Hi, I have online ordered the Metal structure Helicopter. It got delivered on 11 Aug. As was not in place could not check the product for next two days. On 15th when i got to know product is damaged and it is not working. When i checked with Help line no. they directly saying they could not help me. I paid 700/- for it.     Ask Me Bazaar is using Fraud Techniques, They give option to pay by card and when the delivery guys come they ask for Cash on Delivery. Later when you call the customer care you are being told that you will get refund, which never happens. After continuous follow up and emails, , the customer care just does not bother to help... I have spoken to the Ask Me bazaar which said I would get the refund in 5-7 working days however its been now 4 months and the refund is still not provided.

      Hi, I have purchased the product (Mobile Onida i405 Smart phone) on 8th July 2015. Order ID - AB3971606 and the product got delivered on 12th July 2015 but i faced problem with mobile display on same day. I raised complaint at askmebazaar customer care regarding issue. They took back the product on 17th july 2015 and informed be that they will refund my money in 10 to 15 working day but till date i.e 17.08.2015. I haven't received money so far. Again i have raised a compliant (QRC[protected] regarding refund on 3rd August they took compliant and I called askmebazaar customer care no. so many times but no use.         Dear Sir Madam I have placed an order 1 product through ASKMEBAZZAR Order No:AB4187062 DT.21.07.15 on prepaid basis. and I have made payment also for amt Rs.549.00 on dt:21.07.15 through online by Credit Card. also I called up on Askme helpline no.[protected] and got confirmation that he received that online payment of amt 549.00 but his seller send this product on COD mode. when delivry boy came to my premises for order delivery taht time I knows that order was in cod mode. hence for I have called to above mention helpline no. spoke with askme bazzar cs team and she guide me and advice me to pay the amt of Rs 549/- again to delivery boy. also she raised my complain for refunding amt. complaint no.QRC36707992 DT:28.07.15 and also assured that I will receive my refund within 7-10 days working days. after the 7-10 days working days completion I have not received my money or any message/ mails etc. therefore I have again called up on his helpline no. for not receiving refunding amt from your side. I received feedback from Askme bazzar C/S team that " refunding formalities handled by our back-end team so I can not do any thing I can arrange a call for u only." after a day I receive phones call from Askemebazzar team and spoke with senior's Mr Samir, Mr Mandeep, and others lots of person day by day. these people also assured me that I will get my money after 7-10 working days. Respected sir I have to inform you that I m getting same formalities on daily basis. but I m not receiving my money from Askmebazzar.com I need your intervenece on that and help me to get my refund from them Regards Pawan kamat

        Bhai apne sath bhi in maro ne aisa hi kiya hai
        mein bhi order kiya tha prepaid but received hua cod or customer care ne kaha aap leligye scan karke slip bhej digeye ga prepaid amount return ho jayaga. 2 month ho gaye 14 aug ko order kiya tha aaj tak nahin aaya return phone kar kar customer care assurance dete rehte ki 2-5 working days mein aa jayage

          Dear Concern, I ordered Branded universal power bank of Rs. 649/- on dated 08-July-2015 through ask me bazaar & I did transaction through NEFT (HDFC BANK) & I have received the same product on dated 13-July-2015. Delivery boy told me that you have to pay cash. i told him i have already paid the same through bank (NEFT) then courier boy told me that in this slip this is mentioned that this is cash on delivery product. ask me bazzar team will return you the same cash with in 3-4 days. when i opened this product this is very unfortunate that this was totally fraud product to me. They told me that this power bank MAH Capacity is 10000 MAH & according the same this product will charge my mobile phone 4 time but this was totally unfair with us. this power bank charged my phone one time with only half battery. This was totally un-useful product & i decided to return the same product to ask me bazzar team. i called their customer care team & told them to get return the same product. then courier boy came here on dated 16-July-2015 & take away the same product from me & on dated 22-July-2015 i have received my NEFT payment reversed. But the question is I haven't received cash amount yet which i paid to the courier boy they told me that with in 4-5 day's i will get the same in my bank account and generate complaint number (QRC[protected] but till now i havn't received any product from ask me bazzar team side. & daily i called to ask me bazaar customer care team said we have already paid the same amount but i haven't received the same payment yet. they asked to provide my bank statement then i mailed them my bank statement copy but this is also very unfortunate till time i haven't received the same payment. they always said we have generated compliant number & amount will reflect in your bank with in 7 day's. They have generated 5 complaint number which is mentioned below : - QRC34549466 QRC34728818 QRC36037260 QRC37129685 QRC37941094 This is my request please revert me on urgent basis in this regards.             I have ordered on 31 July 2015 (AB436173) and it is not received until 17 August 2015 whereas the company claim for delivery withing 10 working days. Further my order was an prepaid order and the delivery person who called for delivery informed that this is an COD order. On checking with the company the order was a prepaid order in their data base, however the voucher with the delivery man was of COD. On contacting the customer case of the ASK ME Bazaar they told me to collect the order by making the cash payment to the deliver man and then put a complain for the payment conflict. I should say to the team stop fooling customer with your fraud tactics. Also I got to know that they don't have a call back facility at their back end on the this number [protected]. All I can say that they are a big cheaters and people should learn from our experience. Now they are not delivering the product and neither cancelling the order.

When i tried to raise the complain with shared help line no. i got the response stating that complain can not be raised from there side please send mail.                 I had ordered shoes skates on 29th July, 2015 which they said will get delivered within 12 days of order date, which itself is slow from other sites..Further when i did not receive the order, i raised a complaint for cancelling the delivery on 12th August, 2015.I have to do the follow up on everyday basis for my refund, but as per their rule i will get revert from their company after seven working days..I am seriously feed up of contacting them on daily basis.No body answers properly also disconnects the phone if do not wish to speak.

                      I bought a TV from askmebazaar.com on 29th July. They said in 6 working days, they will deliver. I called them almost 15 time and everytime customer care repeating same thing sorry sir. They said my cargo is with GATI cargo and they gave tracking number. I checked it is not working. I called again and this time they said due to GATI transport delay it will come 6 working days. After 3 days again I called again and this time they said it is not yet sent. I asked than how did you give the tracking number? Answer: Sorry Sir. They said I will receive it 6 working days. But nothing delivered. Again called And they said it is couried and will receive in 6 working days. I asked them if it is sent tell me where exactly my product is. Answer : You will receive it in 6 working day. After 3 day (Today) I called them and this time what they said? Sorry there is no stock your order is cancelled and your money will return in 5-10 working days. When I ask them cancel my order they said no they cannot cancel it. But not they are telling no stock and cancelled my order. This company is openly cheating and non sense customer care people repeating same words and making us more angry. I suggest whoever thinking to buy any products, don't buy These people are cheaters... Why did I loose 30 day and even didn't get the product? Telling sorry is not finishing the loss what you are giving us.

                          My order placed on 1st August 2015, & today on 16th Aug. I have not recd. my product. In between dt. 9 - 16 Aug i was called on customer care, but they always gave me only one ans. we are update ur complain. Now after 15 days from placement of my order they are not give me any satisfy ans. about late delivery of product. On 16th Aug. 2015 4:43 PM i talk with Mr. Hemant but he said me sir on every Saturday & Sunday we are unable to process on your complain so we call back you in next 2-3 days, which ans was same as given by another executive who was talk with me before 4 days. The Askmebazaar is very lazy online shopping site. I give a very big 0 for rating

                                    I placed an order on 1st Aug'2015 for Planet Ayurveda Curcumin Capsules worth Rs 1, 100. My order ID is AB384065. Its been more than 10 working days but till date there is no confirmation email or sms of despatch of consignment. Their customer complaint cell merely keeps blabbing that it takes 7 - 10 working days for consignment to reach. Post complaint it will take another 7 - 10 days before they can revert with the status of my consignment. I feel cheated that even though the goods asked for were in stock there is no update from the seller end. Such websites should be closed down and penalized for non-delivery of goods. Rohinton Patel

When I asked for dispatch details they gave me below details - Since last 10 days they are giving same dispatch details.
