    ordered a Sony 10000mAh power bank on 22nd April 2015 and i got wrong product which is MI power bank. I already paid and the payment was done by cash on delivery. I paid, Rs. 780/-. and I received. from that day itself i registered a complaint on ur customer care service and my complaint reference number is 'AB2507535'. and after 25 days I return the product to your staff and also receive the pickup receipt no[protected]. But still now I m not revieve refund from you, I informed customer care executives and supervisors about this and from last 1 month, i m getting answers from all of them as they will contact me within 24 hrs or the amount will refund within a week, . now i m fed up. this is my last attempt to deal this from your side. I am not going to call any one of you again. I m proceeding my legal procedures to stop this. i will register this case. Thanks for this.. Kesavan [protected]

      Hi Ask me Bazaar Support Executive, I have ordered a material ( Order ID AB2835105 ) which arrived on defective, on the same day i had been called and informed to askme bazaar executive. After a week the courier boy came and picked up the defective material meanwhile i had shared the docket number to them for reference. frequent follow up to askme bazaar the following words repeatedly telling me this nearly 15 times else they disconnect the Phone call. 1.Sorry 2.Sorry for the inconvenient 3.Escaluated. 4.Back end working on it and status is pending of refund money. I spoke to Naresh - senior support executive from askme bazaar on last week Friday[protected] and explained all the my concern about refund Rs 699. He understood my concern on that day he agree to update the status . today I call 4 times for every an hour to askmebazaar in this regards, no one is responded properly askme support executive told me that Naresh is busy on another call always, if transfer the call it is ringing for 30 mins and more no one attended and phone call got disconnected. This is very bad support provided by askmebazaar. Thanks Anandraj

        Hi, Don't purchase anything in AsKMeBazzar. I'm Stalin PanneerSelvam. Actually I got fault product. I raised the complaint regarding that issue. AskMeBazzar persons told that they will refund my amount to my bank account. They got my bank details. This was happened before 28-May_15. On 28-May_15 courier person collected the faulty product. Still now I did not got any refund. When I call customer care persons are telling with in a week I will get the refund but I'm not get any refund yet. They are 100% fraud. This is my first and worst experience in online shopping. When I called to customer care. I told to transfer the call to their TL. After 15 min some body picked the call. I asked him that he was TL or not. He replied he is just like TL. Again he apologize that I will get refund in a week. I don't know how may times I'm going to hear this words. Plz don't purchase anything in AskMeBazzar. They are late in delivery. They will not change faulty product. They will not refund you. They will not respect you. Totally don't waste your precious time with AskMeBazzar

        i want my refund and my order number is AB2517571 i have many time inform you that i have not recive my refund... my complain number is qrc422399...please resolve my problem..your customer care excutive said that i get recive my refund on 18/05/2015 bt today is 15/06/2015 i can not get my payment..

        My complaint number is QRC569886. They agree to give me the refund before a month but I'm not getting any refund yet. Its fraud company. Don't believe ads from Face Book also. Here after I will not buy any thing in unknown company like AskMeBazzar. I will prefer only Flipkart, Amazon and Ebay only.

        AskMeBazzar is 100% fraud.

I received this order today in the morning and after opening the packing the case of the powerbank is already broken and its a duplicate product which is its not working properly and not giving full backup as it should be. Have never came across such worst service from any of the online market portals.                   I ordered for Xiaomi mi 10400 mah powerbank + A Reebok computer bag and a computer mouse. First of all there was no proper details given on the mail after the order was placed and I received this order today in the morning and after opening the packing the case of the powerbank is already broken and its a duplicate product which is its not working properly and not giving full backup as it should be. The bag is of cheap quality and is not original too. Have never came across such worst service from any of the online market portals. Extremely disappointed and wish to take an action agaianst them.

                        I purchased on MI 10400 Mah Power Bank Thro COD on[protected] for Rs 749/- and My Order No DGA[protected] sender Address is MY Limo Trading, c-23 Office No 3 Groud Floor Sec-63 Nodia 201301. The performace of MI is not in Good it back up only 20min. after 20Min the power bank switched off. I am very much dissatisfied of the Product supplied by you. so i want to replace this. plz send the new good condition MI Power Bank to My Address and the existing one take back to you.

                                Defective product and got cheated by the AskMeBazaar employees Hello, We have received defective product on AskMeBazaar and upon complaining on the AskMeBazaar account regarding the same received a call from AskMeBazaar employee asking for account details for refunding the money. It is shameful on the part of AskMeBazaar employees to take advantage of our trust and misuse the card and utilise the card for their personal purchases of worth 1.1K. It is very disappointing to know that AskMeBazaar gives details of customers to such frauds. Also not receiving a mail upon clarification and is making it difficult for me to return or file complaint on the product. The details of the tracking order are below: Traking order: AB2595102 The phone numbers from which we received calls are below: [protected] 7035 is an Aircel number from Delhi, This guys name is Whaaky Raj Agrawal I request the AskMeBazaar authorities to take action regarding this issue. An FIR will be filed in the police station. I am deeply disappointed and annoyed with this customer service.

                                        AskMeBazaar delivered a powerbank of Samsung. Product delivered is not working, instead of charging, its discharging my smartphone. Also, Product delivered doesnt look like a new one. I have complained through their website to AskMeBazaar team, but no response from them. Kindly help me in getting my money back/a new product.
