I purchaged a combo watch on askmebazar.com for Rs250/-. My order id is:AB2788148. Due bad quality of product i cancelled the order and return on:[protected]. Till now i didn't get my money back. I called several times to custmer care, they lifted the call and they asked to put call hold for checking details. They hold the call for 5 to 6 minutes minimum and didn't give proper respond and i charged a call cost of Rs 8 to 10/-. They changed the return amount dates several times.For a return amount of my Rs 250/- i paid extra Rs 60 to 70. Yet i didn't get my money back. Due to several calls to customer, one day i don't know exact date, buy they told that money returned on[protected]. But i didn't get today also. Again i called to the custmer service centre, again he hold call for 6 to 7 minutes and rejected the call. Again i called, after speaking of 7minutes, he told that money will return on[protected]. See how far it will be extended. To get their money within 3 days they came but to our money...i don't know how much time we have to wait.

    I ordered power bank mi 20800 mah...order no AB2618307 ...I got duplicate product... I informed to your customer care regarding this, on the day Igot the parcel on 9th may... My complaint no QRC28951388 ..they came back took parcel on 19th may.after I called to customer care for more than 5 times.they have not refundend my amount..if I don't get amount within next week I will complain to consumer Court...

      Dear all

      Never purchase anything from the askmebazaar.com

      They will just collect the money and these buggers will not return the money if the faulty material returned.

      I purchased samsung power bank in april and the material i received was duplicate and i returned back my order and still not received my amount in account.
      I invested more than the price of the material cost to call and follow up. They will start the marketing on phone like anyone will be impressed " hi this is ranveer and welcome to ask me".

      This company is a c***iya (420 company) company making people fool.
      So i suggest all my friends to not to see the website also.
      They took back my product and will sell the product to someone else also.

        sir wide order no. AB3100381D1 i order a product form ask me bazaar on 20 may 2015. and the same was delivered to me on 25 may 2015 by blue dart courier ref. no.[protected] by cod. when i open the courier i shocked to see the product had manufacturing defect and didnot work so i booked my complaint on ask me bazaar coustmer care no. at +[protected] . the complaint no. was QRC[protected] MAY 2015. the representative at that call assured me that it will be picked up from my location with in 7 days and a confirmation call will be made to me, i waited till 30 may 2015 because no call was made to me about revrse pickup of product so make complaint again on 30/05/2015 QRC27604029 & on 06/06/2015 QRC28680860 and on 09/06/2015 QRC 29117279 and today i.e. 11/06/2015 QRC29503994.

          I had Ordered Royal Samsung Earphone on 28th May, 2015 with Order Id AB3242565. This earphones are defective and not functioning in Samsung or any other mobile piece. I expected a better product from such a Reputed Company. I want its Replacement on urgent basis as a Compensation to my Complain.Hope to get a better service this time round.

              Hi, I received my Samsung 9000mah Power bank on 2nd May 2015 & withing 2 days i found that product delivered to me was totally fake and also not working properly. After which i lodged a complaint to pickup the product complaint no of the same is QRC473607. I am calling them almost every 2-3 days for reverse pickup and refund my money which is possible only after pickup. Every time i call them they say that my complaint is in process & product will be picked up in 2-3 days. I want consumer forum to take strict action against Askme Bazaar for duping the customers. This is simply unacceptable ask me bazaar is totally fake and should be brought down immediately by the government. Even after so many complaints why there is no action against ask me bazaar?

                Complaint Id for product- QRC27453325 ORDER NUMBER- AB3168141 I ordered MI power bank (Silver Color) and I received delivery of a Duplicate MI powerbank that too in a broken box. I have called the helpdesk and informed about the issue. They have assured me that someone will come and pick up faulty product from your place. Till date noone has called me or reverted me on my email. I have sent almost 6-7 emails but no response. Surprisingly helpdesk told me that we do not reply to customer because many time it happens that customer look for response although solution was provided so we stop sending them whereas my is genuine case and they applied generic logic "Not to Respond". Its almost 1 month now. They keep on telling that your query will be sorted out in 48 hrs. Not sure what is the meaning of 48 hrs or someone should teach them time calculation / maths. Request you to look into this and band such company for online shopping where they do not have capacity for customer service.

                Dear Sir,
                I don't know why are askmebzar.com even running the business. Consumer comments on their facebook page and the response to this question clearly shows their inability to deliver orders and if at all delivered send a low quality or fake product. I personally made my purchase request for Furnish Living Walnut Laptop Table - Laptop - 2 on 15th Aug 2015 ( ref. AB4614595) and my 2nd bad experience made me realize what bad customer service means and why I shall pay extra to Flipkarts & Amazons of the world. Dealing with the customer care of askmebazaar was a nightmare.

                Have to call multiple time for order status that too with STD no. [protected] (not toll free). Everytime they said "Wait for 7 days" not sure which financial calendar they are following and which 7 days. I haven't recd. my product yet and would like to request higher authority from consumer forum to take some legal action to band their e-commerce business who just make money in STD calls where customer has to follow-up multiple times.

Yesterday (11.06.15) i received my order and it was really astonishing that there is no resemblance with the product i ordered and you delivered. I ordered for a original PUMA bag and you people delivered duplicate bag of Puma, not up to the quality of normal bag. So that i did not want this product, need a refund.                               This is Rana from Delhi.My complaint number is QRC441130 and order no. AB2318537.I had ordered Sony headphone Model no. XBR500 but they delivered me XBR200. After several phone calls they picked up the product on 16 May 2015 and according to the policy they should refund the money within 10-12 working days, but yet i din't get the money.Whenever i call them these people alway tell me that they can't do anything, its upto finance team. I hate this company.Its ridiculous.

                                my order no.AB2363796.I placed a order on[protected].i got awrong product and i returned the product on 2-5-2015.At that time they told i will get refund in 10-12 working days.From past 25 days i am continuosly complaining.But i am not getting any response.on 8-6-2015 when i called they told refund was in process.But when i called again on 9-6-2015 they told already it was deposited on 4-6-2015.How it possible? they are trying to escape from their responsibility, please immediatly respond to my problem.

                                Order No & Date : AB[protected]/May/2015 Cost Of the product(Provogue Aviator Sunglasses Black) was 199+25=224(Paid online) Delivered on 6th June 2015. After opening its was not Provogue Aviator Sunglasses Black but it was some cheap sunglasses (fare glasses) which was damaged which might cost 10 - 20 INR. Reverse pick up was done on 10/June/2015 Reciept No: BO4644676. But till now I have not received any refund. Kindly help me to get refund.

I have called the helpdesk and informed about the issue. They have asked me to give my Bank details. I have provide all my details and my COMPLAINT ID- QRC610644. I have returned the product to askmebazaar and as per the policy they Promised me to return my money (Rs 750) within 10-12 working days. I registered the complaint on 12 th May but till now there is no refund in my account . I have called them several times but it goes on vain as they said kindly wait. What type of Business is this? I am extremely frustrated with Ask meBazaar. I want my money bank at the earliest. This is extremely frustrating.

                                      I received my order no (AB2645899) before 1 month and it had empty packet of earphones i ordered. I raised complain at the moment i checked it within 2 minutes of receiving package in front of delivery guy. Initially i was said that we will arrange a reverse pickup. After 15 days courier guy visited me and said that I can not take this packet back. Looked like he was not even informed for what he was going for. I have contacted a number of times to customer care also and they repeat same stuff - "We are sorry for this and I am raising a complain for this and our team will talk to you within 4 hrs." When asking them to transfer call to senior guy, they always say that our seniors are busy with other calls. I am not able to find any way out of it. They are neither refunding nor trying to resolve issue. Kindly help as this company is fraud and looting customers.
