    Sir / Madam, I’m P. Suresh Kumar from Hyderabad, Telangana State. I have purchased “Violet Shirts – Combo of 2 for men” through online purchase option in Ask me bazaar. My order ID is: AB4014470 Dtd: 11th July 2015 at 8.49AM. I paid Rs. 398/- by credit card. Till date (7th Aug 2015), I’ve not received the product. I already called ask me bazaar customer care on 16th July 2015, the customer care reps. At ask me bazar told me that you will receive the product on or before 21st July 2015. Whereas the irony is, even today also I’ve not received my order. There after again I called ask me bazaar on 22nd July 2015, they have taken my complaint and provided me a complaint no. QRC35955989 and confirmed that my problem will be sorted out maximum by 29th July 2015. At that time they had given me a docket no of DTDC AWB [protected]. Whereas again the irony is, I am unable to track that product through internet even by using this docket no. As I fed up with bad customer service, once again with more patience, I called ask me bazaar on 29th Jul 2015 and they assured once again that “We will resolve your problem by 8th Aug 2015”. Today (7th Aug 2015), I got a call from ask me bazaar stating that “Please give us 5 to 10 more days, so that we can deliver your product” May be the guys sitting at Ask me bazaar are fooling us? Or they are cheating us? Or they are fake? I’m in dilemma and confusion now!!! Finally, since I paid the amount to purchase the item, either I need the product immediately or else money to be returned back.

          I ordered five T-shirts combo pack from your company on 22nd july 2015.But when I received it on the date 28th july 2015, the T-shirts were in short and torned form.I complained about it on the same day in your customer care service but they did not accept my complained.They neither exchanged nor refund.So change or refund it.Thank you.

            I had placed an order with no AB3888627.I had received a counterfeit item and I had to receive a puma backpack.Instead I had received a fake local cheap bag.I had raised a complaint for the same on 10th july 2015 and I was told that it will be picked up and I will be refunded within 7 days.Now it has been more than 30 days and nobody has come to take the back and refund me.I have even given my account details to your customer care twice. I had again called to know the status on 24th july and the executive said that he will resend my details to the concerned team and again verified my account details. Now it has been a long time and I am still clueless why I did not receive any communication from you and why the reverse pickup did not happen. The site askmebazaar.com has sold a fake, counterfeit product and now they are not returning my money.Even they are not replying to my emails. I have a written statement of the delivery boy and also the voice recordings with the customer care.

                  One of the worst online site I ever seen in India . Immediately needs to be stop this site if they continue such bad service . I have placed order on 7th July and same day received confirmation stating "You Order AB3966685 from Shukla & Sons Textile is being processed " As per promise date I was waiting the product but unluckily didn't get any further communication for delay so called customer people .As per there communication again i need to wait 5 to 6 working days to verify why product not delivered on time . I have to wait because I am prepaid customer. Finally received message from Askmebazaar on 27th July 2015 saying Your Order from Shukla & Sons Textile at Askmebazaar is cancelled . We will initiate the refund process 3 to 5 working days for prepaid Order After reading order cancellation message naturally anyone can get dissatisfied with service. As per there promise date refund process again I need to wait which is unacceptable . After 3 to 5 working days again called customer people asking why refund process not done . As usual they need 5 to 7 days to verify why refund process not done .Customer cannot wait such a long time .Look like AskmeBazaar people not at all serious in maintaining good relationship with customer . I have gone through public comments about Askmebazaar very bad feedback from most of the customer.

                    Sir/madam my order no. Ab4170870 booked on 20 july 15, and my order placed at 11:06 am and my payement is through my sbi visa card and they accept my order and after word they msg me that we are unable to process my order and then i call to customer care they said after 5-10 days your money will surely refund now its 18 days already gone they give twice complaint number and told me that are backhand will call you back and no call yet i received from backhand and when i call him back they told me that our back hand call you but your phone is outof reachable now what i do sir/madam plz help me out of this ...                       Order ABF2381483 on askmebazaar.com, for a new Xiaomi mi4 64gb phone on 24 July 2015 and it is not delivered in time of 10 days, on repeated complaints all I get is to wait for another 6-8 days, this is just not happening, these guys specially the brand ambassadors like Ranbir Kapoor should be informed about the mediocre support these new sites are providing the customers and fooling, this is a shame that this new startup are not trying to replicate the success of successful startups and there is no competiveness

AB4353550 of a combo pack of wallet and belt. i find your company is do very worse job. they had my courier 3 days ago but till today they did not deliver that pouch. so i told u i never buy any product from your company ask me bazaar.com because you have not any best management of your customer. i saw many customer lodge complaints against your service providers but you don't have any progress so this time by mistake i order for your product but this mistake never be done in life, I PROMISE YOU VINAY BHATT

                                    Sir/ madam purchased on 26th july 2015, led tv 40b200hd, order ID: ABF2382778. Paid rs 17999 through hdfc credit card, said 10 days delivery time but still not shipped the item, customer care is not giving proper response to the call, they said it will be delivered within 10 days but 9th day no shippment is done, hence hw can we expect 10th day delivery

                                      I have booked intex air bed on 13/06/2015 of rs 795.00 through net banking, but it was cancelled.The order number was AB3556888. Still i have called several times but no one solve my problem, one customer care executive told me payment has been credited to my bank a/c on 06/07/2015 . but when i ask for payment transaction ID number then all the executive give me fraud reply and false commitment.

                                      So, give me solution, its like chitting with customer. I AM ATTACHING MY BANK STATEMENT
