I got a call from their office on 27.06.2015and he asked me to mail my bank statement regarding for the transaction details and he assured me that i will be credited the money back. but till now i didn't get the money

      i ordered for sunglasses from ASKME BAZAAR on 5/6/15 and recieved my package on 6/16. i should appreciate their way of packing! they sent me sunglasses packed in plastic cover! how can a sunGLASS survive transportation from Dehli to Bengaluru in a simple plastic cover without any hard casing outside??? wow! just wow! im planning to gift it to their brand ambassador Ranbir to wear it for his next product photoshoot! come on guys.. my city's roadside vendor packs it in a safer way than u! how pathetic u r!         I have Ordered a Specticals On 29/05/2015 Ordered id is AB3270912 ..I have paid the Amount through net banking ..Till 12/06/2015 i did not know any information whether it is dispatched or not. on 13/06/2015 i got a message from your team it have dispatched through dtdc courier..you can track tracking number is[protected]..But i have been trying to track but it shows could not find my ordered details. I have lost my patience. I can wait one more day after that i put a case in consumer court for this kind of torture

        I have purchased a product from AskMeBazaar website. i have paid my amount through net banking. still i didnt get my product.
        Ordered date : 5th June 2015.
        According to askmeBazzar i suppose to get on 15th June 2015.
        Today 19th June. they are not giving any proper reply about my product.

          As per my today's conversation with Mr. Sandip Gore. He is just customer executive and doesn't know how to check shipment status and how to give information about product. This is a ridiculous thing ASKMEBAZAR is doing with customers. Now my lawyer will take care how to tackle this situation. All leading newspaper will ensure that they will display my complaint against ASK ME BAZAR bluff.

              I ordered a electric mosquito killer from askmebazzar, they sent what?still I m wondering, damaged product.I have called them 5 times till now.complaint no.is qrc29363393, no action taken yet.there customer care no.is also a paid service in which they are asking to hold the call. A new system of earning money has started.sending a junk product, earning through calls.Sir please look forward to this matter. After all we r consumers .these companies are earning crores by doing these type of things.

                Dear Askmebazaar, I am really fed up with your service in online purchasing. I made 2 orders on May 17th as below :- Order 1 : AB3061625 - Helicopter - Rs 749.00 Order 2 : AB3061885 - Rechargeable Batteries - Rs. 349.00. I received the Order 2 (AB[protected] Batteries, but i did not receive the Helicopter (AB3061625). Also I received the money back into my bank for the Order 2 which i received the material. From the above situation, i understood that your customer service guy entered the wrong order number. I need the balance money (Rs. 749.00 - Rs. 389.00 = Rs. 360.00) for the helicopter cancelled.                   i booked rayban sunglasses combo pack ON 19 may2015 order no.DGA3087934 but i recieved just toy type duplicate sunglasses without any company mark.when i contacted customercare, they said complaint registration time had gown so we cannot do anything.

                        I ordered one puma bag from askmebazar.com but i received duplicate bag and its different from the displayed one. if you don't want to provide us the same product as displayed then please increase your price or don't display...i am totally dissatisfied with your product. This is not my first product brought from your website...fully duplicate...if you can not afford with the price then don't sell or don't cheat customers... please tell how i can get my money back in return...i want to send back the product.                                   Sir/Madam, I have ordered Sony power bank of 10000mah of Rs.- 749, my order no. was AB2947829, But I received Xiaomi power bank of Rs. 549. I had contacted their customer care and informed regarding wrong produc. They suggested me return the product we will refund your money. So I have returned the product and provided my bank account no. also, but they are not refunding my money. One month gone but every time they are telling within next week you will get your money.                                       I made a purchase for RayBan Sunglasses Combo on www.askmebazaar.com. To my disappointment, I have received cheap quality and broken sunglasses in the name of RayBan Sunglasses. The seller on askmebazaar is Qubeplex in Ghaziabad. The advertisement and images for the product on the website is misleading and fraudulent. It seems the fraudulent company is misleading online consumers and taking advantage of the returns policy of leading online retailers. I hereby request askmebazaar to refund the amount of INR 399 paid by me at the earliest and arrange for a return of the product. I have already lodged a complaint since June 10th but have not received any response. The complaint number is QRC29326333.
