I purchaged a combo watch on askmebazar.com for Rs250/-. My order id is:AB2788148.
Due bad quality of product i cancelled the order and return on:[protected]. Till now i didn't get my money back. I called several times to custmer care, they lifted the call and they asked to put call hold for checking details. They hold the call for 5 to 6 minutes minimum and didn't give proper respond and i charged a call cost of Rs 8 to 10/-. They changed the return amount dates several times.For a return amount of my Rs 250/- i paid extra Rs 60 to 70.
Yet i didn't get my money back. Due to several calls to customer, one day i don't know exact date, buy they told that money returned on[protected]. But i didn't get today also. Again i called to the custmer service centre, again he hold call for 6 to 7 minutes and rejected the call. Again i called, after speaking of 7minutes, he told that money will return on[protected]. See how far it will be extended. To get their money within 3 days they came but to our money...i don't know how much time we have to wait.
