      My order no AB4174577.and cancelled by compani it 14 days back but I have not received my refund yet.as I have intimated my cancellation of order on 20th July 2015 to your customer care executive and they assured me to refund my money within 7 to 10 days but this has not happened till date.Expedite the action to refund my money timely to avoid the legal action in future.

            As per my trailing mail, even with my repeated follow up with you, I am not received any replay from your side, after that i made a call many times in this regards, no fruitful response, when I call you, there is no immediate conversation, and the background music was playing near about 15 minitues, and for phone call and internet, I have spend minimum Rs.500 rupees.

            As per my final discussion with your customer care, They told the ordered material was cancelled, but, the respective payment was made by me in my credit card with 3 months EMI and one EMI was completed, you can see my all transaction proofs in my attachments, Please take the necessary action against this issue, in case of no response, I have decided to the consumer court, Cyber crime and Chennai police.

Payment made on 11 Jun 2015. but the order got my address mentioned as cash on delivery.                     Dear Sir, I Placed an order of one lenevo mobile (A-6000 model no.) through website askmebazaar.com dated 25/July/2015 vide order Id : AB4272935. On Dated 31/July/2015 I received a packet from red express courier service thorugh delivery boy Umesh Chandra Pandey (Emp Id : 6815).When I asked to open the packet in front of me & he opened the whole packet in which their was a piece of WHITE MARBLE STONE instead of mobile phone.At the same time I went to police station to lodge complaint against fraud case.The pics & complaint letter are enclosed in attachments for your reference. Now Iam very much exhausted due to fraud behaviour through askmebazaar, SELLER (SUHANI INTERNATIONAL) & RED EXPRESS .I am also going to complaint of all of them in consumer forum.

                            1. Today I talked to the rep of askme bazar cutomer care complaint cell on [protected] regarding refund of Rs.299 . This amount had bee paid through SBI credit card for the order No.AB3417433 dated 6 Jun 15. When I lodged the complaint about 3 days back some one from askme bazar asked me to give the information about my credit card number, expiry date and the 3 digt security number mentioned at the back of credit card which otherwise he is not supposed to ask. hence for security reason I did not give it. Instead i asked the gentleman to refund the amount through the same gateway you received my payment. But he insisted for credit card details.
                            Sir, please check any fake people are cheating the customers through your site. And also I request you to refund the amount in the manner you received it. You may also disassociate with bogus sellers registered underaskmebazaar banner, since 90 % sellers are either fake or not selling genuine products.This would, otherwise, no doubt, degrade the reputation of askmebazar.com. As a testimony, you may please go through the complaints of various customers in your site.
                            The person I talked today with askmebazar complaint cell promised that regarding refund concerned person would contact me within a week. And I am waiting for his call.

                              It''s about ASKME BAZAAR.COM First of All there is No Sign-In.. You can never made multiple products in a single order even you can’t track your orders/details post placing the order & in future also… On 06th July I have placed my Ist order (COD) AB3931598 with ASKME, the product is “SONY AA CHARGER” with Seller “SRI VAARI COMMUNICATION” and They informed me that order has been cancelled through SMS on 12th July (on 07th Day), when I called then agent told me that product is not available in stock that’s why its cancelled. I asked “ Ok then I place it again as available on site the same product, He said – “Yes, you can check and place it, that thing will never be happened again and added one Punch Line “EK SECOND ME LAAKHON ORDER HOTE HAIN, KOI ORDER HOTA HAI JO HO JATA HAI AISE CANCEL” I think they beats AMAZON in US… ;-) :-P & I placed the IInd order AB4042840 (Payment made through NETBanking) on 12th July and the same is confirmed on 18th July the status of my order. Agent replied “Its cancelled due to not available in stock whenever it shows on site that day also… and before it no-one communicated me about this through any channel. Also he said that the amount will be refunded to you but I adamant for the product or wanted to talk his senior, then they replied within 48 hours we will call back to you, but Its 28th july and I didn’t received any call or refund from ASKME. They are making the interest from the customers money, fully sured… 7 days to know the product is available or not in their stock…DISGUSTING……… Its not the end… then I asked about my another order AB4147631 (COD) placed on same day 12th July he told _ “is in process and as per our policies delivery may take 10 days and in between you will get the order. I awaited but till 28th July I haven’t any info about this order, I am deffinetly sure, this is cancelled too due to its not available in stock…

                                Dear Sir, I have order New Kids Folding Cycle - TOY_068, Order no. AB3810005, on 27th June 2015, product suppose to deliver with in 10 day. After that I called Ask me Bazaar customer services but they said it is despatch on 1st July 2015 you will receive any time. But still I have not yet received. Meanwhile i called 3 to 4 times to Ask me Bazaar customer services and gave complaint regarding that every time they said will be delivered to in 7 to 10 days. Now after 1 month they are saying order is cancelled, we cant deliver. Even they have accept that its their mistake. * From last 1 month my kid asking me where is my cycle, now these people saying we cant deliver. I want my product asap. kindly do the needful.                                   I bought a product- "Urbanlifestylers Shoe Rain Covers - ULS10199" from Askmebazar Order ID- AB3690274 and paid the amount online (Rs. 300) deducted from my credit card on June 21, 2015. I received the product few days later as COD and again I had to pay the amount but now as cash. I contacted Askmebazar customer care about this double payment and was informed that due to a technical error from their end, the order was incorrectly shipped as COD order. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Askmebazar customer care for refund of online payment. I always get false assurances of getting refund and told to wait 7 days from their account department that will look into it. I get the call and told that the amount will be refunded but it never gets refunded. It is the most pathethic customer support I ever heard of and would never suggest anyone to buy from this website. I have the following complaint numbers which their poor customer support have given: QRC35924362, QRC32588632, QRC31538781. I have even e-mailed to their customer support on July 1, proofs with images that the order was shipped as COD and the cash payment bill. I want immediate refund of Rs.300 into my account without any more delays.

                                        Subsequent to my complaint regarding nonreciept of LED bulb ordered for Rs 299 from askme bazar vide order ID AB3417433 dated 6 Jun 15, just now, I recieved a phone call from mobile number [protected], introduced himself as customer care executive of Ask me bazar and he is ready to refund my amount for which he needed my credit card number, expiry date, cvv number, etc. As these kind of information is never passed through phone, I declined to pass it.Instead, I requested him to make reverse payment by the same gate way through which they received my amount. He said it is not possible for some technical reason. In this regard, I request you to respond me back through authorised mail id to confirm that:-(1) Is this the way to refund the amount? (2) how a customer can be safe from fake call asking for credit card details( 3) If I send my SBI savings bank account number with bank address and IFS code, will you be able to refund the amount.
