This is with regard to order no AB3426184. I really feel ashamed of buying product from such a worst company. The product delivered in bad condition as such delicate product was packed in plastic bag only . I got broken product with batteries coming out of it anf all wires arebroken from inside. You people should be ashamed of selling such products. I got worst online shopping experience. Even I put on social network not to buy product from ask me bazaar. Try not to make people fool with your products.

          I was looking for power banks with the banner ads of ask me bazaar from another website. I checked the products but did not buy it and just left the page with out buying, hoping that it must have been cancelled. To my surprise, they have processed it. I thought of checking the product. I have received the product on 12th June 2015 and as per them, it was ordered a week ago. I have checked for a power bank of Sony(As mentioned in the screen shot, I have taken) but the subject says " Branded power bank". The order no is : AB3403783. After receiving the product, it can easily be identified as FAKE one. The website had Sony power bank mentioned in the description but I have received Samsung. Not exactly - FAKE SAMSUNG power bank. It does not have any product code to identify or cross check with Samsung. The quality is so bad that you can identify it being FAKE one. I have filed the complaint the same time with complaint no : QRC29802807. To the irony of the story, they "askmebazaar" has a fab refund policy which usually takes 3 weeks for a refund. I have paid COD but they will pay by online transfer. This shows their intention of NOT TO PAY once received. Companies like askmebazaar and the merchant who is selling it must be banned. Even I has the same experience with shop clues also. The legal authorities are so LAME in India that no action is taken these companies even after so many consumer complaints. They are still making crores by fooling customers.

                                I ordered Samsung power bank order Id is AB1574008. The products is fake, there is no barcode, no guide, no warranty, nothing was there with the product. Further, the product is not working from the day 1. I compliant to customer care many time and no proper resolution from them. After 1 month, I got a call from courier person stating the product will be picked up and he never turned back. After 15 days, I am getting SMS asking for bank details. They are asking to share the bank details on phone. When called customer care number again, they have no idea what is going on. This is the worst customer service and they sell only fake products.

                                      I ordered an MI 10400 Power Bank of silver color. The one delivered to me is"FAKE"( not the Original Product) and is Golden in Colour. I want this to Be returned as soon as Possible a want My Money Back. Also You People Need to wOrk on Your Website, it has no order tracking Facility.

                                        I had placed an Order AB 3393023 dt. 6.6.2015 for 1 No. Samsung, Black, 10000 mAh Power Bank 404626 for Rs. 749/-. But on opening the carton I have found 1 No. Samsung, Black, 9000 mAh, Model : LO11 for Rs. 749/-. Why this discrepancy without my notice ?. I want right product.
