My name is Khumukcham Ronald, i have order a item and its order id-AB3424624 on 07.06.2015 around 12:04:15Pm. during the transaction i have received a sms from my bank regarding the success of my transaction, but no confirmation from the website. After that i contact the website support No. i.e. [protected] which is not toll free. they have confirm me that my purchase was successful and told me that my order will be received within 10-14 day. After june 21st i have started calling them regarding my item. they have given me the same answer that the concerned department will call me up regarding my complaint. they also provided me the complaint no. after my request in the third time call (complaint No. QRC[protected]. Till today they have given me the same answer (concerned department will be calling you). Here I am attaching my bank transaction details (highlighted with yellow). And I want to resolved with the website by compensating with monetary fund in my name and also the order which i have purchase from the website. For mental harassment and misleading the consumer.

sir, this company is big fraud...they are doing a scam...for some people they accept payment and dont deliver product...for some people they accept payment and on delivering again ask for Cash on delivery... for some people they send duplicate(cheap zero value) product and accept payment as Cash on delivery...and company uses all this money without interest for 2-3 months... if somebody raise complaint thy start harassing, mental torture, delaying so that the customer stop taking followup and finally froget his hard earned money...this is a fraud company and we must make government aware of it and help other people from not getting looted... rs. 299 is small amount, so this people knew that people will forget it...just think if in same manner they accept rs.299 from 1 lakh people how much big amount it will be...i dont know why nobody from www.consumercomplaints.in conveys all such complaint to government...i have recently filed one consumer case in bangalore court...u also file a case...and let them rum from one court to another...

    ASKME BAZAAR is the worst company i ever seen any where in the world.Including CEO Mr.Kiran Murthy total all are doesn't know how to manage system.
    I was cheated by this company i lost more than 40, 000/-. I work with them 1.6 years but still they didn't release my final settlement.Even they cheated Market and many of my customers.
    ASKMEBZAAR is mixed combination of cheaters in india. We can call this system CHEATINGBAZAAR...it's perfect name for them.

    if you order you never expect quality ...once you paid the money..it never be return...

I got order confirmation mail and sms. 13th Aug 2015 I talk to customer care they are told your order received wait for 10 days. 14th Aug 2015 I talk to customer care they are told your order not received. Please call help me. How Can i solve this problem. Is this True or Fake site in online.?

        I had ordered chocolate box from this site.After 2 days i received the message the order is cancelled and refund will be issued in 4-5 working days.Since than no action has been taken by them even after writing many emails and contacting the customer care. totally fraud site .

        Refund not received yet?
        I ordered a toy scooter in askmebazaar.After 2 or 3 days I got information that the order is cancelled.

        In one order there was 2 items.1 item got delivered.1 item got cancelled.
        Even I was not getting refund I send an email to customer care.
        I got the reply that they will refund within 4-5 days.
        Till now I didn't receive the refund .

          Dear Sir My Name is Shivanand Timmapur I was received my order 10400 power bank on 08.082015 and paid the amount Rs. 549 and I was checked the condition of material and complainted quickly it was not working properly . My complaint no. is QRC38777277 and from Ask me bazaar adviser told me he will contacting within 3 days & pick upping the material and returning the amount . And will contacted them again and again they told the same thing. But still now nobody contact to me and return the amount . So plz consider my complaint returm amount your faithfully

            Ask me Bazar is fraud company as per my experience. Faulty materials deliver & after complaint not refund my amount after 05 months.

              I have placed an order #AB4274202 on 25 July 2015 and order was successful and I got a confirmation mail and message too. It was written on that mail that your product will deliver within 8-12 days. After 12 days I started tracking but each time customer care guys told me to wait next 48 hours, and you'll get call. Till today no call nothing ...

              OK, after all its all about my money. I logged another complaint in Ask Me Bazaar new system (got mail from Ask Me Bazaar to add a new complaint in their new system), and it has been 3 days already... I booked this order on 25 and today is 24 (almost a month), good speed even on NCR region.

              Ok I got product today finally and got money back as a compensation I believe.

                I have ordered MI Powerbank(Order No. AB3509385) on 11th June 2015 and made online payment.I got delevery on 18th June 2015 but it mentioned Payment Mode Cash on Delivery(COD).So i callled customer care, They said now you deny the order and your payment will be refunded.But Till now I have not got any refund.Each time i call customer care they say your complaint will be forworded. Till now i have made compaints 4 times. Complaint no. are qrc33132462, qrc35030191, qrc38059908, qrc39407267 respectively.

                What a rediculous service by askmebazaar. On receiving my complaint they call me and said we will process refund right now but till now i have not got any refund.

                    Hi, I have placed an order on Askmebazaar.com with order id no. AB4404937 on 2nd August 2015. While placing order product was shown as available. I have received on 4th August saying your order is being processed. Suddenly on 12th August I got message that your order has been cancelled. When contacted to Askmebazaar helpline they said that product is out of stock & assistant on call was in hurry to put down call & not ready to listen the query. I will say don't belive on these online shopping websites. These are nothing but Frauds, they are selling damaged, fake products through online. As well as once product is sold they won't listen to your problems. This is my second experience with second online shopping site. I will not go for online shopping any more & request all you guys to stop shopping online if you don't want to waste your time money.

                      Iam vimal ([protected]) is my mobile number and i was ordered online, the order was ROYAL CANIN LABRADOR JUNIOUR, I WAS PAID THE AMOUNT BUT THEY BOOKED AS A CASh ON DELIVERY so cancelled the order on 10.07.2015 and i asked refund, they dont make any process now the date is 13.08.2015 still i dones nt receive any amount they are asking another 7 to 10 working days

                          MY Order number is AB1045300 dated 7th Feb ’15 already completed my payment through credit card and also cash on delivery. but till date haven’t received any money. Called the customer care and don’t have any information, neither tracking of the status and moreover very much lacks knowledge on how to solve any issue. This is not askmebazaar but only a chor and nalayak bazaar. I was a fool not to read the reviews in consumer forums and mouthshutcom where askmebazaar never fulfilled any order delivery, in case they completed the delivery after 2-3 mnths the products were fake and people never got any refund in years. I lost my money in this website. I will surely sue the company for sure and spread the same in the social networks and media. .

                            Order Id: AB4416491 I received my order cover today 8.00 pm, but shirt size is small. General i am always wear "L" size but your "L" size is very small, it is not to proper wear to me i order placed shirt colour - REA, BLUE & GREEN but i received shirt colour Various colour and per as per my order so why you are dispatched various colour to us I request you to please replacement to me.

                              Kindly do the needful. I had online booked(24/04/2015)MI Power Bank also online payment paid, product was delivered (30/04/2015)but he says that your payment has not receive than talk this(Ask me customer number) number([protected])they had says cash payment and online payment they will be back in 7 to 10 working dyes. But turned out to impair the device and raised (30/04/2015)complaint.he snapped your product will be withdrawn and your payment will be refunded. Today talk to number they had says your online payment has been refunded but COD(offline payment) mode is not refunded

                                  I have placed an order of Roti/Chapti Maker with Non Stic Coating on 23 July 2015 trough askmebazaar online. It got dispatched on 12 August 2015. We paid the amount of Rs 700 to the courier boy. After opening the pack, the product is in damage condition. Wires not connected properly came out.. broken condition...

I lost my money in this website. I will surely sue the company for sure and spread the same in the social networks and media. I have lost over Rs. 200 over the phone calling the customer care and all went in vain.

                                      Aske me is a big fraud and the customer care peoples are supporting to the company. We ordered product on june 11th Set of 2 Portable Shuffle Clip On Mini MP3 Player Order number AB3520040. Its been 2months till now we havent get the product. when we contact the customer care they are rplying that problem is with the courier people. Its been two months product not yet delivered and customer care people are worst they will be having same content call back 24hrs and we will not get any call back and they wont give proper response they will disconnect the call when we requested for the money They wont revert the money back.

AB3781296, however the seller did not shipped the product despite calling / making complaints for close to 30 days... Below are the details: Askmebazzar: order date 27/06/2015 Order ID.: AB3781296 Transaction ID.: 587848 AMOUNT: RS. 300 / - Reason for not shipping: Product out of Stock. no. of complaints mentioned are: QRC[protected] complaint dated 9 July 2015 QRC[protected] complaint dated 17 July 2015 Finally after so many tel. calls to Askmebazaar.com Customer service, they have cancelled my Order (AB3781296) on 24/07/2015, however till today, 12th Aug. 2015 ie. 14 working days, i have not received the FULL REFUND... have to made another complaint QRC[protected] DATED 10/08/2015 to get the refund.. Kindly act ASAP, and get my refund..

                                        I have purchased a order from ask me Order on 18.07.2015 and Order Id is- AB4133991,
                                        but due to service response problem i have return that product ans reverse picup had been done in next day.after that i had talk to your care department they take account details & said fund will be refund on next 10 to12 working days but still it all worth less.1 month already completed and care exe. sys he want to take 5 to 6 days more .such a poor service you have given.
                                        i want fund refund on today.because 1 of your exe.had committed me that fund will be refund on 18th aug but still i am not received.want revert on this mail.

                                        This is neelu kashyap, you guys are such a very disturbing.every thing has been closed but still you are not able to refund my money, better you close your online work ir you are not able to maintain a service.before 2 days i had received 1 call and after all conversation there is lady jasmine said mam you will get fund till 21st august 2015.
                                        Now today i had received 1 more call from your department and she wants to the status of product. i don't have words to say about that much poor service.
                                        want my fund refund from same account numbers.i humble request with you guys please close this today.it's very harassing ...
