ultima for house walls the shade name is "swiss coffe" 20l and applied to my front side portion/wall and then i purchased the same color shade again 20 l in apex brand for the back side walls and compound then i found that the color shade is different, i brought this matter to the dealer and local representative and complained to the help line on 8th of august 2015 my complaint number is : [protected] and customer id: 12375872. One of you gulbarga/kalburgi representative visited my site and noted down my complaint and also regarding this i got 4 times call from customer regarding the feed back 20-08-15 ... And last on 07-09-15 but my complaint is not yet solved when i call to local representative or customer care they are saying the same thing again and again will get back you on this shortly in 24 hours. But as of now my concern is pending so i request you to resolve at as soon as possible or else i would take this matter to consumer court and would like to ask you for losses happened to me.

                          Hi I am Tamalika Ganguly from Kolkata. I have done an agreement with Asian Paints EzyColour Home solution team to paint my room interiors. Total Contract amount was Rs.51000/-. They have told to do a colour consultancy by Asian Paints which will be free of Charge. Generally they will charge Rs.2000/- for colour consultancy. Now as per the the colour consultant's suggestion they are unwilling to do the paint of my Grills area. Now I have told them to either do the colour as per their consultant's suggestion or settle this contract. Now they are charging me Rs.2000/- for colour consultancy charges & want to settle the contract. If they are unable to do the colour as per their colour consultant suggestion then what is the use of colour consultancy. I have made a complaint to their customer care but nobody have contacted me. My complain no. [protected]. Kindly solve my issue

This is to inform you that I don't want any refund of Rs.2000/- I want to continue with Asian Paints services & complete the task as per initial contract. Total Contract was Rs.51000/-. If some color is not avialabe keep that portion aside but finish my remaining work by the Home Solution team only. I don't want to settle this contract

In spite of repeated reminders on 03 Aug 15 the two Fellows from Ezzy Color Concepts attended at around 1100 hrs saying that due to dam wall was damaged but before applying paints did not mention that now putting blame to customer.                                 I send a sms To get free paint booklet also cut 3Rs as charge its ok.got a sms thank you.Then got a call from a customer care they promisse me to send free booklet between 24hour But im still waiting for that.Its been 36hour's.kindly do something.

                                  Dear Sir, I am ex-employee of Asian Paints, Patancheru Plant.My Employee Code is: P110998. I worked with asian paints Patancheru from[protected]. Normal annual bonus for all level -I employees is INR 35000(Approx) It will be paid in the month of May'2015. I resigned in Dec'2014.I didn't get the bonus till now. I approched asian paints patancheru, They said that it may settled in Nov'15 month.Not on the INR 35, 000/- why the difference amount paid to Ex-employees. Ex-employee also worked for the company, but Ex employee bonus is calculated on other bonus amount on approx.INR-8000-10, 000/- only.why this much difference between Ex-employee and current employee. How can it is happen/Can give your advice, I have right to approach Labour Court for this issue.                                   I am asking strait forward Is it only for asian paints roles otr other companies, It is not a gap.Could you tell me, what is the difference between and current employee and ex-employee.Both are worked/performed the roles why the payment amount is different, It is prorata is ok.Why the policies is showing partiality to some one.You should pay the bonus Declared to all employee's equal

                                    I have used asian paints in my house .I used different colour of this paint in different walls but after two weeks the walls having pink & red colour absorbed the water vopours & found white spots on walls like water TDS which seems look like bad

                                      I mathlesh bhushan applied asian paints apex ultima out side and royal paints inside of my house. paints material was purchased from your local dealer m/s jasuja building material. painting work is still going on. but with rain showers or otherwise, patches of water comes on wall. when i tried to clean the patches with cloth, paints colour was faded out. i am surprised and shoked because i have already spent about Rs.125000/- on paints and labour charges and work is still going on. should i go to consumer court. mathlesh bhushan 423 vinoba basti sri ganganagar rajasthan pin 335001 ph [protected] mail mithlesh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      thanks. two days have passed but with no result. my painter people are just to finish painting work and it will be difficult to
                                      call them back. should i re-apply the paints on the rough walls. your local dealer m/s jasuja building materials has also visited my home. he has seen the water patches on painted wall and fading of colours when cleaning with wet cloth.

                                      TSO visited on 18th sep. and confirmed fainting colour on new painted wall and also whiteness coming on other
                                      dark shade painted walls.
                                      now what next.
                                      after 18th sep. visit two and half months have passed . what is being done at Asian paints about the complaint.

                                        Dear Mr. Praveen,
                                        Our representative visited your site and observed that post painting of Apex Ultima on exterior walls at your site there was rains and hence after drying water marks were observed on the walls. This is a normal phenomenon and can be wiped out by cleaning with a soft cloth soaked in water.

                                        Hence, the problem observed at your site is not due to paint defect and it is a normal phenomenon and any water spillage on walls can be cleaned with soft cloth soaked in water. However, to satisfy you, the company is willing to offer you 10 liters, Apex Ultima purely as a goodwill gesture and business decorum. You are requested to visit our dealer and collect the same.

                                        We trust the matter now stands resolved to your utmost satisfaction and we shall treat this complaint as closed at our end. Thank you for your trust in Asian Paints and we will be happy to assist you in any way in the future.
