This is with reference to the above mentioned order, it was placed on[protected] and till date there is no delivery of the said product. In between, many a times followed up the customer care executive over help line no.[protected] but efforts are in vein. Further on[protected] I have demanded for a complaint no. to be raised, thereby with a great difficulty I was informed that the Complaint No. as QRC612768. Still there is no development, again today i.e.,[protected] once again I have demanded for a complaint No. to be raised, thereby I was given with QRC26103202. Now I would prefer to cancel and refund the amount paid towards the said order.

I have filed a complaint on[protected] for which there is a reply stating that "we will get in touch with you with in next 48 hours with an update on the status" and today is[protected] which is now more than 48 hours.

May I please know the status of my complaint...!
This is with reference to the above mentioned order, it was placed on[protected] and till date there is no delivery of the said product.

In between, many a times followed up the customer care executive over help line no.[protected] but efforts are in vein.

Further on[protected] I have demanded for a complaint no. to be raised, thereby with a great difficulty I was informed that the
Complaint No. as QRC612768. Still there is no development, again today i.e.,[protected] once again I have demanded for a complaint No. to be raised, thereby I was given with QRC26103202.

I have also requested them, to please cancel my order as it is not delivered and refund my money to my bank account.

The original Power Bank only in Silver color. The serial no given with product is also not valid. I checked with the official site of Miui(verification page), it aslo said serial no not valid number. Hence i confirmed that delivered product is not original product of Mi power bank.. The merchant partner is CFashionBazaar.             I ordered a power bank and i got wrong product which is low quality and very low budget which i have ordered. I already paid and the payment was done by cash on delivery. I paid, Rs. 620. and the product which i got is around 200 rs. I received this product on march 20th. from that day itself i registered a complaint on ur customer care service and my complaint reference number is 'QRC447608'. I already talked with Cyber Cell and i m planning to register a complaint against Askme. I informed customer care executives and supervisors about this and from last 3 weeks i m getting answers from all of them as they will contact me within 24 hrs. last time when i contact an executive respond me that they tried to contact me 3 times and i didn't respond. one time i got the call and i told them that i m busy contact me the next day. i didn't get any call after that. i got only 1 call from last 80 days after i registered the complaint. i used to call the customer care and the call is charged. For my 620 rs, i have spend money as same for the call too.. now i m fed up. this is my last attempt to deal this from your side. I am not going to call any one of you again.                 I had purchased a Xiomi 10400 MAH power bank on 15th May 2015. Order ID AB3016841 . From the first day itself the same is not working.                   I have ordered a Skull candy headphone on "askmebazzar.com" for 299/-, here is the receipt which I got over mail to confirm my order. " Thank you for your order! Please find below, the summary of your order AB2889555 As they could not access my address they have cancelled the order, I never intimated about my order cancellation, when I called them after a week to track my order I came to know that my order has been cancelled. They told they will be intimating about that in 6 hrs over mail, and my money will be refunded in 7 working days. I dint get mail neither the money. Also I have been following them regularly but no proper responses till now. So don't even order anything with them thats not gonna be delivered.

                      My Name is Seshu Poonuri (i am from Hyderabad 500034, AP State) I have purchased Sony 3200 MAH Power Bank (Mobile Accessory) on 6th of April 2015 my order id: AB2125071 i have received product on 11th of April 2015 but it is completely a duplicate product and i have ordered black color one and i got white color also the item showed in website is completely different from what i have received, also payment was debited from my credit card on 6th April 2015 but the product delivered to me with COD option (due to their systems problem my credit card payment was not updated in their systems) so again i have paid cash and taken the product on 11th April 2015. So totally i have paid Rs.600/- so far (Rs. 299/- + Rs. 299/-). after so many calls and 1 and half month follow up they have refunded credit amount on 5th May 2015...but till now i haven't get the (2nd payment) COD (cash on delivery) amount refund after returning the product on 27th April 2015, regarding the same i have the 2 complaint numbers: QRC287202 & QRC310186 completely worst service from www.askmebazaar.com website, there is no Login / Account Register option, no email support, always we have to call Chennai based STD land line number, no customer follow up...very frustrated about their services and i lost more money calling to their STD customer care number!! my sincere request to all of other people please don't buy any products on askmebazaar site, all are duplicate products and fake deals!! please some one help me regarding this issue i want refund my money!                           I ordered for a power bank of sony 10000 mah on dated 3 may 2015 n i received it on dated 13 may 2015, when i opened it, it was MI 10400 mah and it was damaged. Its a fraud online shopping site, i want compensation otherwise i'll file a case in consumer court against you.

                                Hi, I received my Samsung 9000mah Power bank on 2nd May 2015 & withing 2 days i found that product delivered to me was totally fake and also not working properly. After which i lodged a complaint to pickup the product complaint no of the same is QRC473607. I am calling them almost every 2-3 days for reverse pickup and refund my money which is possible only after pickup. Every time i call them they say that my complaint is in process & product will be picked up in 2-3 days. I want consumer forum to take strict action against Askme Bazaar for duping the customers. This is simply unacceptable ask me bazaar is totally fake and should be brought down immediately by the government. Even after so many complaints why there is no action against ask me bazaar?                                   i purchased Samsung Power Bank for This Ewebsite and i got Dublicate Product and also damaged product. i returnd that product and they generate a complain no -QRC521554 they told that amount is refund in 10 working days and here time is above one month and i donot get my refund . when i called and ask them when will my money is credited in my account they said in10 working days tioday i talk to a cutomere associate name VINAY and he again told that your refund is credited in 10 working days my order id is AB2677259 complain id - QRC521554 so plz help me i am totally mentally harresed plz team akosha help me plz

                                    Pickup Receipt[protected] Askmebazaar - AB2587627 I ordered Samsung Battery Bank on 5th May' 2015 & i got Micromax battery Bank second thing that battery bank is not working. they picked return on 14 May' 2015 still i am waiting for my refund. they always say's will call you and update but no call and no refund please do the needful Regards Sanjay Sharma [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
