I ordered Samsung power bank order Id is AB1574008. The products is fake, there is no barcode, no guide, no warranty, nothing was there with the product. Further, the product is not working from the day 1.
I compliant to customer care many time and no proper resolution from them.
After 1 month, I got a call from courier person stating the product will be picked up and he never turned back.
After 15 days, I am getting SMS asking for bank details. They are asking to share the bank details on phone.
When called customer care number again, they have no idea what is going on.
This is the worst customer service and they sell only fake products.
